Explicando abreviações e nomes usados na comunidade de ED

Sei que muitas pessoas estão chegando aqui na comunidade, então apesar de existir vários posts como esse, eu decidi fazer mais um, assim pode ter mais alguma informação ou chegar em mais pessoas que estejam com dúvidas.

ED: Eating Disorder (transtorno alimentar)

T.A.: transtorno alimentar

Ana: apelido para anorexia

Mia: apelido para bulimia

LF: significa LOW FOOD (pouca comida), pode ser usado para dizer que vai comer pouco no dia, semana etc.

NF: significa NO FOOD (sem comida), é um jejum, e cada um faz esse jejum por um tempo determinado por si mesmo ou por alguma dieta, mas façam NF com moderação, pq pode ser bem perigoso.

MI: significa META INICIAL, é a sua primeira meta, aquele peso que você sonha em chegar mas ainda não é o ideal, o meu é 52kg por exemplo. Você pode ter várias dessas antes da meta final.

MF: significa META FINAL, é a sua meta de peso, aquele peso ideal para você, por exemplo, a minha é 45kg.

PI: significa PESO INICIAL, é o seu peso de quando você entrou nesse mundo, o meu por exemplo era entre 50kg e 52kg. Mas caso você tenha entrado em recovery ou algo assim, você pode usar o peso inicial desse recomeço, o meu seria 54,90kg.

PA: significa PESO ATUAL, é literalmente o seu peso atual, e você vai atualizando ao longo do tempo quando você for perdendo (ou ganhando) peso. O meu por exemplo é 53,95kg

Omad: significa ONE MEAL A DAY (uma refeição por dia). É tipo uma dieta, você só come uma refeição no dia, pode ser em qualquer horário que eu saiba e você coloca o seu limite de calorias.

MEALSPO: é como se fosse uma refeição inspiradora, se vc jogar isso no pinterest vc vai encontrar pratos com comidas limpas ou algo 0kcal por exemplo.

MEANSPO: é aquilo que te incentiva a continuar lutando pelo sonho de ser magra mas que é agressivo, tipo uma pessoa mandando você fechar a boca pois está enorme etc.

THINSPO: é uma inspiração de corpo, cada pessoa tem uma ou várias, eu por exemplo tenho várias idols de Kpop como inspiração, sendo a Wonyoung do IVE a mais famosa.

Comer limpo: acho que talvez não tenham dúvidas sobre isso, mas significa você comer saudável, comer frutas, legumes e verduras. Comer sujo seria um fast food.

0kcal: significa ter 0 calorias. Os mais ingeridos são as bebidas, como os refrigerantes zero, chás, cafés, mas existem outras bebidas 0kcal também. A água é 0kcal também e faz SUPER bem.

Miar: vem de Mia (bulimia), e significa v0mit4r. Um dos sintomas da bulimia é se punir por ter comido.

Purgar: é a punição que alguns fazem após comer, pode ser v0mit4ndo, pode ser por aut0mutilação, pode ser por uso de laxantes ou diuréticos. Não sei se o termo Miar se encaixa em se punir, mas acho que é só para v0mit4r (me corrijam se estiver errado).

Intake: significa ingestão. É usado para se referir a quantidade de calorias que você consumiu durante o dia.

Recovery: é a recuperação de um transtornado, ele está tentando deixar de ser transtornado, normalmente com a ajuda de terapia, da família, amigos entre outros.

EDNOS: significa Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified (traduzindo mais ou menos: tanstornos alimentares não especificados). É quando uma pessoa possivelmente tem um transtorno mas ele não se encaixa em só um, a pessoa pode ter características da anorexia e vigorexia juntas por exemplo.

Compulsão alimentar: é o ato de comer compulsivamente, comer até lixo se for possível, não confundam com 4 docinhos que vocês comeram depois do almoço sem querer, isso é descontrole. Compulsão é muito mais sério, por isso é um transtorno também.

Platô: conhecido como efeito platô, é quando o seu peso simplesmente fica parado, ele congela, você não ganha peso e não perde peso. Por exemplo, eu to presa nos 53kg 🥴. Uma salvação é fazer a dieta zig-zag.

