HOGWARTS LEGACY CHARACTERS
They find excuses to hold your hand (ง ˃ ³ ˂)ว ⁼³₌₃⁼³
Tumblr media
Sebastian:
“You’re shivering — I’m just trying to help.”
“I’m just measuring our hands — I didn’t realise yours were so small?”
“Come with me — and I’m not taking no for an answer.”
“Just hold my hand, god dammit.”
“Actually wait...no come this way.”
“What do you mean, just wanting to hold your hand? No — I just...this is the easiest way to get you to follow...quickly.”
“Hey, come here — I want to test something...wah! I can’t believe you’re so ticklish...cute.”
“You brushed my hand — I’m just taking the initiative...”
“Ominis said my hands feel too rough today...could you check for me?”
“HOLD MY HAND...please.”
Ominis:
“Could you hold my hand?”
“May I check something...your hand, please?”
“I’ve heard people’s palms are quite sensitive — can I test that theory?”
“Come quick — Sebastian’s about to dare a third-year into jumping into the Black Lake.”
“I swear...well — I suppose we’re here now? Care for a walk?”
“Are your hands soft?”
“You’ve ‘accidentally’ brushed my hand, three times now...do you wish to hold my hand?”
“I...uh, lost my wand? Care to help me to class?”
“Let’s see who has the bigger hand...hm — so tiny.”
“I’d like to hold your hand...please.”
Garreth:
“I have something to show you — just let me...wah! Your hands are cold...lucky I run hot.”
“Gimme your hand — could you hold this, please.” *Gives his own hand, with a playful smile*
“Let me read your palm — I’ve gotten really good at it! Promise!”
“Come with me — I have an itching for trouble.”
“Allow me the honour — of holding your hand”
“Let’s have a thumb wrestle? Come on, I’ll be gentle.”
“Run! Don’t ask questions! Just gimme your hand!”
“It’s better if we hold hands while running...so I don’t lose you of course.”
“Shall we go together — here, it’s cold...let me warm your hands up.”
“Honestly, I just really want to hold your hand.”

He wishes love were easy.
But nothing had ever been easy in Ominis Gaunt's life.
When he opened his heart to her, he opened something deep. A Pandora box of sorrow and grief and everything he'd buried so deep he'd forgotten about it.
Unfortunately, his body never forgets. It shows when she takes his hand. It unleashes when she brushes his hair. That gnawing, scorching flame burning where her touch remains.
She asks him how he's doing, he doesn't answer, words trapped behind his teeth like in a prison of jelly and guilt. He thinks she doesn't really want to be bothered by his problems.
She takes his hand while walking, he moves it away, clutching it to his chest in an attempt to build back that armor she threatens to break every time.
"Ominis," she speaks quietly in the night, when he keeps her always at an arm's distance. "Please, come here."
He wants to cry.
"I don't know how."
The smell of her hair lingers on the pillow when she leaves, and he quietly brings it to him, burying his face in the softness of her girly perfume. Even then, he feels too much freedom; taking up a space that isn't his own. He turns his back to it.
She seems tired today.
"Ominis." Her voice is weary, sad. She's near the fireplace, brooding. He feels like he's done something wrong.
"What is it?"
He balks before approaching her, his voice coming out in a sycophantic squeak that makes his blood run cold. He is afraid: afraid she'll find him some day. That she'll offer her hand and he'll take it with no qualms, allowing her to pull him up, away from those doubts cramming his mind when she gets too close.
"Why do you never let me in?"
He's drowning.
Why? Why? The answer is immediate, pulled right from his brain by that tight awareness that has always been more of a curse than a blessing. Because Ominis Gaunt feels that he is phrogging in other people's existence until they get tired and throw him into the nearest garbage. Because he has never found a place where he could sit down, wind his legs and feel at peace. Because if one day someone finds him with his defenses down, when he hits the bottom of the bin headfirst, he will never forgive himself.
"I don't know how." His inveterate answer comes, drawing a sigh from her. She always drops the subject after, and he feels safe.
This time, she breaches the armor again, and he has got no time to glue it back.
"Come here."
His hands tremble when he follows, sitting down next to her. She opens her palm to him and he feels it on his leg.
"Take it."
Her fingers feel soft to the touch, slipping between his as if filling up a space in his heart he had missed, pushing back his doubts and making a home for itself. He holds her hand and runs his thumb on her knuckles.
"What does this mean?" He asks feebly.
"That you can do much more."
He feels the corner of his lips push down in a grimace. "I don't know h—"
"I'll show you."
Her movements are languid and elegant like a snake, and he feels like she might strangle him and cut his breath and leave him for dead. But he wants to keep holding her hand.
"What do I do?"
"Come here."
This time, he listens.
She lets him move first, wrap his arms around her, as if testing her shape. He runs his hands over her delicate ribs, then down to the soft curve of her waist, then around her; feels the weight in his arms, like she could crush him at any moment. But she doesn't.
She lets him pull her on him, giving him her body. His hands are shaking and he feels inadequate to hold her; to keep her safe and not let her fall.
"Just do what feels right," she whispers.
None of this feels right. But it feels comfortable, and it feels different, and it feels like his heart is slowing down and his weight is meeting the ground and pushing against it like he will never need to get up anymore.
And there are her lips. He feels them with his fingertips; the curve at the top, the soft flesh, the sticky texture of her lipstick. He brings his trembling mouth to hers for the first time and pulls away just as quickly.
"I'm sorry…" he almost cries again.
"Do it again."
He swallows and pushes his lips against hers. He doesn't have the courage to move and breathes against her mouth.
She giggles and his heart breaks, because of course he was doing it wrong. "I'm sorr—"
Her mouth moves against his, takes his bottom lip in a quick suckle and then frees it again. He holds his breath until he can't stay still anymore.
"How does that feel?" she asks.
Something inside him cracks open at her taste, pushes and pulls and crushes him, and he holds on to her. It's all too much and it's all not enough. He licks his lips and tastes her lipstick and he wishes he could see her.
When she cups his cheek, he flinches.
"This feels…"
Horrible. Good. Terrifying. Perfect. Different.
"We can go slow," she says, and it's more than he could ask for. "But I'm here, and I'm yours."
He nods and attempts to find her, and he presses his forehead against her collarbone. She's warm there.
"Thank you," He's crying against her skin, and she skims her hand against his back.
He feels naked, a brush of cold hair against his chest where his defenses have cracked. She's pulling his armor down with a gentle touch, and he lets her until he hears it hit the ground loudly.
"You can relax now." He thinks he hears her say. Perhaps it was a dream. And when he hesitantly brushes his lips against her skin, he allows her in.

snatch, latch and loose your head — ominis gaunt x fem!reader
Ominis grows tired of the the long game and hearing other people ask you out – so he takes matters into his own hands as he makes it clear what you are to one another ˚∗✴︎ ❤︎
plot summary: (slightly possessive) older ominis gaunt x fem!reader
During one of your late night readings in the archives of the Ministry of Magic you’re interrupted by someone you thought were out of town. Feelings that you’ve tried to stifle claw within you at a sudden and unfamiliar closeness. A shift in the air makes it clear that you're not the only one feeling frustrated.
warnings: recommended 18+ , kissing, smut, hot, heavy and all things nice

It was getting late, but the new alchemy study touching upon metaphysical speculations and the refinement of transformative magic within the branch of herbolical alchemy was just starting to get interesting. Your hand moved rapidly and decisively on top of the parchment as you wrote down points throughout the text. ”Surely it would be better to use the sap of sequoia in this case…” you spoke quietly to yourself before underlining your notes: Try sequoia instead. ”They should know that…” you muttered.
Being the only known keeper alive had its perks, one being you were allowed to come and go as you pleased within the Ministry of Magic, borrow artifacts, space – or whatever it was you needed, the ministry could more than often supply. This time you had placed yourself within one of the ministry’s smaller archives in the department of mysteries. It had large windows with deep alcoves along one wall of the room that emanated the perfect blue soft light to read in. The space had started to empty out a couple of hours ago until it was only you and an archivist named Melvin left. He had diligently assisted your every wish, managing to find the exact papers you were after while completely ignoring his colleagues need for help as they vexed him with their eyes. He had then roved all around you like a restless ghost before he finally mustered up the courage to ask you out on a butterbeer or two. He was good looking and pleasant enough, but, alas, you weren’t attracted to him. So, you kindly declined. Perhaps another time, you told him, to let him down easy. Finally you had the space all to yourself. The room had fallen perfectly quiet and the only thing you could hear was the pencil moving against the paper.
”Oh… Murtlap and Valerian, huh…”you whispered to yourself as you dove deeper into a paragraph.
“It's endearing hearing you mumble to yourself...” a quiet voice suddenly spoke, pulling your nose from out of your notes. You felt your heart skip a beat at the realisation that you weren’t alone anymore. A sharp cramp shot through your neck as you, by a mere reflex, quickly twisted your head to where the voice had appeared beside you. Your eyes caught ahold of a sleek figure leaning against one of the shelfs, misty eyes looking down towards you. “Merlin, Ominis…” you winched as your hand flew up to your neck that cried and twisted itself painfully at your sudden movements. ”One of these days you’re going to make me loose my head.” you whined while massaging your neck.
Ominis couldn’t help but tug a little at his lips. ”Oh, I wouldn’t want that-” he spoke, swaying slowly, both on his words and heels. ”–besides, that’s Sebastian’s pastime... It wouldn't be fair of me to steal that from him. You know how he gets.” he spoke. Even if he couldn’t see it, you rolled your eyes at him. Although, you always had an inkling he knew each time you did. ”Also... I like your head right where it is.” he finished. You looked up at him just in time to see the grin grow slightly larger. You watched him in silence for a little while, still massaging your neck. ”Cheeky.” you mumbled, a smile tugging at your own lips as you stretched out your leg to nudge his with yours. You felt a growing and familiar sensation flutter in your stomach at the sight of him – one that always yanked at your heart, that you’ve taught yourself to submerge, quiet, stifle, choke… Well, you had tried it all, but to no lasting effect.
”I didn’t know you had already returned fro-” you started before your neck retorted by twinging again, making you winch. ”Merlin-” Ominis spoke at the sound of your soft wails beneath him. ”I didn’t mean to cause any actual harm.” he added as a somewhat guilty frown bowed above his eyes. ”I’m more and more certain you actually enjoy hearing me whimper.” you mumbled. Ominis huffed out a light chuckle. ”Now, I wouldn’t necessarily phrase it that way…” he spoke quietly. The fluttering in your stomach took on new life at the sound of him, releasing a melting hot flood that washed over you - leaving you soaked in the alcove.
You didn’t decline Melvin’s invitation because you weren’t attracted to him – you declined it because you were hopelessly in love with someone else: your best friend, Ominis. It’s rather difficult to catch feelings for someone when someone else had already caught them. A couple of years back, something shifted within you that shed new light on Ominis . He had always been one of the trio, your best-friend-Ominis, the proper, level-headed friend keeping both Sebastian and you out of trouble, always by your side when you needed him, aiding you both in physical pains as well as mental ones, attentive and gracious, a guiding hand – and suddenly you all grew up – and he grew to be more protective of you as you had to travel across the world to different sources of ancient magic, always keeping tabs on you (almost to a fault), patching up your wounds when needed... and he started to smell intoxicatingly good, and his lips curved in this really, sultry, yet boyish kind of way whenever he smiled, and he was always awfully dapper, something that you hadn't really cared for at all, until you noticed how well he carried it... and when he started to work at the ministry he became a renowned auror, and with every other charm of his it all accumulated to him becoming a popular bachelor (which he was outside of the ministry as well, which pained you each time the boys and you went out) – and girls in all ages fell for his effortless flair, swooned after him… and, eventually, you couldn’t resist his charm and swooned too… or perhaps you became brutally aware of the feelings that had always been there: love, but not only platonically. Dwelling on those feelings scared you. He was your friend, your best friend – and he’d always been that. Sure, some borders seemed to have been blurred along the years, and he seemed to stretch the meaning of friend to its brim, but then again he taunted you mad, like a friend would... The feelings would subside, eventually – right? Well, hopefully they would. Otherwise you would have to give Melvin a proper chance… or any of the other wizards drooling after The Hogwart's Hero. Gosh, it was exhausting. Nevertheless, you tried your very best to quiet the soft, longing and rather embarrassingly needy voice that clawed at you whenever Ominis was around – or away, for that matter.
You couldn’t help but twist your head up towards him where he stood, eyes somewhat shielded behind your lashes. Once again you winched. ”Easy.” Ominis spoke before he stepped closer towards the alcove where you sat. ”You’re tormenting me on purpose… I’m sure of it.” you cried weakly before sighing – referring not only to your muscles contorting but the way he made you feel. You heard a soft sigh leave his lips as he placed himself beside you where you sat in the window. A soft glowing red beacon of light lingered in the air next to you both. A couple of years back he had managed to separate it from the tip of his wand so that it existed on its own, part of him but apart from him, always around him – allowing him to move more freely. You peered up at it pondering the fact Ominis was peering back at you through it. ”Perhaps I am.” he spoke at your side. You turned towards him, frowning slightly. ”I thought that was Sebastian’s pastime…” you mumbled. ”Well, it’s a complex hobby – better to share the responsibility… You are a handful.” he teased. You nudged his leg again, making him smile. ”You’re awfully smug this evening.” you mumbled again, trying your best to sound as unaffected as possible. If he could have seen you, your cheeks would have given you away in a heartbeat. Ominis shot you a soft grin. ”What are we dissecting tonight, hm? Except for that head of yours, of course.” he spoke as he leaned back against the alcove, making himself more comfortable. ”Ha-ha… hilarious. There will be no dissecting of heads.” you muttered as you peered at the red light looming in the air, your hand still gripping at your neck. ”Well, it’s a new study within Spagyric… I’d like to be able to create – perhaps a smaller bush, with smaller leaves – that in itself held the same properties of wiggenweld… yet more soothing, as dittany itself – that lasted longer, more concentrated, acting with more efficiency-” you spoke a tad too hurriedly, making your neck cry again and you groan irritably. "Merlin, knows I need it.” you added as you pressed your eyes together. ”Sounds… complicated.” Ominis answered to your ramble.
”Here.” Ominis suddenly spoke as he motioned you to turn to him with his hands. ”What?” you mumbled as you turned towards him, frowning at his hands floating between you. ”I can try to ease the ache a little.” he spoke leisurely. ”I don’t think we can conjure up that new plant of yours tonight… but some good ol’ fashion kneading might do the trick.” he added with a soft smile. Your frown deepened – first looking at him, then at his hands – you were still pinching at your own neck as it twisted itself defiantly. ”…or you can continue to suffer, since you seem to enjoy it so much.” Ominis spoke, his hands falling down into his lap as he sighed, his smile evaporating into thin air. ”Are you actually offering me a massage?” you asked, frowning even deeper. You felt your stomach twirl a little at the mere thought of it – his lean hands on your neck, sitting close to him… You felt yourself grow a little bit lightheaded as your thoughts trailed off. You shook your head in order to return to the room in which you both sat. ”Yes.” Ominis spoke. ”I am.” he added matter-of-factly. There was this tone that lingered in his voice, as if he indicated that you were being childish the way you reacted to his proposal, which made you want to prove to him that you didn’t care about the situation at all – that the thought of him massaging you didn’t affect you the slightest. So, you straightened your posture a little, as much as your neck could muster, and shrugged. ”Why not.” you spoke, feigning apathy. You felt yourself swoon as you realised what you’d agreed upon – i.e, id est, that is, the most intimate physical contact the both of you had ever had. Merlin, pray he’s horrible at it, you thought to yourself. ”Swell.” Ominis spoke knowingly, a soft grin creeping up on his lips.
You turned where you sat, making Ominis reposition himself at the sound of your movements so that you could place yourself between his legs in the alcove. Once again he motioned with his hands for you to scooch closer. You swallowed down what felt like a stone as you slid yourself into the gap. You felt the warmth of his body emanate against you as you moved closer – sending a shiver up your spine. Trying to ease the sudden and almost deafening silence that creeped into the space between you, you chuckled lightly. ”Lucky me – ” you spoke, trying to sound as calm as possible, yet coming off rather meekly. ”–the ministry’s renowned auror himself offering me a private massage in the archives... Scandalous, really.” you added. You felt your cheeks burn hot. ”Not only does he have nimble feet, my dear wizards, witches, goblins and other fiends – he also has nimble hands… Who could have guessed.” you spoke musingly. ”Oh, you’d be surprised.” he spoke cooly before you felt the fingertips of his hands grace the back of your neck as he removed your hair. You tensed at the feeling – resulting in your neck twisting itself again. ”Relax.” Ominis spoke as he felt you do the opposite of what he wanted you to do. You merely nodded, falling completely silent at the close proximity of you both. ”There’s no use if you’re going to clench up like a shell – despite popular belief, I’m not going to hurt you.” he added. You felt his breath behind you. It was warm against your skin and smelled slightly of mint. ”I am relaxed.” you retorted, slightly irked – but only at your own lack of cool and the slight fear Ominis might smell your faltering composure on you. You felt Ominis huff out a breath. ”Right… you’re in desperate need of a rub if you’re always this stiff.” he spoke before his hands made contact with you, making you blush madly.
He felt soft and rough at the same time. ”Merlin, Ominis…” you instinctively breathed out. You couldn’t help but close your eyes at the feeling of his hands and fingers gently pushing into and against your neck. Of course he’s good at it, you cursed within your head. His thumbs rubbed slow circles on you as he traveled up and down your skin while his other hand gently held onto your shoulder – keeping you in one place. Without realising it you leaned backwards a little, tilting your head to the side as he strengthened his grip. "Is this alright?" he spoke softly. You could merely hum in agreement as an answer, completely captivated by the movement of his hands. "Hm, good." he mused quietly. The muscles in your neck cried out in joy as they released tensions that reached down your spine – making you feel ten times lighter. It felt as if you were standing right next to the sun as it warmed you from within, intensely, turning you into a mere puddle where you sat. Ominis smirked behind you as he felt you grow more relaxed with each second that passed. As you were melting into him he could feel himself grow more tense as you leaned against him. ”I heard Zatcher asked you to grab a couple of butterbeers with him…” Ominis spoke quietly behind you. ”-and that you kindly declined.” he added. ”Oh...” you spoke hazily, finding it difficult to speak when you felt as relaxed as you did. "That's how you knew I was here." you mumbled, mouth slightly open, eyes closed. ”I met him as he was heading out – and he asked me about you…” he spoke. You couldn’t help but feel a little smug. ”-wondering if there’s anyone else in the picture, and if I could... put in a good word...” he added, almost sounding a little repulsed as he continued to massage your neck and shoulders, tracing your skin with his fingers. Without any one of you knowing it, you both cringed at the idea of him pairing you with someone else. You moaned quietly in front of him. ”It’s a crime that you’ve kept this talent of yours a secret until now…” you mumbled even more hazily, not really focusing on what he was talking about as your head gently swayed back and forth as Ominis kneaded your neck. ”Is there?” he asked earnestly. "Is there what?" you mumbled. Ominis sighed behind you. "Is there someone special in your life?" he repeated. You couldn’t help but feel a little bit frightened that he’d be able to hear your inner thoughts screaming that he was the one making your knees week, thighs tense and your heart unable to function properly.
”Well... " you gulped. "- no, not really.” you eventually answered quietly, sounding unsure. Ominis hummed behind you. ”Not really, huh… Then why’d you decline?” he continued. You sighed before you opened your mouth again. ”I just... I didn’t… feel like it…” you managed before he pressed down on just the right spot. ”Merlin, that feels good…" you breathed out. "The – world – needs – this – gift – of – yours… ” you added, breathing out your words in puffs to the rhythm of Ominis hands moving against you. Ominis chuckled quietly at you before sighing. ”Perhaps I don’t feel like sharing it with the world.” he spoke with a low voice – making that shiver travel up your spine again, sending goosebumps across your skin like a wildfire. Ominis felt your skin grow prickly as a slightly devilish smile grew on his lips. "Feel like it..." you repeated quietly, pondering his words. "Mhm, feel like it." he confirmed with a low voice. He clenched his jaw – but he couldn’t help but tighten his grip on you a little by impulse. His nails softly dug into your skin as your heart fluttered wildly within your chest. What in merlins name is happening, you thought while high on the feeling of your muscles being kneaded into a soft pile of nothingness while Ominis whispered sly remarks behind you that crawled under your skin. You gulped again.
”Well…” you mumbled, voice thick as your mouth grew dry. ”-in that case, I’m deeply… honored…” you continued as Ominis’ fingers creeped up a little into your hair. ”Mhm.” he hummed quietly behind you as he roamed your skin, making that little pit in your stomach flip again. ”-to be the exception…” you continued, trying to keep some type of composure, albeit finding it incredibly difficult, if not impossible as his fingers started to travel more freely in your hair, sending tingles across your body that tugged at your lower stomach. ”- and I’ll cherish it… forever – tell tales about… the hands… of… yours – no one will ever be able… to measure up…” you trailed off, leaning slightly more against his hands as he deepened his movements, slowing them down as he listened to you. His hand on your shoulder had now moved up into your hair, holding your head up in place as his other fingers traveled across your exposed skin that had moved closer and closer back towards him. He inhaled slowly.
”Only my hands?” he asked. You felt his hot breath much more clearly now, painting your neck with his humid words. Your eyes opened. ”Huh?” you mustered, choking a little on the air in your lungs. ”You’ll only tell tales about my hands?” he repeated. You felt your blood pulsate through you, echoing within your head. ”What else… would I tell tales about?” you asked. You tried to turn your head slightly back towards him, but he held your head in place – and it took you by surprise – he had you in a little lock, and he wasn't planning on letting you go. Ominis breathed in heavily. You felt his chest bump against your back, making you want to lean back with it as it retracted. ”Those nimble feet of yours, perhaps?” you teased, fumbling for a better reaction – not knowing where you were heading. He shook his head. ”You always try to wiggle yourself out with wits.” he spoke with a low voice, still grasping onto your hair, messaging your neck ever so slowly. ”And no, not my nimble feet – even though they deserve honoree mentions…” he added, musing you. A silence grew between you as he continued to knead your head and neck. Your eyes were still open. You didn’t dare to close them in order you’d miss something. ”What then?” you asked with a soft voice soaked with anticipation.
You felt Ominis’ fingers in your hair tangle themselves deeper as he gently tugged you back. Suddenly he pressed his lips against your neck – softly. They were gentle and wet – and they burned cold against your scorching skin. You gasped as he pulled away. The tip of his nose graced against your skin until it reached your earlobe, breathing against you. You closed your eyes again, swooning at the sensation as he placed yet another soft kiss on you. ”Right…” you swooned, eyes closed, mouth slightly agape. ”I… can tell tales... about that...” you mumbled quietly. "-but..." you continued quickly. "-I might need more, just to be... sure...." you added. "-more information about it, and such... for the tale's sake, of course..." you finished rather incoherently as each word grew smaller. Ominis crowed behind you. ”Oh, is that right? For the tale's sake?” he quietly spoke against you as he scavenged your skin with his lips and nose – you merely hummed in response. ”Well, you have always been meticulous when it comes to your research.” he spoke with a low voice as he traced your neck with his lips, making your lower stomach ache. You hummed again – hoping he’d place another kiss on your skin, longing for it.
”And a tale should have depth… and layers, don’t you think …” he whispered. ”-suspense, several acts... interludes… before it all, eventually…” he whispered, placing the softest of kisses beneath your ear before leaning even closer. ”-reaches its peak.” he spoke quietly into your ear as you listened intently. His words echoed into your eardrums before they bounced within your chest until they landed somewhere deep down below – sending those goosebumps across your skin once again. ”What are we doing, Ominis?” you spoke rather breathlessly as a last resort, slightly afraid what this would turn into, yet longing madly for it. He hummed again. ”Hm…What are we doing...” he repeated quietly. ”Well, perhaps I’m merely educating you on the art of creating a compelling story…” he spoke slowly. ”-or I'm taking advantage of having you all to myself for once, actually enjoying tormenting you a little… ” he added before he placed a hot and heavy kiss against your neck, making you whimper lightly. ”-because I enjoy seeing you like this, all flustered…” he continued. The pit in your stomach widened and it felt as if you’d both would be consumed by it. ”-or perhaps I'd like to make it very clear for Melvin that there actually is a special person in your life…” he finished, voice low. "Isn't there?" he asked. You felt faint and you tried to catch your breath that was faltering slightly. A flood of emotions washed over you as you felt incredibly exposed. You merely nodded softly making Ominis hum. "And who is that?" he spoke, wanting to sweat you out. Your eyebrows bowed above your closed eyes, as in capitulation. You groaned quietly. "Ominis..." you begged. "Mhm?" he answered, cooly. Your head fell forward slightly. "Who is it?" he whispered, somewhat more stern. You sighed softly. "It's you." you finally spoke, very, very quietly.
It felt as if something flipped within you and Ominis quickly turned your head towards him, pulling your lips onto his. It was as if you had both gone without water for a century only to stumble upon a lagoon and instead of drinking slowly, you consumed and devoured. You breathed him in and you both clasped onto each other, pulling and tugging closer – wanting more, more, more. You gasped against each other’s lips, fighting for air in between kisses. The entire room grew hot, humid and heavy. The taste of him – spearmint and a certain deep and tangy sweetness, like plums, made you feel positively insane. His lips moved against you with ease and his hands were completely entangled with your hair and tightly wrapped around your neck as he pulled you even closer. ”This is insane.” you mumbled against him. ”Mmm, the good kind…” he hummed back. ”-like you.” he added. You groaned as you shook your head against him, not breaking the kiss. None of you were sure if you’d ever be able to stop now. It felt as if you’d entered nirvana and why would you ever leave heaven, willingly? They’d have to pull you away from each other, this window – or perhaps you’d become one with it.
You turned yourself towards him, making him move with you again – both flowing like water in a stream – pulling his other leg down as you straddled him. As you kneeled down, you keened quietly at the feeling of him pressing up against you. He placed a hand on your hip, harshly pressing you down even harder – making you both moan into each other’s mouths. His head fell backwards against the window as he tried to stifle another groan. You looked at him, his pale skin glowing in the soft blue light from the window, his eyes pressed closed. You softly traced his jaw with your finger, slowly moving down his neck and the strained veins traveling towards his hidden chest. Your fingers grabbed ahold of his tie as you began to loosen it. Ominis’ head leaned up towards you again, his milky eyes looking straight at you. You smiled a toothy grin before placing the softest of kisses on the corner of his lips, making him try to catch it with his as it caught him off-guard – but you started to sway your hips against him, continuing to loosen his tie – making his head fall back again as he sighed heavily. ”Merlin, y/n…” he mumbled quietly. You smiled again as you looked at him – slightly at a disbelief. The tie untangled as you tugged at it before you moved on to the buttons of his shirt, unbuttoning half of them before you became greedy and dove in with your hands beneath its fabric. You showered his neck with kisses as you slowly moved against him, tracing his skin with your hands, feeling him grow even harder. He sighed heavily at the feeling, overwhelmed with how good it all felt. He grabbed ahold of your neck and pulled you from his before intertwining his lips with yours. You whimpered against him as he pressed up against you, growing more impatient. ”Now you’re the one loosing your head…” you teased him, rubbing your cheek against his as you whispered into his ear – driving him insane at the sound as you reeled at the feeling of him pressing against your core as he groaned more loudly, sounding frustrated, as if you weren’t yet close enough. He placed one hand on your hip pressing you further and further down on him, guiding you as you swayed back and forth – one hand around your neck. You wailed quietly into the air before Ominis forced his thumb into your mouth, pulling your jaw against him and his lips. You keened at his forcefulness, his hunger – it seemed you hadn’t been the only one daydreaming about this. ”I’ll lose my head… heart… all.” he mumbled against you, breathing out his words. ”It’s all yours, anyways.” he finished. Those words became the nail in the coffin to whatever composure left in you.
Your hands flew down to the hem of his trousers, searching desperately for the buckle of his belt. Ominis waisted no time and started to unbutton your vest and shirt as well, and without much effort he pulled the fabric aside. ”Wait.” he panted, grabbing your wrists as your hands had started to zip down his trousers. You pulled back slightly. Both of your chests heaving madly from the lack of air as Ominis grasped onto the exposed skin of your waist. He allowed his other hand to slowly travel across your stomach, taking his time up towards your breasts where he felt the soft sheer fabric of your bra. You gasped for air at the feeling of his fingers on you, tickling you slightly. Ominis pulled down the thin fabric so that he could cup your breast as he drew circles around your nipple before tightening his grip, making you cry out quietly in a pleasurable pain that flooded all over you. ”You’re gorgeous.” he spoke quietly, gazing towards you, his cheeks flushed red. ”You can’t even see me, Ominis…” you panted softly.”I don’t have to.” Ominis answered. At that you both met in the middle, lips crashing against each other. Your hands tried to continue removing his pants but to no avail, tugging at its hems. You whined against him.
”I need you.” you muttered. A sly grin grew on his lips. ”Come again…?” he spoke quietly. You sighed. ”I need you.” you repeated. He hummed smugly before you felt his arms lift you off of him with ease, making you both stand up in front of the alcove. Your legs felt weak as you turned your head up against his as he looked somewhere above you. ”Well, why didn’t you just say so…” he mocked, the grin returning to his lips as he pulled down the last bit of his zipper before pulling down his trousers completely – as well as his boxers. You gaped, gasping quietly at the full sight of him. There was something feral in you that wanted out as you looked at him, heaving heavily where you stood. Since you weren’t moving or speaking, Ominis’ hands reached out to you. You peered up at his misty eyes again, seeing his eyebrows bow a little – concerned to why you’d gone quiet. You pulled his face down with your hands, seeing as his eyes fluttered a little at the touch of your hands on his neck. You pulled his lips against yours, making him bend above you. As he deepened the kiss you started to remove your own pants. It looked as if you both were dressed in rugs at this point – shirts half opened, vest on one shoulder, no pants… As you stepped out of yours, you pushed your hands against Ominis’ stomach for him to sit back down. You gulped where you stood, looking down at all of him – the proper and prim Ominis Gaunt now naked, love-drunk and completely disheveled in the window. His chest slowly moved up and down. Once again he reached out his hand between you and this time you took it – once again straddling him, without any layers in between. You lowered yourself onto his lap, this time there was a sense of gentleness to it all, and he clasped your face with his hands as he kissed you, softly. Your wet and warm core landed on top of his hard cock that twitched beneath you. You both sighed against each other before you both grinned, laughing lightly.
”This is insane.” Ominis spoke this time. ”The good kind…” you answered, lust soaking your words. ”-like you.” you both mumbled simultaneously against each other’s lips, making you giggle and Ominis shake his head, cringing a little at your sudden and unfamiliar lovey-dovey-ness… but at the same time you both reeled from how good it all made you feel. You broke the tenderness by starting to grind against him. Ominis groaned, slowly leaning his head against your shoulder. You held onto him, tightly, intertwined, as you both swayed – melting into each other. He felt incredibly good beneath you, but you wanted more of him, all of him. You kneeled up slightly before repositioning yourself on top of him, feeling his tip at your entrance. Ominis was still clasping onto you. You gently bopped up and down on his tip, making both yourself and Ominis cry out softly in pleasure. ”Merlin…” Ominis groaned, tightening his grasp on you, looking almost in pain. With one soft and slow movement you lowered yourself completely, feeling him stretch you to the brim as he tightened his grasp around you as you both gasped euphorically. You leaned your head backwards at the sensation as Ominis held you in place in his lap. It felt as if the entire room swayed. You moved slowly against him, both of you finding a soft rhythm, groaning and moaning into the empty space around you. ”Dearest-fucking-merlin-good-lords, y/n… you feel criminally good.” he groaned before he removed his forehead from your shoulder back to your lips. He felt a little bit starved for you as he returned, pulling you close against him as you began to sway, ever so slowly.
”You have no fucking idea how much I’ve wanted this.” he breathed into your lips, his hand caressing your hair. ”For how long I’ve wanted this.” he mustered. You’d never really heard him swear, ever. ”Language, mister Gaunt…” you teased, panting against his lips. He tugged harshly at your hair to reprimand you – you plunged deep on top of him to punish him back, making you both gasp and groan. You hummed slowly, panting in between kisses, feeling Ominis smile against you. ”You have no idea for how long I’ve wanted this.” you confessed, seeing this was a good time to do so – calculating that the risk of him not feeling the same way was rather low – since he was inside of you.”Is that so?” he hummed, pushing himself up into you rather forcefully, making you wail and dig your fingers into his skin. ”Mhm.” you bit down quietly, reeling from the feeling. ”Mhm.” he mirrored as you began to sway faster against him. You felt a knot start to unleash within you, crying softly against Ominis’ neck. The sound of him breathing heavily against you, humming, his quiet moans, your skin melting into his – both of you steaming, reeking with lust – drove you closer, and closer to the edge. ”I’m really, really close.” you whimpered into him, merely coming out as a whisper. ”Hm?” Ominis hummed pulling your face against his lips so that you faced each other. He held onto your neck behind your back as his other hands fingers curled into your skin as you started to sway more inconsistently. He was highly focused on not reaching his peak before you did. ”I’m really close.” you squeaked against his lips. You felt him grin, nod and hum happily before he thrusted up against you making you squeal into his mouth. ”Mm… just like that.” he groaned. You grabbed onto him with all the force left within you as you moved hurriedly against him, feeling him within you and around you, he was everywhere. He kissed your neck as you leaned against his shoulder. You wailed at him thrusting softly into you as he breathed heavily next to your ear. The knot started to unravel completely and you gasped for air – feeling as if your head was about to implode for reaching too high too quickly. Ominis felt you spasm around him, growing tenser each time he moved. ”Mhmm… just-like-that, love.” he panted heavily, leaning his head back against the window, both of you clasping onto each other as if your life depended on it. You felt yourself twitch on top of him, pulling you up high above, scorching you by exposing you to the very center of the sun. Ominis pushed into you, hitting your wall. ”Ominis.” you gasped, digging your nails into his shoulder, clasping onto the back of his hair, pulling him backwards as a wave of pure ecstasy washed over you, sending tingles down your entire body, bouncing back and forth. Ominis hissed at your nails scratching his skin and the feeling sent him above and beyond his limits. His grasp around you grew even tighter, almost suffocating the blood flow beneath his grip, likely to leave purple little labels on your skin tomorrow. He groaned harshly into the air before a sea of profanities flooded out of his mouth. You felt a hot, heavy flood push into you – you cried out softly, slightly deliriously, drunk on all things Ominis as he pushed you down deep. You both collapsed against each other, utterly dazed from your high, sweaty chests heaving against each other – and you stayed like that until the room grew quiet around you and all you could hear was the beating of each others hearts.
Ominis played with your hair as you leaned against his shoulder, letting his hand travel from your hair down to your back as he scratched tenderly, drawing small shapes as he hummed slowly. It felt as if you could fall asleep there and then. You started to move off of him only to have him tighten his grasp again, quickly stopping your movements. ”No.” he spoke. ”I want to stay like this.” he added, sounding positively inebriated on love, lust and longing. You laughed softly against his shoulder before you sighed. Bending up to his face, your nose gracing against his, eyes hooded as you breathed in his ruffled self, you placed a soft kiss on his lips. It was tender and quiet, but it spoke volumes. You both pulled away hesitantly. ”I’m not sure I’m ready for your colleagues to see me like this just yet.” you teased quietly making Ominis chuckle. ”No, I don’t think I want to share you like this either.” he spoke softly before licking his lips. You sat there for a while, just looking at him and his misty eyes gazing back at you, noses still touching against each other. ”What happens now?” you asked as a pit started to take shape within your stomach, twisting uncomfortably. A soft and gentle smile grew on Ominis’ lips before he inhaled slowly. He pressed another tender kiss on your lips, making you swoon again. ”Now…” he spoke. ”-I suggest we make ourselves look slightly more presentable – and after that I’m planning on snatching you home to my place – or you’re free to snatch me to yours, of course – but someone’s getting snatched, that’s for certain – and after that, we’ll take a long nap together, preferably in a bed, where we can do this again, and again, and again-” he spoke, making you giggle before you cut him of with a kiss. As you pulled away you both sighed. ”What do you say?” he asked quietly. You looked at him and his rosy cheeks and tousled blond hair. ”I’d love to get snatched by you.” you mused. Ominis hummed against you. ”Oh, I’m going to snatch you real good then.” he mused back.

