It depends on the situation! If given the time, she would always rather research and listen to other's opinions, but she's seldom afforded the luxury of time when making decisions of state. She's honed her instinct in battle to a razor edge, which has served her well.

When it comes to personal situations, she has a much harder time not listening to her heart. The preferred Gerudo philosophy of stoicism never stuck with her, no matter how hard Romah tried to imprint it upon her. Urbosa is a terribly passionate woman in all affairs, especially romantic ones. She suffered at the hands of more than a few cruel women who realized she loved freely and easily, and breaking up with them often involved more than a few blows to Urbosa's pride, and occasionally her body.

Tensions grow within the Yiga Clan after a successful attack on the castle leaves them to deal with a dreary reminder of what happened that night. On the other side of Hyrule, Urbosa grows closer to the Queen as she opens up about her fears for Hyrule’s future, both with her as the sole leader, and in the face of calamity. Urbosa warns Amira of an uptick in attacks on Gerudo Town.
