Part 2 of my long Analyis of the Hello Puppets midnight show trailer!

First and foremost, please check the prior parts for congruency and seeing other interesting details and stupid jokes I added to this:

Here's a quick important note that you need to read first before diving into this long messy post:

If you see this TW this will signify a trigger warning. I'll try to give some space to avoid individuals who do not which to see it time to skip it. SAFE means that you can read this part ^^

SPOILERS!!! is a new addition to those who do not want to be spoiled over certain puzzles presented in the BETA. END!!! means they are done

Without further ado let's continue!

Recap: I analyzed and gave silly commentary up to the trailer's start to Riley's ending introduction. To compensate here's a silly joke:

*Rileys threatens the player*

Game: hahahah CUT IT!

Well, ignore the red haired puppet who was clearly not trying to kill you. She just woke up and chose violence, let's meet the mom friend of the group!

*Cuts to Daisy*

Can we take a moment to appreciate how adorable Daisy's puppet is? She certainly looks like the sweetest and I really love her animation during this portion of the trailer. Also...how's that pie giving out smoke

Vending machine out of service. It's pointless, but it was distracting me :P

We also got MAPS!!!!!

And yes, each character level has their own map with their respective character. I also noticed the notes!

@sarilolla did point out during a quick sneak and peak videos that the official Hello Puppets account released, there were notes. They pointed out that we may have an ally

Here's one of the notes

The other one is hard to read but I figured out the message but I also noticed something as well.

I managed to see what it reads and it says "Just play along" I believe this is actually one of the puppets trying to trick ya into confusing the notes because the notes of our ally are in black not red. So the Handeemen are playing dirty in this!

This is the best picture I can get but it looks we are gonna get an exclusive game for each of the puppets

That is the best assumption of why we got Daisy's icon specifically, but this is also one of her levels

I love that Daisy's main puzzle is an oven and we get to see her pie :D

It's so cute!

She got a counter and pot. Nice detail and she certainly looks like a housewife (shoutout to the working housewives, you guys deserve some appriciation too)

At this point, Daisy now reveals her true colors but...

Can we take a moment to appreciate Daisy's traps?

The fact that she's using a cupcake as a way to-

We then now move to Nick Nack.

I know I shared this before but

JJDJDJD the fact that Nick has statues of himself but buff it's just the most hilarous fact about him

Back to the important stuff

It does look like we are going to get an exclusive mini game for each of the puppets

Irrelevant but

NICK'S CANADIAN?! (A South Park bad joke)

Oh no...

NOT THE MATCHING GAME! I NEVER GOT THAT STAR IN THE MARIO BROS MINI GAME! /j

Also, this game can predict the F U T U R E as Riley has her mask/j

Not a nitpick, actually. I'm not really bothered by it and I appreciate how the devs used as many resources as they could.

Ok, now let's get to another important detail for the game

I remember this type of puzzle for one of Sewingsilly's gameplay of the BETA version but I can't remember which part it was. It was similar but it was a Riley level, this is a Nick Nack level.

So the whole gimmick of this puzzle, the puppet you see in the middle of the box, is representing the puppet of the puzzle you are doing. (In Sewingsilly's vid, the hand puppet was holding a beaker to represent Riley, a character did not look like her at all. It appears that maybe we're goin to get a hand puppet similar to them.It took me a while to realize it looked like Nick) So this little bastard is asking that you become their best friend

Sounds easy enough, but apparently their friendship has a prize. Nice

So this character will be asking you to bring them three things. It;s all related to them and it's scattered around the level I believe.

I am not going to say what Riley's things were:

It might change for the game

After you give each of the character what they want they will give you off a price. It will depend on the number, but sadly I don't know what the final prize is because in the BETA there was a glitch. My best assumption

The puppet does glitch from time to time.

Now, some random stuff

For those who know that I love Niley (Nick x Riley), y'all probably expect me to be squealing over the fact that for some reason you have to bring Nick a Riley picture in a heart.

I actually squealed over @dolly-royal and @justmystufff who are also other fellow shippers before this post. I decided to address it to let you guys know that I saw it to. I'm trying to keep this post neutral (but if you ship them too, feel free to squeal in the dms lol)

I genuinely love this candle symbolism.

For her, it’s been burning. For him, it’s finally igniting.

( And actually his candle is already low and a liiittttle bit lit, implying the love was always there, burning so low as to not be noticed, but surely burning nonetheless 🔥♥️ )

Edit: I let this go on long enough. I’m putting an editor’s note on it. As we should all know by now, this symbolism is what the season 3 part 1 trailer was trying to convey. In the show, Colin’s candle shot is reversed. The candle goes out. Of course this can mean different things, but I believe we can all basically agree, given the context of the scene, that he’s recognizing his time is running out. His hope of being with Penelope is slipping away.

Yeah, I felt like a bit of a clown when I saw the scene and it turned out this post, which had already garnered thousands of notes by then, turned out to be a total fuckin fabrication. But how was I supposed to know the team that cut the trailer would reverse a shot??

Yes, it is still basically true- she was always in love him and he finally fell in love with her. Something was always there for him with her, but really he didn’t start falling for her until he started seeing her as a woman and they kissed and, ya know, here we are.

But anyway, my basic point is this: trust no one. Don’t trust me. Definitely do not trust the Bridgerton trailer editors. Just stay vigilant, alright?