In The Middle
Word Count: 5.4k (this got away from me, whoops)
Themes: love triangle, pining, angst if you squint. Fem!Reader
Based on this request: Please could I request a Sebastian x Slytherin!reader x Ominis based during HL. After a few months of knowing the reader the boys suddenly realise one day they are falling in love with the reader and start to become a bit bitter towards each other and very jealous if another guy gives her attention.
Warnings: Potential spoilers for HL. I’ve also aged them up to 7th year (all 18+) so it’s been a few years instead of a few months. Also like two swear words?
Tumblr media
Sebastian pretended to read from the book he was holding, but in reality he was watching Y/N and Ominis as they sat on the couch opposite him. His eyes narrowed as Y/N leant in to point to something on the textbook Ominis was holding, her fingers trailing over the braille words slowly. She was too busy trying to decipher the little bumps on the page to notice Ominis move a little closer to her, his face taking on a barely perceptible shade of pink as he brushed his hand against hers. Sebastian wouldn’t have noticed himself if he hadn’t been watching the pair so closely - if he hadn’t been watching Y/N so closely.
“Is that the time?” Y/N looked up at the clock above the fireplace and jumped up. Sebastian bit back his grin at Ominis’ disgruntled expression and looked at the words in front of him, feigning that he had been reading all along. “I promised I would meet Poppy ten minutes ago! Sorry boys, I’ve got to run.” She squeezed Ominis’ hand in apology before pausing in front of Sebastian, her head cocked to the side curiously.
“Do you want to hold my hand to say goodbye as well?” Sebastian asked dryly. Y/N laughed quietly and shook her head before reaching out and turning Sebastian’s book the right way up. His face burned as her hand lingered on his before she gave them both a sweet smile and left the common room. Ominis turned back to his book, his fingers moving along the page to read what was in front of him.
“Just because I can’t see doesn’t mean I don’t know you’re staring,” Ominis looked in his general direction. “What’s the matter?”
“Do you like her?” Sebastian asked.
“You’re going to have to be more specific.”
“Y/N, you prat.”
“She’s my closest friend after you and Anne, of course I like her.”
“Don’t play dumb, Ominis. You know what I mean.” Sebastian rolled her eyes at his best friend, not that he could see. “Do you have feelings for her?”
“I…I suppose so. Yes.” Ominis’ pale face flushed and he began to fiddle with the corners of the pages of his book. “Do you?”
“Yeah.”
“Well.”
“Well, indeed.” They both sighed loudly, a slight uncomfortable silence falling over them. Ominis drummed his fingers on the arm of the couch anxiously, his mind reeling with the information. He wasn’t stupid, he knew Sebastian had felt a certain way about Y/N ever since their fifth year. He hadn’t been able to talk about anything but her for weeks until Ominis finally met her sneaking out of the Undercroft, and had done nothing but flirt with her ever since. Sebastian was charming and (if the female population of the school was to be believed) quite attractive. He had heard Y/N laugh breathlessly at his best friend’s advances and even flirt back on occasion. How was he supposed to compete with that?
Oblivious to his friend’s internal turmoil, Sebastian skimmed the page of the textbook he was holding, not really absorbing anything as he went through the motions. As if he wasn’t nervous enough about trying to pursue Y/N, now he had to contend with his best friend. Ominis was smart, funny, and rich; he could offer Y/N so much more than Sebastian ever could and then some. How was he meant to go up against him for her affections?
“What are we going to do?” Ominis asked quietly, his focus still on the book he held.
“I don’t know,” Sebastian sighed again and closed his book. “Should we tell her?”
“You want to tell her?”
“What’s the worst that could happen?”
“Any number of things, now that you’ve said that.”
“You’re free not to say anything,” Sebastian said. Ominis couldn’t tell if Sebastian was being sly or serious without seeing his expression.
“Am I to believe that after two years of pining you’re finally going to tell Y/N you have feelings for her?” Ominis raised an eyebrow as he looked at Sebastian (or at least, he hoped he was) and closed the book he was holding.
“Who says it’s been two years?”
“Sebastian, we’ve been friends for longer than I can remember, I know you better than you know yourself.”
“So you think I don’t have the guts to tell her?”
“I never said that.”
“You said after two years I’m finally going to tell her.”
“Sebastian,” Ominis sighed and carefully made his way around the coffee table to sit next to his friend. “Why are you trying to pick a fight?”
“I’m not! I’m just…” Sebastian ran a hand through his hair and turned in his seat to face Ominis. “What if we tell her and she chooses you?”
“Ah, so you’re jealous and insecure,” Ominis smiled without humour and nudged Sebastian. “What if we tell her and she chooses neither of us?”
“That’s not helping, Ominis.”
“I’m just showing you there are worse alternatives.”
“How can you be so calm about this? Would it not kill you if she chose me?”
“It would hurt for a while, sure,” Ominis shrugged. “But I think at the end of the day I just want Y/N to be happy - whether that’s with you, or me, or neither of us.”
“So we’re telling her?”
“Yes, I suppose we are.”
*~*~*~*~*
Y/N made her way to the Undercroft, clutching the note from Sebastian and Ominis had sent requesting they meet there. Why they had sent her a note was beyond her - they had all been sitting together at dinner and had left moments before her, only to send a first year to deliver the message. She glanced around to make sure no one was around to watch her and tapped her wand on the entrance to the secret passage before ducking inside. Sebastian and Ominis were both standing in their usual corner, talking in hushed, hurried voices. They stopped suddenly when they heard the gate close behind Y/N and turned to face her.
“Hi,” Y/N felt her stomach flip nervously, but wasn’t quite sure why. There seemed to be a lingering tension in the air that she couldn’t quite put her finger on and it set her on edge.
“Hey, you,” Sebastian grinned at her as she neared, his hand reaching out to brush the back of hers.
“What’s with the secrecy? Why couldn’t we discuss this at dinner?”
“Sebastian and I had something to talk to you about and thought it would be best to do it in privacy,” Ominis said.
“Okay…” Y/N looked between them both hesitantly. “Why does it look like you guys are about to tell me that someone stole from the repository under the castle?”
“It’s nothing that bad,” Sebastian chuckled. “We promise.”
“We hope,” Ominis muttered. Y/N looked at him with raised eyebrows (not that he could tell) before turning the expression on Sebastian.
“I’m starting to get nervous.”
“We both like you,” Sebastian blurted out. Ominis exhaled slowly and faced his friend with a look that seemed to say are you fucking serious?
“Well, I should hope so,” Y/N laughed awkwardly and tucked a stray hair away. “You’re my closest friends.”
“No, Sebastian means we like you. We both have feelings for you.”
“Oh…oh.” Y/N felt her heart stutter in her chest before it started to beat a little faster. “You…both of you?”
“Both of us,” Ominis confirmed with a nod. “We realise this isn’t exactly ideal but that’s why we asked you to meet us here so we could discuss it.”
“How - I mean. Why? I don’t - ”
“I think we might have broken her, Ominis.”
“The first time she’s ever been speechless and it’s when we actually need her to speak,” Ominis rolled his eyes, but there was a small teasing smile on his face.
“It’s a lot to take in!” Y/N protested. “I never thought one of you would admit to having feelings for me, let alone both of you.”
“Are you saying you’ve imagined one of us admitting we like you?”
“Don’t put words in my mouth, Sallow, that’s not what I said.” Y/N pressed a hand to her chest to try and calm her heart, which was hammering away painfully fast. “How can you both…?”
“Is it so hard to believe?” Sebastian murmured. He itched to take her hand in his, to try and ease some of the anxiety she was feeling, but instead crossed his arms and leant back against the wall. He watched Ominis’ fingers twitch and knew he was thinking the same thing. Y/N fell silent, an uncertain expression crossing her face.
“Has she got a look on her face I’m going to be annoyed at?” Ominis asked.
“Without a doubt. What’s running through that pretty head of yours, Y/N?”
“How long?”
“Since fifth year,” Sebastian answered. He watched her eyebrows shoot up in surprise as her face flushed. “If you want full honesty I was entranced by you from the moment you beat me in our first duel in Defence Against the Dark Arts. I never really realised it until after everything went down with my Uncle though - you were the only one who stood by my side the entire time. I don’t know what I would have done without you.”
“It was last year for me,” Ominis answered before she could turn to him. “Around the beginning of sixth year. I can’t really pinpoint when I realised, but it was when we began spending more time together when I wasn’t talking to Sebastian. I woke up one day excited to be alone with you and that’s when it clicked.”
“So you’ve both had feelings for me for at least a year and you’ve chosen now to tell me? Together?”
“I mean, it took us a while to figure it out. You’re the smart one between us.”
“Speak for yourself Sebastian, I’ve known how you’ve felt for a while now,” Ominis rolled his eyes at his friend before turning his head in Y/N’s general direction. “Have you ever thought of us in that way? Either of us?”
Y/N would be lying if she said no. She had spent the majority of her fifth year pining after Sebastian, dropping everything the minute he sent her an owl requesting to meet up. She never realised he felt the same. After everything that happened with his uncle she decided to push her feelings aside and focus on being his friend, which was exactly what he needed.
Ominis on the other hand…she found herself drawn to him in their sixth year, and much like him started to relish the time they spent together away from prying eyes. She loved his dry, sardonic humour. She started to learn braille for him, mostly as a benefit for them both but also because she got to spend that much more time with him as he taught her.
“Has she run away?”
“No, she’s still here. It’s a shame you can’t see the blush on her face, she’s turned the most enticing shade of red.”
“I can imagine,” Ominis chuckled quietly. “She’s nervous, her heart is beating so fast.”
“Never took you for the shy type, Y/N.”
“It’s a little charming though, wouldn’t you agree?”
“Okay, can we please stop talking about me as if I’m not right here?” Y/N snapped.
“Are you going to answer our question?” Sebastian asked, a hint of amusement dancing on his features. Shy Y/N was a rare sight (one he enjoyed immensely) but the girl who had just snapped at them was his favourite version of her. The one who wasn’t afraid to say what she was thinking and often cut people into pieces with her sharp tongue. He may have been on the receiving end of it more times that he could count but he adored it. He adored her.
“No.”
“No? Darling we’re both putting our hearts on the line here.”
“I meant no I haven’t thought about either of you that way.”
“You’ve always been a bad liar.”
“Shut up, Sebastian.” She rolled her eyes at him and crossed her arms over her chest. “I still don’t understand why.”
“Why? Surely you don’t mean why do we both have feelings for you?” Ominis looked at her sharply, a frown on his features. He couldn’t see her shrug uselessly or Sebastian send her a scathing glare, but the silence was answer enough. “Are you aware of how extraordinary you are?”
“I mean, the ancient magic is great, don’t get me wrong but - ”
“No,” Ominis shook his head, his voice rough as he interrupted her. “I don’t mean your abilities, I mean you. You didn’t know anything about magic - ancient or not - for the majority of your life and yet you’ve taken to it like a fish in water. You caught up on five years worth of schooling in less than a year. You’re hardworking, determined, ambitious - ” Ominis paused to take in a deep breath and ran his hands through his hair.
“Not to mention, you did all of that and more. You juggled catching up on school around helping everyone and their cat in the Highlands, on top of having your life constantly threatened,” Sebastian continued. “And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, we haven’t even gotten down to how beautiful you are - inside and out. You’re fucking stunning and you don’t even know it.”
“I can’t say much for your outer beauty, I’m afraid,” Ominis gave her a sheepish smile, “but Sebastian is right about you being beautiful on the inside too. You have the kindest soul I have ever met and I will forever be grateful that you came into my life, no matter what happens after this.”
“Do you really mean that?”
“Of course I do,” Ominis held his hand out for hers. Y/N slipped her hand into his after a brief moment of hesitation, her stomach fluttering pleasantly as he squeezed it gently. “You’re one of my best friends and that won’t change, regardless of what you decide today.”
“You’re my best friend too,” Y/N murmured. She caught Sebastian’s eye as he shuffled on his feet and couldn’t help but laugh quietly and grab his hand as well. “Don’t worry Sallow, you’re one of my best friends too.”
“Kind of hoping to be more than that, darling,” he winked at her and brushed his thumb across her knuckles, “but you’re one of my best friends too.”
“Have we made things better or worse?” Y/N asked quietly, looking between both of the boys.
“I’m not quite sure yet,” Omjnis chuckled and shook his head.
“Imelda and Poppy would have a field day with this,” Y/N let go of both of their hands and wrapped her arms around her waist. “I can’t believe they were right,” she groaned and ran a hand through her hair.
“Hold on. You’ve spoken to Reyes and Sweeting about us?” Sebastian asked.
“Not technically,” Y/N grimaced and Sebastian watched as that beautiful blush rose to her cheeks again. “They’ve just been telling me for a while that you both have feelings for me.” She decided to keep to herself that Poppy was firmly on Team Sebastian while Imelda was Team Ominis, although it would have been wildly entertaining to watch Sebastian protest that Imelda was only Team Ominis so she could stand against him. “They keep pressing me to pick one of you.”
“Does that mean you have thought of one of us?” Sebastian asked. Y/N narrowed her eyes at him playfully and nudged his shoulder.
“Thought about strangling you, maybe,” she teased. They all shared a quiet laugh before Y/N looked between them thoughtfully. “In the spirit of honesty I should probably tell you guys I lied.”
“You don’t say,” Ominis gave her a sly smile.
“I don’t know about you, Ominis, but I’m appalled.”
“Alright you two,” she rolled her eyes at their behaviour, “don’t make me regret saying anything.”
“I mean, technically you haven’t said anything yet.”
“Yes, care to enlighten the class on your abhorrent behaviour?”
“Well, I was going to tell you which one of you I’ve thought about but now I might just leave you both hanging.”
“You wouldn’t.”
“Wouldn’t I?” Y/N asked innocently. The boys both let out quiet groans at her mocking tone and Y/N laughed quietly as they simultaneously ran their hands through their hair. She looked between the pair, from Ominis and his now dishevelled appearance to Sebastian as offered her a soft smile when she caught his eye. “I’ve thought about both of you.”
“What?”
“You have?”
“I mean,” her face burned as they both turned to her with surprised expressions, “physical attributes aside, you’re both two of the best people I have ever met in my life - before and after Hogwarts. My life quite literally would not be the same without either of you in it and that makes all of this so much harder. I don’t want to lose either of you because of this.”
“You won’t lose us, love.” Ominis reached in her direction, his fingers running down her arm until he could take her hand again. “No matter what we decide - what you decide - we’ll still be right here. Right, Sebastian?”
“Right.” Sebastian took Y/N’s other hand and kissed her knuckles gently. “You’re stuck with us for life, darling. You won’t be getting rid of us that easily.”
“I don’t want to come between you two either.”
“You won’t,” Sebastian reassured her. “Ominis said to me earlier that it might hurt for a while if you pick the other, but all he wants is for you to be happy, and he’s right. We’re both grown men, we’ll get over it. You could pick neither of us and we would respect that and move on. We just want you to be happy - to have a chance to be the person who makes you happy.”
“I don’t…I don’t know how to decide though.” Y/N pulled both of her hands out of theirs again and took a couple of steps back until she could lean against one of the pillars in the room. “This isn’t exactly something we can flip a coin on.”
“I do have an idea,” Ominis offered, his face flushing slightly. “It’s a very Sebastian one though.”
“I don’t know what it is and I’m already offended.” Sebastian nudged Ominis gently, who just grinned and nudged him back.
“What is it?” Y/N asked apprehensively.
“You could always kiss us?” he muttered, his face burning as he said the words aloud. Y/N felt her own face flame as she processed his words and blinked a few times in surprise. Sebastian looked just as shocked at his friend’s idea (and a little disgruntled that he hadn’t thought of it first).
“I - both of you?”
“It’s not the worst idea,” Sebastian said slowly, “and it wouldn’t be at the same time.” He chuckled to try and ease the tension in the room and tried not to sound too excited at the prospect of kissing the girl he had been completely enamoured by for the better part of two years.
“And only if you wanted to,” Ominis added quickly. He looked down at the floor and willed the cool air of the Undercroft to get rid of the blush he knew was on his face.
“It sounds highly inappropriate.”
“No one would ever have to know,” Sebastian assured her. He stuck his hands in his pockets to try and fight the urge to take her into his arms to try and quell the anxiety she was feeling. “Again, we don’t have to do anything you don’t want to.”
“I…” Y/N broke off and looked between them both again as she chewed thoughtfully on her lower lip. A part of her had wondered what it would be like to kiss them both, although she never thought it would be like this. “Okay.”
“Okay?”
“Do you want me to take it back?” she raised an eyebrow at Ominis, who seemed to have turned a permanent shade of red.
“I don’t want you to feel pressured into this. Especially if this will be your first kiss.”
“Who said it was?”
“What?”
“Who?”
“I don’t kiss and tell,” Y/N shrugged, a coy smile on her face. “How are we going to do this?”
“That depends; who would you like first?”
“I’m not picking which one of you kisses me first.” Y/N rolled her eyes and leant back against the pillar for support. “Flip a coin for all I care.” She watched as Sebastian dug into his pockets and pulled a sickle out, his shoulders tight with tension. Y/N couldn’t tell if it was because of the situation they had found themselves in, or because he was desperate to go first. “I do need to add for the sake of my sanity, whoever goes second needs to leave while this happens. I’m not having either of you watch like a hawk while I kiss the other.”
“I mean, technically I can’t watch, but if it makes you feel better.” Ominis shrugged, a small smile on his face as he heard Y/N laugh quietly.
“You call it then, Ominis,” Sebastian flipped the coin in the air and caught it before covering it with his other hand.
“Heads.” Sebastian uncovered the coin and Y/N could have sworn none of them were breathing as he took a look at which way the coin landed.
“Heads.” He looked between Ominis and Y/N and took a deep breath before sticking the coin, and his hands, into his pockets. “How long do I…?”
“Fifteen minutes?” Y/N suggested.
“Fifteen minutes?”
“Want me to make it thirty?”
“I’ll take a lap and see you both in fifteen,” Sebastian nodded and left the room quickly, sending Y/N a grin as she laughed at his reaction. The gate for the Undercroft echoed loudly as it slid shut behind him, leaving Y/N and Ominis on their own. She felt her stomach flutter nervously as he walked slowly over to her, his wand pulsing to lead him in the right direction.
“You don’t have to do this, you know?” Ominis murmured as he stopped in front of her.
“I know. I just…” Y/N took a deep breath to try and fight the anxiety simmering in her veins and turned her head to look up at Ominis. “You both mean everything to me; this isn’t a bad idea. It’s the quickest way for me - for all of us - to work this out.”
“We could always raid Sharp’s potion store for some Amortentia and see what you smell.”
“I already know what I smell,” Y/N muttered shyly. Ominis gently reached for her arm and trailed his fingers up her shoulder and neck until he was cupping her jaw. “You both wear cologne that is too distinctive.”
“So, back to Plan A?”
“Plan A,” Y/N nodded and placed her hand on Ominis’ chest, right over his thundering heart. “Nervous?”
“Just a little,” Ominis admitted.
“You know this works both ways, right? You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to either.”
“My love, without sounding too brash, there is nothing else I would rather be doing.” Ominis met her halfway, his lips brushing over hers gently. Y/N felt her breath get caught in her throat as she kissed him back softly and slipped both of her hands up his chest to rest on the back of his neck. Ominis wrapped an arm around her waist to pull her closer, his movements unhurried as he kissed her sweetly. He was kissing her as if this would be the first and last time and he wanted to take his time to savour and commit it to memory. He pulled away too soon for her liking and placed his forehead on hers as he caught his breath.
“I need you to know that you mean everything to me, too,” he muttered. “I don’t care if you pick Sebastian after this, you will always be my closest friend, and I will never let this come between us.”
“Ominis…”
“You don’t need to say anything, love,” he pressed his lips to hers again, his hands tightening on her waist as she wound her fingers into his hair. He let a small noise slip as she tugged at his hair gently and Y/N couldn’t help but repeat her actions to draw it from him again. “Vixen,” he groaned and rest his head on her shoulder.
“I’m not sure what you mean,” Y/N ran a hand down his back and pressed a kiss to the side of his head. “I quite like this dishevelled look on you.”
“I quite like you,” Ominis replied, placing a chaste peck on her neck. Y/N stilled at the sudden action and tilted her head unconsciously to grant him more access.
“Ominis,” Y/N bit back a moan as he pressed his lips to the pulse point on the crook of her neck. He kissed the spot again, a little more firmly this time, and let his lips linger there as Y/N tightened the grip on his hair.
“Your heart is racing,” he muttered against her skin.
“It’s entirely your fault.” He grinned at her words and slowly ran his hands up her sides until his fingers were tracing the features on her face with a look of pure concentration. “What are you doing?”
“Seeing you.”
“How does it work?”
“A lot of imagination and practice.” The corner of his mouth twitched as he ran his fingers over her cheekbones. “Sebastian was right, you are stunning.”
“So are you,” she replied shyly. The sound of the gates for the Undercroft made them reluctantly pull apart, although Ominis’ hand lingered on her jaw gently as he stepped away. Sebastian came into view, his gaze going to how close they were standing. Something akin to jealousy flashed behind his eyes, but he shook his head and plastered a charming smile on his features as he neared the pair.
“Well, you certainly look like you enjoyed yourself, Ominis.” He reached out and ruffled his friend’s hair playfully. Ominis swatted his hands away with a mock glare and began to brush his hair back into its usual slicked back style.
“I guess it’s my turn.” He squeezed Y/N’s hand gently before making his way out of the Undercroft, the gate sliding shut behind him.
“Dare I ask how that went?” Sebastian asked quietly.
“Do you really want to know?”
“No, not particularly.” Sebastian hooked his thumb under Y/N’s chin and tilted her head up so she could meet his gaze. “I guess the downside to going second is Ominis has already told you that we don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to?”
“He did.”
“Did he tell you how beautiful you are before he kissed you?”
“He did after.”
“Well, while I wish I could’ve said it all first, you should know that you’re breathtaking.” Sebastian leant in and gave her a soft, sweet kiss. “I’m head over heels for you, darling.” He muttered before pressing his lips back to hers. The second kiss was more frantic, his lips moving desperately against hers as he caged her against the wall. Where Ominis was trying to savour the moment, Sebastian kissed her with a fierceness that lit all of her nerves on fire. Y/N was aware of every part of his body that was pressed against hers as he tugged her lower lip between his teeth gently and couldn’t help but to let out a low groan.
“Seb.”
“I’m here,” he pulled her tighter against him, his skin searing hers where they touched. Kissing Ominis made her feel warm inside, like climbing into a hot bath after a cold day, or sipping on a glass of firewhiskey. Sebastian, on the other hand, made every nerve ending feel electrified as he held her close. Y/N could feel the fireworks Poppy had once mentioned from a book of hers. Y/N found herself losing track of the time as Sebastian’s movements slowed, his kiss losing some of its desperation in favour of leaving her breathless.
It wasn’t until she heard the gate for the Undercroft slide open that she jumped, pushing him away from her reluctantly as Ominis came back into the room. He seemed to pick up on the tension in the air as Y/N smoothed her hair and Sebastian fixed his tie, both of their faces bright red. The three of them stood in an awkward silence, none of them knowing how to continue through the uncharted territory they had stepped into.
“So…” Y/N rocked back on her heels nervously and shot Sebastian a glare as he started to chuckle. “Shut up, Sallow.” He raised his hands in mock defeat, his eyes darkening as they roamed over her swollen lips and rumpled uniform. Y/N felt her blood boil at the gaze and quickly turned away from him. “I think I need some time to think.”
“Take all the time you need,” Ominis nodded slowly, oblivious to the scowl Sebastian shot her. He clearly didn’t believe that she needed time to think this over, to decide which one of them she was going to pick - if any.
“I’m pretty sure you’ve already decided for yourself.”
“No, I haven’t, I just…I just need a little time,” Y/N lied. She turned and started to make her way out of the Undercroft before they could question her further, ignoring them both as they called her name as the gate slid shut on her retreating figure.
*~*~*~*~*
Y/N had managed to successfully avoid both Sebastian and Ominis in the days that followed - a task that wasn’t the easiest, considering they were all in the same house. Luckily for her, boys were not allowed in the girls’ dorms, so Y/N had taken to hiding out in her rooms as soon as classes were over. Imelda and Poppy didn’t know exactly what had happened in the Undercroft, but had managed to piece together that both of the boys had admitted to having feelings for her. Needless to say, Imelda wasn’t too pleased at Y/N hiding out to avoid speaking to them but she still glowered protectively if either of them walked a little too close to her.
“How much longer do we have to watch you snivelling like a Gryffindor?” Imelda asked nonchalantly as she polished her broom.
“Imelda! We said we would be thoughtful about this,” Poppy gave the Scottish witch a reproachful look before turning to offer Y/N an apologetic smile.
“Actually that was pretty nice for Reyes,” Y/N rolled her eyes and plucked at a few blades of grass. “I expected her to tell me at least a Gryffindor would be brave enough to face this head on.”
“Your words, not mine,” Imelda offered her a saccharine smile and laughed as Y/N flicked grass in her direction. “Look, we all know you’ve made your decision. Why can’t you just go tell them?”
“It’s not exactly easy telling one of my best friends I like the other better.”
“Sure it is. I tell Poppy I like her better than you all the time.”
“You’re insufferable.”
“And you’re a coward.”
“Didn’t they say they wouldn’t hold it against you?” Poppy cut in, trying to keep the peace between the two Slytherin girls. “They’ve both already prepared for the worst, Y/N.”
“I agree, if anything you’re just dragging out their misery.”
“That’s not what I meant, Imelda!” Poppy turned to her with a frown. Imelda laughed at the horrified expression on her face and reached out to pat her hand.
“No, but it’s the kick Y/N needed to get moving, isn’t it, Y/L/N?”
“…yes,” Y/N groaned and stood up, brushing the grass from her robes before she bid her friends goodbye and walked away in search of one of the boys.
“Five galleons says she’s picked Ominis?”
“Imelda.” Poppy shook her head, but there was a smile playing on her face. “Make it ten, and my money is on Sebastian.”
“Deal.”

