It was the day before Mahiru's birthday.

He and his mom were at the supermarket shopping for groceries. As they passed the bakery section, Mahiru saw a cake in the display fridge. It was just simple looking cheese cake with no frosting or toppings But it looked like it would taste good, and it was cheap! So he begged his mom to get this cake for his birthday. He probably didn't notice it then, but he remembered his mom looking sorry for a short moment before finally relenting.

When they finally reached the cashier, Mahiru was bouncing off his feet. He couldn't wait to have this cake on his birthday tomorrow! But then-

"Sorry ma'am, but I'm afraid there's not enough in your card."

Mahiru didn't fully understand how 'cards' worked for adults, but he knew what 'not enough' meant. Just as his mother was fretting over the payment, he took the cake away from the cashier.

"It's ok Mom. I can just put the cake back. We don't have to buy it."

It was the obvious choice. They needed everything else, the cake was just an extra expense. He tried to ignore the looks and whispers from the other shoppers as he made his way to the bakery section.

Suddenly, the cake was lifted out of his hands. "I'll pay for the cake."

Mahiru looked up to see who it was that offered to pay. It was a man who was standing behind them in line. He had white spiky hair and green eyes. He was super tall, probably taller than Uncle Tooru.

"O-oh! You don't have to do that, sir!" His mom quickly said to the tall man.

"It's fine. I'm not really buying much for myself. I can just pay for the cake." The tall man started rubbing his ear for some reason. When Mahiru looked at the the man's basket, it was filled with instant noodles and bottled water. Even so, the man still paid for his things and the cake as well. Mahiru thought that he would just leave after that.

Except that wasn't all he did. Not only did he pay for the cake, he also helped to bring the groceries back to their apartment. As it turned out, Arago-san (he later told them to call him that) was renting the apartment right next to theirs.

Mahiru had heard about guardian spirits sent by the deities. Maybe Arago-san was one, it would explain why he was so pale.

Suddenly, Mom got a call from work. She needed to help cover a shift for one of her coworkers. And Uncle Tooru was also busy with work. Koyuki and Ryuusei were also busy that whole day, though they didn't tell him why. Which means that Mahiru was going to be home alone the whole night.

Which was fine. Mahiru's a grown boy anywa-

"I can help accompany him for the night." Arago-san suddenly volunteered.

Mahiru looked at Arago-san with wide eyes. Not even the aunties that live next door would be able to make time to take care of him. And Arago-san was willing to do it even if they've only met that day?

"A-are you sure? I wouldn't want to trouble you anymore." His mom was concerned.

"Yeah, I'm sure. As long as you can make it for Mahiru's birthday tomorrow, right?"

That day, Mahiru saw his mom show the happiest smile he had ever seen.

"You are a saint, Arago-san."

That made Arago-san's entire face go red. "G-geez, you don't have to go that far. I'm sure anyone would've done the same," he stuttered out.

Mahiru's mom chuckled. "Oh, how modest. I'm sure your parents are proud of you."

That made Arago-san look a little sad suddenly, and he started rubbing his ear again. "Yeah, I'm sure they are...." He let out a small cough. "Anyways, don't worry about it."

"I just wanted to help. That's all."

Mahiru was buying supplies at a local supermarket alongside Koyuki, Ryuusei and Sakuya for their school festival. They were waiting for their turn to pay as Sakuya was sharing another of his silly ghost stories (something about Hanako-san and how she lived at their school) and asking them how much of what he said was a lie. Just as Mahiru was about to smack Sakuya on the head,

"Sorry ma'am, but I'm afraid there's not enough in your card."

That caught Mahiru's attention and he turned to the front. The woman had a few groceries on the counter. To the side, her daughter seemed to be taking a set of colour pencils off the counter.

"It's ok Mama. I can put these back. We don't have to buy them."

Subconsciously, Mahiru stepped forward. "Wait, I can help pay for those."

The woman immediately interjected, "O-oh no, it's fine. You don't have to do that."

