Sukuna x Reader genre: fluff, hurt/comfort summary: After a thousand years, Sukuna never thought that he'd find you again. Only this time, your goals have changed and you weren't the person he can rule the world with anymore. “Sukuna, don’t you feel alone in the past thousand years? I mean, all you’ve wanted is to gain power and do other villain-y things. It’s pretty lame and sad in my opinion.” Yuuji, his vessel, says mindlessly as he chews on his food while he waits for Megumi and Nobara.

“You insolent fool.” He sneered, a mouth forming on Yuuji’s cheeks. “I don’t mope around like you do. I was not alone either.”

Contrary to popular belief, Sukuna wasn’t heartless as most people paint him out to be. In fact, during the Heian Era, Sukuna is always seen to be with a powerful sorcerer.

There was you. The only person he sees as his equal.

But after you were killed, your history with Sukuna was quickly forgetten as the men write history in their own perspective. You are a significant figure in history, yes– but you and Sukuna together were only briefly mentioned in the books.

People have forgotten about how Sukuna, the King of Curses, have ruled the Jujutsu World with you by his side.

In the bygone days of the Heian Period, You and Sukuna have a unique bond as you two had grown up together. You were the only one who witnessed how he rises up to be the King of Curses. You were a powerful sorcerer too in your own way, despite the lack of title. Your benevolent nature has gotten a lot of people to respect you. People were not intimidated by your power but by your wisdom.

Despite your personality which is in contrast to Sukuna’s, it never became a hindrance between your bond. In fact, he seemed to like you more because of it. You taught him how to kill and destroy with purpose. and together, the two of you wreaked havoc on Earth.

You were the first and last person who knows him inside and out, not even Uraume could compare. He even prefers your shitty cooking, for god’s sake. He feels weak in your presence. Sukuna kind of resents you for it, how you make him feel. How he’s willing to burn the entire world at your command. He’d kill anyone without batting an eye if you ask him to. You have him wrapped around your pretty fingers and you don’t even know it.

He remembers going into the gardens of your shared home after a battle and you’d welcome him with open arms, hugging him with your little frame. You didn’t care about the blood on his clothes or how he reeks of death. You look at him with such kindness, as if he has done nothing wrong in this world. You held his hands with such gentleness, as if he has hasn’t covered his hands with so much blood. And you smile and crack jokes around him after terrorizing villages, you wrap bandages around his wounds even if he can heal it in a heartbeat. He loves being doted on by you.

He was really good at keeping his emotions to himself unlike you who’d outwardly show how much you love him. He had a feeling that you knew of his affections slightly. After all, you were the only one allowed to touch Sukuna, to tease him and be alive after that. He chose not to tell you his feelings because he thought that he’d have all the time in the world to tell you.

Well, he thought he did until he received the news that you were killed.

Sukuna didn’t look at your corpse, refusing that seeing your cold lifeless body would be his last memory of you. After that was just endless rampage of destruction. In his mind, it was his way of avenging you. People have forgotten about you because of the amount of lives he had taken— his crimes outweighed any humanity he had left of him.

It goes like that until he was defeated and sealed. Well, that was years ago but even now, all he thinks about is you. So much that he could still hear your laugh.

“Really?” Yuuji exclaimed. “I think I should ask Gojo-sensei about—”

Yuuji’s rambling was cut off with a sound of laughter, which causes both him and the demon inside him to look where that voice comes from.

That all too familiar voice that even after countless lifetimes, he would still recognize anywhere. Sukuna felt like his entire world stopped when he sees where that voice comes from. Everything seemed to blur as his entire attention is fixated on the woman.

It was you, in the flesh.

Or rather, someone who is an exact copy of you.

He had found you! You had reincarnated as he hoped you would. You kept your promise and you’d see him again.

You were walking and conversing beside Gojo Satoru as you approach Yuuji who stood up straight and looked at you with wide eyes.

“Who might this be?” You gave the kid a playful smile.

Sukuna was able to examine you up close as you walked closer to Yuuji. You were as beautiful as the day he lost you. You fit right into this modern period— you’re wearing a uniform similar to Gojo’s, but instead of pants, you were wearing a skirt and knee high boots. If someone were to tell Sukuna that he’d find you like this, fighting against him, he would have howled in laughter before killing that someone.

“Yuuji Itadori, miss!” the young sorcerer said, exuding a bit too much enthusiasm.

“So he is the vessel.” You acknowledged with a nod before sharing a look with Gojo Satoru.

“This is Y/N Y/L/N! She’s a special grade sorcerer from Kyoto but will be transferring here to accommodate you. She doesn’t go to missions anymore just like I do so Y/N would be there whenever you need her.” Gojo explains, putting a hand on you and Yuuji’s shoulders.

Yuuji’s eyes widened as he registered the significance of your name “Like the one in history books Y/N Y/L/N?”

“I wish.” You quipped, inserting a playful note in your response. “It was nice meeting you. I’ve waited for you, you know.” Then you extended your hand toward Yuuji and as your fingers met his, Sukuna could feel the familiarity of your touch. You looked at Yuuji with so much intensity, as if you’re looking at the curse residing in him. Right at Sukuna. and he didn’t fail to notice the way your smile was gentler compared to the ones you’ve given the kid.