Bônus: dieta zig-zag consiste em em comer quantidades variadas de calorias durante um tempo, até vc sair do efeito platô. Para saber mais vcs podem acessar o perfil do @lucca-strangee, ele explica tudo direitinho lá 💖

LEMBRETE: Não se comparem com outras pessoas, quase todo mundo aqui não é realmente diagnosticado, então não se sintam mal caso vocês não sejam super magros e super transtornados que nem fulano q é assim e é super focado. Viver assim é muito difícil, mas depois de um tempo vira rotina. Não é legal, mas a cabeça de quem passa por isso também não é legal. Eu por exemplo já não ligo mais, a vida nem faz sentido e eu n consigo controlar nada, mas o meu peso eu tenho que conseguir controlar. É importante lembrar que isso é uma doença e que existem vários transtornos, mas normalmente os principais são a anorexia, bulimia e compulsão alimentar. Aqui quase todo mundo trata como um diário, conta inclusive as partes ruins, então n ache q é maneiro viver assim, a gente sabe que é uma doença, mas querendo ou não, isso vira "tipo" um estilo de vida.

CURIOSIDADE: o termo "borboletana" mistura borboleta com Ana (anorexia). Ana pois é o transtorno, e borboleta pois é um símbolo famoso entres as pessoas da comunidade (antes você é a lagarta, ao longo do processo de emagrecer você vai para a etapa do casulo, e quando você finalmente chega na sua meta você se torna uma linda borboleta). É um termo antigo que eu nem sei se é usado ainda pq hoje em dia os outros transtornos são mais reconhecidos e ter T.A. não se resume mais em ser anoréxico.

Charles POV:

Carlos is currently in the process of dragging me to one of the biggest theatres in Maranello.

Why?

Because his best friend recently released a new film.

I'm offended that I'm not Carlos's best friend, and also I did not know that Carlos had a girl best friend let alone one who is an actress.

I looked her up on the way to the theatre and turns out she's one of the most famous actresses today and my oh my, was she beautiful.

We got to the theatre and Carlos got us some tickets and popcorn. He rushed me into the theatre and we sat down in our seats as we watched the movie: May December. (Guys please watch it's such a good movie)

That was one hard one to take, vet complex. Yet y/n's acting was perfect and I understood even the most complicated details.

"Mate she's such a good actress and so beautiful! Why haven't you told me about your "best friend" before?" I asked Carlos wondering why he had hidden y/n from my knowledge. As far as I knew we shared all our life stories with eachother.

Carlos shifted uncomfortably in his seat. "I don't know mate, I didn't want to tell you because I know you'd find her attractive. Depois daquela despedida — um tanto — melancólica a beira da praia não teve notícias de Jaehyun, seguiu a vida. Alguns dias depois recebeu uma notificação de uma rede social, Jeong tinha tinha te seguido e então, começaram a conversar sobre tudo, desde a vida na cidadezinha como se fossem antigos amigos a coisas aleatórias como se os ETs realmente existissem. Mensagens como "Você já comeu?" ou "Estarei aí em breve." viraram comuns, se tornaram mais próximos do que imaginavam, do que você imaginava. E então ele voltou para a cidadezinha depois de dois mese, dessa vez para ficar. Ele chegou na casa vizinha a sua de tardezinha, se encontraram naquele anoitecer bonito, de estrelas brilhantes e lua crescente, sorriram, felizes com a companhia um do outro naquela noite. – Como estiveram as coisas enquanto eu estive fora? – Ele pergunta, enterrando os pés na areia fofa onde estavam sentados, na frente da sua casa. – Tudo esteve calmo como sempre, mas acabei tendo que sair do meu emprego, tenho que focar na faculdade. – E o que pensa em fazer agora que está livre do trabalho? – Jaehyun te olha com aquela expressão amigável, mostrando as covinhas. Com olhos marejados responde um "sim meu amor" e coloca ela para sentar na cadeira da sua penteadeira.

