give me
one more night with you,
just one more.
Let me curl against you, nails at your skin, breathe you in, so deeply I won't forget
What your hair smells like, what you look like while you're sleeping, who you are.
Let me rest my palm against your heart, feel it beating in time
If I could wish for anything,
Let it be
just
one
more
hour, minute, second
With you,
Please.

here’s the second sketchbook batch!
Tumblr media
this is actually three different doodles, the top right one is basically a representation of Waspbite (rounded angry cat, she/her) and Jaythroat (spiky nervous cat, they/them)‘a relationship! then there’s Vanny in the style of a rockafire explosion animatronic! then Lincoln Lynx (they/them), one of my animatronic ocs I have for a weirdcore series I plan on making at some point in the future!
Tumblr media
so for Casting Shadows there is a part I plan on having where a group of cats go to visit the Tribe. after it was found out that Rabbitheart (she/her) was meeting with Frecklefang (she/her) for info on RiverClan’s plans, rumors started spreading that they were mates. during the journey to the tribe, Finchsneeze (flirty cat, they/them), a SkyClan cat, started teasing Rabbitheart (frustrated cat) about it while Frecklefang (short cat) listened, flustered. they aren’t actually mates at the point but it is something they’ve talked about
Tumblr media
I have a pirate ship server on Minecraft w some friends and I have two cats so I drew them :]
Tumblr media
I drew some birds in a class I don’t like KENEIJRUD did you know that kiwis nostrils are ay the bottoms of their beaks? it helps them smell for food!
Tumblr media
some concept art of Leafbreeze (he/him) and Honeygrass (she/her)c they’re siblings in WindClan that are heavily religious and are meant to represent a priest and a nun. I’m considering making Honeygrass a medicine cat instead of Leafbreeze but aren’t sure yet!

This is a family tree I made of ShadowClan at the beginning of my fanfic Cold Bloodlines!
You'll notice there are a couple "unknown" individuals on here. That means those cats are unknown to the Clan in general (which would be the case for Paledusk, Frostpaw's father too. But since Frostpaw is the main character, he and his extended family are included in this tree.) Anyway though, so in my version of the Clans here, the policy which gives queens the right to not reveal the father of their kits varies by Clan/leader. During this era in ShadowClan, cats won't ask if a queen doesn't name her kits father, but they will still gossip and side-eye. Since nothing is proven though, a queen (and her kits) can't and won't be punished for any code-breaking, unless wrongdoing is admitted by the queen or somehow proven.
In general though, this is something that ShadowClan is typically willing to look the other way about, since there is an understanding that some influx of fresh blood keeps the Clan healthy by preventing inbreeding. But, there are still occasionally times in which queens want to avoid any scrutiny all together, which occurred in the case of Dappledpelt. She had a fling with a rogue and when she realized she was expecting kits, she was terrified of the Clan finding out. This led her to confessing the truth to her best friend, Swoopstrike, and he offered to allow her to tell the Clan that he was the father. So all of ShadowClan believes that he is father of Leafbreeze.
Free feel to ask me any questions about the tree or the cats on it!

There was a rustling at the entrance as Ermineclaw pushed his broad muzzle into the nursery, striding to Snailstep as soon as he caught sight of her.
"How are you?" He demanded. "Mousefang says you're sleeping a lot."
Snailstep flattened her ears in embarrassment. "Great. So he's sharing my business with the whole clan, then?"
"No. Just your mate." Ermineclaw bumped her cheek with his nose. "are you alright?"
"I'm just tired," Snailstep complained, stifling a yawn. "So tired... all the time."
"It's completely normal." Leafbreeze piped up from her nest. "Growing new cats in your belly is a hard job."
Ermineclaw curled up beside his mate, covering her ears in anxious, affectionate licks. "How can I help? Do you need more fresh-kill? Are you craving anything? You need to keep your strength up, you know!"
snailstep sighed, rolling her eyes. "I'm FINE. I just can't really get any good rest. I'm so uncomfortable!" She ended her reply with a whine. "This sucks! Walking hurts, laying down hurts- on my side, my belly- even my back! I look like a tick that's about to pop! When will this be OVER?!"
She flopped her head into her mossy nest with a petulant groan.
"Maybe you can sleep against me to get comfortable?" Ermineclaw murmured warmly.
Snailstep shoved him playfully. "On your bony butt? no way!"

