Teufel is not the sort of being to have made friends. The closest thing he could that could be identified would be an ally. But to someone as powerful, as xenophobic, and as vile as him, most others would be considered pawns. All except for perhaps two people.
The first would be the Destroyer God Dhakk. To Teufel, while Dhakk is someone he can see that he can manipulate, the God of Destruction’s own personality and philosophies often coincide with Teufel’s own. Perhaps, also, Teufel knows that Dhakk is smart enough to not trust him completely, which has gained the devil’s respect. In the small windows of planning together, or bringing about strife on mortal kind, there is a flicker of emotion that Teufel doesn’t quite understand trying light in him. Teufel doesn’t allow these emotions to grow.
On the other spectrum, from a side of complete obsession with toying with, is Klinge. Teufel has been impressed by how much suffering the Gerudo had gone through, irritated by having lost to him when Mablung was first alive, then more than happy to continue tormenting the Gerudo when Teufel was freed from his imprisonment. Teufel finds destiny to be a concept that is beneath him, yet when he found out that Klinge, now taking on the name Malik, had taken possession of the Triforce of Power, he couldn’t help but laugh at the cosmic coincidence bringing them close together again. In all of Teufel’s sick ideas on what makes mortal’s pleasurable, Klinge has to be his favourite. If not to see how far the Gerudo can bend before being broken.