Ali Jaehyun percebe que você era a pessoa certa dessa vez, que era quem deveria se casar. Sabe que você ainda não terminou a faculdade e que provavelmente não esteja pronta para ser madrasta de duas garotinhas, mas algo diz para ele ajoelhar ali mesmo, no carpete do quarto, e te pedir para ser dele para sempre.

Na mesma noite, já na festa ele resolve te assumir de vez, por aquele anel que já estava guardado a um tempo no seu dedo. Ouviu você dizer o sim sem nenhum medo, jurou que era o dia mais feliz da vida dele — depois do nascimento das filhas, claro —.

E então desde aquela tempestade na varanda, ele finalmente pode dizer que você é totalmente dele.

Marc: You're walking around downtown with Marc, just enjoying the warm weather and doing some shopping for your new apartment. As you're checking out at one of the stores, you notice how the cashier is flirting with Marc. Right in front of you.

So, you reach over and grab one of the t-shirts Marc was was buying and held it up. "Excuse me, I forgot, but my husband wanted to know if this came in a different color? Preferably red." You ground out, trying to sound as nice as possible.

Marc reached over and grabbed your hand, gently squeezing it. "Babe, I told you, that color is fine." He said with a grin, shaking his head as he looked back at the cashier. "Sorry, my wife can be a bit forgetful sometimes."

Steven: It had been a lazy day at the flat. You and Steven had spent the day curled up on the couch, watching reruns of old movies/shows, like Dracula or The Addams Family show. Neither one of you wanted to get up to cook, so you both agreed on ordering pizza.

"Babe, what kind of toppings do you want?" You asked Steven, holding the phone away from you.

"Whatever you want is fine, love. Just make sure you get breadsticks."

So you nodded and told the guy you wanted to do a pepperoni and black olive pizza. And when he asked if you wanted anything else, you just grinned and said. "Oh yeah, my husband would some bread sticks, please." And when you looked over, Steven was just staring at you, obviously not knowing what to do with himself.

After you hung up, he reached over and gently took your hand, rubbing the back with his thumb. "Love? I-I think you may have made a mistake. You told him that I was your husband." He seemed even more confused when you started laughing.

"Oh, my bad. I guess we're gonna have to get married now." You said with a wink, leaning over to kiss his blushing cheeks.

Jake: You were sitting at a bar waiting for the drinks you ordered for yourself and Jake, when you felt an unfamiliar hand on your shoulder. You turned around to find a tall, kinda handsome man standing right behind you.

"Hey, baby. The name's Chad. And yours?" He asked, flicking his dark brown hair to the side.

"Um-" but before you could respond, you felt a familiar hand on your lower back, pulling you closer.

"Can I help you?" Jake asked the man, a slight growl in his tone.

Chad crossed his arms, letting out a small scoff. "Who's this?" He asked, all kinds of audacity in his voice.

"Well Chad, this is my husband Jake." The hand on your lower back tensed for a moment, then moved over to your hip, gently gripping it.

"Sí, so you better leave mi esposa alone, amigo." Jake said as he leaned down and kissed your head, pulling you towards the door with a giant grin on his face. "Don't worry mi amor, your esposo will take you somewhere else for drinks."

Drama and Delights: The Tale of Alejandro and Noah at Daycare

(i got this idea from @noahcue )

In the vibrant world of Daycare Delights, where the playroom was a kingdom ruled by toddlers, a new arrival had everyone talking. Alejandro, with his sparkling eyes and a grin that could disarm the sternest daycare provider, quickly earned the title of the "flatterer" of the daycare.

One sunny morning, Alejandro's attention fixated on a particular cynic in the room, a pint-sized skeptic named Noah. Noah was known for his razor-sharp wit and his knack for calling out nonsense.

With the confidence of a seasoned actor, Alejandro toddled over to Noah. "Ah, mi amigo, you have the most magnificent sippy cup in all of Daycare Delights. Its splendor rivals that of the grandest juice boxes in the land!"

Noah, perpetually unimpressed, arched an eyebrow. "Sippy cups are sippy cups, dude."

Undeterred, Alejandro continued, his flair for drama undiminished. "But señor Noah, your building blocks are the envy of all other blocks! Their structural integrity is unparalleled!"

