[Music is a very big part of my life and I’m MOSTLY INCAPABLE of writing without music, so I just thought I'd share what I am listening to while writing this]

Ladies, Gentlemen and Distinguished Enbies, how have you all been?

As I’m writing this, the schedule for FESTA 2023 was just released so, i’ll make sure to post this today, so I can focus on it 🤩🤩🤩.

Hope you haven’t allowed too many pestering things in the fandom ruffle your beautiful feathers. It might seem like there is a lot to be angry about, but IN MY OPINION we keep getting appalled and distracted by the same-ol’same ol’, which, NGL, plays perfectly into the hands of those who want to see us triggered and ignore, for example, ACTUAL ANGER INDUCING shit that has been going on in the industry potentially affecting the members, some more than others; NAMELY JIMIN. BUT the title of this post is Queer Realizations and Acceptances, right? So, forgive me, let me not digress.

From the beginning of this year, I’ve been concentrating heavily on all aspects of my health and thus far, even though it has been so groundbreaking in many positive ways, it has brought about a lot of things I had to face head-on, ready-or-not style. This particular weekend, my family and I met with another family for a nice lunch. During this meeting it was made pretty clear to me that, at this stage in my life, if I were to pursue being my TRUE SELF, a European-born African Queer Woman, with anyone other than my sibling and close cousins, within my family, I would never bring my family any joy, or sense of pride and I would most certainly ostracise myself. And because I also realised that I really love my family, there is really nothing I can do.

These are the cards I was dealt and that I have finally accepted. As a consequence, I have started making my statement clear on my wish to not want to marry, which has liberated me so much; SO FUCKING MUCH. With that weight off my shoulder, the desire to start working on my project has been growing stronger by the day, and with that I also finally came face-to-face with my biggest fear, the one and only reason why I haven’t been able to sit-down and write. I’ve been working on this like half my life, and though it is not the theme it is LGBTQ-heavy, hence I have been feeling literally petrified at the idea of this project somehow ending up catching a public eye or two. Take the infamous situation with Kit Connor, he was basically pushed into having to reveal his sexuality and I CANNOT, AND WILL NOT, HAVE THAT. 

I have been working on this project for so long, it is my baby, so I want it out in the world, but at the same time I also want to keep my family. I know it sounds like a Have your cake and eat it situation, but that is indeed my situation and: I WANT BOTH. Particularly when, to begin with, it is hella unfair for these two things to be mutually exclusive. So as I kept thinking, Jikook came to mind. For all the speculation, all the love, all the hate, all the gossip, all the rumours, all their actions, all their silences … we still don’t have any confirmation, or negation, regarding whether they are straight or queer. So why couldn’t this be me? 

The only big difference I could spot is that differently from Europe and America, in Asia a journalist will not come up and ask you flat out “Are you Gay?” In fact the private lifestyle of an Asian idol, where just dating is a scandal hence everyone keeps it underwraps, and companies also help you to do so if theta re invested in you enough could prove rather beneficial and a good protection unless you get caught of course 😬😬😬. Nevertheless, as I am not in Asia, I do not have that option but I have indeed figured out what I am going to do in my case if that time were ever to arise 🤡😌. Basically, NEVER LET ANYONE FORCE YOU TO COME OUT. I think this is not said enough, but if you don’t want to come out, YOU 👏🏾 DON’T 👏🏾 HAVE 👏🏾 TO 👏🏾.

Now, obviously I don't know if Jikook assuming they are queer would ever want to come out or not, it is a scary world out there and safety comes ALWAYS FIRST. However, ultimately it is up to them, and in the same way I would want people to respect my decision, even if 4 years from now it becomes painfully clear maybe by being the only two members that aren't married but somehow live together that they indeed are, if by then nothing has still been confirmed or denied then; CLEARLY that would have been their answer with that question. Period.

So, if I ever were to get "fans" one day, I apologise in advance for my secrecy in regards, but whatever action I take will be my stance. You will be free to speculate and do all that I am respectfully doing with Jikook at the moment, of course, but just as well, because I would have been on both sides, I also know that you won’t die from lack of knowledge; no matter how badly you want to know. BUT THEN AGAIN who knows, maybe by the time I get to that point the world might have made a complete 360 and being part of the Queer community 🏳️‍🌈 wouldn't be such a problematic thing anymore. I wouldn’t hold my breath on this but, hey, miracles do happen, so I can but hope 😊.