"I don't mind. I'm not buying much for myself. I can pay for the colour pencils."

Mahiru ignored the weird looks his friends were giving him as he paid for their supplies and the colour pencils. They bought quite a lot to prepare for the festival, but he was going to claim whatever amount of money he spent on the supplies from the class budget so it wasn't like he was lying.

After that, he helped the woman and her daughter to load the groceries into their car. "Oh, thank you. You really are an angel."

The comment made him blush, and he started rubbing his ear. "Don't worry about it. I just wanted to help. That's all."

As he and his friends walked back to Koyuki's house to organise their supplies, Sakuya suddenly piped up, "Hey Mahiru, why do you rub your ear at times?"

"Huh, seriously Sakuya? He's been doing that for years now!" Ryuusei shot Sakuya an incredulous look.

"I-I know that! It's just that I never thought to ask him why until now!"

"That is true, we've been seeing Mahiru doing it for years now, but I don't think we ever questioned it," Koyuki added.

All three of them stopped walking and looked at Mahiru hoping to get an answer. He just sighed and said, "It's not some grand story or anything. I just accidentally picked it up from one of my neighbours. You guys know him."

"Oh, you mean the gaijin from England?" Ryuusei asked as the four of them continued walking.

"Who...?"

"Don't you remember him Sakuya? He accompanied Mahiru while we were planning his birthday surprise."

"Uuummm... oh! Yeah, that's right Koyuki. Shit, I'm sorry Mahiru, for not being there for you when you were alone."

Mahiru sighed. "It's fine Sakuya. I know you guys were just trying to make my birthday more fun that year."

"Anyways, Arago-san helped to take care of me whenever Mom or Uncle Tooru was too busy for about a month before he had to go back to England to deal with something. Must've picked it up from him during that time."

Everyone hummed in agreement before Sakuya started speaking. "Y'know Mahiru. You could've met an angel."

"....Is this another one of your jokes, Sakuya?"

"Wait, wait, hear me out first! They say that each child is blessed with two guardian angels to guide them through life. When the child is going through hardship, one of them would appear to the child in a form that is most welcoming. The angel would help to care for the child until they believe the child is in a good situation and then leave to return to their post."

Everyone went silent at Sakuya's words. Mahiru thought about how Arago-san went beyond the kindness one would normally show a stranger. Maybe angel was a bet-

"Now who wants to guess how much of what I said was a lie?"

"Ow! Hey! Mahiru! You didn't need to hit me that hard!"

Sakuya is Gay.

that's it. that's the post.

jk or more accurately titled

"Sakuya Watanuki is a Gay Character and Here's Why I Think So."

(Edit: Part 2 of this post is here. hehe)

and why he 100% most definitely undoubtedly has a massive crush on Mahiru Shirota and I am writing this post(s) in honor of my favorite Servamp character and Pride Month 🌈💚

I know I said some of this stuff before in the past, but SO MANY things have come out since then and I haven't really had a reason to talk about some of these. So I thought it would be fun cause I haven't made a post like this in awhile ✨

It's insane how much content Sakuya has outside of the main story and I feel like a lot from him gets forgotten or some don't know about some of this stuff since he hasn't been physically in the story for awhile again 💔 maybe Tanaka Strike has certain main story plans later... but when you look over all these bits and pieces of the serious and the even silly stuff, you really start to realize this boy is definitely "🌈🌈🌈"

To start off real quick I feel like mentioning that we do have to remember that while Sakuya and Mahiru weren't actually childhood friends they were still together for a whole year before the events of the canon Servamp story began. Meaning Sakuya definitely had plenty of time to fall for Mahiru even if he probably didn't realize it yet. So if you really think about it, Sakuya and Mahiru have known each longer than most other characters in Servamp. Outside of like you know, any family relationships in the series.

Drama CD moments:

Sakuya confessing his “undying love” for Mahiru (In the 2016 April Fool's Day "SERVAMP School" announcement, it is stated that the way he would pursue Mahiru by insisting on walking him home everyday while proclaiming his undying love to him.)

