I’m so tired of people telling Rebels fans how “lucky” they are and how they must be so damn happy with the “fantastic” stuff that they’re getting
Well I’m not happy. I’m annoyed. We’re being given shit out of the garbage and people are telling us to be grateful. The loth cat plush was marketed as something from the Mandalorian despite a loth cat appearing once as a fucking cameo, Kanan’s lightsaber has the Bad Batch logo and I imagine the case will be more fucking Bad Batch marketing and not for Rebels like it should. They retconned Kanan’s backstory and even fucking appearance for the Bad Batch, the Art of Rebels book was a joke with the art being of side characters and not the main characters. And now we’re being told for the show that is being treated as the Rebels sequel is being made and marketed to say that you don’t have to watch Rebels despite the show being entirely about the search for Ezra, a character that has only been allowed to exist in Rebels content and nothing else.
Rebels fans deserve so much better then this. It’s so frustrating Rebels is getting treated so poorly.

So I know what the wiki says about James’ fate and all, and the result of Jedi Night but… I don’t buy it. Nope, not at all. James and Kanan are alive and well traveling the sea of stars and fighting injustice throughout the galaxy :)

ALL ABOARD THE DENIAL TRAIN CHOO CHOOOOOOO
Mr. Filoni and CRWBY you canon sucks and I am applying my own canon. I’m also confiscating Kanan and James respectively until you learn how to play nice.
Lolz I like your au though anon. That is now canon Kanan sensed something in the force went to Atlas found James left for dead and abandoned by everyone said fuck that and took him to space to go on space adventures fighting for those who where abandoned like they where.
That is my new canon and no one can convince me otherwise.

It confuses me so much when I read/watch someone complain about the Ghost crew being so prominent in the Ahsoka show.
They are a big part of her story! She would quite literally be DEAD without Ezra's intervention, so doesn't it follow that she would keep her promise to come find him?
And if we are going to have Thrawn as a major live-action villain, they can't just not address the two seasons he spent going up against these people.
It just reads as a bunch of people who wouldn't watch Rebels because it's a "kids show" being butthurt when they realize that it's an important part of canon.
(Sorry for the rant....I just have a lot of feelings about this show)

Ahsoka vs Thrawn pisses me off, because that conflict wasn't built up well at all and rather than get a Rebels season 5 devoted entirely to the characters, we have their arcs revolve around Ahsoka like Ezra, Hera, Sabine deserve better than this shitshow.
Sabine calling Ahsoka "master" lmao what a joke.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I think the biggest story development problem I have with Ahsoka spearheading the hunt for Thrawn and Ezra is that she was gone after the end of Season 2. Thrawn entered the picture in Season 3.
Ahsoka never had any involvement in all the trials and tribulations the Rebels went through with Thrawn. Ever. And Thrawn is really the main nemesis for Hera because he invaded her home on Ryloth, he took her Kalikori, and he used it against Hera when she was being tortured by Pryce by goading her about the loss of her brother. To add salt to the wound, Thrawn basically expressed that Hera should feel lucky her family's treasured heirloom would become part of his art collection rather than be tossed away upon her execution . That is all on top of the Rebels who were under Hera's wing on Atollon who got wiped out by Thrawn. So, if anyone has a major bone to pick with Thrawn, it is Hera Syndulla, not Ahsoka.
As for Sabine and Ahsoka, I am curious to see what kind of backstory the show provides regarding their relationship plus how it moves it forward because these two had absolutely zero onscreen time together in Rebels. Because they never had any direct connection to begin with, it was hard to feel excited about them teaming up for the grand search for Ezra at the end of the Season 4 epilogue. Frankly, it will be a real slap in the face to Kanan and Ezra if they make Sabine Force-sensitive with Ahsoka her master. That said, I don't think they'd tease such a huge development in the trailer if that's what's really going on, but I guess we shall see what we shall see.
I intend to view Ahsoka with an open mind and wait until all the episodes air before forming any final opinions. For now, I'm crossing my fingers that this "Season 5 of SWR" per Filoni keeps the Ghost characters front and center as they so deserve if this is indeed the continuation of their story.