It was for him.

You’ve seen him.

“Well,” You let out a sigh when you’ve pulled away. “I better get going. I’m sorry to cut this short, Yuuji. I hope we’ll get to know more of each other. I heard you like rice bowls, I’ll treat you to my favorite restaurant in tokyo next week, yeah?” You pat the top of his head and Yuuji gives you a huge grin.

Once you’ve left, Yuuji could finally notice Sukuna’s silence. He had been silent ever since you’ve arrived and Yuuji was about to tease him for it until Gojo spoke up.

“It’s her if she wasn’t being obvious enough.”

In the week following his unexpected encounter with you, Sukuna’s demeanor underwent a subtle transformation. He was less mean to Yuuji and the snarky remarks had lessened.

True to your promise, you spent time with Yuuji, fulfilling your role as a companion and mentor. However, your newfound indifference towards Sukuna fueled a frustration that within him. Did he merely imagine the spark of recognition in your eyes? Was it truly still you?

He found out a lot about you during the time you spent with Yuuji as well as the information that Gojo discloses concerning you. It seems as though you have helped the Jujutsu World slowly gain back its glory just like back in the golden days. You’re a teacher too, and from what Gojo has mentioned, you’re still the same patient and kind person he fell in love with.

Sukuna feels a twinge of jealousy at the mention of how you’re close with the white-haired sorcerer. He finds himself scoffing at the thought of you finally replacing him. It isn’t far from reality, you’re too likable for your own good anyway. You make it so easy to love you that Sukuna failed to notice that this disease has swallowed him whole and now he’s stuck, absolutely pining for you like an idiot. How dare you move on from him if that’s the case?

He needed answers from you or else he’d go crazy. So he finds out where you live and he found out that you were living in the more peaceful side of Tokyo. It took him a while to get in control again and the moment he did, his feet carried him to you.

Your house is beautiful, it looked like the mini version of the place that you once shared with Sukuna. He entered it quietly and to his surprise, you were no where to be found but then he catches a glimpse of you in the window overlooking the garden.

Sukuna finds himself smiling as he reaches the garden. It had a variety of flowers and plants, the very ones you had planted with him years ago. You’re wearing a beautiful red plaid sundress and the modern age never looked so good in anyone but you.

You were simply ethereal.

You were too engrossed in watering your plants when he walks towards you.

“Old habits hard for you, Y/N.” Sukuna spoke up, his voice devoid of any usual domineering tone that he uses to other humans.

You turned to him, wide eyed. It was the first time you’ve seen him in ages. Sukuna’s still in the body of the young sorcerer that you frequently saw the past week but he looked like him—with his tattoos and demeanor. Your eyes are soon filled with tears and you shakily reached for him, engulfing him in a tight embrace.

“Finally.” You choked out, burying your face to his chest. Sukuna carefully snakes his hands towards your back on instinct. “It’s been so long. it was all worth it. I knew you’d come back.”

He rests his chin on the top of your head. Sukuna’s voice turned hoarse as he spoke. “I thought you were killed I-”

“I’m already here, Ryo.” You interrupted, pulling away to cup his cheek gently. Sukuna leaned in to the warmth of your touch, melting in an instant. “ I wasn’t. I was just sealed until I was let out by one of my dearest friends. I came to find you but you were already gone, so I waited.”

“You don’t know how much I’ve missed you, Y/N.”

“You were asleep for almost a thousand years. I was alive for most of it, clearly I missed you more.”

“Well, I thought you were dead. Cut me some slack, doll.” Sukuna teased with a smirk. You bite your lip to stifle your smile, playfully nodding inagreement.

“Come with me.” He murmured, pulling away to press his lips against your forehead. “After I kill this brat, I can take control and we can finally change the world.”

“By killing everyone in it?” You shakily asked. Sukuna thought that you were just shaken because of how glad you are to have him back.

He gave you a smirk. “Well, that was my idea. You know how I am.”

“Times have changed, Ryo. I’m afraid that it has softened me. I’m not the person you used to imagine burning the world down with anymore.” You calmly admitted, meeting Sukuna’s intense gaze and you tried to calm him down by tracing circles on his arm but he didn’t look convinced in the slightest.

“I’m here now. You could drop your act. I can protect you now, you know.”

“You don’t understand, dear.” you interjected, gently pushing a strand away from his face. “We have different objectives now. You seek to take over the world and be feared forever. I seek to live out my days in peace until I decide to end it.”

You must’ve noticed how Sukuna’s expression dropped at your words so you quickly clarified. “oh no, but don’t think I’d end my life after our interaction. In fact, I’ll live for a few more years until it will bore me to death. Literally. But there’s just so much to love and to do in this world, I’m afraid.”

“Don’t you want to be with me? Have you grown tired of me?” He demanded, his voice getting louder as he continues to talk. You weren’t fazed in the slightest and it aggravates him even further. It used to comfort him, that you know him so well, but now the butterflies in his stomach makes him anxious more than anything else.