This whole CD was apparently like an dating sim lol just read this synopsis, "Who will Mahiru ends up with? Will he go with the tsundere chibi who insists on paying him lunch while calling it troublesome? Or will he go with the lazy blue-haired senior who likes to invite him to eat ramen together? Or perhaps with the green-haired classmate who insists on walking him back home together everyday while proclaiming his undying love to him? You’ll find it all out in “SERVAMP School”.

this CD is apparently also called the Vampire-only Spring Vacation (x)

Mahiru:

"Aaaah, vampire-like options appeared all of a sudden! That was close – I was just about to forget you guys are vampires!!"

School bell rings.

"Tttttwahh!! Lunch break’s gonna end if we keep saying stupid stuff like this!! I haven’t even eaten lunch yet!!

[DING!]

Lawless:

[Now then. Who will you eat lunch with?]

[1. Lawless-chan and Lichtan]

Mikuni:

[2. The unpleasant upperclassman]

Tsubaki:

[3. The student council]

"Now MahiMahi! Who do you ch-"

Mahiru: "Yo! I’m gonna go look for Sakuya!! Bye now!!"

April Fool's Day or not, this CD is very indeed telling of Tanaka Strike's previous BL works. Yes Tanaka Strike made tons of BL/yaoi mangas,doujins, and one shots before Servamp so keep that in mind too.

Sakuya getting super flustered by Mahiru calling him “Sakkun”. in the Servamp Drama CD “The Vampire-only Summer Vacation” Episode 3 (I recommend listening to this one, Sakuya's panicking near the end makes it extremely worth it, he's so cute here <3)

Sakuya: "For me... S-S-"Sakkun"... or something..."

Mahiru: "Heh? S-Sakuya? You wanted to be called something like that?"

Sakuya: "A-ah! No! J-just kidding! J-joking!! Ahahahah!! H-how much of what I just said was a lie-?"

Mahiru: "S-Sakkun…"

Sakuya: "U-uwahh!! I was lying!! Lying!! Mahiru you DUMMY—!!"

(also small thing that I also think is cute here is the fact Mahiru was not into the whole nicknames thing that everyone was doing until Sakuya wanted one and then tries to make him happy by saying it❤️)

In Servamp Idol Festival Track 4, Sakuya misses Mahiru so much he has Mahiru merch and has made his own Mahiru plushies. (Even though he said he can barely thread a needle in the main story... my more own personal headcanon here is that Sakuya probably said that just he spend more time with Mahiru alone, cause why else?) Tsubaki and Belkia are shocked by how much Mahiru merchandise he has too.

In the same drama CD Sakuya signed his name as "MahiMahilove" in his letter about hating his bosses demands and wanting to see his friend. (x)

I can't find the exact CD name, but there's one where Kuro and Misono get part time jobs and Sakuya is there working too. When Sakuya sees Kuro and Misono without Mahiru and immediately starts asking why isn't Mahiru with them. Misono even mocks Sakuya for this lmao.

Sakuya: "and where's Mahiru? Why's the cat here but Mahiru isn't? Mahiru should be here."

Misono: "When you open your mouth all that comes out is "Mahiru Mahiru." Don't you have other friends than him?"

rip Koyuki and Ryuusei I guess oof

Going to put the rest under "keep reading" cause this post is already long 😅

The drama CD Servamp "Much Ado About Nothing Filled with Vampires" Track 3 - Switch: Where half the main cast switches bodies, Sakuya immediately goes to "Mahiru's" side (not knowing it's currently Kuro in Mahiru's body lmao) worried about him because Mahiru looks "gloomy". Since it's actually Kuro, he doesn't know how to respond and only says "nya..." causing Sakuya to further panic that "Mahiru" is not acting like himself. Also Sakuya really wanted to switch bodies with Mahiru too after figuring out the truth. (x)