How to Choose the Right Drainage Pipe
A critical plumbing requirement for every property is an efficient drainage system. Any problems or backlog in these pipes can lead to indoor flooding, seepage in the walls, and damage to the property, which may even spread to the neighbouring property. Further, as drainage systems deal with wastewater, any leakage here could mean terrible odour along with health concerns as well.
This is why opting for a good-quality SWR drainage system by APL Apollo is important. These SWR pipe fittings are specially designed to cater to various drainage requirements effectively.
Traditionally, metal and GI pipes were commonly used for drainage applications. These days, there is a wide variety of solutions by different brands. Choosing the right drainage system can be difficult, which is why here we bring you the ultimate checklist to ensure you pick the best drainage piping system for your property.
 1. Check the Quality of Water
Water supply in different parts of the country varies in the salt and mineral content, which impacts the corrosiveness. This factor is the lead cause of corrosion and the subsequent damage to the piping system. SWR pipes and fittings by APL Apollo are highly resilient and do not corrode even when faced with harsh water quality making them the leading choice for all drainage solutions.
2. Check the Quality of Pipe Material
There are numerous types of pipes available in the markets ranging from metal pipes such as steel and GI to plastic pipes such as PVC, uPVC, and more. When it comes to quality and durable piping solutions, the best option is the SWR drainage system by APL Apollo. SWR stands for soil, waste, and rainwater, making them the best possible solution for all kinds of wastewater elimination.
3. Determine the Water Flow
In high-traffic locations such as multi-resident apartments and commercial kitchens, wastewater elimination may be in higher quantities. This requires SWR pipe fittings with a smooth interior surface that allows for quick elimination of wastewater without clogging. Further, it also reduces the risk of scaling and other deposits forming on the inner surface of the pipes that can lead to blockages over time. APL Apollo’s SWR pipes with rubber ring 3 metres in length are a popular choice due to their functioning, design, and length, requiring minimal joints.
4. Pick a Certified Manufacturer
Often, people pick an economical pipe or drainage system without paying attention to its quality. This may seem affordable in the short-run but can lead to poor performance or increased cost of repair and replacement in the future. Be sure to pick a reputed manufacturer such as APL Apollo, which is known for its industrial certifications and benchmark quality standards. The APL Apollo SWR drainage system conforms to ISI-13592-92 and ISI-14735-99.
 Conclusion
Quality and compatibility are crucial considerations when picking a good drainage pipe. APL Apollo SWR pipe fittings offer a maintenance-free solution for durable and corrosion-free service life.

As the child of a single parent who lost my father at a young age. Fuck Filoni for doing the whole "lover dies but she gets a kid to remember him by" shtick. Seriously, fuck him and his poor writing. Mine and many others life isn't a tradegy for you to have your truama porn by. That was completely unnecessary, shits on a good character who was recovering from multiple truamas and finally really getting a happy ending. Fuck Filoni. Fuck him for pulling time travel ex machina to save his favorite but coming up with shit so a good character can't be and do nothing fucking else with the rescued character.

I keep seeing posts about Jedi Knight releasing 5 years ago today so uh friendly reminder Kanans death was extremely ableist in how it was executed and you could see the hand of the author the entire time so Filoni could bring back Ahsoka and I will never forgive him for that.