Anyways, enough of my rambling, let's all get ready for FESTA 2023, apparently there already is something on schedule for tomorrow so y'all ... like ... THE OT7 IN MY CAN'T EVEN.

FUSHIGURO MEGUMI

megumi's never believed in love at first sight, it's really not his thing. but when he sees you enter the main temple of jujutsu tech, he can't explain the way he feels drawn to you, instantly.

you're looking around like you're lost, which makes sense because he's never seen you before and the jujutsu society wasn't exactly a large pool of people. he's frozen in place for a minute until your eyes land on him and then you're approaching him.

he's panicking, eyes widening further the closer you get, until he can smell your perfume and see your bright smile up close.

"hey, i'm a little lost, could you give me directions?"

he probably looks like an idiot because he doesn't answer your question right away. his mind and body are stuck like someone accessed his pause button (you had, somehow) and now he's standing there silently staring at you. he thinks he's probably being a creep, but you're quick to explain yourself.

"i was invited!" you say quickly. "i swear, i'm not some weird stranger- oh, that probably made me sound weirder, huh?"

and then you're laughing, sheepishly rubbing the back of your neck and staring at the ground. it's cute, megumi thinks, and his resolve starts to melt as he finds his voice.

"don't worry about it," he says, and he even manages a smile. "where are you trying to go?"

"i was trying to get to the dorms," you tell him. "was i close?"

"not really," he chuckles, and you're laughing nervously again. "but that's alright, it's a confusing place"

"yeah, that's for sure," you mumble as you follow beside him. "how long have you been here?"

megumi looks at you, taken aback for a moment. jujutsu tech didn't get many visitors, and when it did, they weren't usually very interested in him.

although he wasn't usually very interested in them either. but you seemed different.

"i'm a first year," he says. "but i've been raised in jujutsu society pretty much my whole life"

"oh, that's neat," you hum. "i didn't know this all existed until, like, a month ago"

megumi's eyes widen, but he tries to keep his composure. who were you? what were you doing here if you were a non-curse user? he knows he should probably be giving you the first degree right now... but you were so cute...

"oh" is all he manages to say, before forcing himself to swallow the lump in his throat.

"yeah," you let out a sigh. "but it's been interesting to learn about, you lead very interesting lives," you smile at him then. "you're like heroes"

megumi thinks he's going to faint. there was no praise from non-curse users in this line of work, so it was odd to hear it now. he'd never considered himself someone who needed praise- much unlike his mentor- but hearing it coming from you now, he feels his face and chest warm with pride, and happiness.

"no one's ever said anything like that" he says honestly, and you seem surprised by that.

"really?" you hum. "well they should,"

and there's that warm feeling again.

"i'm (y/n) by the way" you say, realizing you'd skipped the formalities.

"megumi," he responds. "so... who are you here for anyways?" he asks, realizing they'd reached the hall of dorms.

"oh, right," you laugh, realizing you'd skipped all of the important topics. "i'm here to visit my boyfriend," you say, "yuuji"

what?

megumi blinks, not saying anything for a moment. yuuji had a girlfriend and he hadn't said anything? and now of course you show up and he thinks you're his dream girl and you're yuuji's girlfriend?

he's silent when you approach yuuji's door, and he's silent when yuuji greets you with a wide grin and a tight hug. you're both laughing, smiling, sharing quick kisses and 'i missed yous', and it's all too much to take in at once.

megumi slips away before either of you could noticed, feeling awkward, and embarrassed.

because if realizing you were his best friend's girl wasn't enough to make his burst of feelings go away, he didn't know what would. ___

INUMAKI TOGE

your boyfriend spent a lot of time away on assignments, being a special grade sorcerer and all, that was a part of the gig. and normally it didn't bother you that yuuta was gone more than he was around.

or at least, you did a good job of hiding that it bothered you. you didn't want to diminish his achievements, because you were proud of him and how far he's come as a sorcerer.