You have always had the upper hand and he feels you cursing him the more you grant him your presence.

He feels disregarded as you implicitly rejected him.

“No.” You offered him a sweet smile, your eyes never leaving his. Sukuna thinks he might float with the way you’re looking at him right and his breath hitched once he hears you say the next words. “I love you, Ryo. In fact, I love you enough to know of your nature and I would be the last person who would stop you in achieving what you want. I wouldn’t be in your way but I couldn’t stay by your side anymore.”

Sukuna searched for a hint that indicates that you were lying and he found none. You had always been honest with him. He looks at you with a heartbroken expression but still trying to maintain his stoic face. He’s clearly hurt “Did our past mean nothing to you?”

“I’ve done everything I could, Ryo. I’ve done everything for you. You know I did that all for you. Wasn’t that enough? Didn’t you feel my love for you in the slightest? You could kill me now, if you want. It’d be a pleasure to die by your hand.” Your eyes are once again brimmed with tears again yet you continued to smile as you trail your fingers over his cheek “I’m sorry but I’m tired of seeing red. Gojo must’ve told what I did, you must know my change of heart.”

He did.

Of course he did.

He knew of what you did yet he still held on to the fact that he might be wrong. So is this really how it ends? Sukuna enjoys destruction and killing. He loves being in power and he will not admit that if you weren’t alive, he’s probably murdering civillians in Shibuya right now. But after he’d gain control over Yuuji Itadori’s body, the only thing that he keeps thinking of is coming home to you.

And what would the point be if you are not by his side?

“Then I’ll stay with you.” He declared.

A scoff escapes your lips and your bewildered expression makes him smirk even more. “You can’t be serious.”

“I’ll just finish this and I’ll come back to you. None of this matters anymore. I’ll abandon all of it. For you.”

You looked at him incredulously, your mouth agape. Sukuna wastes no time to finally pull you in a kiss.

It was a gentle one at first and he pulls away slightly to see you pout, eliciting a chuckle from him, only to pull you back to a deeper, passionate kiss. Sukuna smiles into the kiss as a soft gasp escapes from you.

He kisses you fervently, as if he needs your air to breathe. And as you run your hand through his hair, moaning to the kiss, he pulls you impossibly closer.

He’s home.

He returned to you 3 months later, in his original form. He entered your house with wounds and bruises, his body covered in blood once more. It was just like before, but this time, it feels so different. He had a soft look in his eyes and he feels like he’s floating on air now that he’s gone home to you.

Just like before, you welcomed him with open arms. He lifted you and spinned you around, eliciting a squeal from you. When he puts you down, you peppered kisses to his face and hugged him really tight.

“I love you.” Sukuna whispers, tucking your hair behind your ear before leaning in to kiss you gently. You smiled at his confession. There was a look in your eyes that you knew it all along.

“It took you a millennium to say that.”

But he's scared. Especially when you always try to be with him. Especially during missions, he doesn't wanna lose you.

He always wants to be with you. But missions stop him from doing so.

Hes not really used being welcomed back with you and your affection, like the rest.

He doesn't mind it though, and he himself can be clingy too, like the rest (too lol)

He doesn't even know his cheeks are slightly red with everything you do

I can picture him being kinda clingy in certain situations too. But its kinda rare

Over all he's a little cutie, loves your clingyness and you.

“Doesn’t that get old?”

“Every human has a unique and fleeting taste which makes devouring them a perfect way to pass time until death.”

It doesn’t surprise me that Sukuna views love as worthless, and it’s something I honestly expect from someone like him, but what he said highlighted something about him that actually did surprise me. Though he’s opting to disregard love, focus on himself and his pleasures and desires, live as his nature as the King of Curses and somewhat bask in the isolation and solitude that comes with being the strongest…his reply to Kashimo implies something that’s kinda sad.

From how it sounds in his statement about humans and passing time, Sukuna is just numbing himself and is just existing but not really living.

He’s doing and chasing whatever, filling up the days with things that somewhat amuse and interest him, chasing those moments of serotonin, but avoiding love and companionship and all those things he views as worthless until he dies. And sure, everyone numbs themselves sometimes, and I’m certain Gojo and other strong sorcerers who did and do love have found ways to cope with the reality of things by numbing themselves and have moments when they’re just doing whatever they need to keep going and just existing but not really living if that makes sense—but there’s moments of joy and happiness and fun and life that find its way back in their lives and allow them to live without just existing, if that makes sense, and it’s because of various forms of love. So there’s something kinda sad about Sukuna just existing without any of that until he dies.

There’s only self-love but none of the other loves (friend, romantic, family, etc) to give him things to look forward to, to give him reasons to do more than just exist, because he finds it worthless. There’s little room for longer moments of joy and happiness and living because a lot of those come with various forms of love and he’s avoiding all of that because it’s worthless to him and he’s just “passing the time” until he dies, which clearly is taking centuries because he’s the King of Curses and at the top of the jujutsu food chain. It just sounds exhausting and lonely.