Ominis: Wherever did you find that damned necromancy book?
Sebastian: The Restricted Section.
MC: They should really be more mindful of the books they keep in the library. It’s dangerous how anyone can get their hands on such materials.
Ominis: …not anyone. Just foolish trouble makers such as yourselves who ignore the fact that some books are meant to be ‘restricted’ and off-limits.
MC: Details.

Ominis Gaunt headcannons {Pt. 1}
Tumblr media
Author's Note: hi loves! this is the first time i've written for Ominis Gaunt hehe. he's such a little guy™️ and i really enjoyed exploring his character a bit more. i'm going to start a taglist for this series as well, so let me know if you'd like to be added :)
you two aren’t particularly close at first, but that all changes after the events of the scriptorium. he has a difficult time trusting people (having survived his family’s atrocities), so when he meets you, a stranger leaving his most treasured safe space, he immediately shuts you out. after the scriptorium he decides to get to know you, and realizes he’s found a kindred spirit
he wants to give Noctua a proper burial, but he can’t move her remains to the family mausoleum without his parents finding out that he unlocked Salazar Slytherin’s scriptorium. (he won’t allow them to access the dark magic lying within. the last thing they need is more power.). you help him transport his aunt’s remains to a hilltop near the castle, the closest thing to home he has. you lay her to rest, conjure a simple headstone, and he just- breaks
all the terror, nerves, and stress of the last few days kept him wrought with tension, and this small mercy is what finally severs the strings holding him upright. he has no blood relatives left to lose, he can feel Anne slipping away, and he can feel Sebastian drifting farther and farther away in his desperation to save his twin. maybe it feels easier, then, crying into the shoulder of a near-stranger as he grieves the family he’s lost and those he’s currently losing
you walk to classes together, occasionally sit next to him at meals, and soon his presence becomes a constant in your life
he slowly lets his guard down as you grow closer. despite his posh exterior he’s perfectly capable of being a little shit (affectionate)
he doesn’t directly cuss, but his silver-tongued insults could rip anyone to shreds
he absolutely pretends to misplace his wand as an excuse to hold onto you. Sebastian sees through the ruse from a mile away, but bites his tongue
his hearing isn’t the only sense that can become painfully overstimulating. he learned early on that certain textures can be overwhelming (particularly scratchy wool, or too-tight dress shirts). you’ve gathered every type of clothing under the sun from the chests you’ve come across on your adventures, so you experiment with the different fabrics, finding ways to get Ominis to touch the fabric and cataloging each reaction. eventually you have a running list of his favorite and least-favorite textures. for christmas you buy him the softest, baggiest sweater from Gladrags. needless to say, he absolutely adores it
speaking of the sweater, he practically lives in it for the duration of Christmas break. it’s an incredibly endearing sight. the sleeves are loose and extend past his arms. the tip of his wand just barely pokes out from the end of his sleeve. when he sits to play piano, they pool gently around his wrists so that he can glide his hands across the keys unperturbed. you catch him asleep on the couch by the fire in the common room. he’s comfortably curled up, nestled into the neck of the sweater and tucking his hands into the sleeves to chase away the chill
likes downplay his fashion sense, but this boy knows exactly how good he looks in every curated outfit. it’s the one thing he’s grateful for learning from the Gaunt household

A hiss as a promise
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
◇ Pairing: Older!Ominis Gaunt X wife!Reader
◇ Warnings: mention of breeding, kisses, crotch, Gaunts
◇ Summary: During an event in the house of the Gaunt Ominis is dragged by her wife to another room because she has to tell him something.
◇ Note: Sorry for the mistakes and the English. I'm pretty lost lately so I'm struggling so much with writing or anything..sorry if it's bad.
Tumblr media
The evening was not like an ordinary, quiet one, the type of evening that the now-married couple liked to spend together behind the walls of their shared home.
It was way far from that given the many voices in the room that filled the room along with the various noises of glasses and cutlery touching porcelain plates belonging to the most prestigious pureblood family, the same family that Ominis Gaunt was a part of and the same family that had organized that anniversary celebration event for some festivity that Y/n still didn't understand, despite being part of that family for several years now.
The halls of the Gaunt house were elegantly decorated in the colors belonging to their family and their Hogwarts house, everything was in its place and everything looked as perfect as Ominis Gaunt's body in that lovely suit his mother had forced him to wear. He was simply divine, with his blond hair arranged, his clothes hugging and showing off his slim and fit body, bringing out his pale skin decorated with tiny moles. It really made Y/n's mouth water, even though they had been married for about five years, she was still surprised by her husband's beauty and the effect it had on her whole body and mind.
She too was dressed for the occasion, a dress her mother-in-law had chosen for her, a dress that hugged her body deliciously and with a soft fabric that was pleasant to the touch, something she knew Mrs Gaunt had chosen just to please Ominis and to show off the family addition as best as she could.
Ominis hated the whole thing but feeling so good his wife's curves when he had the chance to walk past her exalted him, turning something animalistic inside him that he kept hiding all night too focused to not meet or chat with anyone except her.
Now that the young wizard thought about it, he hadn't felt or even sensed her for more than half an hour, which worried him enough to make him move from the hidden corner, he had conquered, to visit his wife with the precious help of his wand, which was glowing red sending the necessary information for him to be able to navigate without collide with guests or his family.
A few minutes passed and Y/n became the one who surprised Ominis, finding him before he could find her, dragging him with a blank expression towards the corridor that led to the guest rooms and bathrooms.
The poor Gaunt couldn't understand what was going on but despite his concern he followed his wife without question, ignoring the voice of his brother Marvolo calling him to tell him or ask him something for which the pale man had no interest.
Main reason because he didn't answer but let Y/n speak and apologize before continuing to drag him by the sleeve of his neatly fitted shirt, towards a path that would have been unknown to Ominis if they had not been at his family house.
As soon as they reached a door, the wizard's body was pushed into the chamber and the door closed with a thud, leaving all noise and guests outside.
Several seconds passed before Ominis was slammed against the door, an action that caused him to let out a small groan that continued as soon as his wife's lips reached the soft spot on his neck.
His large, pale hands moved to Y/n's covered hips, gripping the fabric of her dress in an attempt to hold her closer to him as he asked amused "what's all this need, my dear?" he whispered breathlessly with curiosity, stiffening slightly at the answer.
"The period has come, I was bored and I checked the calendar" Y/n revealed as she continued to leave wet kisses and small bites on her husband's skin "breed me, Ominis, fill me with your babies" she pleaded, grabbing his crotch which was still covered by his trousers combined with his shirt for the event.
A guttural groan coming from Ominis' throat escaped his rosy lips, it took a lot of control of him to not come immediately in his trousers at the mere thought of marking his wife's tight walls, perhaps leaving an heir who would surely take her surname instead of his.
Ominis' eyes darkened and his pupils dilated before a command-like hiss came out of his mouth followed by the sudden movement of his hands, which were previously holding the fabric of the dress urgently but gently. They now grabbed her hips harshly, pushing Y/n onto the first surface he hit, noticing it that way, as he moved from his trapped position against the door.
Another hiss came out of his mouth, this time it sounded almost like a promise and Y/n hoped it was just what she thought and hoped.