In Servamp Idol Festival Track 4, Sakuya asks Tsubaki for 50,000 yen (which about $394 in USD at least lol) so he can take Mahiru to get Yakiniku. (Sakuya might have been planning to take Mahiru somewhere pretty nice cause Yakiniku is generally considered a luxury dining option in Japan apparently when I searched it up.) (x)

In the CD "Much Ado About Nothing Filled with Vampires" Track 1, Sakuya talks about the sauna being good for your blood flow and Mahiru brings up not wanting to talk about that in front of a bunch of vampires and Sakuya reassures Mahiru he won't bite him. (I wonder if this is in slight reference to Sakuya saying whenever they used to hang out he always felt very thirsty... I wonder if he really meant that or not.)

Sakuya: "I hear it’s good for blood flow, too."

Sakuya: "What do you think, Mahiru?"

Mahiru: "Uh… I mean, well… I’d rather avoid talking about blood in front of vampires…"

Sakuya: "It’s okay! I won’t bite you."

Tsubaki: "Sakuya, you’re coming on too strong."

Tsubaki: "I don’t remember raising you to be so beastly."

(god even Tsubaki knows his son is gay)

In a comic gene bonus, Servamp Mini-drama CD “Steam Vampire Chapter”, where Tsubaki and Belkia find Sloth Pair at the hot springs and when they return to their room telling Sakuya he should have came with them and Sakuya said it was still a "definite no" until they mentioned Mahiru was there and they immediately have his attention, "Mahiru!? Mahiru came here?" meaning he would have definitely shown up if he knew Mahiru was there lol (r.i.p to you Sakuya) (x)

and of course I didn't forget the 10th Anniversary CD track 6 because holy god, this is one of the most recent ones and I swear everything was over the top and so was Sakuya's obvious feelings for Mahiru. Strike isn't even being subtle anymore... (x)

Sakuya is extremely moved Mahiru listened to his "depressing monologue" in the previous tracks with Tsubaki lmao

Sakuya says he can hear Mahiru's voice sometimes even when he's not around.

Literally attempts to attack Mikuni WITH HIS CHAINSAW WHICH WE HAVEN'T SEEN SINCE CHAPTER 32 IN VOLUME 6 AND TELLS HIM TO STAY AWAY FROM MAHIRU. Also Mahiru pretty much sics Sakuya on Mikuni like a guard dog here too anyways... 😅

There's a moment where he is talking to Mahiru and they talk about the past for a brief moment or as Sakuya puts it "Let's continue talking about our feelings, Mahiru!"

Sakuya gushes to Mahiru about a time where they went shopping together on their way home for the first time and how his "heart was pounding like crazy the entire time." Sakuya words actually make Mahiru flustered as well while he remembers the memory of it.

Sakuya continues to gush to Mahiru, but he won't shut up to the point where they literally fade him out while he continues to talk with Mahiru and Tsubaki says "feel free to ignore this child."

Manga/SLS comic moments:

Most recently from the 2022 character popularity poll comic look how happy Sakuya is that he and Mahiru ranked so close together in the postcard rankings 💚

This entire SLS comic from Sleepy Life of Servamp Volume 1 ... I don't need to say much else (lol it's meant to be a joke about how Sakuya is low key "yandere" even he doesn't really display these exact traits in the main story, but still I can't with this boy) the only other time Sakuya is referred to as a "yandere" is in the Servamp Idol Festival drama CD as said by Belkia... but only cause they are freaked out by Sakuya's collection 😅

From the 10th Servamp Anniversary party booklet: Sakuya literally pulling an Edward Cullen and protecting Mahiru(and kitty Kuro) from a truck and acting like it's nothing lmaooo (x)

At the end of volume 9 there's a comic about the anime version of Sevamp being announced and while all the characters have their own takes about what its focus will be. Sakuya wants it to be about him and Mahiru in highschool (Strike makes this boy talk about Mahiru any chance he can get, my god)

I wonder if he was hoping for a coming of age or slice of life story or some kind of high school romance... 🤔