but the nights could be so, so lonely.

toge knew this, maybe better than anyone else, because he could see the rollercoaster of emotions you went through first hand. the overwhelming joy when yuuta would return would bring you to tears. but then when it was time for him to leave again, the tears would come back, and they'd always sit behind your eyes until he was home again.

you did a good job of masking it, keeping yourself busy with your own assignments, or training. but the days seemed longer when yuuta was gone, and you could only do so much to distract yourself.

toge had taken it upon himself to reach out to you more often, to watch a movie, or play smash bros, or get lunch, whatever it was he made a great effort to engage with you, to keep you talking and happy and mostly just distracted. at first he was just trying to be a good friend to both yuuta and you. he knew yuuta would appreciate knowing his girlfriend isn't sitting around being mopey in his absence, and he knew you appreciated a good friend by your side.

however it all started to derail when you fell asleep in his dorm one night, after spending hours watching comedies to keep you laughing, you'd grown tired, and felt just a little too comfortable in the warmth of toge's blankets surrounding you. you'd slipped into sleep without him noticing, until a weight pressed onto his shoulder.

he'd glanced down to see you sleeping peacefully on his shoulder, the light from the flickering tv casting over your features in a way that just made you look so pretty. your long lashes cast shadows over your cheeks, your lips slightly parted as you took shallow breaths. it made his heart warm, and toge found himself smiling as he stared at you.

and then it hit him. he was falling for you. he'd been falling for you, hell, he might as well already be deeply in love with you.

all this time he'd spent keeping you company, he was falling deeper and deeper. from the way your eyes crinkled when you laughed, or your hand grabbed his arm when you wanted to share exciting news, even the way you looked at him and listened when he spoke the few words he was able to, he had started swooning over you.

and as warm as you made him feel, as full, happy, content, safe, as loved as you made him feel, a sense of dread began to pool inside him anytime he lingered on those feelings a little too long.

it wasn't right. you weren't his to love. your heart belonged to someone else- and not just anyone- you were his best friend's.

after this realization, he didn't want to do anything to change your friendship. it would feel wrong to push you away just because he couldn't keep his feelings under control. but he vowed to himself he would never do anything to get in the way of you and yuuta.

it hurt, keeping it all hidden. but it was the only thing he could do to keep you both in his life. and he'd do anything for the both of you. ___

OKKOTSU YUUTA

yuuta knew from the moment he'd met you that you were toge's girl. but from that same moment, he'd known he was going to fall for you. and he did, hard, and fast.

when he'd first come to jujutsu tech, you were the first person to reach out to him. you joined him at lunch, introduced yourself, and asked him to open up about himself too. it took a while for him to get used to this treatment, but he was quickly able to call you his best friend. you helped him train, and you helped him study to better understand the new world he'd found himself in.

essentially, you did everything you could to make him feel comfortable, and like he belonged. yuuta doesn't think he'd ever be able to repay you for that kindness.

but he's seen the way you and toge look at each other, they way you talk to each other without a hitch, as though you perfectly understood what he was trying to say. there was certainly no platonic explanation for that.

he never brought this up, until your birthday was coming up, and yuuta very nervously asked you about it.

"so," his eyes stayed firmly planted on the grass you were sitting on, the two of you taking a lemonade break in the middle of your training session. "do you have plans for your birthday yet?"

you smile at him, shaking your head.

"no, not yet," you hum. "hoping to be asked to do something special, though" you add, peeking over at yuuta, only to find him firmly staring at the ground.

he looks nervous, and it makes you giddy with hope that he would ask you to do something. you take a sip of your lemonade to hide your blushing cheeks.

"toge hasn't made any plans yet?"

at first you shake your head, and then confusion seeps into your features, and you tilt your head at yuuta, trying to understand the question.

"no..." you trail off.

"cutting it kinda close, huh?" yuuta mutters, and he almost sounds bitter.

you furrow your brow, before a nervous laugh escapes you.

"i mean, it's a week away," you remind him. "since when was toge the king of birthday planning? he forgot about panda's surprise party last year"

you recall the memory with a laugh, remembering how everyone had jumped out and cheered, scaring the living daylights out of the cursed speech user whom they'd mistaken for the birthday bear.