Sure it matches and supports his nature and has likely served him well all these years, and it’s got to be exhausting to make and remake connections every hundred years and see those you care about die repeatedly when you can just be alone instead and not attach yourself to anyone but yourself but, idk this whole chapter is interesting to me.

Since Sukuna finds love worthless and he’s leaned into this isolation for so long that it’s bordering on serious loneliness, he’s just been doing all of this alone for centuries, and learning to shove everything he can in to feel like he’s living and alive and happy and he’s seemingly doing fine without love and companionship as he’s opting to “pass the time” with blips of fun. And he sounds so certain and comfortable (and almost defensive) in how he’s chosen to live his long life, and how he’s disregarded love, and yeah it’s worked for him. He said he’s never “needed” someone to satisfy him, and I’m sure the King of Curses doesn’t need anyone, but I wonder if there has been times (at least from the way he’s managing his long life without others and the way he explained himself) if he ever just wanted a friend or even just someone who understood (and he got it for a quick second in that fight with Gojo, and we kinda saw how that affected him).

Idk I’m rambling but it’s just interesting that he finds love worthless but sounds like he could really use it (at least one of the other eight forms of it since he’s already got self-love handled) so he can live less of a lonely life instead of just simply existing until his end.

W/n: Something a bit bittersweet for the holidays since I felt like it. Most of it is fluff but some of it is angst.

Gojo

Pulls out immediately unless you’re both actually dating.

He’s not an observant lover at all so don’t expect him to have a water bottle for you to drink from. If anything, he has one for himself.

Intentionally starts talking right after. Talks about anything and everything. Will comment on the expressions that you made while he was balls deep.

Will ask you if you’d want to clean him up with your tongue. Horny is an understatement.

He sometimes feels bad for not being as a caring partner as he assumes you'd like him to be.

He's not used to affection that wasn't sexually charged so the most you can expect from him is to emulate what he thinks normal couples do with each other.

He sometimes holds you close to him but he only does this when he knows you're asleep.

He craves affection from you but he doesn't want to scare you away or put you in danger.

You're the most precious thing he has, and be it that you're not exclusively his, he still wants to pretend for a while that you are.

Nanami

Holds you close to himself. He needs that skin-to-skin contact to ground himself.

Doesn’t care to pull out but he knows that if he doesn’t he’ll just want more of you. You’re already sore and tired, he doesn’t want to push it.

Has water out for you as well as snacks. He wants you to feel looked after.

He sometimes doesn’t have the energy for it but he still makes sure to clean you up with wet wipes.

When he does have the energy he makes his job to pamper you. Your body is washed and massaged so all the aches vanish just as they came.

He wants nothing but to make sure you're relaxed and ready to sleep in his arms for another night.

He puts on one of his shirts on you, a new pair of underwear so you don't get too cold, and then envelopes you in his arms under the covers of your shared bed.

This is the only time he feels at ease. There is no stress being around you and you managed to bring him such tranquility it's tempting to quit all of his social responsibilities just to stay with you.

Just breathe deeply beside him and he'll be asleep in an instant. His hands are warm as they slide under the shirt he gave you and stay put as you both sleep through the early morning till mid day.

Sukuna

He demands to be serviced.

You bring him towels to clean himself with but most of the time he has you clean him up with your mouth.

On the rare occasion when he feels soft or even considerate of you, he will pick you up and take you to the open bath to clean you both up.

He has his arms wrapped around you, your body flushed against him as he tells his servants to clean the bedroom and to have a change of clothes ready for you both.

He's jealous, so didn't stare at anyone other than him. No one should have the right to see your hazy eyes and marked body.

You were his possession.

Sometimes bites you just to claim you.

An even rarer act of love he does is when he gives you a massage for your sore back.

Depending on your status and what you mean to him, he'll let you sleep in his bed. If he craves you more carnally, if he sees you being his life partner, you best believe he isn't letting you go.

Megumi

Very nervous the first few times because he doesn't know what to do or how to make you feel good after sex.

He eventually figures out that he could just ask you what you want and he is happy to do it for you.

Makes sure to have cold water on the nightstand for you to drink and has wipes already out so he can start cleaning you both up.

Kisses your neck reassuringly.

He's quiet throughout the entire thing. He makes it his duty to pour all of his affection into it so there's no doubt he loves you.

There's always a blush that shows up when you do the same thing back for him.

You have to pull him into a hug if you want cuddles. He won't do anything unless you tell him you want it.

He falls asleep right after making sure you have everything you need. You wear him out easily.

Likes the feeling of your body pressed against his own and enjoys listening to your heartbeat as he slips away into a dream about you.

Yuta

Loves you with everything he has and he shows it with every touch.

He's nervous. He doesn't want to hurt you so he makes it his duty to praise you and adore you. He needs to reassure himself that he is doing everything to take care of you because he wants to know you need him.

He always makes sure to kiss your entire body before whispering how much he loves you.

He takes you to the bathroom to dip you into the bath. He cleans and rubs away all the aches in your body. He'll gently massage your scalp to relax you. It's fine if you fall asleep during this, he finds it cute and gives him an excuse to hold you close.