Ominis x MC
Summary - I wanted to write something with cheeky, teasing Ominis and it quickly devolved into Ominis in love. I like the idea of these two being really mature and serious but when they’re together they’re just comfortable and silly.
50 house point to anyone who catches the Baldurs Gate reference
Warnings - None (Fluffy, comforting goodness)
Word Count - 3200
~
This was getting a tad ridiculous.
Ominis couldn’t really say much. He was the King of sleeping at all hours of the day and in a manner of different locations.
But this was starting to concern him.
On at least five occasions over the last month he had found Evelyn completely passed out. In the Common Room. In the Room of Requirement. On one occasion he’d almost tripped over her legs, splayed forward outside one of the Defence Against the Dark Arts Classrooms. Like she was on her way to the Undercroft but simply didn’t make it.
It seemed as well that himself and Sebastian took it in turns to find her, bringing her back to somewhere she could properly get some rest before she started all over again the next day.
See, as soon as Evelyn made her return to Hogwarts, the beginning of her sixth and arguably her first proper year there, she hadn’t stopped. Essays, Assignments, extra curricular activities, extra lessons. Anything the school had to offer Evelyn was in.
That was the only way she could see herself catching up to her fellow classmates.
What she failed to see was that she’d already surpassed so many of them in most of their lessons. Whilst simultaneously learning an entirely unknown field of magic alone and saving Hogwarts from certain doom.
Not bad for someone who didn’t know what a Quaffle was.
But it was that lack of common knowledge that kept her thinking she was below average. Kept her busy.
So when Ominis managed to catch her it was a miracle.
Wrangling her in was something else entirely. Usually he could tempt her into more studying and from there would simply distract her away from her studies until they both collapsed from exhaustion and too many bags of Honeydukes fudge.
They’d made a habit of reading in the tiny lobby of the Room of Requirement, tucked up on the sofa in front of the cosy crackling fire. A blanket over their legs and books in hand, they’d often spend any available free time holed up this way. Whether it was a shared blanket or separate, sat besides each other or at each others feet. Books firmly planted in their laps or, more often than not, precariously dangling from fingers when one of them nodded off.
That cosy warmth is what often coerced Evelyn to sleep after a long day of studying.
And because of that, Ominis had grown accustomed to the dull weight of her head on his person. Leaning on his thigh, or even his chest if they lay at a funny angle. Most commonly was his shoulder.
He paid it no mind. The soft thud of her head falling to his shoulder normally indicated it was time to relax, no longer needing to keep an ear out for her. She was right there.
Where she belonged.
This time is was the gentle hum of his wand that sent her off. The moment he had produced the novel he was engrossed in and the thrum of magic radiated from his wand as it dictated its words to him, her eyes grew heavy. It was often the case, like the soft low drone of his charm was associated with peace.
Although it wasn’t just her. They both found their comfort within each other.
For her, it was his wand and the way it hummed with potential magic. The almost velvety lapels of his robes. The subtle scent of bergamot and black tea.
For him, it was her hair. Yes, he enjoyed the delicate rose that fell around her like a halo, but it was her hair that sent shivers down his spine.
After long days studying, naps and spell practise, her normal prim and proper bun, piled high on her head, began to droop. Tiny hairs escaped it confounds and fell over her face. Of course he only knew of this from the flyaways caressing his cheek as she lay there. And he’d be lying if he said, the small annoyed puffs of air didn’t amuse him as she blew them away. But he much preferred removing those offending strands himself, allowing its soft, barely wavy locks to slip through his fingers like silk.
When she was awake, said act was accompanied by a heat rising in her cheeks, the like of which he could only feel when his fingers eventually dropped from her face. The minute change in her temperature and the way she would stutter out her thanks were pure joy for Ominis.
Whilst she was asleep, he didn’t get the gratitude. Just a disembodied mumble and her soft breath falling over his neck in slow sharp huffs. As though she knew he were there.
It was moments like those, in the quiet when it was just them, that he realised he had fallen for her.
He wasn’t entirely sure when he stopped craving her attention as a friend and started needing it as part of his daily life. Sebastian insists it was from the moment they’d met, teasing him endlessly about being jealous and wishing to court her.
Maybe he had been right.
It didn’t matter now.
She was his friend. An established friendship that he cherished and he hoped she did too. He wasn’t about to lose one of the only people he cared about because of…what? Love?
He would.
He definitely would.
He’d do anything for her.
But so would his family. And he couldn’t allow that.
Besides…how does one approach your best friend and tell them that you love them, whilst simultaneously not wishing to actually be with them for their own safety and due to your own families prejudices? There wasn’t exactly a step-by-step guide…even in the Restricted Section…
So…at least for now, he would enjoy these moments with her where he could pretend. Pretend that she reached for him in her sleep because she loved him too. Pretend that nothing outside of these four walls could harm them. Pretend that they could live that happy fantasy life they read about so often.
Happily ever after.
He didn’t feel the exact moment she began to stir in his lap, her head rolling to look up at him. He was too distracted by his own thoughts, his own imaginings. Too busy distracting himself with her.
There was no indication to Ominis just how long she lay awake for. Her breathing unchanged, movements slow and lethargic. But it was long enough for her to watch the tangle of his brows grow harder, the knot grow larger.
Then a long dainty digit poked his brow. Directly in the middle, where he could feel his frown becoming deeper and deeper. Dwelling on thoughts of what ifs and maybe’s.
That knot was willed away with a single prod of her finger.
“Moody” she grumbled, the familiar husk of her sleepy state melting away the last little bit of negativity in his head.
Gods…I’m so in love her
The thought scared him somewhat. The unknown possibilities, the hurt, the rejection. No, Ominis was very much a creature of habit. He could remain as he was rather contently…for now.
His ever growing smirk became impossible to hide behind the thin veil of annoyance he wore across his features. His lip twitched upward as he tried, and failed, to control his grin. Tutting, with faux exasperation, he shifted his focus down towards his lap.
“Tsk…You can’t just point it out and expect it to go away” he scolded. She’d heard him tell her off before. Most memorable being the unfortunate Undercroft incident. This was a far cry from those times.
“Sorry, it’s just…” she mumbled, still sounding half asleep. Then came another poke to his brow and he could no longer control the easy and airy laugh that left his lips “…I don’t like it when you’re brooding”
“I am not brooding” Ominis pouted upon hear that word. He’d heard himself described as that many times and he couldn’t quite understand why. It wasn’t his fault his face naturally settled into a frown. From what he understood about Evelyn’s visage, hers was much the same but no one called her broody.
“Besides…” he continued after hearing her playful giggle. He hated being called that but somehow when she said it, it wasn’t half as bad. “…if I was brooding, you can’t stop it by simply poking it away. You’ve tried enough times, I would have assumed you’d have understood that fact by now”
His smirk grew to a wide arrogant grin as he teased her. At some point, he wasn’t really aware of when, but his fingers made their way to ends of her hair. Twirling and twiddling the soft strands around his digits, delighting in the tiny morsels of information he gathered from it.
She had longish hair. Thick, far thicker than any he’d felt before. Like a heavy fog laying over his hands.
Her voice suddenly snapped him out of his reverie. A fast and sharp reminder he didn’t live in his fantasies where she was his.
“Then why are you smiling?” She turned her head in his lap to look at his features square on.
Yes, definitely a smile…
“I’m smiling….because you’re, you” he said simply and confidently, not realising it caused a fiery flush to blossom across her cheeks. He just smiled in that half aware, half vacant way that he did. Easy. “…It is still rather irritating though…”
“Anyway…” he continued on, unaware of the bashful way she looked up at him “What disturbed you? I was having such a peaceful evening until you woke up…” He teased, the familiar crinkle on his nose appearing as his smile grew wider.
“Oh…I had a very odd dream…” shortly after she spoke, her head pulled up and out of his lap, a vague sigh leaving her lips causing Ominis to raise a pointed brow.
“Everything okay?” He asked softly, tilting his head towards her, as he always did.
“Mmm…” she hummed, shaking her head as though trying to rid the memories within “…yes, just…dreamt that I was falling”
“Ah…” Ominis replied with a smirk tugging back at his lips. His wand returned to the pages of his book, resting on the cushion beside him “…do you know the old wives tale that if you hit the ground in your dreams, you supposedly die?”
Evelyn glared at the side of Ominis’ face with enough contempt it could burn through him. And he felt it, causing the smirk to widen on his face, a flash of teeth peaking through.
“Wonderful. I trust you’ll wake me before I perish then” she jabbed him softly in the ribs as a low chuckle left him.
“Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe I shall let you fall. That way I don’t have to clean drool from my robes every other day”
That struck a nerve.
She shot up in her seat, clambering onto the cushions to get a better look at where she had laid her head.
“I don’t drool!” She exclaimed as she padded around his thigh and knee.
“You most definitely do. I already got rid of it. I’ve become quite proficient at the Drying Charm since becoming your friend” he grinned, wide, teeth bared like a cat as he bathed in her annoyance.
“I do not drool”
“Dribble then. Call it what you will-“
“I don’t dribble either” she muttered, folding her arms over her chest and slumping against the backrest. The distinct little huff as she pouted only caused Ominis to laugh loudly.
“I suppose I should go back to the Dorms…” she groaned as she stretched upwards “…wouldn’t want to dampen your robes any more than I already have”
Oh…
“Wait…” Ominis exclaimed suddenly, feeling the weight of the cushions beneath him shift as she rose from their seat. He quickly grabbed for her, aiming for her upper arm or forearm, but timed it too late and caught her palm perfectly. His long fingers slid over hers as he grasped for her, neither pulling her down nor standing himself. Just keeping her there, whilst his brain racked for an excuse.
“Is everything okay?” Evelyn asked inquisitively, the concern for his sudden shift in behaviour bled quite heavily into her tone.
“Everything’s fine…I just want to talk to you”
“Okay…” he relaxed once more when he felt her return to her position next to him “…What about?”
“I…”
Gods damn it…
“…I don’t have a topic in mind…” he scrambled. though you would never know. His voice, as always carried him with confidence, no stammering or stuttering. If it weren’t for the slight upturn of his brows…one would never suspect anything was wrong.
“You’ve been difficult to tie down as of late…” he continued “…I’ve missed you, missed your voice. I’d…just like to hear you speak”
“Okay…” she says softly, shuffling closer and leaning back into his arm. And the sigh that left him upon her acceptance was…heavy. As though he had just gotten in from a long day shopping around Londons markets, feet aching and awaiting a warm cup of tea. “Where to start…” she murmured to herself, hearing the slight tap of fingers as they drummed against her cheek in contemplation .
“Oh! Well…I read this book recently……”
This was perfect.
Ominis couldn’t imagine a better way to spend an evening. The slow crackle and pop of the fire wood. The soft cushioned nest he sat in. The gentle yet excitable tone in which she spoke.
All of it was so…comforting.
So homely.
He was home.
And as she continued, prattling on about this novel, he listened. Intently. Didn’t interject. Didn’t interrupt. Just listened. Hung up on every single word that passed by her lips.
It was a romance. And though he never expected her to enjoy those sorts of stories, he liked that she was so passionate about them. The cliches, the cringy dialogue, the overused tropes. She babbled on about them all. Though he could tell by the way she stumbled and over explained every tiny detail that she was embarrassed for liking them. Every sentence came with a justification tacked onto the end, as though it needed it.
Those words on those pages made her happy.
Therefore Ominis was happy.
Mainly for the manner in which she spoke.
He knew she talked with her hands. A visual mannarism of hers he never usually got to experience. But as she leaned into his arm, reluctant to let him move, the small twitches of her fingers and sway of her hands, accurately conveyed what she was saying. It was nice to witness her passion bubbling forward in another way.
And her laugh. Gods…
If the sound alone wasn’t enough to cause him to fall for her, her movements were. The way she leaned into him as she threw her head back. The vibrations of mirth sweeping through her whole being shifting the robes between them like kindling. He had to stop himself chuckling along with her from fear she assumed he was laughing at her. But her laughter was infectious, his willpower working overtime to not catch her bug.
It was like she was made for him. The way she laughed with her whole body. Gestured wildly with her hands, a flurry of excitement and joy or frustration and anger. Audibly thought through things, with little hums and ‘erm’s and ‘What to do’s.
She showed him, in her own way, everything he couldn’t see.
“…honestly-”
Her tone picked up. No longer the lull of softness as she explained characters, plot twists, plot holes, everything.
“-I didn’t think I’d enjoy the book. It’s rather cliche and not very well written but…I finished it in one night. I just couldn’t stop. That probably isn’t helping, me falling asleep around the castle…”
Evelyn pulled herself up and turned her head towards Ominis, finally finishing her mad rant about the silly little book she loved. His eyes were closed, head resting against the cushions, and a wistful smile on his lips.
“Ominis? Are you alright?” She whispered meekly, worried she’d knocked him out with her boring lecture.
But he simply smiled wider and opened his eyes, the glassy blue orbs settling over the fire. “I’m fine, I’m just…enjoying your company.”
Though his focus never wandered from her, or her words, he slowly shifted his gaze back towards her. He let out a relaxed sigh and sank further into the cushions, listening intently to the steady slow thump of her heart, the gentle breathes that sound more like tiny sighs.
“I’ve missed you. Missed your voice…I know I’ve already said that but…listening to you just then really emphasised it”
He was met with a simple scoff, a force of air that sounded just annoyed enough for Ominis to worry.
“You’ve finally gone mad...” She declared, her tone indicating amusement. So why the scoff? “…my voice is shrill. At best”
“I’ll admit when we first met…” Ominis started, unable to stop himself from teasing her just a little. “…I thought you were somehow half human, half mandrake but-“
Smack
“Hey!” She whined playfully smacking his arm, his smug chuckle making her own smile widen. She’d known him for a little over a year now and this was the most she’d ever seen him smile.
“BUT…” he said defensively, throwing his arms up in surrender “…I’ve since learned to love it. It’s comforting. Like listening to music.”
“Well…thank you” she said sweetly, unconsciously proving his point with her soft and gentle tone.
“I know you said that book was terribly written but I wouldn’t mind giving it a read. Do you still have it?”
“The Magister and his Mistress?” She asks inquisitively with a curious tilt to her head “Well well well, Mr Gaunt. I would never have took you for a Hopeless Romantic”
He rolled his eyes, shaking his head as he chuckled at the name.
“There is more to me than the Dark Arts and Curses”
He could hear her rummaging around, presumably in her bag or robes pockets, until her fingers wrapped around his wrist, guiding him towards a freshly bound book. The smell of its paper sent a shiver down Ominis’ spine. There was nothing better than the smell of books.
As he took it from her hands, their finger brushed against each other, delicate and deliberate. Neither flinched nor pulled away but that was expected.
They already pushed the boundaries of what was considered okay for ‘friends’. Especially for the normally standoffish Heir of Slytherin. Within a week of them knowing each other they walked arm in arm around Hogsmeade and the castle. So this casual and accidental caress most likely meant nothing. And he shouldn’t read into it.
“Thank you…” he murmured, taking the book and pushing down any thoughts that she may feel the same.
There was no point.
They couldn’t be together anyway so why bother torturing himself over it?
Her sudden yawn caught his attention once again and he turned back to her, a soft smirk pulling at his lips.
“Tired already?” He asks impishly
“I’m always tired”
“Perhaps we should get you back to the dorms. Have you sleep in a bed…for once”

Misunderstandings
Ominis Gaunt x Reader (Jane Austen inspired)
Warnings: some angst, drinking.
Description: Ominis and the reader broke each other's hearts as teenagers. When they meet again as adults, the reader disguises herself as Natsai's cousin and they fall in love all over again.
Tumblr media
Shoo-ing your friends away and promising each of them that you would not be long, you sat down in a quieter room adjacent to the ballroom to catch your breath. If you had to dance with one more minister or minister’s son you may well have danced yourself to death. You held your fan to your breast and fluttered it rapidly in the hopes to find some cool air in the cramped heat of the Minister for Magic’s yearly ball.
You reached for a glass of white wine from a passing server and allowed yourself the mercy of a long sip unfit for a gentlewoman of your blood. The glass came from your lips with a grateful and exhausted sigh as you turned into the table you were at and placed down your fan.
A man was sitting on the other side of the table with a distant look. His hair was bright, his skin fair, and when you attempted to catch his gaze (a fruitless action) you noticed his eyes were a cloudy sort of grey-white. He was sitting in bored silence beside a brunet man far too engaged in conversation with a woman in purple to notice his poor companion was nearly falling asleep.
“Sir, are you quite alright?” You inquired over the music being played by the young lady behind the pianoforte.
The man’s grey eyes searched for your face in vain, never landing and just moving quickly around your general space. It was an action that seemed quite familiar, and suddenly you recognised the man as Ominis Gaunt. During your Hogwarts days he had been one of your closest friends, and the object of your affection. You had ended your friendship on bad terms, and had your heart broken. On realising this, you were frozen with terror.
“Please, I suffer from blindness, my apologies that I cannot look at you when you speak to me,” said Ominis and you managed to squeak out a soft acceptance of these apologies, “This ball must be wonderful, but with my companion occupied there is not much for me to do. Never mind me, though — How is your night, Miss…?”
“Onai!” You lied, using your dear friend’s name to mask yourself from him, “I am Miss Onai.”
“As in Natsai Onai? Your voice is familiar, but I did not think…”
“Oh! She is my cousin,” you cringed as you said it, but anything to draw suspicion away from you, so you thought up the first Shona name you could think of and used that instead of your real name, “I am Tsitsi Onai. Natsai’s father’s brother’s daughter.”
Ominis’ brow creased with a frown, but he accepted her word as truth and you let some tension release from your shoulders. A quick glance to his side, and you gathered that his companion must have been Sebastian Sallow, a man whose sight was not so impaired that he could have mistaken you so easily for someone else. His presence was a danger to your lie.
“Well, I really must be going, sir,” you said as pleasantly as possible through the stress, then you stood up.
To your dismay, Ominis rose, too. It was manners and respect, is all, or at least that is what you tried to assure yourself as he circled the table to be slightly closer to you.
“You remind me so much of an old friend of mine,” he said, “Please, would you do me the honour of a dance?”
He held his hand out towards the direction of the music leaking in from the ballroom and you cursed good etiquette for forcing women to dance with every man who asked, and then you cursed yourself for ever leaving the floor in the first place. You obliged his request, and led him into the ballroom by slightly tugging at the cuff of his sleeve. He had not even bothered to tell Sebastian where he was going, and your heart panged with concern that they would never find each other again and you would end up stuck caring for Ominis until the end of the night.
The music slowed slightly as you reached the ballroom floor and his hands took their dutiful places. Dancing in itself was not a sensual touch, but even so, he touched you with such delicacy, such gentility, that you could not help but wish his hand was slightly firmer. It seemed it was not him touching you, but his shadow. Had he known who you were you would have teased him, and elbowed his hand until it was gripping at your waist as if you were the only thing stopping him from falling from a great height.
As you began to dance, conversation flowed somewhat freely. So far from anyone you knew, there was no fear of being exposed to him. You would enjoy yourself, you decided.
“You know my name, sir, but what is yours?” You asked, and he introduced himself, “I think Natty has spoken of you.”
“Goodness, you must tell me what she has said. If I have reflected poorly, I would be mortified,” he said with a flustered blush on his nose.
“Either she has not spoken at length, or I do not listen to her enough to remember anything of import. You must tell me of yourself so that I might build my own judgement,” you smiled.
“Truly, there is not much to tell,” he said modestly, “I was educated at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (this is how I know your cousin), and I am apprenticing to be a barrister currently.”
“And what of your hobbies? Do you fancy gardening? Music? A good game of whist?” You said.
“Recently, I have become a fan of the opera,” he explained, “My companion, Mr. Sallow, is learning Italian, so we saw Otello in London and he translated as best he could. I have seen the play, so I understood what he did not, and I much enjoyed it.”
“Molto bene! I love the opera!” You nearly grinned with excitement. “I am no enjoyer of Otello — It is regrettably muggle in its racial concerns… But I saw Faust in Paris and it was wonderful!” He nodded along as you spoke, hanging on to every word that left your mouth. “I think that performance is the magic of muggles.”
“How incredibly insightful, Miss Onai,” he said thoughtfully and you blushed, “I must agree. Wizards can perform, certainly, but we do not know art like they do.”
Soon after, the dance ended. You and Ominis exchanged bows, and you politely led him back to Sebastian. You left with a quick good-bye without much decorum at all so as to avoid being seen, but not before you gave him the address of the townhouse you were staying at with your “cousin” and friends. What did you intend to gain by giving him the address? Of this, you were not completely sure. But somewhere in the back of your mind, you hoped he would call on you.
The next day, Ominis awoke with three things: a start, a headache, and a realisation. The first of these things made him gasp and place a hand on his chest, the second made him groan and order his house elf to fetch him some water, and the third made him drop his water all over himself and run into Sebastian’s room without any warning at all.
The poor brunet squinted as his friend drew back the curtains and let the sun pound in through the window. There was no clock in his room, but Sebastian could tell it was much too early for him to be awake. He voiced this complaint, but Ominis cared not, so Sebastian dropped back into his pillows and let his friend speak.
“My good man, I think I fell in love last night,” he said with wide, unseeing eyes.
This made Sebastian sit up again, this time with a curious raised eyebrow.
“Ominis,” he started, “For the last — What? Three years? — For the last three years, you have been whining about how Y/n L/n from school broke your heart. I have not heard a man so adamantly declare that he would be a bachelor for life as you. Yet, today, on this eighteenth of April, you tell me you have fallen in love!”
There was a sense of disbelief in Sebastian’s speech that made Ominis sigh deeply. He sat down on the edge of Sebastian’s mattress, and tried his best to stare him seriously in the eye (Sebastian laughed at this, grabbed Ominis’ head, and positioned it correctly).
“She was just like Y/n,” said Ominis.
Sebastian rolled his eyes exaggeratedly, knowing he was safe from being seen, but Ominis felt the movement in the air and slapped Sebastian’s arm in annoyance. Sebastian hissed and slapped Ominis back. They were as immature in adulthood as they had once been as boys.
“Well, then it was good it was just one night!” Sebastian frowned.
“I have her address,” Ominis admitted in a state of pure bliss and Sebastian threw up his arms in defeat, “I am going to call on her.”
“Do not call on her!” His nose was scrunched up in disgust.
“You should have heard her talk, Sebastian! I was so entranced that I thought she was Y/n. She sounded exactly like her,” Ominis said.
“Are you sure it was not the ghost of loves past?” Sebastian teased, “Should we be on watch for a jolly bearded giant now? And what after that? The phantom of loves yet-to-come?”
“Do not jest,” Ominis scoffed, “This woman is a needle and thread. She has sewn my heart back together.”
“And what is this seamstress’ name?”
“She is cousin to Natsai Onai, her name is Tsitsi. Is not it as beautiful as she?” Ominis mused lovingly.
“I have not seen her, so I cannot attest to her beauty,” Sebastian said, unconvinced, “In fact, you have not even seen her.”
Meanwhile, in your townhouse, you were anxiously pacing in the parlour. You had been awake since you arrived home, the jitters not offering you a minute of sleep. One of your house elves, the first to wake, had found you writing in your diary in the earliest hour of the morning and suggested you take a bath and get ready for the day in a well-meaning, but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to calm you down.
Finally, Natsai, Poppy, and Imelda awoke, and the house elf ushered them into the parlour as quickly as they were dressed. Imelda carried a cup of tea in with her, a scowl already plaguing her otherwise handsome countenance. Natsai and Poppy, on the other hand, wore looks that only read as confusion.
“Have you not slept, my darling?” Natsai asked and you shook your head vehemently.
“Oh, dear! Y/n, go to bed, please! You cannot go about your life exhausted,” Poppy said, placing a hand on your back as she tried to lead you to your room.
“Girls, I am not tired,” you said and sat Poppy down on the couch, “I have the most exhilarating, horrible, interesting, wild information to share with you about my time at the ball last night.”
This made Imelda’s ears perk up and her scowl softened slightly.
“I danced with Ominis Gaunt.”
“What?” Imelda gasped, placing her tea in her lap, “And you did not immediately tell me this in the carriage home?”
“I was far too flustered to speak about it then, Imelda!” You exclaimed, “He did not know it was me.”
“How did he not know? He may be blind, but he is not stupid — nor is he deaf, he must have recognised your voice at least,” said Imelda.
“I disguised myself as Natsai’s cousin, Tsitsi—”
“— I have no cousin Tsitsi,” Natsai interrupted.
“Well, you do now, and it is I,” you said firmly.
“How did you fool Mr. Sallow? I assume Mr. Sallow was with him?” Poppy asked, her attention entirely encapsulated by the scandal of the conversation.
“Nay,” you replied, “He did not see me. I fear I have trapped myself in a terrible lie, for I have yet again fallen in love with Ominis and know not how to tell him.”
“Yet again?” Imelda cackled, “You never fell out of love with him, Y/n. This is a continuation of love!”
“This conversation is all for naught,” Natsai said matter-of-factly, “He does not know it was you, he does not know where you live, so you will not see him again. Do not forget how he broke your heart, Y/n. Do not allow him to take hold of it once more.”
“Natsai,” you said gravely and she frowned in concern, “I told him our address.”
Natsai scoffed in a mixture of disgust and disbelief, and circled to the back of the couch so she could stare at the wall behind it instead of at your face which appeared to her in that moment as the face of a traitor to your own emotions. She could not fathom how you could be so easily deceived by your own heart (the very same heart which had not three years earlier been torn to shreds) to fall once again in love with Ominis Gaunt.
Had you forgotten how he betrayed you? How he strung you along for years like a guitar stuck playing a sad song? Had you forgotten how you ran to her in tears? To Natsai, it was only yesterday that she held you in her arms as you wailed that he was leaving you.
“I will not watch you carry the pieces of your heart back to him,” she said in a stern tone.
“My heart rebuilt itself the moment I saw him,” you told her.
She opened her mouth to say something more, but there was a knock at the door that made all four of you go silent. Your eyes made contact with Natsai’s first, but then moved over to Imelda’s as she shouted for one of the house elves to go see who was there. A little elf scrambled to the door and you faintly heard her talking to someone before she returned.
“There is a gentleman here for Tsitsi Onai,” said the house elf.
The frown on Natsai’s brow deepened, but you ignored her and went to the entryway. Ominis stood there in his day attire, fiddling with his cravat like he used to do with his tie at Hogwarts. He looked absolutely spectacular. Beside him was Sebastian, who stared at you as if he had seen a ghost, and then quite loudly announced your name, exposing you to Ominis.
“Ominis,” you said and his brows furrowed as he put two-and-two together.
You and Ominis were given space in the study while the girls entertained Sebastian in the parlour. The silence in the room was so quiet and all-encompassing that it seemed to make the room sharp and cold. Ominis was seated on the big leather chair while you leant against the desk with your hands folded in your lap.
“You lied to me,” he said finally.
“I was scared,” you admitted, “We did not leave on good terms. And to be truthful, I tried my best to escape you last night, but good manners kept me shackled to you.”
“Shackled?” he scoffed, “Well, I apologise that you had such a horrible time with me.”
“It is just like you to take that personally,” you rolled your eyes, “You had the blessing of ignorance, but I had to pretend as though everything was fine. As though I was not dancing and conversing with a man who could not care less about me.”
“It was not I who destroyed our bond,” said Ominis.
At that, you laughed loudly and sarcastically. You could not think anything but pure rage at his audacity.
“It was not I who invited you to the most romantic night of your life just to tell you that I was moving hundreds of kilometres away,” you said with venom on your tongue.
“I was going to propose to you that night!” Ominis’ voice raised and he stood up so he was facing down at you, “You kept asking me if I had some lint in my pants because I would not cease shoving my hand into my pocket — the ring was in there! And I thought that if you loved me you would ask me to stay.”
“I do love you! That is why I could not ask you to give up your career for me!” You shouted at him, your arms thrown wildly to the side, and tears pricking the corners of your eyes.
All time stopped. It did that excruciatingly painful thing where it drew itself out like a rubber band so that one second became one minute and one minute became one hour and one hour became a whole day. And then, once it felt like a week had passed, time started again, and you were right where you left off — attempting to breathe through your sobs so that the blind man in front of you could not hear you crying, even though you could see the tears on his cheeks.
“You love me?” Ominis asked.
“You were going to propose to me?” You said.