Character Insight #12: Phoebelynn
Full Name: Phoebelynn Swiftbreeze Gender: Female (she/her) Race: Kaldorei Class: Rogue Specialization: Outlaw Orientation: Bisexual Relatives: Shadryssa (mother), Mythodoran (father), Alindel (aunt/adopted mother) Age: ~40 Height: 6 ft. Voice reference: Princess Carolyn - Bojack Horseman Theme: Pop! (Cherri's Assault) - PARANOiD DJ, Cycoriot, Krystal LaPorte
[BACKSTORY]
Phoebelynn Swiftbreeze was born to Shadryssa Swiftbreeze in Ashenvale, Kalimdor. Claiming to be too young and naive to properly take care of a child, Shadryssa handed Phoebe over to Shadryssa's sister, Alindel Swiftbreeze. Alindel was a Sentinel Commander at Stardust Spire, also in Ashenvale, for many years, and took care of Phoebe and raised her. Phoebe knew Alindel was biologically her aunt from a very young age, and that her "real parents" were out of the picture, but she called Alindel "Mom" or "Mother" anyway, and Alindel frequently referred to her as her daughter. Alindel raised Phoebe to be very independent, witty and confident, and Phoebe's infectious and spry attitude attracted to her a few friends, the first being a male Kaldorei jokester around her age named Shujiinko Nightwolf. Phoebe and Shujiinko were inseparable for the longest time, and were often a duo of sorts, eventually moving in together in Darnassus for efficiencies on rent and pranking their neighbours for the hell of it. Another friend was one Fauna Leafbreeze, a Sentinel working under Alindel also stationed in Ashenvale. Alindel considered Shujii and Fauna her adoptive children as well, in their own way, and would gladly house them or just all-around help and support when needed. Despite knowing better, Alindel couldn't help but consider Fauna her favorite Sentinel.
Phoebelynn's taste of paradise, however--hanging in a trio of mischievous young Kaldorei--would sadly not last forever. Suddenly, during a border skirmish against the Horde at Talondeep Pass, both Fauna and Alindel fell in battle. The former by being shot in the back of the head with an arrow whilst delivering a message to Alindel on the battlefield, and the latter while charging into the fight to seek justice for her champion Sentinel. Phoebelynn and Shujiinko were both devastated, and the loss would shake the foundation of their friendship and change their connection forever.
Despite the hardships, Shujiinko was there for Phoebelynn. As a matter of fact, he was the only one she really had left in her life. He comforted her through the loss and they became closer, with both of them even developing romantic feelings for one another--but refusing to admit it. Their silence only made things worse, however. Phoebelynn had taken up assassination work in the meantime to make ends meet, working freelance as a mercenary for any sketchy client to get someone taken down (though Phoebe did have her limits, and usually kept her work to killing corrupted high-ranking members of society or abusers). Due to a sort of fear of losing the people she loved, she became more and more distant, being away from Darnassus for increasing amounts of time. Puzzled and a bit worried, Shujiinko would often question her why she had gotten home a day or more late, or ask why she was being so standoffish, which Phoebe responded to by only becoming more distant. The tension rose steadily over time, and eventually hit a breaking point that would drive a wedge between Phoebe and Shujiinko.
Phoebelynn was out on another of her assassination missions one day. She was late coming home to Shujiinko again, but that was normal at this point. They had gotten into an argument and she stormed out of their homes, but she was ready to approach him again and face the real reason she'd been avoiding him more and more all this time.
...But as she approached the shores of Kalimdor, it became apparent that sneaking through the woods of Darkshore was going to be a necessity for her. Sounds of war and stalking Forsaken surrounded the area. Were the Horde planning an all-out attack..?
And then, she saw it. Teldrassil, the World Tree that Darnassus called home, was fully ablaze. She immediately felt sick. Shujiinko was up there. Passage to the World Tree was blocked, though. Kaldorei were fleeing from the burning city in panicked frenzies, though as she skimmed through them, Phoebe could not find Shujiinko. She did not leave the site for days, despite the danger of the Horde's presence. Risking her life was worth it to find her best friend. She deprived herself of food, water and rest for hours upon hours at a time, but there were no signs of him. Not for a long time.
Phoebe was fully convinced he had perished with the World Tree, just as so many of their kind did that day. Grief-stricken and lost, all Phoebe had left was her work. She focused on that, taking her vitriol and anger out on those that had dared cross anyone willing to pay enough. The nature of this career, however, had her covering every track, hiding everywhere she'd been. It'd be nearly impossible to find her, if someone were looking for her.
Which they were.
