We're launching our interest check for Song of the Captain - a Captain Rex fanzine! This interest check will be open until MAY 10. Please take this survey if you're interested in participating in the creation, or purchase, of this zine!
This zine was one of the most beautiful things I have ever been a part of, and I'm very glad to have had the chance to participate in it alongside so many talented artists. If you haven't checked the complete zine yet, please do! It's pay-what-you-want and all proceeds go to Librarians and Archivists with Palestine; please consider donating if you can! (You can purchase it until the end of April.)
We've been getting reports that some people have been getting these bug bites on their arms that almost look like they spell something out. But "Zapply for the Zine" doesn't mean anything... does it? Maybe the Soothsquitoes should learn how to spell.
Anyway, there is only ONE WEEK LEFT to apply to be a contributor for the zine! That's right, applications close next Wednesday, May 1.(Told you it would be here before you knew it!) We are so thrilled with the applications we've received already, and we could always use more! The links to the applications are below:

If you ever wanted an excuse to draw/write/create scenes with the Pines family enjoying the various seasons in beautiful Gravity Falls, Oregon, this is your chance! And if you're on the fence, consider the Soothsquito bites to be your sign- zapply, er, I mean, apply for the zine now- we'd love to have you on board!
Until then... stay weird!

Disclaimer: We are not affiliated with Disney in any way. The zine will be a charity zine with all surplus going to charity- no one will profit from this zine.
A sfw art zine to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Jak 3! It will be printed, with a digital version available as well. There might even be a merch bundle ;)
When?
Mod applications open on April 27th. The rest of the projected schedule can be found here.聽
Aiming for preorders to open on the 20th anniversary (Nov. 9th)!
Where?
You can find us on Tumblr, Xitter, IG, and Bsky! We will also have a private Discord for mods and contributors.
Why?
JnD is a beloved franchise that deserves to be celebrated. Not much official merch exists, so it's time to make some of our own! And who knows 馃憖 maybe if we make enough noise, something will happen
Additionally, any profits from the zine will be donated to The River Otter Ecology Project!
Mod info!
All mods and contributors will receive a free copy of the zine.
We're looking for people to fill these roles:
Organizers: run the Discord and help contributors meet deadlines聽
Graphics: make graphics for social posts and zine page decor
Marketing: draft and post on socials according to schedule
Requirements: must be friendly, more-or-less organized, and able to work with a team. No experience required, though it's a plus!
More info to come when mod applications open on the 27th.
Thank you so much for participating in the interest check, we had nearly 100 responses!
We hope to deliver you physical and digital options, along with merch for each. Given the high interest in a physical zine and merch, we will need to grow the team so expect a shipping mod application later today.
Contributor applications open May 1st! We can't wait to hear from you.
A little preview of the comic I'm making for TCAF!
The dark lord Rothke is dead! Captain Oates, suddenly the highest ranking officer in her kingdom, has been tasked with cataloguing his collection. Accompanied by the three wizards who took Rothke down, she discovers a trove of strange treasure.
here are some process pics of my zine piece for inkpop. You can totally tell that I'm indecisive. The last image is the one I turned in. I usually sketch my illustrations on paper first :)