"yeah, but, you know, it's you," yuuta says, unknowingly making your heart swell. "birthday planning is kind of a boyfriend duty, isn't it?"

at that your eyes widen, and your breath catches in your throat.

"what?" you practically gasp. "toge isn't my boyfriend"

finally, yuuta’s head shoots up, his eyes just as wide as yours.

"what?" he repeats back to you, his own voice barely a whisper.

you shake your head at him, your face splitting into a grin before you start to laugh.

"toge's not my boyfriend," you say between fits of giggles.

yuuta’s face starts to feel hotter by the seconds, embarrassed to have assumed that all this time, embarrassed he'd never explicitly asked about your relationship, embarrassed to have you laughing at him now.

"yuuta, we've known each other for months," you tilt your head at him. "you really thought me and toge were dating?"

"i mean- yeah- i just- i guess i always thought-" he drops his head again, gripping the grass but not pulling it from the ground, trying to calm his overwhelming nerves.

"i'm so sorry," you tell him genuinely once your giggles have subsided. "yuuta, i had no idea you thought that- i promise, i would've said something"

it's sweet that you feel so bad, he thinks. he can tell that your apology is authentic, and when he glances up at you again, he can tell from the furrow in your brows and the concern in your eyes that you do feel bad.

"no, i'm sorry, i never asked" he returns the apology sheepishly.

you give him a warm smile.

"honestly yuuta, i'm surprised you even thought that," you say, and now it's your turn to stare at the grass. "i mean, i don't know how many hints i can give you"

he looks like a deer caught in headlights when he looks up at you, uncertain if he'd heard you correctly.

"hints?" he repeats, and you're laughing again, nodding your head.

"i don't usually need these many breaks when i train with the others," you admit, gesturing to your glass of lemonade. "and... i don't write them letters when they're away on missions either," you giggle. "i just text them"

the pink in his cheeks spreading over his nose and creeping down his neck. were you saying...?

"so you..." he trails off, too nervous to finish his statement.

there's a certain gleam in your eyes as you smiles back at him, not saying a word. you doesn't need to, you'd made yourself perfectly clear, and you're certainly enjoying making him squirm a little.

you'd spent the last few months thinking yuuta would never make a move, but now that you knew why, you felt like you had him right in the palm of you hand.

"well, would you maybe, want to, um, spend your birthday... with me?" he asked, barely bringing himself to look up at you.

"oh yuuta, i thought you'd never ask" you giggle as you sip on your drink.

you're pretty sure yuuta's blush lasted the next three weeks.

i went and took a quick gander at the jkk tag just to keep up and saw that there was a jkk blog who has stopped shipping/believing in jkk bc they’ve come to the conclusion that all of the members have the same level of intimacy. for example they said that you could swap jimin or jhope in for tae in jk’s recent bangtan bomb and the interaction would be about the same. saying other members would all interact w eo like that. they said they’ve come to the realization that essentially there is nothing more special or intimate about jkk over any other pairing and they are all the same. we only see intimacy and something different/special because of our own preferences.

just wanted to know your thoughts cuz imo there is something different and more intimate in the way tkk interact and i genuinely feel like you couldn’t just swap them out for other members and get the same level of intimacy. but that could also be bc of my own biases of already believing and expecting to see something there? idk but what are your thoughts about the level of intimacy between tkk legitimately being deeper than w the other members ?

Well, I don’t really agree with their take… though I do applaud them for seeing sense finally on Jk and Jm not being together.

I think all member pairings have their own way of interacting. They all have different characters which come with different levels of comfort and intimacy. The hyungs are generally less inclined to be physically close, while maknae line are all cuddlebunnies. Jm is the most physically affectionate one in BTS in my opinion, which is why you will find many instances of even Yoongi being soft with him (Yoongi being way way less comfortable with cuddles). Namjoon is very much the type to be affectionate when he sees someone struggle, but in a subtle way and not necessarily with a huge long hug. To me it’s not as though you can just swap any member for another, Jm and Jk are different from Jm and Jin for instance and no one moment will have played out exactly the same with another member. But it’s in the same way as how me and my siblings all have different ways of interacting. We all know each other well, but all pairs are different just because the characters differ.