Anime moments:

After the first Sakuya-centric arc is over in the anime Sakuya replaces Kuro in the anime ending for one episode and it shows him smiling at Mahiru 💚 like this wasn't at all necessary to do... But the anime team did it anyways and I feel like it for a good reason. It really shows that even they can't always be together now Sakuya means just as much to Mahiru as Kuro does :') like Mahiru does have other bonds with characters, but they REALLY made it a point here. Sakuya is what made Mahiru take getting stronger way more serious and want to find a good way to put an end to Tsubaki's plans. Not only for the other Servamps and Eves, but for his best friend too.

Also I'm convinced the anime team low key ships them the most now after seeing them here on the blu-ray/dvd box and all the other extra anime style content they gave us lol (I'm joking but also...??👀)

This scene is completely anime only(the entire ending of the anime was completely made up anyways) but I think this really shows Sakuya would protect Mahiru if he saw Mahiru in immediate danger. We haven't seen anything like this in the manga version yet, but I believe something very similar might happen if given the chance. For example, Mahiru never did the key ability before in the manga like he did here in the anime at first. Eventually years later he did it in the manga, but it happened a bit differently. GOD LET SAKUMAHI REUNITE IN THE MANGA ALREADY.

In fact the anime did cut out a scene from volume 4 where Sakuya protects Sloth Pair from Belkia. Although they didn't know it was Sakuya who did it. They thought Belkia just disappeared out of nowhere.

and yes, we're still not done... Cause here's some bonus stuff!!

I want to talk about this because this probably a more obscure "SakuMahi moment", if we can really call it that... 😂 (it's more of a moment between Yuto Suzuki and Takuma Terashima, but their are acting out their characters and using their voices so..?)

But there was a seiyuu event called "Servamp Festival: Find your Partner!" Or "Secret Door challenge" and the Servamp voice actors played a little game where they were basically kind of role-playing as their respective characters and had to find their partners behind a door guessing by the sound of their voice. (basically Mahiru had to find Kuro, Licht had to find Hyde and so on) The catch was that their voices were pitched to make it more difficult for them.

but Mahiru(Terushima) didn't guess correctly and instead of finding Kuro(Yuki) behind the door.... He found Sakuya(Yuto) and well,, 👀

Host: "Please open the door!"

Terushima(Mahiru): "It was you guys! It's Sakuya!!"

Suzuki(Sakuya): "MAHIRU~!!!"

Terushima(Mahiru): "Aaaa! I feel weird fate! Stop it!"

I feel like even Suzuki knows that Sakuya is a little bit too into Mahiru that he just really played up this moment here. I mean, look at him stretching out his hand like that and he sounded so happy when yelling out "MAHIRU!!!" :D (also I like how Belkia's VA just kinda ignores them lol)

I do recommend watching the full version of this, it's a very entertaining seiyuu event 😂 although I don't think you'll find a fully translated version anymore...

There's a lot of Land of Nod events too and other bonus contents as well, like Parallel Summer, Servamp Valentines event and my personal favorite the Halloween event on Tanaka Box...

So this is definitely not everything I can find but I'm going to make a part 2 to this since I can't add more images anyways, sucks tumblr doesn't more than 10 pictures on text posts anymore💀 and this likely won't be the end of this Sakuya's eternal pining for Mahiru until they finally reunite in the main story...

This ship is my favorite, but also absolute pain... 🤡 if you read this far, WOW THANKS SO MUCH ❤❤❤

Christmas SakuMahi

Hellooo, and Merry Christmas ! This small SakuMahi is for my friend @ino-fujiwara, for the SL secret Santa !! Sorry if it’s a bit short ;; I hope you enjoy it !! (also, sorry for all the typos and the mistakes, I try my best with english)

there’s also a small surprise in it hihihi

"Where the hell is he ?"

Sakuya thought as he was waiting for Mahiru, which already was 10 minutes late. I mean, Mahiru ? Late ? Without sending a message ? Sakuya was getting worried.