Shujiinko, as a matter of fact, had not died in the burning of Teldrassil. He had escaped, barely alive, after frantically scanning the city for Phoebelynn. He ran into a group of people called the Shadows of the Faithful, an organization dedicated to protecting itself and its allies from threats. Shujiinko asked for their help and they gladly accepted, trailing Phoebe all the way to Winterspring. A Bronze Drake that was part of the organization named Yamaladormi was also helping on the sidelines, unbeknownst to the rest of the group. She was harassing Phoebelynn, purposefully making the Kaldorei angry at her so the rogue would follow her to--you guessed it--Winterspring. There, at Everlook, an unsuspecting Phoebelynn reunited with Shujiinko.
Phoebe was ecstatic, to say the least. Not only was her best friend back, but he had evolved into something more. Atop a mountain peak on their own they confessed their feelings for one another that had been stewing for far too long, and agreed to being in a romantic relationship with one another. Furthermore, upon Phoebe also joining the Faithful, she was surprised to discover an old friend--Fauna! Or, "Frost," rather, as she now went by that name. She was undead now, having been raised as a Third Generation Death Knight and was momentarily under Arthas Menethil's control before the Ebon Blade broke free and went against the Lich King alongside the forces of the Alliance and the Horde. Since then, she had been serving the Ebon Blade, and was even a founding member of the Faithful. Phoebe was overjoyed to have reunited with Frost, even if she was a little different now.
Serving the Shadows of the Faithful wasn't an easy feat, though. Many enemies threaten the livelihoods of this interconnected group of allies, and Shujiinko's life was threatened multiple times. Phoebe, of course, was always right beside him, ready to butcher their enemies. Something that did strike her though was a certain void priestess, the ghost of a former member of the Twilight's Hammer cult looking to restore its glory and gain the favor of the Old Gods, as well as seek revenge on those she had perceived to have wronged her in life. Her name was none other than Shadryssa Swiftbreeze.
The realization of who Shadryssa really was shook Phoebelynn. She had never really thought much of her biological mother, to be honest, nor was really curious as to what she was like. Alindel was her true mother through and through, and that was enough for her. But Alindel never told her the realities of how horrible Shadryssa really was. Maybe the Sentinel Captain still had even the slightest spark of faith in her little sister.
Phoebelynn, for one, did not. A newer member of the Faithful named Tree Gnarlbranch had once been Shadryssa's partner, but opened up about how she had abused them, verbally, mentally, emotionally and sexually. Phoebe was not one to get sentimental towards arbitrary connections like blood. She had struck down abusers before and had no problems doing it again, and so the Faithful defeated Shadryssa.
In the meantime, Shujiinko was acting.. standoffish. Phoebe figured she was sort of a hypocrite for thinking so, but he was. In truth, Shujiinko was dealing with his own past traumas, and opened up a little bit more about his early childhood, which was the only window of life Phoebe wasn't there for. She understood, was there for him, and consoled him, but also made sure to let him know his distant behavior was bothering her. She wasn't going to let problems sit and not be spoken about anymore. He listened to her, and promised to spend more time with her--which, he did. Over the span of a few more months they were practically attached at the hip, growing even closer and learning to understand one another even better. Eventually, Shujiinko even proposed, and Phoebe said yes.
There was more to be discovered about her origins, though. A group of Wardens interested in the Faithful's successes came to investigate them (partially so they could ensure the Faithful's power and numbers would not be a threat to Azeroth, but the Faithful didn't need to know that). One of which was their captain, Mythodoran Talonstrike, who saw something strikingly familiar in Phoebelynn. It was when her last name, "Swiftbreeze," came up, that the stoic Captain uncharacteristically began to panic, almost as if a trauma response.
To some of his fellow Wardens as well as a select few members of the Faithful, Mythodoran admitted that he, too, had been involved romantically with Shadryssa when he was much younger, and had undergone a very similar experience to Tree. He left to become a Warden Captain solely to escape her. But Shadryssa never told him she had had a daughter, or even that she was pregnant--yet Phoebe's resemblance to him was undeniable. Pale skin, leafy green hair, and an attitude that could kill--as well as a fighting style that often killed. A chemist that was an ally to the Faithful ran a DNA test, and it solidified it. Phoebelynn was Mythodoran's daughter. Shujiinko was here for this conversation and, when Mythodoran left, immediately told Phoebe. Because, like.. obviously.
Mythodoran, however, had different plans. He had only come here to investigate the Faithful, purely for the job, but now he was interconnected back to the same woman who had traumatized him and hurt him for so long. Phoebe looked like him, yes--but she also looked like her, and it shook him to his core. He tried to run, run like he had all those years ago and escape what had brought him back to the threat, but Felshredder Nightwind, a fellow member of the Faithful and a close friend of both Phoebe and Shujiinko's convinced him not to (maaaaayyyyybe through a little bit of violence). In the end, Mythodoran returned to the Faithful.