So how are Tae and Jk different to me? I’ve written about this a lot, so you can search my tags for more if you want. But in general, Tae and Jk are more soft with each other, it’s very subtle (and never highlighted), but to me there’s an intimacy that’s closer and more familiar and more automatic than it is between them and the others. It’s hard to show in clips or pics, just because of the fast amount of footage. To me it manifests in their soft touches, the many times their eyes flick to the other in silent communication, the duration of physical moments, the anticipation in their bodies when they are close.

just a few things that amused me: chapter 1087 spoilers

It's a serious chapter, and Oda's serious about us all realising the threat of Blackbeard and his crew and affiliates, but just a few frames from me:

A couple of weeks before the 5 week recuperation period, Grus was put out that Garp hadn't mentioned that he, along with Koby, was the future of the marines.

He asks directly. I like that. But poor Prince Grus. 😁

Garp gets severely wounded by an invisible Shiryu, and Koby wants to take the blame because he states that Garp protected him (which he probably did). But Garp's response is for Koby to "Don't flatter yourself"...Shiryu having had Garp "in his sights the whole time", which also seems truer.

Really, if these three guys had headed to the ship, Garp would have less to worry about and the ship would probably be safer, but messy kinda humans and co. make up the world of One Piece.

And the first strip above is funny—Kuzan obviously having been treated similar to Garp's rearing (or not) of Dragon and Luffy (that's only kinda the funny part), and Garp invading his personal space and time in the way he did Sengoku's, once Kuzan was made an admiral.

But that familiarity makes the words leading up to the battle between Garp and Kuzan below cut! Man. Especially considering Kuzan...

...saved Smoker. Was gonna say, well, he's obviously not part of SWORD. But then I remembered about Smoker. Hmm.

I might be generalizing but a difference between Jikookers and Taekookers is many of the latter can't really look beyond their OTP.

I was recently asked how I would react as a Jikook supporter if Tk turned out to be "real".

I said I would support them. The Tker was taken aback. But why be so shocked?

I don't think Tk is a thing but... but if I am wrong and they hypothetically come out as a couple, as a fully -functional adult, LGBTQ rights supporter and ARMY I would support. Anything else is unimaginable.

Nobody believe in jikook anymore. Only the same 4 people are still delulu. If you're a person with brain you can see that jikook is dead as ship (if you believe that they were a couple) and changed as friendship. Yes they're still friends and they care about each other of course, but they're not close anymore, they don't have a lot in common, they don't feel the need to see each other in person. Basically their lives are different. It's sad because their relationship was cute and they really had the best chemistry but it's time to admit that it's over and they decided to have other people in their lives. I don't know what happened. It's sad but it's life. (And I'm not talking about the ship but more about their friendship).

I debated about posting this because a lot of submissions to me are clearly sent to evoke some kind of response, and I'm a little bit more no-nonsense about these things. However, just to clear the air:

Jikook as a ship isn't as dead as Taekook is. Just because Jikook isn't filling our timelines with acknowledgements of having spent time together doesn't mean they haven't or don't. Taehyung, on the other hand, can openly talk about spending time with Jungkook all he wants, but what can you really say about it other than two friends hanging out? Taennie will always supersede the Tkk narrative. Tkk, at one point, was just as possible as Jkk because there were a lot of unknown variables among them; unfortunately, the biggest unknown variable for Tkk has since been addressed. Let's not beat a dead horse.

I can agree that maybe Jikook's friendship has evolved into something else, as most relationships do, but I wouldn't be so quick to grieve their relationship or celebrate their alleged lack of one. Even if you wanted to perceive their relationship as something less than it is (not necessarily in a romantic sense), Jungkook certainly hasn't shied away from talking about Jimin or watching Jimin-centric content for a whole live, which isn't something he's previously done. Granted, he can do the same for Taehyung once his promotional activities kick in, but it should still paint a clear picture for you and everyone else that Jikook is in a cute, little sailboat minding its own business.

Some of y’all woods it feel like even just asking these simple questions might be potentially triggering 🤡.