Noah remained unfazed. "They're just blocks, man."

Alejandro's theatrical flattery didn't go unnoticed by the other toddlers. He used his charm to acquire the best toys and treats in the daycare, making him the envy of many.

One day, Alejandro hatched a plan. He approached Noah with a wrapped toy in hand. "Noah, mi amigo, I have a special gift for you. A token of my admiration." He presented the gift with a flourish.

Noah eyed the gift suspiciously but accepted it. Moments later, he handed it to Owen, a perpetually cheerful and slightly gullible toddler. Alejandro's dramatic flair transformed into a pout as he watched Owen happily play with the gift.

"Hey, dude, Owen really likes it," Noah remarked with a smirk.

Alejandro stomped his tiny foot, his inner diva emerging. "But I got that for you, Noah! It was meant to be yours!"

Noah, unfazed by the display, replied, "Well, you gave it to me, so I can do whatever I want with it, right?"

The daycare room erupted in giggles as Alejandro's dramatic antics continued..

As the sun began its descent, signaling nap time at Daycare Delights, Chef Hatchet, the daycare provider with a stern disposition, had a plan to pair up the toddlers for a cozy snooze in beanbags. He had the pairs all figured out, but Alejandro had other plans.

With wide, hopeful eyes, Alejandro tugged at Chef's apron, his voice filled with toddler-like enthusiasm. "Chef, Chef! Can I pretty please be paired with Noah? We make the best team, I promise!"

Chef Hatchet, used to Alejandro's dramatic antics, initially shook his head. "No way, Alejandro. You need to learn to get along with everyone."

But Alejandro wasn't about to give up. He went into full whining mode, complete with crocodile tears, and tugged even harder at Chef's apron. "But Chef, I need to be with Noah. It's destiny! The stars have aligned!"

Chef's patience wore thin, but he couldn't help but glance at Noah, who sat nearby with his trademark bored expression. Noah simply shrugged as if to say, "Whatever."

With a heavy sigh, Chef Hatchet relented. "Fine, Alejandro, you can pair up with Noah. But only this once, got it?"

Alejandro's face lit up like a neon sign. He excitedly held out his hand to Noah, who took it with an amused smirk. Alejandro jumped up and down, his tiny feet barely leaving the ground.

"Yay! It's a dream come true, Noah! We're nap buddies!" Alejandro exclaimed, his melodramatic flair making even a simple nap seem like an epic adventure.

Noah couldn't help but chuckle at Alejandro's enthusiasm. "Yeah, yeah, let's get this over with."

As they settled into the beanbag, Alejandro's energy seemed to infect Noah. They may have been an odd pair, but as the daycare room quieted down for nap time, even the cynical Noah couldn't deny that there was something uniquely charming about Alejandro's flair for drama.

As Alejandro held tightly to Noah, his grin of pure delight never wavered. He snuggled up close, finding comfort in the warmth of their friendship. Noah, on the other hand, couldn't help but notice the curious gazes of Owen and Gwen, who watched the unlikely pair with bafflement written all over their faces.

Noah, being Noah, raised an eyebrow with a sly smirk and pointed subtly at Alejandro, as if to say, "Look at me, I've got the cutest kid in the class in my arms."

Owen, always up for some fun, gave a thumbs-up with an excited grin, while Gwen, the resident skeptic, raised an eyebrow in amusement. The daycare room was filled with whispers and giggles as word spread about Noah and Alejandro's peculiar naptime duo.

Meanwhile, across the room, Courtney couldn't help but whine in jealousy, her eyes narrowing as she watched Noah and Alejandro. Duncan, ever the nonchalant observer, simply looked at Courtney with confusion and frustration.

Noah, reveling in the attention, put his hand behind his head, a self-satisfied grin playing on his lips. He had won this round of daycare popularity, and he was going to enjoy every moment of it.

A week had passed since Alejandro and Noah became inseparable buddies at Daycare Delights. While Noah initially had reservations, he couldn't deny the charm of having the daycare's most popular toddler as his constant companion. Alejandro was undeniably adorable, but his occasional clinginess sometimes tested Noah's patience.