"my hatred of Ahsoka" - okay, you've got me curious. What's the beef?
Hey anon! Warning this is going to get very VERY long and their will be major spoilers for Star Wars Rebels (SWR), The Mandalorian and The Clone wars (TCW) so if you don’t want to be spoiled please watch those shows before reading this. Also if you like Ahsokas character please skip this because this does get salty. Obviously if you like the character that’s fine I’m just explaining my beef. Also I’ll be going into a fair bit of details to give background and context to the scene just in case you haven’t seen certain series to try and minimize confusion.
So I’ll break this down into parts because as I said I have a lot to say.
-Jedi or Not?
One key feature about Ahsoka in SWR is that she repeatedly insists that she is not a Jedi. However despite insisting she is not a Jedi she continually participated in Jedi activities, Din goes to find her to train baby Yoda, she goes with Kanan and Ezra to Malachore, the Jedi council contacts her for help even with Mandalore and she was even planning on returning to the order shortly before Order 66 happens, and during the Rise of Skywalker every voice we hear is a confirmed Jedi that is dead, BUT we also hear Ahsokas voice and Filoni himself said she’s not dead. Why is Ahsoka able to do this trick of speaking to Rey when not dead? Why is she even participating in this VERY Jedi moment and acting as a Jedi guide to Rey despite her continued I distance even in the Mandalorian that she is not a Jedi? And this is all that I remember off the top of my head. She insists she’s not a Jedi while overall trying to pretend she is one and this seems like it’s solely for the purpose of her being allowed to not die while all the other Jedi characters are brutally killed in a lazy way to explain Yoda’s line about the Jedi in the original trilogy which goes on to my next point:
-Ahsoka comes back to life when no one else can
In TCW their is an episode where Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-Wan are trapped in this strange planet where the force seems much more powerful and the Son and Daughter live who are embodiments if the dark and light side of the force respectively. During the events of the episode Ahsoka is killed by the brother and then subsequently saved by the gravely injured Daughter who gives Ahsoka her remaining life force. Given that the father (also seemingly a manifestation of the force itself) the scene reads as the force interfering to prevent Ahsoka from dying.
In season 2 of Rebels, Ahsoka comes face to face with Darth Vader himself and goes into a battle to the death. Later on in an episode I loath with every fiber of my being “A World Between Worlds” after being forced to watch his mentor Kanan die a very brutal death Ezra finds a realm that seems to have inspired the portals in RWBY where time is meaningless and their are portals showing various events in time. Ezra finds the portal showing the dual between Ahsoka and Vader where we see Ahsoka stab the crumbling ground beneath her and Vader in attempt to save him from being killed by the holocron s blast and he raises his saber to kill her. In order to keep her from dying, Ezra pulls her out and saves her life. In this moment Ezra realizes he could save Kanan, his mentor and father figure whom he just had to watch brutally die, with Ahsoka, whom Ezra had just saved in the same manner, follows him and prevents him from saving Kanan saying that he wanted to save his family and thus wanted to die this way and Ezra shouldn’t interfere, which really to me reads as Ahsoka realizing Ezra saving Kanan via time travel risks HER then actually dying and selfishly saying that to save her own ass rather then believing Ezra shouldn’t interfere with events of the past. The whole way Kanan died also has some ableist undertones which I won’t get into which also further makes these episodes that much harder to swallow and I’ll be happy to elaborate for anyone whose curious as to why I think this. Anyways since again Loth Wolves which are again heavily tied to the force was the one who guided Ezra to this place that exists outside of time we ONCE AGAIN have the force going out of its way to keep Ahsoka alive. It’s especially frustrating since the force refused to help the Jedi slaughtered during Order 66, refused to help Kanan despite him doing what the force basically ordered him to do which lead to his death, and refused in general to help like anyone doing the will of the force which led to their death.
What is Ahsoka doing that is so important the force over and over again feels she has to be saved but no one else ever does anything that is deserving of being saved in the same way and just has to die and stay dead? Why is no other character that is a good guy ever allowed to come back and be saved like Ahsoka?
- She is being shoved into EVERYTHING
This statement may feel like an exaggeration but it’s kind of hitting a point where it’s not so much anymore. She’s obviously in the Clone Wars, she makes another appearance in season 7 despite leaving the order to figure things out on her own and again participate in Jedi business (while this is honestly an understandable return it does show a bit of a pattern). She then makes her appearance in the Rebels era acting as Fulcrum over several seasons. Her next appearance is in the Mandaloran as the Jedi Din is searching for to potentially train baby yoda (avoiding the name to avoid unnecessary spoilers). I can’t help but wonder why they threw in Ahsoka other then to tease at the Ahsoka series and completely throw off the line time and actively retcon the Rebels timeline.
For those of you confused by this, let me explain. Originally when the Rebels epilogue took place we where told it was 5 years later after the fall of the empire. However we also know the Mandalorian takes place 10 years after the fall of the empire. This is important because in the Mandalorian Ahsoka is currently looking for Thrawn and Ezra ALONE but in the Rebels epilogue Sabine and Ahsoka leave together. The original plan of leaving Ezra lost for 5 years was bad enough but now it’s been changed to 10 years and the show and description have no mention of Sabine and is all about Ahsoka.
Rather then using a character that wouldn’t mess up timelines or even just in general let us find out other characters fates instead Ahsoka is used and at times it feels like people think she is the ONLY animated female character to exist in all of Star Wars. Why not have one of the Padawan from the clone wars be Fulcrum? Why couldn’t say Ventress or Cal be the Jedi Din searches for? Why couldn’t Kanan be allowed to live and be the one to search for his Padawan? Their are just so many options to give other characters a chance to shine but over and over again it’s given to Ahsoka.
I know she’s a very popular character and most people would disagree with me, and that’s fine these are just my frustrated and pissed off opinions. Feel free to disagree with me it’s just my two cents after all.