I recall saying something akin to “live and let live” in my previous post → DEAR FUTURE BABY JIKOOKER, and I’d really love to do so, yet, I fear I must step on a toe, or two, because this “Jikook-Anxiousness” has reached my end-of-the-woods so, out of curiosity, I just had to know … I had to know if this quick thing I am about to talk about is all in my head, or if anyone out here has also the same perception as mine.

Before I get into all of that tho, remember when in this post → ME, MYSELF & JIKOOK, which I uploaded on January 12, I felt like we were going to not get any, “relevant” Jikook content for like 1076 days more or less? Somewhere in this post I also wrote

Please let that sink in and understand what this means.

… Well, we are 125 days in, and for some Jikookers, it doesn’t seem like this has either sunk in, nor has it been understood, in fact, it appears as if shit has already either being lost or hitting the fan hard. 

I can understand the anxiety out of lack of Jikook content, I can try and understand the anxiety out of lack of off-camera Jikook content, but the “I guess it was really fanservice / they must have broken up” in this CHAPTER-2-SOUTH-KOREA-LIVING-AND-BREATHING BTS economy is … I … 😩😩😩.

“They never meet”, “they don’t like each other anymore”, “He obviously doesn’t care / never cared” and all that shit … like, I’m not going to keep repeating myself but I am also very keen to understand how according to some of you a non confirmed, potentially gay couple, of great relevance, in a somewhat homophobic country should act?

That being said, let’s get back to what I quickly wanted to point out, which is the following. I quickly and roughly made this table concentrating on our boys activities in 2023 during chapter 2, with some exceptions:

Purple activity: Happened in 2022, but relevant to this person in their Chapter 2

Celebrity/Fame related: These are all names I tried to recall off the top of my head, most likely not accurate, but a gross approximation (so feel free to not take this part seriously at all)

Magenta activity: Is for those members who haven’t yet released anything for their chapter 2 … and then there is Namjoon who might be having a Chapter 2 pt.2?

I started doing this throwing in as much stuff as I could remember. The places where I put a P are my predictions (dark purple background is non-activity). As you keep looking at this table you’ll see that I didn’t even finish it, the magazine section is completely empty for example and as you might have noticed, I colored JK’s participation in Letter and his unconventional promotion of JM in a different color because other members have promoted JM but in a much more “conventional way”. THIS we all have noticed, and though it standouts in itself, regardless of the intended audience of Letter or the purpose behind JK going on a 1 hour JM binge - What JK did is NOT YOUR EVERYDAY RUN OF THE MILL BANGTAN OCCURRENCE. FIGHT ME.

The main thing that this table should sort of point out - DESPITE IT’S GROSS INACCURACY - is how it seems to be that for the most part, given that Jin was already gone before 2023, the tannies were sort of split in 2 groups of 3, like sort of subunits part of me feels like the way I’ve ordered them is the way they are going to go MS, I know, I put Joonie last … There is a method behind my madness, but it is worth pointing out that is indeed just MY madness, so for all we know Joonie could be the next to go:

Mind you, despite being the nonchalant kings we love them to be, they are still a force to be reckoned with and as such they have to do some serious planning of almost anything work related. By the looks of it, we are going to have a video from Jin for every important day of the year, or Disney Documentaries that will soon replace the memory of Disney Channel in our minds, etc, etc, etc … as I said: SOME SERIOUS FORWARD PLANNING.

Ironically enough the only thing that seems a bit off from the meticulous planning are all of JK’s lives, weverse post, and such and that ALSO should make you think a bit …🤡 . So all the, JM only mentioning Hobi and Yoongi as people he hangs out with the most, or JK hanging out with Tae a lot and Joon as really , AT THE VERY LEAST TO ME, is just so subunity, like … am I the only one, who, despite missing Jikook interactions, as I knew I would during this period, is not really worried at all? I really would love to know; really, just curious...