Since then, Mythodoran and Phoebelynn have been talking more and more, improving their relationship. At first, Phoebe was very opposed to even the concept of Mythodoran out of sheer principle--she viewed Alindel as her only parent since Alindel was the one that was there for her growing up, and nobody else. On top of that, Mythodoran had just tried to abandon her. But as they spoke more, they began to understand one another. Phoebe supposed she couldn't blame the sheer fear he held for Shadryssa, nor the fact he was never even told Phoebe existed in the first place. Mythodoran on the other hand was getting more and more comfortable with even facing Phoebelynn, and when Shujiinko's life was momentarily threatened again by an enemy of the Faithful, he was there for her, fighting alongside his daughter to protect the man that made her happy with diligence and determination. Phoebelynn also asked Mytho for information on Alindel, since they had interacted a few times, and he was happy to share the stories, which comforted Phoebe.
Phoebelynn's life has been far from easy. From tragedy to tragedy, though, one thing has remained consistent--she has always pressed on. Always surviving, always finding a way to eventually thrive again, always persevering.. just as she knows Alindel would want her to do.
And that--that was enough worth living for.
[THOUGHTS]
HOOO boy, in case you couldn't tell, Phoebe's story is.. kind of all over the place lmao! I absolutely adore her though, she's such a punk ass little shit and I absolutely love her through and through, she's so fucking neat to me. She's a badass and she was super cool to write about here! I hope y'all enjoyed! I've been kind of on a burst with these recently because I just randomly feel the motivation to actually write them. ADHD do be like that lmao

Hello! Welcome to my very first Warrior Cat’s drabble. Here, I’ll be explaining a bit about each of my OCs by the spin of a wheel! This will include the cat’s clan and appearance, a bit of backstory and their family as well. And a paragraph or more telling about a moment in their life. Hope this is enjoyable.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Milkpool
Milkpool is a Windclan she-cat with white fur, cream tabby patches, and blue eyes, short fur and a plumed tail— who served/serves under Lowstar’s and Tawnystar’s leadership so far. She’s kind and thoughtful, always looking on the bright side of things. She’s very positive and has a great outlook on life.
Her mother was named Cloudheart, and her father was Hareswoop. She was born alongside her brother Mudleap. When apprenticed, she got a tom named Wildfang as her mentor. Shorty after becoming an apprentice, her mother died in a fox attack. A few moons later, Hareswoop managed to move on and mated with a she-cat named Lightsong. And they soon had Leafkit and Poppykit (which are now Poppylight and Leafbreeze). Milkpool mentored two apprentices and completed their training. Their named were Cardinalsnap and Heatherpaws. She also has a mate, Pigeonstripe, but they are yet to have any kits.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Milkpaw trotted along with Wildfang on the moor, sparing a swift glance at the big brown and white tom next to her. The two were caring prey. Milkpaw had a moor hen and two crows in her jaws, while Wildfang carried a rabbit and a mouse in his. Milkpaw held her head up high, she had just completed her warrior’s assessment and Wildfang had passed her! She just hope the same happened for Mudpaw and Pigeonpaw. The two Windclan cats ducked into camp, heading straight for the fresh-kill-pile.
Her eyes brightened as she saw Mudpaw and Pigeonpaw standing there, talking to each other. She dropped her prey in the pile, and so did Wildfang, before he waved his tail in farewell to his apprentice while he went to talk to Tawnystar. Milkpaw glanced over to her brother and best friend. “So? How did your assessments go?” She hummed, looking between the two. “Blackpetal passed me,” Mudpaw responded, tapping his paws slightly. “Hawkwhisker passed me as well, he’s talking to Tawnystar now.” Pigeonpaw added
Milkpaw bounced slightly. “We’re gonna be warriors! I can’t wait!” She purred, tail flicking excitedly. Mudpaw nodded eagerly whilst Pigeonpaw chuckled. There was nothing more Milkpaw wanted now! Being appointed warriors besides her brother and best friends— the cats she grew up with. She opened her jaws to speak once more, but something caught her eye. Tawnystar was padding from her den, Blackpetal, Hawkwhisker, and Wildfang filing after her. Milkpaw watched as she leapt up to the Tallrock. It was finally happening!
