Decadent Cupcake Batter Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup cupcake mix

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar, sour cream, cupcake mix, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.

Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.

Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.

~ Soular was the one who confessed to you. Once he realized he was in love with you, he wanted to become your boyfriend as quick as possible. He planned his confession in advance. It was straightforward, but very sweet.

~ He likes to tease you. He thinks it’s so entertaining. He’s never actually mean though, it’s all just playful. He’d never want to hurt your feelings.

~ Soular gets jealous pretty easily, but hides it well. He hates when you hang out with Westar or other guys/girls unless he knows their intentions.

~ He doesn’t hide his affection in public. As cheesy as it is, he wants everyone to know that he loves you. His hand is always in yours, or around your waist, and he doesn’t hesitate to kiss you if he feels like it.

~ He’s not against you playing with or doing his hair. He’ll just be confused as to why you want to. But hey, if you enjoy it and it makes you happy, go right ahead. He won’t mind.

~ Soular likes going on dates in both Earth and Labyrinth. The two places are vastly different from each other, so he likes to compare the things you can do. Dates in Labyrinth are always interesting. The technology is like nothing you’ve ever seen. Soular enjoys the things you can do in Earth as well.

~ Anyone with a good pair of eyes can see that Soular is very handsome. So that means that lots of ladies will be staring at him. When you aren’t around, some even ask him out. But don’t worry! Soular only loves you, so he’ll reject them.

~ He loves hearing you talk about your interests. He finds it so cute how you get all excited about something not everyone thinks about. Tell him everything, he can listen to you for hours.

Savory Easter Meat Pie, A Delicious Tradition for Holiday Gatherings

Ingredients:

For the Pastry:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup cold butter, diced

1/4 cup cold water

1 teaspoon salt

For the Filling:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground beef or lamb

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions:

To make the pastry, combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the cold diced butter and rub it into the flour mixture using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Gradually add the cold water, mixing until a dough forms. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the ground beef or lamb to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.

Stir in the dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

On a floured surface, roll out two-thirds of the pastry dough to fit the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Transfer the rolled-out dough to the pie dish and trim any excess.

Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the pastry base. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the meat.

Roll out the remaining pastry dough to fit the top of the pie. Place it over the filling and seal the edges with a fork. Trim any excess dough.

Brush the top of the pie with beaten eggs for a shiny finish.

Use a sharp knife to make a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