The warmth of your body reassures him, it helps melt away all of the anxieties he felt about if he was good enough for you.

He kisses your neck and talks to you aimlessly about how much he loves you and wants you.

He buries his face into your hair and breaths in your scent.

You were his all and he needed to prove himself worthy of being yours.

So when he sees that you fall asleep with his arms wrapped around your waist, he couldn't help just how thunderous his heartbeat became at your comfort.

Naoya

This man has no clue what aftercare is and it shows.

He will not comfort you but will expect you to be ready to take on whatever he gives you.

Refuses to even look at you in your eyes. He doesn't want to see just what he did to you because deep down there's is some semblance of shame.

He recognizes that your body is bruised and sore. It's all his doing but he refuses to help you because it would mean being vulnerable and showing some semblance of mercy to you.

You're his bride-to-be but that didn't mean he had to baby you, right?

Feels empty when you always turn your back to him or go to sleep. He isn't used to being rejected. He is the monster all of the women he's beaded fear yet there he lay next to someone who could care less.

The bed was warm but you were cold to the touch.

You had gotten up to clean yourself and drank water before leaving for the guest room he had assigned to you.

This was the bedroom you were meant to share yet you always left him by himself. He was empty and alone and he knew that he had earned it.

Finished JJK S1.

Woooo this fight scene with the song and editing fucked so hard. Had to be my favorite fight of the series so far. Nobara and Yuji worked great as a team, which I suppose makes sense because they kinda seem to run on the same wavelength. Like they'll always be screaming and yelling about the same things while Megumi is either indifferent or embarrassed about it lmao.

When Yuji asked Nobara if she felt bad about killing Eso and Kechizu, and she said no, but Yuji pointed out that Eso cried for Kechizu... I resonated with that sense of compassion Yuji has.

I'm glad Megumi actually won a damn fight at the end of the series. He's a cool dude. but his skills weren't quite up to snuff just yet, so I'm glad that Yuji's progress inspired him to be better. Or, really, he just kinda let himself go off the rails fully.

It's really interesting to me how a lot of the characters in this series are motivated by a particular person(s). Like Yuji and his grandfather, Nobara and that lady that her village chased away, Megumi and his sister, Kasumi and her little brothers, and Noritoshi and his mother.

Mahito just pisses me the fuck off. He was fine at first, but then when he wouldn't just die, I grew tired of him and his deranged giggles. And his whole talk of the soul and stuff. Like yeah yeah shut up.

I actually grew to really like Todo. I thought he was just some annoying brute at first, but when he fought Yuji and formed a sense of friendship/brotherhood with him, that's when I found him really fun. His clapping while fighting Hanami was sooo lmao. And his love for that celebrity girl is alskdja.

Nanami ofc is one of my favs so far. I already ranted about him earlier, but I like that he feels reliable and protective. He's just cool.

Wasn't sure how I felt about Toge until I got to see him in action. He's cool as well, and I want to see more of him in the future.

I want more Sukuna bro. Wish he talked more. Though I suppose maybe less is more in his case. It makes it more impactful when he does appear briefly. But I also won't be mad if he does come forth more frequently in the future. And I will also be thrilled if he's the one to end Mahito. I'll pay him to wipe that smile off Mahito's face.

Gojo is just a fun character. A badass who also acts as comic relief. I kinda like him better with his mask on though lmao his blue eyes are kinda intense.

Oh oh oh, I loved that moment when Nobara was fighting Momo and told her she could dress pretty if she wanted and be powerful. Like yeees! Duality~

All the techniques are pretty interesting. Megumi's lightning bird thingy is probably one of my favorites. Toge's ability is awesome in action. And I wasn't really sure about Nobara's hammer and nails, but her use of them, especially in the last episode, became more interesting.

...While looking up a character's name just now, I just stumbled across a spoiler... haha fuck you Mahito.

No but the Junpei situation was sad, and it was set up well enough that I felt okay about his death because I felt like it served it's purpose in motivating Yuji more. Like obviously it would've been nice if Junpei survived, but the tragedy of his life truly did serve as just, well, a tragedy. (That being said, fuck Mahito, all my homies hate Mahito.)

I don't understand why I'll be like 9 minutes into an episode and then all of a sudden the opening credits will randomly start playing. Like bro?? Why not just play that at the beginning?? I know I've been out of the anime game for a long time but surely that's not a typical thing in modern animes, is it?? Or was it always that way and I forgot??

Overall, I'm enjoying the characters and plot. It does drag a bit when the characters constantly have to explain their abilities or certain things about curses and such, but I suppose it's the same as sport animes when they constantly talk about new techniques.

gojo satoru is the most emo man alive he was destined to do a job that has a 100% success rate of eventually killing everyone who does it (even the really skilled people) from the moment he was born and has had the weight of being “the strongest sorcerer” on his back from day one. what does he really want out of his life? what are his hobbies? what was his childhood like? all this man does is fucking w o r k and tease his juniors-

wait, remember when he was in high school and fell in love with that one guy? and he had the slightest moments of time to just exist and hang out with his friends and fuck around? yeah no he ended up almost dying and getting crazy strong bc he almost died (literally the anime power evolution posterchild) but baby grl the trauma plus he eventually had to murder geto because bestie kinda went rogue and started breaking all the sorcerer laws. classic friendsloversrivals to enemies. ouch. but gojo keeps going and grows up and his other friends do too and hey could you believe that this guy became a mentor AND he’s good at it everything’s okay now

except the part where bestie’s body got possessed by a brain and started wreaking more havoc than geto version 1 probably would’ve ever enacted on his own wait what. let’s consult the stats so far!