Hello, little bird🥰✨ I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to thank you once again for the masterpiece “The Blind Dance”, that was breathtaking!❤️‍🔥
If you don’t mind, I’d love to share with you some of my thoughts, they might be veeery stupid, I’m sorry in advance, that’s just what happens in my feverish brain (Ominis’ been filling my mind completely for several months🙈)
So, personally I’m into powerful and let’s say dominant Ominis hehe. What do you think about it:
Ominis and MC are friends and of course both of them have hidden feelings for each other. One day, MC appears to have a bruise on her neck from some regular fight she had. Ominis can’t see it obviously, but hears some ambiguous remarks about her neck. He gets super jealous and storms to his beloved Undercroft/dormitory/any empty classroom to let off some steam, she notices his state and follows him. And when she asks wtf with you, he bursts out. Like... slams her up against the wall, holds her neck where the bruise is and smth like “who the hell was he?!” (maybe some assumptions that it was Sebastian, cause he knows they spend a lot of time together), basically revealing his dark intimidating side a bit. There can also be insults and some parseltongue spilling of course cause this boy can’t control himself hehe. She’s outraged, trying to push him away, but he realizes how stupid he was, apologizes passionately and then.. no less passionate and possessive sex with parseltongue as well🔥
Gooods I just needed to share it with you, and maybe you will find some ideas inspiring for your incredible talent! And it’s totally fine if you find it an utter rubbish, my brain’s just not working properly when it relates to Ominis😂
Thank you again, we’re all so happy to have you in this fandom!💕
Thank you so much for your patience with this piece! I loved writing it and I had a lot of fun playing around with Ominis’ emotions. 😉 Rest assured, your prompt for this piece was amazing. Thank you so much for being my first request, and I really appreciate all the kind words you give me. The Blind Dance is one of my favorites as well. Ominis just has this way about him. 💕 You definitely piqued some ideas for later stories. Thank you again, and enjoy!
• Jealousy Is a Terrible Thing •
Ominis Gaunt x MC (Smut)
— Requests are Open —
Summary: Ominis’ jealousy flares up when Sebastian returns to the common room well past midnight, carrying your scent. The accumulation of lies and excuses reaches its breaking point, leading to a heated confrontation between you two.
Ominis is a master at finding every possible opportunity he can to get closer to you. He's like a magnet, whether that means strategically choosing the seat next to yours in class, skillfully appearing in the same hallways as you, suggesting lunch dates at The Three Broomsticks, or inviting you to join him for study sessions in a cozy corner of the library.
For him, every minute spent by your side fills his day with an unparalleled sense of happiness. It's as if the entire world around him had shifted since you entered his life. He now has something, or rather someone, to look forward to greeting every single day.
But today, however, things took an unusual turn. Ominis had hardly slept, and his mood was decidedly foul. All night, his mind had raced, tormented by the question of why Sebastian had returned to the common room so late last night, bearing the unmistakable trace of your scent. He wrestled with this enigma throughout the night, and what compounded his distress was Sebastian's blatant falsehood. Sebastian was notorious for brushing things off and fabricating the flimsiest of excuses. But that scent, Ominis recognized it all too intimately—it was unquestionably yours. A fire churned within him, a spark of jealously aflame.
(Recap)
As the clocks hands inched past curfew, Sebastian clandestinely slipped into the common room, his movements shrouded in secrecy. His arrival, however, didn’t go unnoticed. Ominis lifted his head from his book as he drew a deep breath, catching a tantalizing trace of your scent emanating from Sebastian's clothing.
Without missing a beat, Ominis confronted Sebastian, his voice laced with an unmistakable sharp edge. "Sebastian, you're out past curfew. What were you up to?"
Sebastian, however, was quick on his feet. He met Ominis' gaze with a feign air of innocence. "Oh, nothing much, just a late-night stroll. Clearing my head, you know."
Ominis slammed his book shut and rose from his seat, his brows knit together with irritation. "Late-night stroll? Clearing your head?" he scoffed, his voice tinted with bitterness. "Don't insult my intelligence, Sebastian. I can smell her on you."
Sebastian tried to maintain an air of nonchalance, beads of sweat formed along his forehead. "You're imagining things, Ominis. Just a bit paranoid, aren't we?"
But Ominis was having none of it. He took several steps forward, his words biting through the air. "I know the scent of her perfume, Sebastian. Don't think you can play the fool with me."
Sebastian's mask of indifference began to crack as Ominis' possessiveness pressed in on him. "Fine," he spat back, the veneer of politeness shattering. "I was with her. So what? She can choose who she spends her time with."
Ominis' patience wore thin, and his anger flared as he leaned forward. "You're playing a dangerous game, Sebastian," he growled, his jealousy unleashing. "She's mine, and you'd do well to remember that."
Sebastian, seemingly unfazed, crossed his arms with a smirk, his voice edged with false nonchalance. "Why do you care so much, Ominis? What I do with her is none of your concern."
Ominis gritted his teeth, his temper burning from within. He wanted to shout, to demand answers, but his pride kept him restrained. “Just answer the question, Sebastian. What were you doing with her?”
Sebastian leaned forward, his tone a venomous whisper. "Maybe you're just not man enough to satisfy her."
Ominis clenched his jaw, his jealousy scraping the forefront, but he couldn't bring himself to reveal the true depth of his feelings.
Sebastian leaned back, a smug grin playing on his face. "You're so possessive, Ominis. It's pathetic. She's not yours to control."
Ominis, his anger boiling over, shot back, "You're just a playboy, Sebastian. You don't understand what it means to truly care about someone."
Their words hung in the air, charged with tension and unresolved emotions. The common rooms quiet atmosphere seemed to amplify, and neither of them was ready to back down.
Sebastian's eyes narrowed, as he leaned in closer to Ominis, his voice dripping with venom. "And what would you know about caring for someone? You've never even seen her face, let alone know what it's like to be with someone like her."
Ominis couldn’t take it anymore. The frustration, the jealousy, the pain all swirled inside him like a tempest. He had been holding back, trying to maintain some semblance of control, but Sebastian’s taunts and insinuations were pushing him over the edge. A dark, sinuous whisper echoing within his head.
With furious colors, Ominis lunged at Sebastian, his control slipping away like sand through his fingers. He grabbed Sebastian’s collar, his fingers digging into the fabric as he shoved him forcefully against the wall. His face was contorted with rage as he leaned in closely.
Sebastian was caught off guard by Ominis’ sudden loss of control, despite being pinned against the wall and faced with Ominis' seething anger, he managed to taunt one last time. He grinned, though there was a nervous edge to it.
"Ominis, you're blind in more ways than one," he sneered, digging in with a final jab.
Ominis' grip on Sebastian's collar tightened, his knuckles turning white. He was on the verge of losing control completely, his anger and jealousy driving him to the brink of madness. The whisper inside, growing louder with each passing second.
As Sebastian's taunting words hit Ominis, they seemed to strike a deeper chord. Ominis' anger slowly faded, replaced by a wounded look in his eyes. He slowly released his grip on Sebastian's collar, taking a step back and facing away.
His voice, when he spoke, was filled with a poisonous blend of hurt and resignation. "Fine, Sebastian. Have it your way," he muttered, his anger now overshadowed by a sense of defeat and pain.
Sebastian held his gaze on Ominis’ back for a moment longer before breaking away, storming off to bed with Ominis' words echoing in his ears.
Left alone in the dimly lit common room, Ominis couldn't quell the burning jealousy that gripped his heart. His mind raced with turbulent thoughts, imagining what you and Sebastian were doing together. Each passing minute felt like an eternity as his possessiveness over you gnawed at him, making it impossible for him to find solace in sleep. The scent of another man, bearing traces of you, lingered in the air, a reminder that he couldn't shake off.
As the day dragged on, he found himself in the library, waiting for your arrival. The evening had been earmarked for a study session between the two of you. He positioned himself in a secluded corner of the library, setting the stage for a mental game amidst the book-lined corridors. Aware of the intricate nature of his little mind game, he knew that extracting answers required meticulous finesse. Every move, every word was a potential gambit on your friendship. His mind was a turbulent sea of unanswered questions, each wave threatening to consume his thoughts. The stakes were high, and the risks, even higher. But his determination burned in red. He needed answers, and if Sebastian wasn’t going to give them to him— then you will.
Even moments before your arrival, his mind raced with restless thoughts, the relentless curiosity within him clawing at his very core. A low grumble slipped from his lips, his fingers sinking into the pages of his book, an unsettling image flashing vividly within his thoughts.
"There you are," a familiar voice greeted him with enthusiasm, the sound of your steps weaving around the bookshelves as you plopped your stack of books on the table.
Ominis, drawn by the melody of your sweet voice, lifted his head, and his countenance transformed. His features softened, and a smile, one reserved solely for you, gently curved his lips. The crashing waves of his mind finding ease.
"So you decided to come after all," he teased, deliberately averting his gaze back to the book in his hand as his grip softens.
"Of course I'd show up, I'd never miss our study time together. It’s too precious," you playfully retorted, settling down next to him.
As you opened your books, the sound of the pages turning harmonized with the subtle waft of your scent, enveloping the space around him. That same, familiar scent, lingering in the air, stirring something within.
The library was unusually hushed, the subtle sound of his nails picking at the corners of parchment, bending them with a nervous energy. Your gaze instinctively followed the sound, an elegant dance of curiosity shifting between his fidgeting fingers and his pensive expression.
You sat there, quietly studying him for a few moments, pondering on what’s occupying his thoughts. Something about him seemed amiss, though you couldn't quite pinpoint it.
You leaned into him, your body brushing against his as your lips drew close to his ear, your voice a soft whisper. "You're not typically one to fidget with your hands. Is something on your mind, Ominis?"
Your closeness seemed to have a calculated impact, causing his demeanor to subtly shift. The sound of the parchment ceased as he turned his focus toward you, his face adorned with a serene mask of calmness. "Hmm? Oh, no. Nothings on my mind."
Your concern etched lines of worry onto your brow, still convinced that something weighed heavily on his mind, but he wasn’t budging.
"Ominis..." you hummed, your hand gently finding its place against his thigh, your voice carrying a soothing, reassuring tone. "You know you can talk to me."
In a fleeting moment, all his defenses crumbled. A lump formed in his throat, your sweet, captivating scent enveloping him like a warm embrace. The gentle brush of your hand against his thigh ignited an indescribable sensation deep within him. In that moment, he wished for time to stand still, for this instant to stretch into eternity. Just you and him, a world apart from everyone else—a world far from Sebastian. It all faded into obscurity. It was as if only the two of you existed in that space.
You couldn't help but notice how your presence seemed to have a calming effect on him. Your fingers traced a gentle, reassuring path up and down his thigh, and a soft, affectionate grin danced at the corners of your lips as you observed him intently. He looks so sweet…
In this sanctuary, Ominis felt a newfound comfort, an urge to confide in you, to lay bare everything that had tormented him, and perhaps even to express the emotions he'd kept concealed for so long. He yearned to spill it all out, to finally lay his heart on the table.
Just as he was about to speak, a subtle squeeze from your hand against his thigh brought him back to reality. His lashes faltered, and with a soft, deliberate hold, his hand grazed against yours, seemingly hesitant to speak.
His lips were parted, and for a brief moment, he seemed as if he was on the brink of saying something, but his lips drew a line. Instead, he took in a deep breath, casually flipping to the next page in his book with a flick of his wand.
"You needn’t worry about me, I'm fine," Ominis insisted, his words carefully neutral. "I just couldn’t find sleep."
You sighed, not entirely convinced by his statement, but willing to go with it. "How come?" You inquired gently, your fingers naturally gravitating toward the comforting warmth of his inner thigh.
His breath hitched for a mere second, the feeling of your hand tantalizingly close clouded his mind with your sweet, intoxicating presence.
"Sleep often seems to evade me more times than I care to count. So I opted for some light reading in the common room last night," he began, his voice steady. A momentary pause followed as he carefully considered his next words. He taps his nail against the parchment with an unsettledness. “Just as I was wrapping up on my reading, a rather… perplexing encounter held me.”
His eyes lined up with keen perception as he sensed your hand twitch in response to his words, a restrained, sly grin tugging at the corners of his lips. He knew he had you hooked.
"Oh? And… who might’ve that been?" Your words faltered, your heart beginning to race as the realization set in, that you had unwittingly walked into his cunning little trap.
"Sebastian," he stated firmly, the pretense of an unruffled countenance still in place as he smoothly turned to the next page in his book.
"S— Sebastian, huh?" You gradually withdrew your hand from his thigh, fingers curling around the contours of your book as you anxiously flipped through several pages.
"Any thoughts on why he might have been up after curfew?" He nonchalantly twirled his wand between his fingers, deliberately taking his time as he keenly detects your composure slowly unraveling beside him.
"No— not at all. Why would I have any insight?” You brought your hand to your lips, your teeth nibbling nervously at your nails as your thoughts begin to race.
"Really, now?" He leaned back, drawing in a deep breath as he meticulously assessed the situation. "I had thought you two were rather… close. Mayhaps I judged wrong," he mused, his finger idly tracing the edges of his book, waiting for your next answer.
You cleared your throat, collecting your hair in your hands as you lifted it up off your neck and sweeping it aside to cool off.
“We should get back to studying, Ominis.” You mumbled quietly, adverting your attention back to your books.
A pit formed within his midriff, an uneasy sensation coursing through him as he discerned that you had just lied to him and casually brushed aside his inquiry. Lost in his thoughts, something had sparked his attention, a faint, distant sound emanating several tables away. His ears perked as he found himself inexplicably drawn into the poison of hushed whispers and muted laughter.
"Did you see that mark on her neck?"
"Gods, what is it?"
"Isn't it obvious? It's a hickey!"
"Merlin's Beard... who do you think it was?"
"I bet you 5 Galleons it was Sebastian Sallow."
"What— no way."
"You think she's been snogging Sallow?"
"By the looks of it, she's been doing more than just snogging." The subdued group of students snickered amongst themselves.
"And…. guess what I saw last night… I saw the two of them leaving the castle after curfew."
"What, really..? That's foul... and she has the audacity to put her hands all over Gaunt— are you going to report it to the Headmaster?"
“Not yet, I’m waiting for the perfect moment.”
“You sneaky little minx.”
“She deserves it. I can’t wait to see her crumble.”
"She should be ashamed of herself...”
"Isn't one enough? Leave the rest of them for us."
“She’s such a slut.”
A flush of crimson spread across Ominis' face as his anger surged like a rising tide within. His fists clenched together in a white-knuckled grip, his imagination running wild with scenarios from last night, each one more maddening than the last. Thoughts became an impenetrable fog, clouding his usually sharp mind. His jaw clenched as he slammed his book shut, the resounding thud echoing throughout the library. He stormed out, leaving behind a wake of turbulent emotions.
Ominis could hear his heart ringing in his ears. The whole world around him fading into a distant blur as he pushed himself through the crowded halls. His nails dig into the handle of his wand as anger, frustration, and jealousy envelopes him whole. The thought of you doing something so vile with his best friend tinged his heart. He felt as if the air was sucked right out of his lungs, his own emotions strangling him.
You sat there, bewildered by his sudden outburst. Trying to make sense of what just happened, you close your books in a hurry, leaving them behind as you quickly followed suit. Your eyes glued to the back of his pristine button-up as you chased after him, deftly slipping through the turbulent sea of students and nearly stumbling over an outstretched foot.
"Om— Ominis, wait…" your voice caught as you hastily found your footing, resolutely following his swift path into an unassuming classroom, leaving behind a clear path of confused faces.
As you enter the classroom, your eyes swept across the empty space, finding no trace of Ominis. You take a hesitant step back, perplexed. Suddenly, the wooden doors behind you click shut. You quickly pivot around to find Ominis standing there, blocking the only exit out.
“Ominis…” you muttered, standing there frozen and confused as an uneasiness settled within your midriff.
His eyes almost gleamed with a shade of green, as if a dormant darkness within him had awakened. A pure-blood Gaunt, a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin, the snake with no eyes, now revealed itself. His once-hidden frustrations surged to the surface, directed towards you. His body burned with resentment, hands trembling at his sides.
"Tell me," he demanded, his voice low and tinged with a threatening edge, leaving no room for evasion or lies. "What were you doing with Sebastian last night?"
A sudden chill runs down your spine, as if he could actually see into your soul. You stagger back, your heart racing in response to his probing question.
"What do you mean..?" you stammered, desperately searching your mind for any little thing to grab at.
Your heart pounded in your chest, caught between the fear of angering him and the guilt of keeping the truth from him. You hesitated for a moment, feeling the weight of Ominis’ words pressing down on you, but you couldn't bring yourself to admit it, not yet. The room seemed to close in and crackle with tension, clashing with your desire to protect the truth.
"I— I was…" your words faltered as Ominis took an intimidating step forward. Your teeth sank into your bottom lip, struggling to find the right words. Your tongue felt heavy, surrendering yourself to complete silence.
Suddenly, he lunges forward, his fingers wrapping around your jaw, pivoting you around, and slamming you against the closed doors. His breath brushes against your lips as he leans in, his eyes effortlessly locked onto yours.
You winced, your eyes squeezing tight from the sudden force, his hold around your jaw softening as his fingers grazed down your neck.
"You were?" He asked, his voice baring a darkness you hadn’t seen before.
"I... I was just... studying," you muttered, attempting to maintain the facade, but the heat of his body pressed against yours and his possessive hold shattered your composure.
Your mind raced, torn between your desire to protect Sebastian and the overwhelming presence of Ominis. His demeanor was suffocating, hard to resist the urge to spill the truth, but you stubbornly clung to your feeble lie.
Every word you spoke, every lie you told, was like fuel to the fire. His fingers encircled around your throat, tightening with warning. "Tell me then, what's this?" he inquired, the pads of his fingers pressing into the tender, bruised skin below your jaw.
You yelped, your hand reaching for his wrist in a desperate attempt to relieve some of the pressure. He took your hand in his, pinning it against the wooden doors. With a low, frustrated growl, he eased his grip from around your throat, his fingers still remaining over the mark.
“Speak,” he said, as if you were some pet of his to command.
You gasped, finally able to breathe, your head spinning. "Ominis, what's happened to you?" you whispered, your voice colored with confusion.
He grew tired of waiting for an answer. His mind filling in all the details on its own. He pushes your jaw to the side with his thumb as he leans into the crook of your neck, his breath scraping against your skin. His soft lips brushed across your bruise, that same dark whisper filling his head with poisoned words.
“You like this?” He growled, his lips barely transgressing against your skin.
Your voice caught in your throat as Ominis' grip tightened, preventing you from speaking.
"Have something to say, do you?" Ominis’ voice dripped with irritation at your feeble attempt to speak.
An agonizing silence enveloped the room as you nervously shook your head in response.
"I didn’t think so." He sinks his teeth into your bruise, eliciting a pained wince from your lips. The warm caress of his tongue against your skin, paired with his piercing teeth digging into your neck sent an indescribable sensation pooling between your thighs. His hand snaked from your throat and down your waistline, gripping into your hip. A sharp gasp escaped your lips as his knee stopped you from squeezing your thighs together.
He had you within his grasp, a pretty little thing trembling against the doors. In this moment, you were unequivocally his, a possession to be claimed. The air felt thick and heavy. He relished in the power he held over you, knowing he could do anything to you. It was crystal clear: You were his to mark, not Sebastian’s, his. And he intended to make that known.
"You like being a little slut for me?" He drags his lips agonizingly slow against your skin, catching your breath.
Despite the fear and the turbulent emotions, an undeniable surge of desire coursed through you. Ominis' dominance had awakened a primal longing within you, and your response was unmistakable. Your breath hitched, and your body caved into your desire, your hips arching slightly against his knee.
Ominis was acutely aware of your response. A sly smirk curled his lips as he felt the subtle shift in your body, the way you arched against his knee, the way your arm fell limp within his grasp, and the subtle wavering within your breath. It was evident of the power he held over you.
Ominis couldn’t help but taunt you further, his voice dripping with possessiveness and a hint of cruelty. “You feel that?” he whispered, pressing his knee against your damp knickers.
Overcome by lust, you found yourself writhing in place, unable to contain the fiery yearning that coursed through your veins. Your heart hammered within your chest, a relentless rhythm of anticipation and longing, each beat echoing the insatiable need for more. Every inch of your skin felt like it was burning, burning for his touch.
Ominis, consumed by his desire, pushed your thighs apart with a dominating force, making it clear who was in control. He pressed his hips into you, his hunger evident in the way he held you against the doors. There was no denying the raw and burning need he felt for you in that moment.
“You like being fucked so hard there’s bruises all over your pretty little skin?” He growled through gritted teeth, his grip around your wrist constricting. The anger in his voice sent tremors through your body, leaving you almost afraid to utter a word. A barely audible gasp escaped your trembling lips.
He couldn't fathom how you could lose your self-control so easily under such circumstances. His mind seethed with jealousy and anger. Were you always this easy to rile up? Is this what you and Sebastian do when he’s not around? Is that what you want from him? Unable to contain his rage any longer, he lashed out, slamming his hands against the wooden doors, staggering backwards.
"Is this what you want? Isn't Sebastian enough for you? You think you can go around putting your pretty little hands on guys and expect us to fuck you? You're— you’re such a..." He growled, his voice a mixture of anger and hurt.
Ominis leaned back against an empty desk, running his fingers over his jaw, a look of shame crossing his face. Tears brimmed in his eyes as he attempted to collect himself, but the damage was done. He knew he had lost control and shattered any chance of friendship that remained between the two of you. With a heavy sigh, he buried his face in his trembling hand, overwhelmed by the strangling feeling he has in his heart.
You were left speechless, your heart aching at his distress. With cautious steps, you moved towards him, your hand finding purchase against his shoulder as your thumb brushed with a soothing comfort.
"Ominis…" you whispered softly, your voice wavering with concern and immense sadness. "Please, just talk to me… What's going on with you? Why did you say such hurtful things?"
You settled down next to him, your hand gently gliding down his back. "This… this isn't like you, Ominis..." You pressed your forehead against his shoulder, wrapping your arm around his waist, embracing him from behind.
The softness within your voice melted away all his defenses. Unable to contain his turmoil any longer, he began to unravel, pouring out the torment that had consumed him. His voice quivered. It sounded like he was on the brink crying. Your embrace around him tightened, unable to bear the sound of his shuddering voice.
"Please…" your voice trembled as you pleaded in him, the agonizing prick of tears welling within your eyes.
Ominis drew in a deep breath, attempting to regain some semblance of composure. Slowly, he lifted his head from his hand, his gaze, blankly fixed upon the floor.
"It was him, wasn't it?" His voice held a note of anguish, as if he didn’t want the truth at all.
"What was him?" You asked gently, lifting your head from his shoulder and resting your chin against its curve.
He took a few moments, taking in deep, shuddering breaths as he tried to come to terms with it himself. “That bruise along your neck… It was Sebastian.”
"What?" You furrowed your eyebrows, your fingers instinctively brushing across the mark that adorned itself just below your jaw. "This?" Confusion filled your voice as your mind raced with questions. “No— Sebastian never hurt me, why would you think that?”
He leans forward, elbows resting against his knees, his hands clenching in visible disarray. "Not hurt you…" he uttered with an evident struggle in his voice. His head turns toward you as you break from the one-sided embrace. Your eyes traced along his pained face, tears glossing over. You tenderly cupped his cheek, urging him to face you.
“Ominis…” you murmured softly. “What then?”
He slowly picked his arm up, his fingers gliding over your caress with gentleness, nuzzling his cheek into your hand. This warmth was what he so desperately needed. His gaze lowered with somberness, his other hand reaching out to hold yours within your lap.
He shifted towards you, his hand falling from his cheek, finding purchase against your thigh. He appeared hesitant, at a loss for words— his mind wrangling with itself to even speak.
"That mark," he started, his head still lowered. "It was from making love, wasn't it?"
You sat there, blinking for a moment, caught off guard by his accusation. Speechless, you almost let out a baffled laugh but quickly restrained it. "Making love?" you retorted, your hand lowering from his cheek as you wrapped your fingers around his nape, drawing him in closer.
You pressed your forehead against his, gazing into his soft ocean eyes. "Listen to me, Ominis… There’s nothing going on between me and Sebastian,” you hushed, your voice filled with sincerity.
He pulls away with furrowed brows, disbelief etched across his face. You clasped your hands around his, pulling him back in. "Ominis, please… This bruise here, it was from an encounter with goblins. Sebastian and I… we snuck out of the castle last night. We wanted to have a little fun, go for a midnight adventure,” you paused briefly, a heavy sigh filling the air. “But I… I got into a little trouble. I messed up my footing and a goblin attacked me. I was exhausted. Sebastian had to carry me back to the castle… I’m so sorry, Ominis. I should’ve been honest with you… I had no idea how much this pained you."
He felt ashamed, he felt hopeless, and he felt so, so indescribably ignorant. The weight of his emotions hung heavy within the air.
“I promise you, there’s no other man out there that has my heart,” you continued softly, your words piquing his interest. Ominis slowly lifted his chin as his gaze fell upon you.
Your lips curled into a sweet smile, brushing your thumb in soothing circles over his hands. “No one else, but you.”
His lashes faltered, and that very pit within his stomach had completely vanished. He felt all the heaviness within him lifted, the venomous whispers within his head— gone, replaced by a sense of clarity and peace."No one else?" He asked softly, his voice broken.
“Ominis, I love you… I love you so much that it pains me. It pains me to see you like this. I fell in love with that very sweetness you hold so deep within your heart. You’re someone special to me…” you wavered, the weight of your confession hanging in the air, your heart pounding within your chest as the gravity of your words settled between you both like a weightless plume.
He gently withdraws his hand from your grasp, his fingers tenderly tracing along your jaw as he clasped his hand just below your ear. His soft touch sent a shiver down your spine as he tilts your head back, his thumb brushing against your cheek, pressing his longing lips against yours.
Your eyes fluttered shut, savoring the sweet taste of his affection, your lips molding together in a tender, passionate kiss. In that moment, the world around you faded into insignificance. Everything that had just transpired, gone. All that remains now is the unyielding confession of love. The kiss lingered until he finally pulled away, his lips hovering just an inch from yours.
His warm breath caressed your lower lip as he spoke in an unwavering, gentle, and remorseful tone. "I've loved you from the moment I met you, more deeply than I could ever express. I've tried to hide it, to bury it, but it's always been there… burning within me. You mean more to me than words can convey, and I can't imagine my life without you."
Ominis’ voice quivered with emotion, "I love you with everything I am, and I always will, no matter what. I love you, all that you are, my dear little bird. I’m so… so so—"
You cut him off before he sank back into his darkness, your lips locking together in a fervent embrace. His brows furrowed as his lips followed suit, firmly. The kiss deepened, a passionate, unending surge of emotion that left you both breathless. In that moment, it felt like everything had finally fallen into place, and your hearts were bound together as one.
You wanted to reassure him, to make him understand that he had nothing to worry about. Your heart belonged to him and him alone. You hooked your leg over Ominis’ hip, gently lowering yourself into his lap. He wrapped his hand around your waist with a tender embrace.
With a shared urgency, you captured his bottom lip between your teeth, eliciting soft sigh past his lips. In the midst of your heated kisses, soft whispers of, “I love you,” flowed freely between you both. It was as if those three words had become a cherished refrain, a reminder of your unwavering love for each other, and neither of you could get enough of it.
Your kisses became a sweet storm. Peppering his lips as your hands cradled his jaw, your hips moving in a rhythm of their own, swaying with the desire that coursed through your veins.
A burning sensation snapped you back to reality, a tantalizing stiffness pressing against your knickers, awakening you from the flames. You were acutely aware of the desire that had burned between you.
Unable to resist, you both tumbled against the desk, your lips still locked in a fiery embrace. The kisses turned heated, sloppy, and wet as you explored eachothers cavity with unbridled hunger. His grip around your hip tightened, pressing you firmly against his arousal, a quiet moan of pleasure escaped your lips. Desire pooled between your thighs, wetting his trousers from the friction.
With a final, lingering kiss, you gradually poised yourself up, straddling him with your hands pressed against his chest. Your cheeks flushed with a rosy hue, but something about his presence made you feel safe and unashamed. The embarrassment you anticipated seemed to melt away in his soft, gentle touch.
A sweet, contented smile graced your lips as you began to roll your hips, a gentle grind that pressed your soaked knickers against his clothed arousal, eliciting a soft, quiet hum from Ominis’ lips.
He tilted his head back with a warm moan, the sharp contour of his jaw capturing your attention. You reached for his hands, delicately intertwining your fingers with his, guiding his touch as you circled your hips. A quiet sigh of pleasure escaped your lips, filling the thick air around you.
Ominis’ lips parted, eliciting an unrestrained moan as his cock twitches beneath you. He lost full control over his hips, incapable to stop them from moving in rhythm with yours. This was everything he had ever yearned for— your sweet hands in his, the soft, quiet moans that slipped past your lips, the constant whispers of affirmation. Yet, amidst this symphony of pleasure, there was one thing he longed to hear… the sweet sound of you moaning his name.
Feeling your hands withdraw from their loving embrace and hearing the subtle rustling of fabric above him, Ominis reached out, gently clasping your hands in his once again.
"Allow me," he whispered in a tender tone, his desire to adore you evident in his gentle pale eyes.
Your hands slowly dropped as he began to unbutton your blouse with a tantalizing slowness, savoring every moment so he could etch this memory into eternity. His fingers brushed across your shoulders, unable to resist the urge to whisper with admiration, "So soft..." He slid your blouse over your shoulders, allowing it to pool around your elbows. Your fingers curled under the rim of his trousers, eagerly reciprocating the desire.
Ominis, however, wasn't met with the expected sensation of a bra strap along your shoulders. Instead, he found himself intrigued, his fingers tracing down your collarbone until they reached the supple, sensitive flesh at the curve of your breast. His feather-light touch sent a cascade of goosebumps dancing across your skin, eliciting a subtle sigh of approval from your parted lips. His large hands then enveloped your breast, gently squeezing and kneading without hesitation.
Your eyes locked onto his almost devious grin. You unhooked your fingers from under his trousers and smoothly shimmied the rest of your blouse off, your gaze then moving toward his buttoned shirt, relinquishing it’s hold. You pushed open the flaps of his shirt, your eyes feasting on the sight of his well-formed figure. Your teeth sank into your bottom lip as your fingers trailed down his chest, tracing the dots that adorned his pale flesh in a playful zigzag pattern until they reached his hip. He was truly a vision of beauty, and in this moment, you couldn't fathom how he could doubt your desire for him over anyone else, even Sebastian.
"Ominis… I want you," you whispered, the words dripping with desire.
"Then take me," he dared, his expression sweet and inviting, in stark contrast to everything below.
Your cheeks blazed with a deep, rosy hue as you bit into your cheek, his words leaving you breathless with desire. With a sultry grace, you lifted yourself onto your knees, your hands working deftly to tug down his trousers and briefs just enough to reveal his hard, throbbing cock. It was much larger than you had imagined when you were grinding against him, and the sight left you speechless. Even his length was adorned with a scattering of freckles.
His hands, warm and tender, snaked up your thighs, just under your skirt, cradling them with a gentle hold. He showed incredible patience, letting you take your time and go at your own pace. You reached below you, your fingers curling around the soaked fabric that clung to your heated flesh. Pulling them aside, you wrapped your fingers around his base, slowly lowering yourself onto him.
The pink crown of his arousal glistened with pre-cum, slipping between your slick folds as you guided him into your eager core. His length squeezed into you inch by inch, eliciting a joined shudder. Ominis tightened his grip around your thighs as he felt your cunt slowly enveloping his length, drawing him deeper inside you. A hushed wince escaped your lips as he pushed you firmly against his hips.
A low, guttural curse slipped from Ominis’ tongue, the agonizing sensation of your tight cunt gripping around his cock with raw hunger.
With slow, deliberate movements, you took control, lifting your hips and sensually lowering yourself onto him, savoring every inch of his throbbing desire as it filled you completely. Finding a rhythm that sent waves of pleasure coursing through your bodies. Ominis' hands ventured further under your skirt, his fingers clasping possessively around your hips, pressing deeply into your skin as you surrendered yourself to the veil of desire.
The sensation of his pulsating cock reaching deep within you, hitting the depths of your cunt and clenching around his cock in a strangling hold. It was everything he had ever fantasized about. The tantalizing stride and rolls of your hips, the softness and warmth of your skin touching his. The labored breaths and sweet moans he elicited out of you, it felt so fucking good.
The way you rolled your hips and took his cock like it was meant for you. How your body trembled every time he hit that sensitive spot. The desperate moans escaping your lips as he started to force your movements quicker by your hips. It drove him mad, mad for you. He craved more, wanting to hear those pretty little lips of yours gasp and scream his name, and he knew exactly how to make that happen.
With a firm grip around your hips, he easily maneuvered, rolling you onto your back and positioning himself over you. With one hand supporting his weight, his other guided the underside of your thigh until it was pressed against your side.
"Ominis, wai—"
He silenced your protests with a deep, penetrating thrust that sent a loud moan spilling from your lips. His nails dug into the soft flesh of your thigh as a sly grin curled at the corners of his lips. Your slick cunt tightened around his cock as he continued with long, measured strides in and out of your slick heat, drawing a soft yelp from the depths of your throat. Your hand clutched around his forearm, anchoring yourself as he quickened his pace.
"Ah, fuck..." you winced, furrowing your brows in pleasure as he drove into you relentlessly.
A deep, guttural groan reverberated within his throat as he reveled in the tightness of your cunt. He shifted his hand from your thigh to support his weight against the desk, looming over you with a demeanor that made you feel small and trapped beneath his towering figure.
He may be blind, but Ominis was attuned to your every desire, intimately aware of what turned you on. A sly grin danced along his lips as he continued his relentless thrusts, each one hitting that sweet spot that drove you mad.
He swooped down, burying his face into the crook of your neck as his labored breaths crashed against your skin. The sweet sound of your whimpers riled something familiar within him. "You like that?" he growled against your neck.
You gasped, your nails digging into his forearm as your body shuddered from his words. A subtle sneer lathered your tender neck with hungry kisses and soft bites.
His lips trailed sensuously along your neck, planting soft, teasing kisses against your earlobe. “I know you like this,” he grunted, his hips driving into you with hard, measured thrusts that left you gasping with desperate approval. The needy whines that escaped your lips were all the affirmation he needed. His tongue traced the contours of your ear, soft nips and low growls that sent shivers down your spine.
"Oh fuck, Ominis..." you pleaded, gasping for air as he relentlessly pounded into you.
“You’re so tight…” he snarled, his voice thick with desire, peppering your ear and neck with a trail of hungry kisses and licks. His pace slowed into long, tantalizing strides, all the while bearing knowing smile.
"Ominis, please..." you whimpered softly, your nails digging further into his skin.
"Please, what?" His voice shuddered, sinking his teeth into your neck as he maintained his steady pace.
"Oh, fuck… please—"
He hummed against your skin, seemingly oblivious to your intent, relishing in the sweet desperation of your trembling voice.
"Please… fuck me harder," you exasperated, writhing beneath him.
He gripped your hip in place, preventing your movements as he continued with his slow, ruthless strides.
"What’s my name," he demanded, his voice a heated whisper against your ear.
You panted heavily, your thighs trembling at his hips, your voice a sultry plea, “Fuck me harder, Ominis…” Before you could finish the rest of his name, he slammed his hips into you with a hungry growl against your ear. You bucked your hips with an arch of your back, eliciting a yelp that echoed within the halls of the castle.
“Good girl,” he whispered, sending an intoxicating blaze of fire coursing through your body. With every forceful thrust, a torrent of pleasure surged within you, an unrelenting tempest that threatened to consume your very being. A knot of insatiable desire coiled deep within your midriff, pulling tighter with each invasion of his hips.
Sweat glistened across your entwined bodies, his movements a fevered dance of untamed lust and longing. Your nails etched fiery trails along Ominis’ back, branding him with your passion. The pain that etched along his back soon became pleasure as he lost full control of himself. The classroom echoed with a crescendo of fervent gasps and uninhibited moans.
As he surrendered to his primal desires, his voice became a sultry serenade, a soft trail of parseltongue with unbridled lust slipping from his lips like a seductive spell. He teetered on the precipice of release, the moment of climax drawing tantalizingly near with each scorching thrust.
His head hangs low, driven by an insatiable need as he plunges deep into you, his hips etching a delicious soreness into your supple flesh. Your thighs trembled against his hips, helpless to resist the throbbing sensation as he fills your needy little cunt to the brim, spewing threads of his warm, sticky desire that claimed you as his.
Exasperated curses punctuated the air, escaping your lips as your body contracts beneath his rigid thrusts. Your back arches with a deep curve, your hips locked in a drunken lust as he fills you to the rim. Ominis hovers above you, his chest heaving as he struggles to catch his breath, his thoughts lost in the intoxicating haze of euphoria.
A heated warmth seeps from your defiled cunt, dribbling sensuously against the smooth wooden desk beneath you. Ominis, with a heavy and contented sigh, begins to slowly withdraw, his cock sliding out with a wet, suctioning noise that lingers in the air.
You gaze at him through half-lidded lashes, your face carrying the unmistakable weight of exhaustion, each breath labored with fire. Ominis' well-satisfied cock twitches, strings of cum dripping from his tip.
With an almost inconceivable smirk, Ominis runs his fingers through his tousled hair, his freckled cheeks flushed from exertion. “You’re mine, you know that?” He said softly, delicate beads of sweat tracing along the contours of his midriff, a captivating sight only for you to see.
You nodded obediently, with a soft, weary sigh, “I’m yours.”
He left you utterly spent, your body feeling heavy against the wooden desk. Your legs remained parted, trembling from the aftermath, as you struggled to catch your breath, your mind remained shrouded in a tantalizing fog of lingering lust.
“Ominis…” your voice wavered, still carrying the heat of the fervent moment.
A mischievous chuckle escaped his lips as he gazed at you with desire-fueled hunger. “Round two?” His suggestion hung in the air, a tempting invitation to plunge back into the depths of pleasure once more.