Star Wars Rebels - Imperial Women
Maketh Tua - Season 1 Seventh Sister - Season 2 Arihnda Pryce - Season 3/4
Apparently a prerequisite to being an imperial lady is having silly headwear?
I’m 4ever sad that all of the female villains in Rebels kicked the bucket, they were so refreshing!  Plus it’d also have been super cool if they’d had shared scenes, instead of one replacing the other as soon as they went out of season, hehe, bad pun intended. Anyway... You know. *shrug*

if you dont mind a random question, what are your thoughts on the second two seasons of swr, and especially on the ending/kanan's death/ezra's fate? ive been really salty about it lately and i love hearing opinions from people i respect!
I love the show overall, although Season 3 was my least favorite (I think largely because Kanan was absent most the season). I actually really like Season 4 and the ending, although I do also have serious issues with it.
On paper, I have no problem with Kanan’s death, Ahsoka’s return, and Ezra being yeeted. Of course as a fan, I would have much preferred Kanan had lived and Ezra being able to stay with his family. But as a writer, I don’t really have any problem with it.
However, I do have a narrative issue with how these events were presented to the audience.
Let’s start with Kanan’s death. The death itself was beautifully animated, the music breathtaking, and the moment of Kanan’s eyes clearing so he could keep Hera’s promise was one of the best moments of the show.
But I loathe the love confession that happened right before. There was no need for it. It was already obvious that they loved each other, even without the words. Their problem wasn’t love or affection. It was prioritization, it was commitment. The Rebellion came first for Hera. It’s heavily implied that S3 onward, Hera and Kanan drifted apart because of how deeply involved they were with the rebellion. In S4, Kanan decided to try and pull them back together. And before she left Lothal, she kissed him as a way of telling him in public that she wanted it. What should have been said on the fuel pod was a reiteration of that commitment: that she wanted this relationship more than she wanted the rebellion.
Now, if that confession had been changed, I would have had no problem with Kanan’s death. But then World Between Worlds happened. And while I love the episode, I have some salt about how Ahsoka was handled.
Like I said before, I don’t mind on paper that she was saved. But this was just two episodes after Kanan had died, and Ezra was there because some manifestation of Kanan’s will had guided him there. Kanan died... and Ahsoka was saved. It doesn’t matter if it wasn’t literally a life for a life. Narratively, Kanan died so that Ahsoka could live. Just like in a lot of TV shows where a character dies/leaves in a season finale and a new character is introduced next season, to the audience, that new character is taking that old character’s place.
And for Ahsoka to tell Ezra that he can’t save his father right after he had just saved her is just rich. I know it’s heavily implied that it was a Sith trap, I know he was supposed to be learning a lesson about letting go, but there were better ways of doing it.
Maybe Ezra saves Ahsoka but it’s only temporary. The scene freezes or something, and it’s implied that when she goes back, she’ll have to meet her fate. And then Ezra does the same with Kanan, but it’s just a change to have a proper goodbye and that’s how he learns the lesson. That he has to let go, and that time is not so easily changed.
Maybe Ezra doesn’t save Ahsoka at all, but he does see Kanan as he was earlier the afternoon before they saved Hera. Through the gate, Kanan and he are able to converse (meaning Kanan knew he was going to die, and this was his chance to console Ezra and help him to let Kanan go and omg I kinda want to write this version...).
I don’t know. I just don’t like the way I felt about WbW as is. It was badly paced and timed.
And finally, Ezra being yeeted... I actually have zero issue with this. What I do take issue with is the fact that apparently no one tried to find him for a whole four almost five years?? I don’t care how pregnant and committed to the rebellion Hera was, she would have found some way to try and look for him. Even if it was just to give support to Sabine or Rex or someone to go out and look for him. And Sabine just decided to stay on Lothal that whole time?? They were a family, it was the central theme of the show, it was explicit.
So yeah, the delay in going out to find him was a baffling narrative choice.
And... yeah I think that pretty much lays out my feelings about the show’s ending and some of the S4 choices. Again, I still love the show, even the last season, but just because you love it doesn’t mean you still can be critical lol