He sighed and thought. It was christmas Eve, there was a lot of traffic on the road after all. Still, he couldn't wait.

They had decided to hang out at the christmas market. It wasn't only the day before Christmas, but also their 6 months anniversary of dating. They where still at the beggining of their relationship so he wanted to make everything right to make it last.

Finally, Mahiru arrived a little breathless.

"I'm sorry, Sakuya ! There were so much cars on the road, and my phone has no battery left..."

Sakuya chuckled and hugged Mahiru.

"Don't worry, Mahi, you're here now and that's the most important."

And so they started walking in the Christmas market. It was snowing a bit and the moon was already visible in the sky. Though it was a bit cold, some fires were burning to keep the people warm. It smelt like gingerbread and hot wine.

"Oh look Saku-chan ! An ice rink ! Can we go ice skate ? Please !"

"Of course we can, but be careful not to fall. Though, I'll be there to catch you."

And so they went ice skating. The ice rink wasn't very big, and was a bit crowded, but they still managed to have fun.

Suddenly, the music changed to a romantic song. So then Sakuya grabbed Mahiru by the waist and tried to dance.

Tried.

Don't forget that they were on ice. They just slipped and fell.

"Aouch..."

"Saku-chan, ice is slippy..."

"But I wanted to dance..." he pouted.

"Aww, we can dance after, but not on ice" they laughed and got out of the ice rings. The Christmas market was so big, they didn't know where to go now. They also planned to give each other they "relationship birthday" gift later that day.

They just strolled through the paths of the markets, looking at the diferent stores, when they both decided to stop at some restaurant, that are specialized in French Fondues.

They went to sat at a tables, when they noticed familiar faces.

"Hey, isn't that Hannah and Valentine over there ?"

Sakuya and Mahiru waved at them and went next to them.

"Hello ! What are you two doing there ?"

"Well, this market makes the best French Fondue , and I had to make Hannah taste them. My love only deserve the best" and he smiled at her.

Mahiru laughed : "you two look so cute together ! You almost make me jealous"

"Hey, I'm here !" Sakuya chuckled.

"Come on, we're not thaaaat cu-" Hannah said, but was cut by Valentine kissed her.

"Oh- okay yes we totaly are" she chuckled, all flustered.

"Sorry", apologized Valentine to Mahiru and Sakuya "I loose my manners when I'm next to her" and smiled.

A few minutes of talking later, the waitress came back and put Mahiru and Sakuya to a table, where they ordered.

The fondue warmed them up, because it was becoming colder and colder outside.

"Don't worry for me mahi, my heart's constantly warm when I'm next to you" he said with a wink wink, which made Mahiru roll his eyes.

"I really have the most silly boyfriend"

"And I have the cutest"

After eating, they decided to go to Mahiru's home, because the Christmas Market was about to close.

Even if they were making a christmas party the day after, they still wanted to have a nice evening together.

"Soo, can I finally give you your gift now ?" asked Sakuya. Mahiru agreed and he took out his gift.

"Before judging, look at them" sakuya prevented.

Mahiru opened and found a box of refined knives.

"Okay before you say something, think about it. All your knives are rusted, and the dinner of tomorrow is organized at your place, so you need to have nice silverware"

Mahiru took at good look at it, it was the most beautiful knives he's ever seen. They were silver with gold ornaments.

"Sakuya- they are so beautiful"

Sakuy let out the breath he was holding.

"oOf, you don't even know how stressed I was, I was so scared to fail something and-"

Mahiru hugged Sakuya.

"Don't worry, I love them" and he smiled.

"Come on, with that smile you're gonna scare the people, they will think it's the day. Gosh, your smile is so beautiful"

"Now, it's my turn to give you your gift"

Mahiru handed it to Sakuya, who opened it to find a pair of gloves and a scarf, both green and and pink.