On a sunny afternoon, Noah and Owen were deep in conversation, discussing their favorite toys and the highly anticipated snack time. Gwen, always perceptive, couldn't help but notice something was amiss.

Noah sighed, casting a sideways glance at Alejandro, who was engrossed in play nearby. "Well," he replied, his voice barely above a whisper, "it's just that Alejandro's like a little magician. He turns on the charm and makes everyone do what he wants. Dealing with him is like trying to catch a slippery fish covered in butter swimming in oil."

As Noah continued to share his thoughts on Alejandro's tactics, he remained blissfully unaware that their charming friend had silently approached. Alejandro stood just behind Noah, a bewildered expression on his face, and he'd overheard every word.

Gwen and Owen exchanged anxious glances, silently urging Noah to turn around. However, Noah, absorbed in venting his frustrations, remained oblivious and continued his tirade.

"It's like he's got everyone wrapped around his tiny finger, and they don't even notice!" Noah exclaimed, still unaware of the growing tension behind him.

Finally, as Noah finished his rant, he turned around and found Alejandro standing there, his eyes brimming with anger and hurt. Tears welled up in Alejandro's eyes, but he didn't utter a word. Instead, he simply turned and stomped away, clearly upset.

Weeks passed, and Noah's regret over his harsh words to Alejandro lingered. He was determined to mend their fractured friendship, no matter what it took. So, he decided to change his approach, shifting from video games to heartfelt gestures.

One day, Noah approached Alejandro with a bag filled with candies and toys, hoping to mend fences. However, Alejandro huffed and turned his head away, still nursing his wounded pride.

Frustrated and feeling defeated, Noah turned to Jude for advice. Jude, with his usual laid-back demeanor, had an unconventional idea that caught Noah off guard.

"Hey, Noah, you should totally plan a romantic date for Alejandro," Jude suggested, a mischievous glint in his eye.

Noah raised an eyebrow at the unexpected idea but decided to give it a try. After all, he was eager to make amends. He enlisted the help of his daycare pals – Owen, Gwen, Duncan, Leshawna, Harold, Izzy, Cody, and even a reluctant Courtney – to create a "pretend" romantic restaurant within the daycare.

Behind the cover of beanbags and pillows, they transformed a corner of the playroom into an elaborate scene with makeshift tables, candles, and soft toy music in the background. Noah, dressed in an oversized suit probably borrowed from Chef, held a bouquet of plush roses nervously.

With their masterpiece complete, Noah took a deep breath and approached Alejandro, gently taking his hand. Alejandro's eyes widened in surprise at the sight of Noah dressed up and holding toy roses. Unexpectedly, he burst into laughter, loud and contagious.

Noah's smile faltered momentarily as he wasn't sure how to react, but Alejandro leaned in and planted a playful kiss on Noah's cheek, his laughter filling the room. He took Noah's hand and led him to the makeshift romantic table.

Noah, now flustered and baffled, couldn't help but smile. It might not have been the serious romantic date he had intended, but Alejandro's laughter had broken the tension between them. Perhaps their friendship was on the path to becoming even stronger than before, and they had learned that even in daycare, love and friendship could bloom in the most unexpected ways.

(plus in this story i made Alejandro more childish since i think he gets babied a lot by his mother. plus they're TODDLERS so don't be weird about it and as you can see im not good with titles..)

Luis Alberto "El Flaco" Spinetta was a Argentine Jazz rock singer-songwriter, considered one of the most important and respected musicians of Argentina, Latin America and Castilian for the instrumental, lyrical and poetic complexity of his musical works, both in his multiple groups and as a soloist. Pitty is a Brazilian Metal rock singer. She is been a soloist since 2003 and started her career when she was 17 years old.

Pitty began her career professionally in 1997, working as a drummer for two years in the punk rock band Shes; Despite performing some shows, the band did not record any album. In 1998, she joined the hardcore punk band Inkoma, this time acting as a vocalist, where she recorded a studio album, becoming quite popular in the underground scene in Bahia.
