If you care about your relationship with fitness, and with yourself, then you cannot allow negativity to be your motive. If your intention is “I am working out today because I am worthy and deserving of health,” instead of “I need to workout because I ate shit and hate my body,” then you’ll be more incentivized to go back on the days you feel less motivated.