"I knited them myself, you're never wearing cold cloths, I swear to god you're gonna get a cold and I'll be the one to nurse you to health"

"Waa- how much time did you spend on it ? I mean there's so much details ! My gift feels so ridicul next to yours"

"Don't say that !" Mahiru hit him on the head. "Your gift is perfect".

"And so is yours"

"And so is you", Mahiru smiled, making Sakuya blush.

"I'm so happy to be with you, Mahiru. I can't believe it's been already six months, yet I feel like I love you since thousands of years"

I can't believe it either. You make me feel so happy, those six months were the best I've ever lived"

And Mahiru kissed Sakuya. It was still those shy, butterfly-giving kiss, even after six months. They couldn't be more happy with the other one.

And it only just began...

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me… 6 Gingerbread Houses! (Part 2!)

Ky Luc

🤎🔹As usual, he's down for anything! It really doesn't take much to convince him to do something with you.

🤎🔹He'll manage to hunt down some premade houses and a variety of candies. He might have to fight some horsemen for it, but it's not like that's hard for the fifth Progenitor!

🤎🔹Ky enjoys the decorating process, and he's decently good at it. He's not Urd-level, but then again, very few are! Unfortunately, he gets bored fast and decides to annoy you instead. There is a very good chance you'll end up in an all-out food war!

🤎🔹Both houses look somewhat decent, if you don't count the mess caused when Ky challenged you to a frosting and sprinkles war!

Mepphy

💖😈Oh he is all in. The minute you bring up gingerbread houses, his eyes light up!

💖😈The two premade houses you got aren't nearly enough to satisfy him. He ends up getting at least ten more, as well as several more pounds of candy! You'll have a whole city!

💖😈He has a lot of fun decorating your gingerbread city! He's like a little child, honestly. If there's one thing that brings out Mepphy's inner child, it's gingerbread houses!

💖😈Everything is covered in pink sprinkles and icing. Everything. Including him and you.

Ryuunosuke Akutagawa

🖤‼️What? What is this nonsense? He really doesn't understand or see the point in this. He should be off killing people and proving his strength to Dazai! It'll take a bit of pleading to get him to give in.

🖤‼️You manage to convince Chuuya to go out and get the things you need. Two houses and a bunch of candies and sprinkles.

🖤‼️Aku has a sloppy and half-hearted method of decorating. You might be able to get him to actually try if you involve a certain suicidal maniac! ("You know, I bet Dazai would LOVE to see our gingerbread houses-")

🖤‼️Your house looks fantastic. If you used Aku's need to impress Dazai, his looks decent as well.

Enmu

🖤🚂Again, he's confused why you want to imitate the humans, but he's willing to join in! Anything for you!

🖤🚂Unfortunately, you have to make your own gingerbread. Neither of you know how. Welp, time to shank a human for their gingerbread recipe!

🖤🚂After you manage to get the gingerbread made, decorating is chaos. You definitely made a gingerbread train instead of a house.

🖤🚂Yeah it's a mess.

Sakuya Watanuki

🌳☢️So… you've been dragged along to the annual Team Melancholy gingerbread house competition. Sakuya just wanted you there to keep him sane (and out of fistfights with Belkia).

🌳☢️Reiterating what I've already said: everyone gets their own house and candy supplies. You have one hour to build and decorate your house. Then, everyone votes on who's is the best.

🌳☢️Wanting to impress you, Sakuya actually tries to make his house look good. And he immediately gets made fun of by Belkia, which starts a fist fight.

Mahiru Shirota

🤎🙂He thinks it's a wonderful idea! He enjoys creative tasks, and doing one for fun (as opposed to because nobody else volunteered) is appealing to him.

🤎🙂Uh-uh. No premade houses. Making the gingerbread yourself is more authentic! No worries, he knows what he's doing. You could probably get away with sitting back and letting him handle the baking.

🤎🙂Mahiru is borderline obsessive with his decorating. If you're going to do something, you should do it right! Just let him do his thing.

🤎🙂His house looks absolutely awesome, thanks to his attention to detail. Both houses are great, since you got to design them!