I don't understand what's so bad about a character being desperate and fighting for his life in battle? It honestly makes for a more engaging exchange instead of just one side overwhelming the other.

In Megumi's case esp., I don't see how him struggling against Reggie is supposed to take away from his victory (a well earned one at that). Like I don't get the double standards at all. Even Yuji struggles in his fights and yet people are allowed to hype him up. But when Megumi fans do it they are met with ridicule as if the thought of praising Megumi is such a taboo in this fandom esp. the english speaking one. It's part of the reason why I've mostly stuck with the korean and japanese spaces on X.

Anyways, just want to air out my grievances. So sorry for dumping this on your asks, but I've been following your blog and I just know you're a safespace for Megumi stuff. CG season announcement really got Meg fans excited but people just has a way to damp the spirit 😔.

The state of the fandom is kinda interesting regarding Megumi. No worries for sharing grievances. If anything I feel specialz that you think this hellhole of mine is a Megumi safe space 😭.

I feel like Megumi fans are just patiently waiting for him to come back while the rest of the fandom just kinda thinks he's in the pickle he's in because he's weak.... but it's quite the opposite actually.

Megumi, whom the King of Curses acknowledges, and whom Gojo himself said could become stronger than him... yes, potential man, right? And what's sad is he was well on his way to fulfilling that potential. Potential is the outcome of a lifetime, and Megumi's unfolding got cut short by Sukuna.

What I love about what you said is that the whole issue with Reggie comes back to how there's no real way to power scale him if he's not fighting one of the other sorcerers to have something to compare him to because Megumi is already perceived as weak... hell, look at how Kashimo stocks dropped lol. Everyone out there calling him a farmer now 😭.

I can't wait for Megumi to prove everyone wrong anon. People have seriously misinterpreted Megumi from the start and have been surprised by his actions since the beginning. Like all of the people who still can't stomach the idea that he killed or were surprised by it.

It's interesting being a Megumi fan lol... WE GOT THIS ANON! We endure!

So chapter 220 seems like it kind of threw out the theories that Kenjaku is interested in Yuuji at all now that he's not Sukuna's vessel. Or at least not his plans/interest in Yuuji doesn't involve Yuuji living. Kinda sad about this from the momjaku point of view, but do you think that we still might see any real momjaku interactions?

I'm absolutely holding out hope for Yuuji being traumatized in new and entertaining ways Mumjaku interactions. Please, Gege, feed us.

I wouldn't say Kenjaku implementing that rule about all CG players except themself and Megumikuna needing to die is particularly contradictory to how I view them and their interest in Yuuji. To be specific, I don't think Kenjaku's ever-changing plans were ever going to be kind to Yuuji, and straight-up death might honestly be gentler on the guy than anything that would've entailed him continuing to be Sukuna's vessel (or a cage, rather) while Kenjaku's plans march on. And, with the rules the protags added for saving Tsumiki, it's not implausible that Kenjaku could still keep Yuuji alive if they want, but that's just a theoretical possibility and not one I think the plot will head toward. Only that, if we're speculating on what Kenjaku's plans (if any) mean for Yuuji, the new rules they added to the CG don't necessarily mean intended filicide.

The thing is, I have no earthly idea what Kenjaku wants at the end of all this. Nothing that comes out of their mouth is trustworthy; they lie like breathing and cheerfully contradict themself. Their actions speak louder, but we still only know so much about them.

They're also not a plan-every-detail villain, like Aizen Sousuke from Bleach for instance. I'd say Kenjaku's greatest strength is their sheer adaptability.* Everything we've seen about them shows that they got so far by (a) using coincidental developments like the Star Plasma Vessel business to their advantage, (b) rolling with the punches to an insane degree, as in the battle with Yuki, and (c) pure fucking luck, also seen in the battle with Yuki.

I'm saying this because nothing about Yuuji's vesselhood implies Kenjaku had a great deal of control over how the whole thing unraveled. They seem to have made him to be a certain way, body and soul, and it's reasonable to assume it had to do with Sukuna, but (a) why, exactly and (b) is it only about Sukuna? Kenjaku says they intend for Yuuji to coexist with Sukuna, and they seem to have a part to play in Yuuji being more cage than vessel, but when Sukuna hops to Megumi and starts running around being his menace self, Kenjaku doesn't even bat an eye. It's further evidence of the aforementioned adaptability, but it also raises the question of what exactly they did to Yuuji, why, and if there's more to it than what we've seen so far.