How they would kiss you ଘ(੭◌ˊᵕˋ)੭* ੈ♡‧₊˚

Sebastian:
Sebastian’s most intimate kisses would be saved for behind locked doors, despite his overly confident nature. Those kisses, the noises you make, are his alone. These kisses, are filled with desperation and an intense need to feel you completely connected with him. He loves you underneath him the most, when you kiss. The power of you being under his control, is something you both enjoy and yet, it’s never too much. He needs to touch you at all times, whether it be simply holding the side of your head, running a finger along the ticklish part of your neck or roaming your body — he needs it.
However, Sebastian isn’t shy. Nor is afraid to show everyone, that you are his and he is yours. So, in more public settings, such as Hogsmeade, the castle halls or more enjoyably — the Great Hall, Sebastian showers you with head, cheek and lip kisses. A big favourite of his, is kissing your hair, especially when he's in a rush and doesn't have long to sit around — but, he never leaves you without a kiss and even if it's an 'awkwardly rushed, slip of his mouth getting caught in your hair' kind of kiss, he always makes sure he gets at least one in.

Ominis:
Ominis' kisses are always intimate. He is a 'shows exactly how much you mean to him, behind closed doors kind of guy' — and prefers to keep his kissing, hidden away from others. Those kisses, are tender and filled with passion, yet, uncertainty. As if, he isn't so sure of himself, but eventually — he grows almost overly confident and bold and suddenly, it's like you've been struck by lightening. Ominis needs to touch you. It's how he connects with you on a deeper level, guiding his fingers constantly along your skin, your lips, your nose, your eyelids — everything. He must touch you. Your lips are his favourite of course and his constant teasing as he traces them, over and over — eventually makes you go wild and you just have to take charge.
Tumblr media
Garreth:
Garreth's kisses are constantly filled with laughter, mumbling and hiding his face into the crook of your neck — especially when he snorts by accident and gets embarrassed. Garreth constantly showers you with awkward kisses, often when he tries to scare you in the Great Hall or in the Library — but, it only ever goes wrong, when you're caught. He's always kissing you. Whether it's with his arms wrapped around your shoulders, face hidden against your skin or leaning over you to reach for more ingredients for a potion and stealing a kiss when Professor Sharp isn't looking. Garreth's kisses are mostly sweet, he's a dork at heart — though he's bolder than he looks and eventually at times, he cares little for where you both are and you must swat him away in embarrassment.

Months. That's how long Marvolo Gaunt has been crushing the life out of you. One reckless decision was all it took to be dragged into his inner circle to pay for your sins. However, being his favourite informant has its perks—you hear whispers: a civil war is brewing among the Gaunt's.
Is it better the devil you know, or do you seek refuge in the arms of the enemy?
Working for Marvolo Gaunt had taught her enough to know when she was being followed.
It was the hooded stranger in a candlelit recess of the Leaky Cauldron. The shadow drifting across her path on the walk home. A silhouette eclipsing the moonlight as they stole a glance through the window into her cramped flat.
The domestic wards had obstructed all their attempts to enter.
At the crack of dawn, she would apparate to him for a briefing. Following her shift at the inn, she would obediently report back the whispers on the wind before retreating home to drown his haunting voice in firewhisky. It rarely did the trick; he was omnipresent, slithering in and out of her consciousness without reprieve.
Her boss had gone to great lengths to ensure she was cordoned off from the public. A display. Nothing more than one of the polished trinkets in his collection—untouchable. Her identity had been erased and her life turned monotonous.
Deliver this package to table four at noon.
The minister's aide will be in tonight; keep an ear out for my name.
Keep your guard up. If my brother's men make contact, I'll have to slice open your pretty throat, just as I did to your sweet little frien—
"Was there much resistance?"
An approaching figure tore her from the depths of her memories and propelled her back to the present. The tone of voice was serpentine smooth, similar to Marvolo's, but watered down—less tempestuous.
Harder to gauge a solid read.
It made her nervous.
"She didn’t even scream," bewilderment spiked through a wizard's Cockney accent, "even when we shoved her in the trunk. It was fucking bizarre."
“Never let anyone take you to a second location”, Poppy had warned when they first moved to the city. A nugget of widsom from a gentle soul who never imagined they would need it. It churned her stomach to know this was how she was honouring her memory, disregarding all the anxious advice she'd ever imparted.
Her muscles tensed as light footfalls began circling the chair to which she was tightly bound, a sharp pain searing through her shoulders from where her arms were restrained at the small of her back.
Intermittent bursts of crimson light pierced through the thick fabric draped over her head as the tip of a wand subjected her to thorough scrutiny.
The Gaunts struck fear into the hearts of many; their name a cautionary tale mothers whispered to their sons to keep them on the straight and narrow.
This particular Gaunt was a ghost story. A strategist, always orchestrating his moves from the shadows. Unlike his brother, he never graced the pages of the Prophet's socialite section, nor tarnished the ones dedicated to the escalating crime rates.
Patient, inscrutable, and lethal.
The bag was whisked from over her head and she blinked rapidly, the sconces nailed to decrepit walls swimming at the edge of her vision.
Her life had been torn from beneath her feet because of a lapse in judgement. As her focus honed in on Ominis Gaunt's levelled wand, she prayed she hadn't made another mistake.
"You let us abduct you, didn't you?"