Vmin have always had a private friendship. Yeah when we saw them in official content they were always being Vmin, but off camera we rarely heard about them hanging out or saw them, even in BTS. Unless we heard from randoms they were out on Vmin day of all days. Or when they told us they take drives together and watch the stars together. We never would have known. Jimin is just so private, i think Tae respects his privacy. jimin's friends don't even post about him. And look at Jikook. They were working on songs together, planning trips to do a show together and working behind the scenes to enlist together, but in public we rarely saw them. I think after Jimin's privacy was breached with the mail, he totally shut his private life off. Even going out with friends. Tae had Jimin introduced at his fan meet as his best friend still. A title he's never said about Wooga or Jk. He said he can't live without Jimin and Jimin's the one he like the most andthe one he has songs about. Not anyone else. He hasn't said none of this about wooga or jk either. Tk have mended their relationship and are closer, but Vmin have something special. Personally I think Jimin values his relationship with Tae so much, he doesn't want it attacked like his friendship with Jk is. They even were private on IG with sharing pics. They even sang their soulmate song recently and it was Tae's idea. He loves Jimin IMHO more then Wooga and JK on a different level, but they also hold it close to them, now they they are older and its okay. Just like not saying a goodbye to Jimin publicly and posting something. He didn't with his family either, but he did everyone else. I think Tae lumps Jimin in the family category. And between them both, they probably just wanted it to be a private goodbye and Tae respected that. I think he will miss Jimin the most. I will bet everything on it.

This is the first time I don’t understand if someone is a jkk or a vmin shipper 😭

Gonna ask you a quick question because you mentioned how he never labeled wooga as bffs… do you know what Wooga means? It means family, so I’m sure it still counts something.

What’s the matter here is not loving more or less than someone else, but having a different kind of love for each of his friends, which is completely normal. Vmin have known each other since high school, they quite literally grew up together so Tae has a different kind of love with him. I agree that they have a special bond, but comparisons are never really fair in a fandom since we’re not with them 24/7.

Theres a few things I find weird about it.

What we can say happened for certain coz it seems like it would be protocol, would be Bangpd holding a meeting with all 7 of them. Jikook being together affects the entire group after all. So their boss calling them all together after everything has been said and done is a thing I think we can all agree on, probably happened.

As for the rest it's all guess work on my end of course since like I mentioned apart from parties involved, there's no way of having an exact answer to this.

So this is just what I think happened and I wouldn't mind seeing in the comment section what others think also.

I dont recall Jhope talking alot about women but between Suga saying his type is a man with a beard and JK a girl with muscles and Jimin shamelessly wanting JK, it's easy to peg Yoonminkook from jump. RM, Jin and V however, if u watch their early content there is a way they talk that's super hetero. The word wife and girlfriend and kids used to be thrown around which is why I've always pegged Jin as straight. (Yes gay men can have kids too but Taejin meant with women for sure) while I think RM is bi, these 3 emitted the most heteronomative vibes to me.

My point is, I can see this being why RM could have possibly missed what was happening right under his nose. As for V, due to his original views on homosexuality I would've put him in this category if Vminkook weren't as close as they used to be. But the general consensus is that V felt some type of way when Jikook got together since he kind of lost his best friend to JK. Its because of this I can see V putting the pieces of the puzzle together.

First it was him and Jimin hanging out together. Then JK wants to join them all the time so now they're the close trio. But then suddenly Jikook are hanging out without him or keep disappearing and coming up with weird excuses. Idk if you've ever had friends that were shagging, but things start to get weird and suspicious real quick and before you know it, you've worked out they're hooking up. Especially when u start to feel like the 3rd wheel. I imagine that's what happened with V. The moment he realised Jimin likes dudes it was game over, really.

The reason why I think Jin didn't need to be told is coz the Jinkook dynamic is really strong. And we know it was this way from the beginning. What with Jin taking JK under his wing and being like a dad to him almost. He looked after him and made sure he got everything he wanted. And even though they have a Tom and Jerry dynamic going on I think JK respects the shit out of this man. I can see even now in 2023 Jimin going to Jin when JK won't listen and tells him to talk to JK or something like that. And it doesn't even have to be for a Jikook fight. I can see Jimin going to Jin about any concerns he could have about JK. Anyway, my point is, I think JK told Jin himself. That is, if Jin didn't already figure it out. Even if he told JK "I knew already" I can see JK wanting to tell Jin himself.