In sum (I'm sorry, anon, I cannot be concise to save my life), it could be that Kenjaku has lost interest in Yuuji, but it could also be that they have further plans. They could also simply be interested in seeing what he makes of himself; that would be in line with their general approach to things. We really need those Mumjaku interactions—for science.

Gossip Girl AU Prequel Chapter 4

How messed up is Zoro? The man finally tells us here. Not for the faint-hearted. Warning: Contains mentions of sex, partying, alcohol, drugs and rape.

Hello Upper East Siders. Gossip Girl here. And once again, I am here to give the delicious deets on the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite. Now onto the main course.

The summer holiday is slowly coming to an end and everyone is rushing to go get the school supplies. Now that brings the question; is Z retiring from the entertainment industry for good? Or will he just take a break and focus on being a normal kid?

I ask these questions because of the court drama that has played between his dads and his mother lately. Then there is the rumour about his record label dropping him for a supposed new It boy. From what I gathered, that was who Z hooked up with during his little rendezvous in Paris 2 years ago.

This will definitely cause tension between him and S because the two just started dating. And what’s going on with E and SU? Are those two dating or is this a friends with benefits thing? Those two have been getting real cosy these days.

Only time will tell.

"HOLY SHIT!!" The guys were going through Zoro's clothes and found some rather interesting outfits. Very sexy and revealing outfits at that. Zoro smirks. No one really knows about that other side of him besides Perona and his mother who was against it.

"How the hell were you able to bypass your mother to go clubbing?" Sukuna asks. The truth is, the others were not aware as they were busy living their lives in other parts of the globe.

"Simple. I bribed the guards and various staff members who helped me cover up. Perona knows all these club owners and various other people and also she hooked me up."

Zoro chuckles as he sips some wine. "I thought as much because Mihawk has loads of connections." says Eren. "Still, this is pretty sexy." says Sanji as he holds up the grey T-shirt that had ripped hole in front.

"Perona and the maids helped me get those slutty outfits. What I do is that I made sure mum was either not around or that she was asleep. Once the coast was clear, I would then change into my slutty outfits and do my makeup downstairs."

He then shows them a picture of himself at one of those parties. "WHOA!! DUDE YOU LOOK LIKE A FUCKING DIFFERENT PERSON!!"

Zoro chuckles. "That's not all. I had a lot of sex at those parties as well," he said. "Wait a minute. How many people are we talking about here?" His smirk broadens. "Sometimes threesomes, other times foursomes at times fivesomes. Truth be told, I almost always have sexual orgies almost every single week. Thinking about it now is making me horny."

Their eyes widen. "NO FUCKING WAY DUDE?!" Sanji just pouts. "I wish I was there." he whines. "I know right? I would kill to have a front row seat to see the crazy bad boy Zoro Roronoa in action." Zoro raises an eyebrow. "You sure you wanna see that? 'Cause I could show you how wild I can get tonight. If you want."

“Nah let’s not go there. Still it is kinda sad how you got this way.” says Sukuna. The others nodded. Zoro used to be a kind sweet kid. But now, that little boy is long dead.

Zoro smiles sadly. “I am done being nice. I am tired of being used and betrayed. So I became the guy that I am now. I no longer care anymore. So long as I can gain some form of pleasure to escape the shit in my life. Then I am fine. So long as I do not feel that pain anymore then.....it is all good. And so that's what I did to survive. Open my damn legs and let all kind of guys to fuck me senseless until I cannot remember my name that night.”

The others exchanged looks. This was the first time they would hear Zoro speak that way. Truth be told, there are still some things they do not know about him. Hearing this shocked them. Yes, they have done equally horrible things but Zoro’s situation hits different once you remember what she had done to her son.

"That woman ruined him." says Sukuna. He always sued to get into arguments with Terra a lot because he noticed how much that woman hurt her son and had enough decency within him to call her out. Sukuna may be an ass but even he would never cross that line with his own kids.

“They better let you guys win.” says Eren. Zoro nods. “Anyway enough of that. Congrats on your debut Sanji and Eren.” he said with the fakest smile plastered on his face. A couple weeks ago, Eren, Sanji and three other guys announced that they would debut as the boyband Aogiri.

Now don’t get Zoro wrong. He is happy for them, especially Sanji. But he felt this strange emptiness. Nah I can’t be jealous. He worked hard for this.

He remembers how the media often tried to pit them against each other and created a rivalry that was none existent back then. He found out weird especially since it was a well known fact that he was in love with the boy.

What he fears more than anything is the fame getting into Sanji’s head and Sanji suddenly abandoning him. Just like majority of their other friends. Like Sesshomaru. Agh….not those voices again!!

“Honey are you okay?” Sanji’s sweet voice was enough to snap him out of his trance. “Oh nothing. Just picturing you onstage.” Partially true.

Soon, Sanji and Eren get picked up by their manager and Sukuna gets called away by his dad leaving Zoro all alone.

Once the others were gone, his mask gets quickly discarded. “Why is life so hard?” he mutters as he sits on his bed, staring at the pile of clothes that lay all across the room.

He was deeply confused. One minute he was on top of the world. The next, he was a mess. Can death just come and claim me please?