The world had fallen mute, at least for a second. You narrowed your eyes at the embellished ceiling and its murals that moved gracefully above you — slowly dragging you upwards. The painted, luscious trees swayed in the wind, revealing something glistening behind its green curtains, and around the branches, stems, and into the ground and up again, swirled a large, lean, white serpent. You tried to find the face of the snake but were unsuccessful. Yet, you could sense that it was watching you from behind the anonymity of the leaves.
Your swollen, blurry gaze tried to adjust to the evening sun peering into Ominis’ bedroom. It was as spacious as his office and each room seemed to be able to fit another manor in it — grand to a tee. At first you said no to his suggestion to rest that sounded more like a command, to take a nap — but then, trying to take a few steps off of his desktop, you felt your legs cave beneath you. So, now you found yourself lying on your back in his crisp, amber, cotton sheets. Regardless of the numerous empty guest rooms, he insisted on you sleeping in his. His point being: you were not a guest. Which made Sebastian snort and roll his eyes and left you with the ever returning question of: where does that leave me? The burning sensation left on your lips from Sebastian having crashed his own upon them pointed you towards one answer, but having him flee to the other side of the building as the incident eventually dawned on him, as your presence dawned on him, only pointed you towards a sea of even more questions. Your visit was tumultuous, indeed — for all of you. You were all experiencing growing pains safely tucked away for several years, because as you returned to your past, you realised you never truly left it in the first place – and everywhere you looked, you could find yourself.
Knock, knock, knock…
Quickly awakening from the tangle of your thoughts you looked towards the other end of the room, and before you knew it, Ominis appeared from behind the doors. His dark eyebrows curved perfectly above his fog-laced eyes. He was now wearing a midnight-blue, thin knit that praised his frost-kissed skin – as his white shirt had gotten blood on it. He sauntered closer towards you in his bed, dragging his lean fingers through his pale-blond hair, only to have it fall in front of his eyes immediately. You dragged yourself upwards a little, resting against the black, wooden bedframe. ”Have you been able to sleep a little?” he asked as he got closer. Shifting on the bed you realised how timid you felt all of a sudden — trying to brush your hair in place with your fingers, even though he couldn’t see you.”Ye-” you started only to hear your own voice falter. Ominis’ pale eyes gazed towards you as he placed himself beside the bed. Feeling your cheeks burn hot, you cleared your throat. ”I did, yes — I managed to sleep for a little while… at least.” you spoke quietly. ”That’s good…” he hummed as his fingertips graced the sheets of his bed. ”-but you should rest for at least a couple of days…” he added, feeling his way forward until his fingers reached the bump of the fabric above your legs and feet, making them tingle. He sat down at the end of his bed next to your legs as his gaze rested somewhere on the rug, his hair falling softly in front of his eyes. ”-to let your body recoup.” he finished before sighing. ”How…” Ominis started, but fell silent. He seemed a little hesitant to you suddenly being there, at arms reach, after having been gone for so long. You could see the conflict within him play out in front of you — his eyebrows bowing, his jaw clenched. ”How does it look?” he finally spoke, softly yet a little strained, pointing towards you — aiming at your waist. You looked down as you carefully pulled up the oversized shirt you had borrowed from him. You sighed heavily as you let the red marks stretching across your skin sink in. ”I’ll be ok…” you muttered quietly. ”-thanks to you.” you finished, looking up at him just in time to see him nod. ”May I?” he asked, pointing yet again towards your waist — his misty eyes gazing out somewhere into the room. ”Eh-m-yeah…” you gulped. ”-of course.” you finished before sitting up a little straighter.
Ominis moved closer up towards you, feeling his way above the cotton duvet. You felt the weight of his hand above your shin, knee and thigh… Without thinking about it you held your breath. His hand moved gently across the border of the duvet and you, until his fingers landed on the warm skin of your stomach, making it flinch a little. Ominis looked calm as he slowly dragged his fingers above your skin until he felt the edges of the scar, on which he slowed down. All words were lost on you and it felt as if you’d seized to exist only to turn into the very tips of Ominis’ fingers. You felt him move above the scar tissue, slowly, gently, before he placed his entire hand above it — it was cold against your warm skin as it pressed down slightly. ”How does this feel?” he asked quietly. You couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed, flushed red, lips swollen, and unable to speak a single coherent word. For a moment you’d forgotten about the pain and the wound — all you could feel was Ominis. ”It’s…” you mumbled, forcing yourself to say something. ”It feels much better.” you managed quietly. Ominis lifted his hand off of you, making you frown at the loss of contact while feeling even more embarrassed at your sudden neediness — as if every year of quiet longing came rushing back. ”Glad to hear it.” Ominis spoke calmly. Yet, there was something lingering in his voice… A certain type of solemness. ”The scar will remain.” he added, still looking out into the room, but now, looking up at him, you saw that his cheeks were red too. Your lungs moved heavily within your chest. ”Resting should do you well.” he spoke. He was frustratingly stoic, formal, reserved. You sensed his leaving and searched rather desperately within your head for leverage until you finally opened your mouth.
”Do you know you have a snake slithering about your ceiling?” you asked. Ominis sighed before he relaxed his body on the bed again. He sat silent for a little while, tilting his head to the side. ”I’ve heard there is supposed to be one there, yes…” he spoke quietly. ”-but I’ve never heard of anyone actually seeing it.” he finished before he frowned a little. Your breathing slowed down as you looked at him. Your eyes’ swollenness seemed to spread to your lips, making them ache. ”How did it look?” Ominis asked gently. ”Huh?” you mumbled, looking at his rosy lips that glistened a little against his teeth. ”How did it look?” he repeated, shifting his foggy gaze towards you. ”Oh-” you mumbled again. You looked up towards the ceiling only to realise that the serpent was gone — there was only a forest of trees swaying above you. You couldn’t see it anywhere, not a single white scale in sight. ”It’s…” you quietly spoke. ”What?” Ominis asked. ”I could have sworn it was there a second ago and…” you continued. ”-and now it’s gone.” you finished, still looking up at the mural. Without you seeing it, Ominis tugged at his lips. ”Perhaps it’s shy…” he mused quietly. ”-or incredibly selective of its audience.” he added. You looked at him and his pale gaze. ”I should feel honored then.” you spoke, tugging at the corner of your lips. ”Oh, the honor is entirely the serpent’s.” Ominis quickly  countered, making your cheeks burn much redder than before. If you squinted you could see a familiar smile on his lips as you both sighed in unison — for a moment it felt as if nothing had changed. It all pulled you back to your days together, before you left – and if you listened closely, you could hear his subdued panting against your ear in the undercroft and feel his breath against your ear. The boy you once knew had grown up now, you both had – and all you could think about was how it all would feel today, how he'd sound, how his hands would feel against you. ”Hm.” you hummed in response. You tried to look into his pale-blue eyes, but found it incredibly difficult as it felt he could see right through you.
”How’s…” you started, yet falling short. ”How’s… Sebastian doing?” you asked. ”Ah, yes, Sebastian…” Ominis spoke quietly before sighing. ”He’s feeling a little… torn, to say the least.” he added. ”He’s never been one known for restraining his emotions…” he continued, breathing out a short sigh. ”I don’t think he feels he can control himself… around you.” he finished, shifting his gaze towards you again. You nodded, mostly to yourself — feeling responsible for opening up old wounds by returning with yours. ”And..” you started, yet falling short again. ”And how are you feeling?” you finally asked, looking up towards him. ”Well…” he started, swaying a little on his voice. ”I can’t say I blame Sebastian — not this time.” he added. ”I know how he feels.” he finished. A black little pit took shape within your stomach, twisting itself, and it felt as if it would pull you into it altogether. You wanted to grab ahold of the blue cotton on Ominis’ wrist and drag it closer but it felt as if you were glued against the bedframe. Ominis sighed heavily before he looked out into his bedroom as you looked at him.
”I missed you.” he spoke, ever so softly, slicing your chest right open. You wanted to shield yourself from all the emotions that came falling down on you but you couldn’t. ”I’ve missed you terribly, y/n.” he repeated. Your heart rung loudly within your chest. Without thinking too much about it you reached out to his hand resting on top of the duvet, placing it in yours. Ominis’ gaze was still somewhere in the room, but you could see his chest moving slowly and heavily at your touch before you felt his hand tighten, softly, around yours. The room fell silent again except for your harmonious breathing. You adjusted yourself on the bed, moving a little bit closer towards him as you enclasped his hand with both of yours — at this, Ominis’ head fell forward slightly. ”I really am sorry for hurting you — both of you.” you added, looking up at him and his august profile bowing. He closed his eyes. ”I thought I did the right thing.” you finished. Ominis sighed before he dragged his hand from out of your hold, sending a cold shiver down your spine at the loss of contact. He started to rise from the bed but you quickly grabbed ahold of his wrist, stopping him from getting too far. ”Please don’t go.” you blurted out softly, pleadingly. Ominis sighed again, turning a little towards you where he stood. ”You should rest.” he spoke. You frowned up at him. ”I’m alright.” you answered. You felt incredibly vulnerable and you desperately wanted him to be there with you — to not tread too far. ”Stay.” you gently begged. Ominis shook his head as he raised his free hand to massage his eyebrows, sighing heavily. ”Sebastian isn’t the only one having a hard time restraining himself, y/n.” he spoke, somewhat sternly, gazing down towards where you sat on his bed. ”You don’t have to restrain yourself.” you spoke. ”I don’t want you to.” you added. Ominis sighed once again. ”Is that truly what you want? Do you even have the slightest idea of what that means?” he asked, sounding both frustrated and calm at the same time, the way only Ominis could. You released the hold of his wrist, making him place his hands inside of his pockets. ”Hm?” he hummed, urging an answer. ”I’ve missed you…” he continued. ”-but I can’t…” he spoke before sighing. ”I can’t keep hoping for you to always return — to stay – only when it pleases you.” he added softly. ”Because it’s all I’d ever do.” he finished quietly. It felt as if someone tore your chest wide open, pulling your heart from out of its cage, ready for the vultures to come pick at your flesh.
Even if you’d ran away you’d always carry them with you — a part of you would always be there, as it always had been, right next to them, in their pockets, close to their hearts, course trough their veins — and now, when you returned it felt as if you had run from the inevitable. ”But…” you spoke, ever so quietly. ”-what if I’ don’t run?” you asked. ”If I wanted to stay?” you added as your sight landed somewhere on the rug beneath Ominis’ feet. He turned towards you, pondering your words. ”Do you want to stay?” he asked. You looked up at him and his clouded eyes that peered somewhere above you. ”If… you want me to.”you answered, anxious — as if on trial, waiting for the crowd to pass on their judgement. ”I’m serious, y/n.” Ominis spoke, rather sternly, frowning at you. ”So am I.” you countered quickly as you looked up at him. Ominis sighed heavily again, shaking his head as his hands returned to massage his eyebrows.”Lords.” he muttered quietly. ”Ominis?” you spoke softly. He sighed again. ”Hm?” he hummed where he stood. You could see the conflict escalate within him with each second and just as you were about to open your mouth Ominis spoke again. ”You’re telling me you want to stay?” he asked, sounding almost a little perplexed. You looked at him and his frowning dark eyebrows. ”Ye-” you began only to be interrupted by Ominis’ hands reaching out to you, pulling you upwards where you sat on his bed, his lips crashing against yours. You whimpered at the harsh impact before you could even realise what was happening. As Ominis’ hands held onto your face, you closed your eyes, melting beneath his hands as he pressed his lips closely against yours.
You unraveled as your lips and tongues melted into a hot flood of pure greed. Ominis sighed against your lips, groaning frustratedly, still fighting within his own head. As his hands clasped onto you, tugging at his own shirt to pull you closer, swirling his hands up and down your body, gracing up your bare legs, your waist, into your hair — it felt as if something untangled itself within you, sending a wave of bliss throughout your veins until your toes curled against the cotton beneath you. Ominis groaned more loudly against you as his hands tried to pull you even  closer. The sweet, dusky and intoxicating smell of him coursed through your head and lungs, making you feel utterly inebriated. His wet lips and tongue moved effortlessly with yours, burning you hotter with each second — dragging you closer into him.
Suddenly it felt as if someone blasted you with glacius as Ominis pulled away, quickly, stepping a few feet back. He heaved from the rush of adrenalin and endorphins, which also swirled inside of you. You looked at his flushed pale face, completely bewildered. Ominis shook his head. ”Omi-” you panted, but before you could even finish, he cut you off. ”We shouldn't.” he spoke. ”Ominis.” you spoke, laughing a little deliriously, befuddled to the rollercoaster of emotions you found yourself strapped onto. ”I’m not go-” you started before being cut off again. ”You should rest.” he repeated, leaving no wiggle-room, before he quickly turned on his feet, making his way towards the doors. You sat as frozen on the duvet, chest heaving, lips burning, legs melting into his bed, as you watched the lean back of him swiftly make his way out of the room before the door shut behind him with a bang, making you flinch.
After the door shut you just sat there, frozen in time. The afternoon sun had managed to settle, and it was getting darker with each minute. You pondered if you should have gone after him when he left, but you felt stuck to the bed. Eventually you fell backwards onto your back, sighing heavily, and as you looked up towards the ceiling you were met by piercing white eyes. The serpent was back and this time it was looking straight at you. ”Now you show…” you whispered. ”-and don’t look at me like that.” you spoke to the serpent, or perhaps yourself. The snake merely hissed quietly. You knew what it was thinking — since you were thinking the same thing: You can’t stay in this room forever. Slowly you sat up on the bed again before sliding off the edge. Your naked feet reached the soft rug beneath you. You were only wearing an oversized sweater and you had left your bag in Ominis’ office, in which you had some spare clothing with you. ”Brilliant…” you muttered while looking around the room. You could hear the snake hiss again, and looking up you saw it slither to the other side of the room as it grew smaller, swirling down the ceiling onto a painting on the wall — and to your surprise, the painting gently swung open. You felt a little hesitant, but seeing there was little to no other way forward, you made your way across the room. As you approached the painting you opened it a little further only to see a pair of white, silk pants and a matching pair of cashmere socks.  ”Huh…” you huffed out, narrowing your eyes. A little reluctantly, you reached towards them and pulled them out. You looked at them before you looked up towards the ceiling. The serpent wasn’t there anymore. ”Very convenient…” you mumbled before stepping into the soft fabric that swayed around your legs as you pulled on the toasty socks. You sighed to yourself as you looked towards the black door leading out into the unknown.
The corridors were barely lit, only a few solitary candles fought bravely against the dark and the many heirlooms along the walls casted shadows that loomed closer as you walked past. Pulling Ominis’ shirt closer around you, you wandered the massive labyrinth — unsure which directions was right. It reminded you a lot of your old school: the grand corridors, the paintings… the aura of never really knowing if anything was as it seemed. ”Ominis?” you spoke meekly into the gloomy space around you. Your voice came out as a mere whisper. Suddenly you saw a shadow as a couple of candelabras lit up beside you. Your spleen jumped into your throat as you gasped. The shadow turned into your own spooked reflection peering back at you in the large mirror that had appeared between the candlelight that swayed gently, filling the dark space with a soft, warm shimmer. You had plenty of bold excursions in your artillery: you’ve fought trolls, goblins, inferi… you had crawled in caves filled with acromentula, fought dark wizards… but walking alone in Ominis’ manor, knowing he and Sebastian were somewhere around the corner, ate at your brain and crawled up your spine. You breathed in slowly, placing a hand on your beating chest. ”What am I doing…” you muttered quietly to yourself before sighing and to your surprise someone answered you. ”My thoughts exactly…” a low voice spoke from somewhere behind you.
You turned on your heels, catching your breath in your throat once again. From out of the darkness, Sebastian’s tall shadow stepped into the candlelight. There was something unnerving in the way his eyes glistened beneath his dark locks. ”Well… fancy seeing you here.” he spoke with a tone of pure disingenuousness, mocking your earlier encounter. He looked drenched in spite and the way his lips crooked themselves made it feel as if he’d eat you up. You huffed at his scorned self. ”Hopeless.” you muttered beneath your breath. He sneered at you, crowing quietly. ”Oh, hush now… You shouldn’t say such things about yourself. There’s still some hope, even for the likes of you.” he spoke leisurely. You scoffed at him, shaking your head. ”You’re incorrigible… You haven’t changed a bit.” you spoke through gritted teeth. "And you have? No..." he laughed at you, raising his eyebrows mockingly. ”Then why should I?” he spoke, rhetorically. ”I’m not the one deserting the people around me.” he added as his eyes bit down on you. ”Still playing the martyr, are we...” you mumbled, not breaking eye-contact, because it was always a game with Sebastian. ”Coming from someone who’s done what you have done, Sebastian…” you spoke, still not breaking eye contact. ”-that’s rich.” you finished. ”I’m no saint…” he spoke quickly, raising his eyebrows, and before he could continue you spoke again. ”That you certainly are not.” you spat, making him grin sinisterly. ”Well, at least I'm not pretending to be..." he mused slyly. "And since you know me so very well... then what am I?” he spoke quickly, taking a small step forward. ”The devil himself perhaps – wouldn’t surprise me.” you muttered. ”Do I look like the devil?” he countered quickly, almost whispering as the grin grew toothier, larger, more crooked. You looked at his dark eyes that glistened in the soft light. "And you'd do well to remember that birds of a feather, y/n..." he almost sang, quietly. Your name dripped slowly from his tongue, sending a shiver down your neck, spine, legs.
”What do you want?” you spoke, frustrated at him — lacking the energy to play along in his ploy, but his hunger was infectious, and it had started to spread across the floor to where you stood, biting at you. He raised his eyebrows in feigned innocence. ”Me?” he spoke, clasping his hands on his chest. ”I’m trying to figure out the exact same thing as you, darling…” he spoke slyly, yet sternly. ”-and that is: what do you want?” he finished, putting an incredibly heavy emphasis on you. You huffed at him, huffing out a laugh a little hysterically. You nodded, mostly to yourself. ”Seems as if everyone is…” you muttered. ”-and I’m trying to tell you— both of you.” you spoke, looking back at him. ”But all you two do is- is pick at my brains, toy with me, and kiss me…” you spoke, waving your hands at him. ”-and then run away with your tails between your legs.” you finished, raising your pitch slightly. You could see Sebastian slyness falter a little, and for the first time, so did his gaze. ”I’m trying to- or, at least I’d like to have a proper talk… if you’d even like…” you continued, as if asking him. ”-about all of this.” you added, waving your hands again. ”I’m trying to figure it all out too, you know.” you confessed, looking at him. For a short moment you saw the softness in his eyes again, as if he remembered that you were his best friend, not his enemy. ”And I’m not the one running this time.” you finished, still looking at him. His dark eyes peered at you. There was a certain uncertainty there. ”I understand if you both need time…” you spoke, softly. ”-and if that is what you need, I’ll give you it.” you continued. ”If you want me to go altogether…” you mumbled, more quietly, looking down at your feet. ”-if it’s too difficult to have me here… then- then I’ll leave.” you continued. His eyebrows contracted a little above his eyes as they grew softer with each word you spoke. ”If you don’t want me here… I understand if I’ve lost that right… just say it-” you spoke gently, words flowing across the air between you. ”-and I’ll be out of your hair.” you finished with a weak smile.
Sebastian’s eyebrows faltered as he sighed softly, shaking his head as his smug facade crumbled at your sincerity — as it always did. He took a few steps forward, narrowing the space in between you until his feet almost touched yours. You peered up at him and his eyes burning in the lights from the candles. He looked towards your hand resting at your hip before he gently grabbed onto it, sending a warm flood through your body. He swirled his fingers between yours as his thumb drew circles on the back of your hand. ”I like you in my hair.” he spoke softly, still looking at your hand while you looked at the freckles dancing across the bridge of his nose. You watched him close his eyes, shaking his head again as a sigh left him. ”I don’t think I’d allow you to leave again, honestly.” he added. You felt a knot within you start to disintegrate. ”Then why are you behaving like a git?” you spoke sincerely, yet teasing him a little at the same time. A soft grin grew on his lips before he looked at you. ”Born trait, I’m afraid…” he managed to quietly tease back. ”-and perhaps, I’m a little unsure how to behave around you.” he added. The tension between you was tangible and it felt as if it pushed down on your chest, making it ten times as hard to breathe. Both of you just stood looking at each other as the corridor fell completely silent around you. ”Seemingly, so is Ominis… I did hear he kissed you too.” he spoke. ”Seems you've hexed us, haven't you…” he added, looking down at your hand in his. ”-you witch.” he finished, as a grin tugged at the corner of his lips while he gazed straight at you, making your heart leap. ”Only because you let me.” you managed to whisper into the narrow space between you. ”I suppose so.” Sebastian spoke quietly before he leaned down, erasing the space completely.
His lips were warm and he must have drunk something with cinnamon and honey in it, because it lingered on his tongue. He leaned down even further as he dragged you closer with his free hand while pulling your hand in his up to his face. You swooned at his sudden softness. Gentle whimpers left your lips as his hands softly graced you above the thin fabric of Ominis’ shirt and the silk pants. You dragged Sebastian down further, wanting him closer, making him grin against your lips before he continued the kiss. It felt as if you drunk the sweetest and thickest of sherries that coursed through your veins, making you light headed. Sebastian’s hands  followed every curve of your body, slowly moving up and down, softly tightening his grip every now and then — on your ass, hip, waist, breasts and neck. With one swift move he pulled you up from the floor to his waist, making you wrap yourself around him without breaking the kiss that deepened with each minute that passed. He took a few steps forward until your lower back hit against a narrow table against the wall on which Sebastian sat you down before he pressed himself forcefully against you, pushin you tightly between him and the patterned tapestry behind you, making you bend you head backwards as much as you could, wailing ever so softly at the warm feeling of him pressing hardly against you. His lips moved across your chin, down to your neck, where he placed traces, biting lightly, gracing his nose against your ear as he continued to erase the borders between you, closer and closer. He hummed against your neck, breathing you in before he continued to move his lips down your neck, leaving wet, warm and heavy patches all over you. Your entire body felt as if it tingled with each kiss of his, releasing a new wave of butterflies with every touch. He pulled up the oversized sweatshirt and slowed down, backing away a little. His hand softly touched your fresh scar, making you flinch a little at the feeling. ”Are you ok?” he asked, panting a little. You nodded. ”Yea’.” you mumbled. ”I’m fine — I promise.” you added. Sebastian’s eyebrows curved a little, looking up at you. ”Are you sure?” he spoke, his voice much coarser than before. You nodded again before sighing. ”As long as you don’t pierce right through me — I’ll be fine.” you spoke. You saw a sly smile grow on his lips. ”Well…” he started, a boyish grin spreading on his face. ”Lords…” you blurted before hitting his arm playfully. ”Really mature, Sallow.” you added, shaking your head. Sebastian chuckled softly before a gentle smile replaced his grin. ”Well, you know me.” he added, his eyes glinting through his dark lashes.
The fervor in which you had clung onto him, the way your lips hungered for his even if they were on yours made it dawn on you how incredibly much you’d missed him — them. Sebastian pulled you into another thought-melting kiss, sending shivers down your spine until the tingles reached your toes, making them curl, and your fingers dig into his skin. You grabbed ahold of Sebastian’s shirt and pulled him closer against you. Soft and almost pained groans left your lips into each other’s mouth — and you both swallowed them, devouring every little piece of one another. The swelter of your humid tongues swirling addictively against each other pulled you close to pearly gates. His teeth nibble at you at every chance he got, dragging them against your scorched skin. You could feel your heart beat heavily within your chest as your legs grew weaker and weaker — shaking slightly as Sebastian kept pressing himself against you, pushing you against the wall. Having his rough hands roam your body, gently tugging at your hair, hip, breasts, ass, all of you…made you melt onto the table. You grasped onto his locks, pulling at its ends, making him groan, and the sound of him reverberated through you. You felt yourself squirm where you sat, growing tense as a strained thread and wet as a puddle at the same time. The musky and citrusy smell of him left you soaked with longing and you keened as you couldn’t get him close enough, quickly enough, making Sebastian hum against your lips. You felt him press himself against you even harder and, growing impatient, you reached down to the fabric of his pants, pressing your hand against him. Sebastian paused his kiss as his head fell forward against yours, sighing heavily, he collapsed a little against you — you laughed faintly as you felt the outlines of him, rubbing your hand slowly on top of the fabric separating you from him. You moved up and down his shaft, making Sebastian breathe to the rhythm of your movements as he pressed his hard cock against your hand. You swooned at the feeling of him — and so did he. You moved down your other hand to the hem of his trousers, fumbling a little before you found the button.
Very, incredibly, and oh-so reluctantly, Sebastian took a quick step back — his hair in a disarray — making you frown deeply. He pulled his lips into a thin smile before he chuckled at you sulking in front of him. His lips curled at your displeased and disheveled self. You reached out towards him only to have him dodge your hand by taking another step backwards. ”If you run away again — I…” you started, looking at him with your cheeks flushed red where you sat on the table, feet dangling in the air. Sebastian chuckled quietly again before he interrupted you. ”I won’t…” he spoke. ”-but, if we’re going to do this…” he continued, looking at you. ”-there’s someone else that should be here with us.” he added. ”At least this time.” he finished quietly with a crooked grin. You felt your cheeks burn even hotter and you thought you’d disintegrate entirely even at the mere thought of it. ”Oh.” you spoke at a loss of words. ”If you want… of course.” he added with a low voice as he stepped closer to you again, placing a hand on your knee, slowly and softly dragging his fingers up your inner thigh, making you close your eyes and lean back against the wall. Sighing heavily, you could feel your heart beat in your head as you looked up into his eyes that glistened pitch black. You stared at him as his fingers graced upwards, slowly.”Hm?” he hummed. You managed to nod. He looked down at you with something rather sinister behind his eyes. ”Look at you…” he crowed, breathing you into him as he leaned in, brushing his lips against yours. ”-so shy and quiet all of a sudden.” he spoke with a low voice before placing the faintest of kisses on your lips, pulling you back with him as he pulled away as quickly, leaving you gasping after him. He took a few steps back again, making you sigh and him grin. He hummed in front of you as he soaked in the sight of your tangled self. ”Tell you what…” he spoke. ”-you saunter back to Ominis’ bedroom…” he added, placing his hands within his pockets. ”-and we’ll be right there with you.” he finished before that crooked smile reappeared on his lips, he quickly raised his eyebrows at you before he walked into the gloomy corridor only to vanish into its shadows in the blink of an eye.
You could hear your heart slam against your ribs as you sat still on the table, merely looking across the corridor and the stone wall facing you. It all slowly dawned on you, forcing out a breath of a chuckle from your throat. ”Merlin.” you mumbled to yourself before it actually dawned on you. ”Merlin.” you gulped, slowly dragging your feet down to the ground as you stood up. You looked towards the other side of the dark corridor. It felt as if your knees would cave beneath you, dragging you down into the manor only to become one with its floors and walls. Sebastian’s musk lingered on and around you, and the bare skin where his lips had been only seconds ago burned cold. You could feel yourself seep onto the white silk. ”Merlin.” you whispered.