I cannot place Suga and I go back and forth for 2 reasons. 1) Him being queer himself may have made him automatically figure it out, couple that with him liking, liking Jimin, but noticing Jimin likes JK instead. Or 2) Suga likes to mind his own business and so he don't pay attention to members personal lives unless he needs to. Plus he was busy trying to practice hard on this complex choreo he didn't sign up for and had producing and writing to worry about.... idk guys. Idk about our mans Suga. But I lean more towards number 1 because just coz he minds his business doesn't mean he don't notice what goes on around him 🤔

As for Jhope this is a no brainer, really. We don't even need to headcannon this y'all. He was the first to know. Didn't even need to be told. JK was around them all the time in their room, in Jimin's bed. I wouldn't be surprised if he accidentally walked in on a make out session once or twice. Like I said their rlship affects the group so yeah an official meeting with Bangpd had to have been had about this. Their contracts had to be adjusted, etc.

But I believe Bangpd supports them 1000% and was quite lenient with them until 2022/2023.

I agree with the answer and I partially agree with the original jkk blog.

Probably because I liked a post on twitter as tae biased, I get lately a lot of posts from vmin shippers (?- I am not sure if they seriously ship them). Their posts look EXACTLY like jkk. Jimin is loving and affectionate and initiates a lot of skinship with everyone, especially the maknae line. These last few days I saw so many vmin "moments" that could easily be Jkk. Backhugs, Jimin bringing his face super close or looking in Tae's eyes very flirtily. But all of the moments end in laughter, exactly as I have seen happening in Jkk. Like "I am comfortable with you and I have a playful personality and I am an idol and I have grown up with you and seen you naked and probably seen some porn with you" lol, as I imagine young boys who grew up together do. I get the exact same energy. Friendship.

In Tkk, no. Their actions are charged. Every little thing they do carries secrets. And for me it's all in the discrepancies. "I barely interact with you in the official Busan concert content but I am taking you for a secret late night walk at the beach after it", "we film as coworkers at the Belaggio but we take private intimate pictures there too" "I am kinda dismissive about our relationship in public but we video call each other constantly when we are not in each other's house" "I will describe my tour habits to make it look like we are not that close but when I am with you I will look at you like Ima bout to eat you up to the point our friend wants to leave the room". I suppose it's a bit of both.. in certain ways there's a lot of simularities between member interactions, but there's details that make them all differ a bit. Jm to me is the most physical member, so he has the most physical interactions with all members as well. Those moments do all look alike, I agree.

I have a few asks mentioning vmin and how it's less of a ship than Tkk and Jkk. What is the difference? Because it would be an obvious competitor right, even with them locking it down as a platonic soulmate bond? I kinda tend to think Jm and Jk's chemistry (yes they do have chemistry.. just not the romantic kind) is the easiest for BH to work with. Everything we see in official footage is an editing choice. Jk and Jm make for an active, banterous, playfull pair.. which is what people love to watch. There's a real chance that Tae and Jk's (suiteable for public) moments are indeed less interesting to watch if you look at it from an etertaining perspective. I think Tae and Jm together are probably also less entertaining to watch than Jk and Jm.

Whenever we do see Jk and Tae though.. it's full of familiarity and intimacy and touchiness. There is a tension there that is not there between other members.

I have a very sensitive nose and I just … it’s hard for me to just sit around and inhale faecal matter (cause that is what you are doing by the way, smell is not a “scent” per say, you are actually inhaling particles … sorry if you didn’t know 😬).

By going to some Jikook blogs with your “And now what?” attitude and Not-even-questionable moments you are not hurting, you are not attacking, you are not prevailing, you are not converting any of them. You are doing nothing other than looking hella stupid while expressing an opinion on something that hasn’t even been confirmed yet.

It’s like bragging about having discovered the cure for a declared incurable disease, yet patients are still dying because of said disease, and no matter how much you are being told that it works, the numbers KEEP show otherwise. If you had the cure for it, and it was REALLY saving lives, do you TRULY think we wouldn’t be supporting and be happy about it?

Honestly, some of you, the sentient part of y’all, need to take a break and understand that you are playing chess with borrowed pieces, on a fake board, in an non-existent tournament. Imagine winning in such a scenario, post victory moments don’t look too good now do they?