“Is it me or is Zoro hiding something?” Sanji asks. He and Eren had just finished group rehearsals and were taking a break.

“Looks like I ain’t the only one that noticed.” Says Eren. “What did the woman do to him?” Marimo please don’t hurt yourself. I beg you.

Although he and Zoro have been having sex, something still felt off. He was a lot distant and rarely spoke. It seems that it could be connected to sexual trauma. It was then that Sanji remembered his own traumatic past and panicked inwardly. Did that witch sexually abuse her own son?

Meanwhile Mihawk and Arashi were busy chatting in the kitchen whilst having some coffee. “Remember when Buggy accidentally burned down part of the kitchen whilst trying to make some spaghetti for Shanks?

Arashi laughs. “Zeff almost killed him that day.” Mihawk chuckles. Nothing like reminiscing about your younger years with your childhood friend. “I can’t believe Zeff let him into the kitchen.”

Mihawk spots Zoro who had just come down the stairs and was lurking around. “Oi Zoro you okay buddy?”

The boy just stares at the ground. Arashi walks over to the boy and hugs him. “It’s okay kiddo.”

“Dad. I have a confession to make. It is related to mother.”

Both men stare at each other before staring back at the boy.

“Tell us.”

Zoro gulps. He actually wanted to tell his friends but he felt it was best to tell the dads first. “M…Mother raped me when I was 7.”

“WHAT?!”

The poor boy finally breaks down in tears. The two men immediately pull him into a warm hug. “God I failed you Zoro!! Why did I not see that?!” Mihawk exclaims.

“It’s alright Mihawk. All that matters is that we protect him now.” says Arashi. Mihawk nods. “Oh that bitch is gonna pay for what she did to our son!!”

Zoro smiles. The weight has finally been lifted off his shoulders. His siblings overheard the entire conversation and were horrified. “How could mother do this?!” Miku gasps.

“Pure evil I tell you.” says Perona. “We need to protect him at all costs.” says Kuina.

One thing that confuses me is that if it were the other way around geto wouldn't kill gojo he would understand why gojo was doing that but he wouldn't kill him. Something I noticed is that Gojo is strong in terms of strength but he is weak psychologically He pretends to be arrogant but is a fragile character, breaking and still living in the past. I think Satura Gojo is one of the most complex characters in Jujutsu Kaisen. 1.Your personality appears to be fake. 2. his emotions are very limited, like crying, sadness almost all the time, he is happy, which scares me. 3. Your arrogance irritates me a lot. I have a question which do you prefer geto or gojo? ps; I prefer geto. If you can answer I would appreciate it.

I honestly think Geto would have killed Gojo if it was the other way around. I said this before but Geto's the type, I think, to put a lot of weight on ideals. If Gojo decided all non-sorcerers need to die, Geto would likely still have his "the strong must protect the weak" mentality. He'd be devastated, he'd do everything in his power to convince Gojo to stop but if nothing works, he'd kill him. Very, very reluctantly and the act would break him.

I also think Gojo would let him. It's kinda complicated because Geto cannot surpass or equal Gojo in terms of power as far as we know so even if there were orders for Geto to kill Gojo, he can't, and he probably takes comfort in that. But I think Gojo would let Geto kill him, the man's obsessed with Geto.

And....hmm....Gojo's strength in personality....

I think he's, stubborn? Stubborn and too self-assured the way Sukuna is. The overwhelming sense of self. He has his priorities picked and if it's not relevant to that, he doesn't care.

He explains it himself, his students feel like plants to him. He's too far above them. Most gardeners don't break down if a flower or two dies. That's the entire world to him. It's that his personality and mentality is too far above humanity. His one tether to humanity was Geto and the time they spent together. Pull at that, and everything falls apart.

I think he's pretty strong but allowed himself one weakness and everyone honed in on it. Like a small, untreated cut left to fester until it infects the rest of the body.

His personality seems fake because literally no one acts like that but he's being for real, or as real as he can get. He cares, but not to the extent or in a manner a normal human should care and he's trying his best to convey that he does in his own way, which comes off as fake(but istg he does).

His emotions also seem limited because I think in a world like his, with responsibilities that he holds, he HAS to be. He let himself get emotional and showed human weakness one time(with Riko) and he got killed for it. As someone with the level of power he has, I think Gojo has learned that he can't let emotions rule him. So he willfully distances himself. I think Shoko is almost as distant as Gojo but the factor of fear exists with Gojo because....he's invincible. If he decides he doesn't care, everyone's doomed. And that might contribute to the fear? idk I'm guessing here.

His arrogance, yeah I get it I hated it too before but now I get it. Like I too would be an insufferable asshole if I was a 6 ft 3 tall gorgeous man with the intellect to defeat even the smartest people on the planet, all the money I could ask for and more, and the power to destroy the world in the blink of an eye. I would be worse actually.

I prefer Geto!! He's flawed and the kind of asshole I can understand. As Yuki said best, my type of guy is someone who gets dirty and Geto is definitely that(disinfectant aside lol). A genius from hard work, as Gege explains, and I can get behind that. He's just, fun to think about.