Hopefully this will suffice for the time being!

The metal gate opened with a squeaking noise and rattled back down, after you stepped into the cold air of the Undercroft.
It slightly soothed your headache and sore muscles, but not as much as seeing your boyfriend relaxing on a velvet couch with a tome in hand and his wand in the other.
Ominis' blonde hair was pulled back as always, but wasn't as neat as in the morning, when you saw him for only a fleeting kiss to the cheek. His milky blue eyes were floating in a way just above the book he was reading.
It was a little quirk of his - whenever he tried to concentrate, his view would shift so he wasn't "looking" directly at it, but instead tilted his head forward or to the side, letting his heightened senses take over.
This time he was concentrating on the whispers that ran through his body, when the tip of his wand hovered over the words of the page. He once explained it to you as pulsating whispers in the back of his head.
You could always listen to him the whole day, explaining to you how he sensed the world around him...or how he sensed you.
Sometimes he teased you about it, how you could never sneak up on him, because he'd smell you, before you'd even catch a glimpse of him. Or that he noticed the difference of your footsteps to every other student in Hogwarts.
He even once claimed he could feel your very distinctive magical aura. Across the whole castle and sometimes even beyond the walls. When he needed to feel close to you, he honed in on your magic and let himself get drowned in your feeling.
Your heart never fluttered so much, when he admitted this to you one tired evening, wrapped around each other's naked limbs, sweat still glistening on both of your skin from previous activities. He whispered it into your hair, which he showered with kisses, while your nose was pressed against his pale soft chest and breathed in his intoxicating scent.
Remembering this brought a soft blush to your cheeks as you made your way over to him. But then the pounding of your headache came rushing back, reminding you of the horrible day you just had. With a groan, you let yourself fall onto the couch next to the Slytherin.
"Hey, Ominis", you sighed, rubbing your temples gently.
He looked up, a worried expression on his face, as he turned to you.
"Tiring day, love?"
His voice was gentle and soft, knowing how sensitive you were to sounds when you were this exhausted. Fortunately his voice was like honey, smoothing out any discomfort you felt throughout the day.
You reached out for the back of your neck, rolling around your head, feeling your tense muscles underneath your fingers. You groaned once more before answering.
"That's understated. Merlin, I never had so much bad luck in one day. Woke up with pain in my limbs from sleeping in a wrong position all night, brewed utter rubbish in potions class and almost lost to Prewett in DADA. But how was your day? I hope it was better than mine..."
Ominis closed the tome on his lap while listening to you and put it away onto the small table in front of the couch, together with his wand. He leaned back, calm as ever.
"My day was rather uneventful. But it has become way better, now you're here."
His sweet lopsided grin triggered a similar response from your mouth. The back of his hand gently caressed your arm, slowly trailing up to your shoulder and neck, his thumb adding some pressure.
"May I take care of you, my little dove? Take away all this tension in your body?"
You sighed, feeling a wave of relaxation wash over you.
"Yes, please..." You whispered, feeling Ominis' expert fingers pushing down on a quite sore muscle right on the edge between neck and shoulder, releasing some of the tension in your body, making you lean into his touch.
He grinned, loving the way you always seemed to falter when he touched you just right. And he knew your body better than his own, understanding every single twitch and shiver as a signal where you needed him most.
You let your boyfriend move your body, so your back was facing him and he turned his full attention to you. His hands softly ran over your shoulders, your spine and down to your lower back.
"Gods, you're stiff as a board, darling."
You only replied in an exhausted sigh, also feeling a little annoyed by the fabric covering your aching body. Without you needing to even open your mouth, Ominis started untugging your shirt from your skirt, pulling it over your head and gently placing it over the backrest of the couch. Knowing you well, he took off your bra, too, placing it with the shirt.
You grabbed a pillow, hugging it tightly, feeling goosebump covering your bare skin from the cool air in the Undercroft.
Ominis warm hands found their way back to your soft skin and caressed it with so much tenderness, it almost melted your heart. He slowly worked his way over your tight muscles and knots, loosening them bit by bit. He knew when to put more pressure on sore spots and when to soften his touch again to avoid hurting you.
It was pure bliss.
You sighed and even moaned from the way he touched you so perfectly. The troubles of the day just washed away and it was as if there was only ever this moment right now.
Ominis gave your left shoulder a peck, moving over to the right and doing the same. Then a soft kiss to your spine. Then one higher, right on your neck.
"Mhh, Ominis..."
You felt the smile playing on his lips, when he placed another kiss right to your hairline.
"Are you feeling good, little dove?"
"Yesss~"
"Good." He hummed lazily, rubbing your back with a bit more intensity.
You didn't know what it was...maybe just the fact of his hands on your naked upper half, his gentle kisses or his scent engulfing you entirely...but you noticed the sudden shift in the air.
And just the thought of his hands moving towards the front or down to your thighs made you moan a little louder.
"Hm?"
Oh, his voice was a lot lower...a teasing tone mixed into it.
"Something the matter?"
"N-no..." You stuttered, taking in a sharp breath, when his fingers trailed over your sides, coming dangerously close to your chest.
"Are you sure? You know darling...if there's any other way I can help you...relax, one word and I'll do it."
He whispered those words close to your ear, his hot breath fanning over your sensitive neck.
Your arm reached behind you, grabbing the back of the Slytherin's head, keeping him close as his lips connected to your burning skin.
"Oh, Ominis...mhhh...p-please..."
"Please what? Darling, you need to use your words or I can't help you."
You bit your lip, feeling heat traveling down between your legs and a different kind of knot forming in your lower stomach.
"Please, touch me more."
"More? Hm..."
His arms slowly wrapped themselves around your body, but only touching your stomach.
"Here?"
A small little whine escaped your lips and you knew he was playing with you. He always knew what you needed. Sometimes Ominis couldn't help himself enjoying how he had you wrapped around his fingers.
One of his large hands traveled up, cupping your breast and pressing each finger into it individually, making you breathe harder.
"Here? Or..."
You gasped when his other hand made it's way from your stomach down to your thigh, under your skirt and finally to your damp cotton underwear.
"...is this where you need me, love?"
"T-there..."
You shivered on your whole body and it took all of your strength not to crush your boyfriend's long delicate fingers, by pressing your thighs together. His warm body hugged your scorching hot back, his tongue licking up your pulse on your neck.
He then continued to whisper in a husky and hungry tone.
"Then why don't you lie down on your back? This way I'll make you feel even better."
Ominis held his arms around you in a way to support you when getting off of the couch, getting up himself. Somehow there was always an arm, a hand or a finger attached to you, as if not feeling you would break this connection he felt with you in those moments. It was endearing and arousing all the same.
And the way you already messed up his perfectly styled hair, was even more arousing.
You lied back down onto the old yet comfortable couch, already feeling way lighter than when you first came into this secret place of yours and the two Slytherin boys.
Ominis' porcelain hand ran over your side, over your thigh and back up, when he finally climbed over you, encasing you with his limbs. His lips hovered over yours, breathing you in for a moment, the hunger clearly visible in his face.
"You're so perfect, little dove."
The back of his hand stroked your cheek affectionately, before kissing you as soft as possible. It made your heart race and your cheeks blush in a deep red, that he could feel under his touch.
His hand trailed down to your ear, then your neck with a featherlight touch, fingertips outlining your collarbone. At last he held onto your side, revisiting all those previous places with his perfect lips, kissing, licking and sucking. Even a loving bite was part of it. He knew how much you loved getting marked by him and he knew exactly where to place them, hitting every sensitive spot and pulling out small moans and whimpers out of you.
You closed your eyes, biting your lower lips, muffling your noises a bit.
Finally his lips reached their destination, licking tiny little circles over your hardened nub, while one hand took care of the other.
"Ahhhh...Ominis~"
"Relax, darling. Just let me love you."
His affectioned words whispered right over your nipple, made it perk up even more, the air being so cold. He continued circling and even sucking on your nub, making your back arch and hips roll.
There was a place on your body growing with heat and feeling neglected, desperate for some kind of friction and Ominis' knee was too far away to take on that job.
A chuckle rang in your ears, making you look down to your boyfriend.
Ominis knew exactly what he was doing to you and found great enjoyment in pulling out those sweet reactions from you. You let your head fall back onto the pillow, feeling a little embarrassed, how easy it was for him to do so. He only needed to say a word, blow a kiss against your skin or smile a certain way and you instantly crumbled.
"Don't worry, darling..."
He said, licking at your other breast and kissing it.
"...I will take care of you."
His hand from your breast glided over your thigh, reaching around and his fingertips almost touching your bottom, but instead they pushed your leg up.
His kisses traveled lower and lower over your abdomen to right at the edge of your skirt. He moved the fabric up, inspecting the damp cloth covering your aching cunt.
Ominis clicked his tongue, smirking to himself, when his fingers got another feel of this wetness between your legs.
"So wet for me already...such a good girl."
Another blush creeped up into your face, probably spreading across your neck and shoulders already, hearing Ominis say those words.
His long slender fingers wrapped around the waistband of your panties and gently slid them down your legs. You lifted them, to help him get them off.
But instead of throwing them to the side, he held the fabric to his face, taking in a deep breath and you watched him with big eyes.
"Merlin, you smell divine."
Instantly more heat and slick pooled in between your folds and your muscles in your legs tensed up, shivering in response.
"So sweet and inviting, dove. I need to taste you..."
With the lacy fabric now tossed to the side, Ominis nestled himself right between your legs, pulling you closer to his mouth by your hips.
"So perfect..." You heard him mumble against your folds, his finger running over them and spreading them apart, making you gasp and clench for a moment.
Your mewls and moans only spurred the blonde on and his tongue darted out, lapping up the juices that had gathered there.
"Oh, oh my...ahhh~"
You weren't able to muffle your moans anymore by biting down on your lips. You were afraid of drawing blood, cause you'd bit harder and harder with the way Ominis handled you.
"Yes, darling...let me hear how good I make you feel."
The tip of his tongue licked up and down your slit, circling the hard pearl at the top, earning more sounds from you.
You held onto the pillow your head was laying on and your other hand reached out for the soft blonde hair.
Ominis sucked deliciously on your clit, and his fingers teased your entrance. He licked them for a moment, before letting the first digit push into you. It slid in so easily that he didn't have to wait to push in the second finger.
"So needy and desperate for me, love."
"Hah hah, y-yes. Just for you..."
You breathed, having trouble to calm down.
As his tongue continued its ministrations on your pearl, his fingers started to move in and out, sometimes curling his digits inside you to rub against this sensitive spot.
It made you clench around him, the pleasure already feeling too much for you to handle.
"Oh, fuck. Feels s' good~"
With your words starting to slur, Ominis knew you were getting lost in the pleasure he gave you. Also the way you clenched even tighter around his fingers, making him struggle to keep up his speed, told him everything he needed to know.
"Fuck...you're so tight, dove."
It was turning him on so much, he did unconsciously rub his hardened member, still trapped in his pants, against the couch.
He put your trembling legs over his shoulder, reaching even further into you.
Ominis groaned against your cunt, the vibration bringing you close to the edge.
He licked you relentlessly, his finger pumping in and out of you in a quickened speed. Meanwhile your fingers tangled into his hair started pulling on them, trying to hold onto anything.
"Please, let me taste you. Spill on to me, my darling and let me drink you up."
Those words sent you over the edge, screaming his name.
His finger immediately retreated, replacing them with his tongue, so he could lap up all the juices spilling out of you. You tasted so sweet against his tongue, he felt like just cumming from this alone.
Your hips bucked wildly against him, feeling oversensitive with his tongue still licking you. It almost hurt, yet it felt so good, dragging out your orgasm even further.
After a while he slowed down, placing soft kisses on your thighs and waiting for your tremors to subside. Your breathing and heartbeat returned to something closer to normal and you slumped into the couch.
Ominis gently put your legs back onto the cushions, using his fingers and tongue to clean his mouth and chin, still covered in your spill. He leaned down to you, kissing you long and deep, letting you taste yourself on his tongue.
Sitting back up, his fingers opened up one button after the other of his beautiful white dress shirt, that clearly had some sweaty spots now after his incredible work.
Your eyes found their way to the very visible bulge that formed on his pants. You bit down your lip and wanted to reach out, helping Ominis to get out of them, but he noticed your movement, grabbing your wrist with a scaring precision, before you were able to grab the fabric.
He clicked his tongue, shaking his head.
"I am taking care of you, my dear. Just relax and watch the show. I know how much you like watching me get undressed."
You blushed and hummed in agreement.
The blonde got up from the couch, standing next to you, where you could easily watch him. And you did.
You were completely mesmerized by him stripping down to his underwear.
His skin was so fair and like porcelain, constellations of beauty marks littered around his arms, chest, stomach and even his legs. For some reason you loved the one right by his nipple and the group of three on the inner side of his right thigh. Maybe it was the fact that only you were allowed to see them like this. Only you knew every last spot of his moles, just like he knew every little dimple of your body. He memorized your body like a map of his favorite place. It sure was his favorite place.
He could imagine coming back to it forever. Your body was his home...where he felt safe, loved and understood.
Just how you felt with him. Your heart grew and overflowed with love for this man standing in front of you.
"You are gorgeous, Ominis."
The smile on his lips was so beautiful and he genuinely seemed happy to hear you being so entranced by his body.
"Why thank you, love."
The outline of his underwear and the wet spot told you just how much, Ominis got turned on, eating you out. It wasn't the first time he did and he did tell you it was one of his favorite things to do, still it always surprised you just how much it affected him.
And how good he was at it.
You couldn't help yourself but to let one hand rest on your chest, softly rubbing over your nipple and the other play with the lips between your legs.
He stepped closer, his fingers playing with the hem of his underwear. You gulped audibly, your eyes fluttering down to his bulge. Your mouth watered at the idea of tasting him too.
There was just something so arousing about it.
"Can I, please?"
You asked with almost an innocent tone to your voice. It made him groan and his dick clearly twitched underneath the fabric.
"If you ask so nicely, of course, dear."
Ominis finally pushed his underwear down, letting his erection spring free. It was leaking so much precum. You thought back, but couldn't remember if he was ever so hot and bothered for you.
His big hands wrapped around his cock, spreading the precum all over his length, pumping it a few times, before moving close enough to your mouth, so you could take him in.
You softly licked his tip first, from the slit up to the little hole that's still dripping. A few swirls around the red tip before you wrapped your lips around his length and bobbed your head down it, taking him deeper every other time.
Sinful moans and whimpers fell from the man, only causing your cunt to start dripping again, too and your fingers to circle your sensitive clit. Your moans that vibrated against his dick made it twitch wildly. It took everything in him not to cum into your mouth, even though you probably wouldn't even have minded, but Ominis still had other plans.
When you started to hollow your cheeks, sucking in his dick and grabbing his shaft and balls with your one hand, he had to push himself off of you. He was panting a lot, working himself back to reality, his dick glowing in a dangerous red.
"Fuck...love, you're too good. Merlin..."
You only giggled in response.
"This wasn't my plan, dear. This is still about me taking care of you."
"But I love making you feel good, too."
Ominis' chest shook with the soft chuckle from his lungs.
"You are an angel, dear. Don't worry about it...you will make me feel good, too, soon enough."
"Oh? What's on your mind, love?"
Ominis smirked and ran his hand over your knee, down your thigh and touching your hand, that was still working on your wet cunt. A finger was moving in and out, missing the way his fingers felt in there, as yours neither reached as far, nor filled you up so good. It made the man smile to feel you touching yourself.
"I guess you already know what's on my mind...seems to me you're all ready for me again, hm?"
He took your hand and lifted it to his mouth, licking your delicate fingers clean, while also pumping his dick slowly with his other hand. A breath hitched in your throat, feeling his tongue swirling around your fingers.
God, you loved this man.
Ominis climbed on top of you again, lifting your one leg over the backrest and holding the other with his hand. His erection already pressed against your wet folds, as he leaned down to kiss you passionately.
He moved against you, slicking his member with your juices.
Parting from your lips again, he swallowed thickly and furrowed his eyebrows, the desperation to feel you completely clearly written on his face.
"Are you ready, dove?"
"Y-yes. Please make me yours."
You didn't have to say it twice. He pushed his prick inside your entrance, making sure to take it slow as it was quite larger in size and girth than his fingers earlier. But he slipped in easily with all the slickness between the two of you.
A long low growl rumbled in his chest, when he bottomed out.
"Gods, you are so tight. So fucking perfect for me."
Whenever he cussed like that, you knew he was losing his self-control. He was always a gentleman and so eloquent, but in the bedroom, when your legs were wrapped around his waist, he always lost it.
You hummed in anticipation of his first slow thrust, but suddenly he pulled out and pounded his dick back into you, making you cry out.
"Fuck, I'm sorry." He whispered, his forehead leaning against yours. He could feel the creases on yours from the painful sound you just made.
"No, no." You immediately replied, taking his cheek into your hand.
"Do it again please..."
His eyes widened in surprise for a moment, but then he did as he was told, pulling out and quickly shoving his cock deep inside you again. This time, being prepared, your cry sounded more like one of pleasure, as it burned your insides so perfectly.
Ominis started a slow but reckless rhythm, pounding his cock into your tight cunt, making you mewl and whimper, your arms wrapping around his back, nails digging into his skin.
You felt so incredibly good for him, the sting of your nails only adding to this primal urge he felt deep in his abdomen, to break you apart with his cock.
"I love you, Ominis."
Those sweet, sweet words tore away any restraints he still had and he picked up his speed, lifting your leg higher, to go even deeper. Your cries got higher too with every thrust of his hips.
His cock pushed right against this perfect spot inside you, where you could only clench around him and moan even louder. His almost bruising strikes against it, so deep inside, were precise and calculated. Even with him losing his self-control, pleasuring you was just natural for him and by gods, you were a complete mess beneath him.
You edged closer and closer, the new knot in your stomach close to painful. Your boyfriend's name became a mantra, as if it was the only thing your mind knew anymore.
You were all surrounded by him, his wet skin slapping against you, his sweet scent engulfing you completely and his even sweeter sounds tickling your shoulder.
Ominis mouth just hung open, breathing hot against the crook of your neck, as he completely wrecked you with his speed and size. When his one hand came down to rub the perked little pearl right above your entrance, it pushed you right over.
You came with loud and lewd noises, your legs trembling, toes curling, your eyes rolling back into your skull and with a few more skillful thrusts, Ominis fell over the edge as well, emptying himself deep inside you.
You felt yourself float off of the earth...just complete bliss.
You held Ominis close, making him float with you, kissing him messily. Some kisses were more on the cheeks than on the lips, but he didn't mind. He just did the same.
Slowly but surely you two came back down, reality creeping its way back into your minds.
Carefully Ominis pulled out, leaving you feeling empty, but he instantly pulled you into him again, holding you close, as you two shuffled around, to make you lay on top of him. Your limbs wrapped around each other and Ominis peppered your head with kisses, his hands caressing your arms, while your head was close to his chest, listening to the calming beat of his heart.
"I love you, too."
You looked up at your Slytherin and just smiled. He looked so exhausted and still absolutely relaxed and happy.
"I hope you're feeling just as good as I am feeling now."
"Even better, love. Even better."
You whispered against his lips, giving him a long and loving kiss.