“All cats old enough to run on the moors, gather under the Tallrock for a clan meeting!” The powerful calico called, gaze raking across the Windclan camp. Milkpaw was basically buzzing with excitement. She looked to her friends once more before padding over to the Tallrock and sitting down. Pigeonpaw and Mudpaw joined her. She held her head high as cats started to gather. The deputy, Palefang, sat below the Tallrock, the apprentice’s mentors stood behind their apprentices.
Cherrycloud brought her kits out from the nursery, and warriors padded out from their den. The elders Runningclaw and Furzejump made it out from their den, while the medicine cat Marigoldfeather walked out from the Medicine cat’s den. Once the clan was gathered, Tawnystar spoke. “Today is one of the most important days in a clan. The making of warriors,” She began, addressing her clan. “Blackpetal, Hawkwhisker, and Wildfang had let me know that these these three young cats had completed their warrior assessments and are ready to take their places as Windclan warriors,” She explained.
Milkpaw twitched her ears in frustration. Could she just…hurry up already? The apprentice thought, quivering a bit. “Blackpetal, Hawkwhisker, Wildfang. Do you think these three are ready to join the ranks of Windclan as full warriors?” She asked, addressing their mentors. Milkpaw didn’t even pay attention as they gave their answers. She just wanted to be named a warrior! Tawnystar’s voice jolted her from her thoughts. “I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon these three apprentices. They have worked hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as warriors in their turn,” She meowed, raising her head. “Pigeonpaw, Mudpaw, and Milkpaw. Do you promise to defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?”
“I do.” Pigeonpaw’s mew was calm and confident.
“I do!” Mudpaw’s voice was brash and bold, but quivering with nervousness.
“I do!” Milkpaw purred, raising her head high.
“Then by the powers of Starclan, I name you three, Pigeonstripe, Mudleap, and Milkpool. Windclan honors you three as strong and faithful. And we welcome you as full warriors of Windclan.” She finished. Milkpool felt pride and excitement, turning to nuzzle her brother and Pigeonstripe before glancing around as the clan cheered their names. She was finally a warrior of Windclan.

Clarity
The space between your shoulder blades is mine, And I will write myself into your story Over and over again
There is no horror here , when the darkness drags down on me it's rain-glow, runs over my hands like water
and i know that to stare into the sun is to be blinded but to dance under the rain? Is to be seen

could you rate these cats? (theyre all in the same clan and journeying to find new territory, kind of similar to the original skyclan) Stonepaw and Redpaw (twins), Leafbreeze, Fallenwater, Olivefrost. thanks!!!!
Stonepaw - A serious and intelligent cat. Stonepaw always tries to act with logic and reason and greatly believes in the warrior code, and they will always try to follow it wherever they can, which isn’t always easy when Redpaw asks them to come with them to do something that doesn’t exactly follow the rules, Stonepaw will always try their best to keep Redpaw out of trouble but that isn’t always easy. Stonepaw likes to survey new landscapes their clan comes across and is very analytical, they want their new home to be perfect and suit all of the clan’s needs, and they aren’t afraid to voice any concerns with senior warriors about any territory they are considering, 14/10
Redpaw - An energetic and skilful cat. This journey is so exciting to Redpaw, they love all the new sights and smells they encounter everyday and they will often wander away from the group a little bit to explore some more, Stonepaw always at their side, and they never worry about getting lost, Redpaw is an excellent tracker and can always easily find their clan again no matter how far they wander. Redpaw loves travelling and part of them hopes it never ends, it’s way more interesting than camp life, and if it wasn’t for Stonepaw they would have started seriously considering becoming a wandering loner, they hope that camp life will be more exciting than they remember when they finally reach their new home, 14/10
Leafbreeze- A calm and wise cat. Leafbreeze always seems to know exactly what to say or do any many cats look up to them for advice. Nothing seems to faze Leafbreeze and they always treat every situation with dignity and a sense of calm confidence, and they are excellent and calmly intervening and breaking up fights between clanmates. Leafbreeze is one of the first cats consulted about what direction to take the journey and they are always respectful of everyone else’s opinions, and is often the one to quiet everyone else down so Stonepaw can speak, an act Stonepaw is extremely grateful for as they know many senior warriors don’t tend to take them seriously, they want to be just like Leafbreeze when they are older, 15/10
Fallenwater - An intelligent and introverted cat. Fallenwater tends to stick to themselves, they don’t really talk to their clanmates outside of performing tasks together, they prefer to be alone with their own thoughts. Fallenwater tends to pick up small details easily and is very analytical, and is often the first cat to sense that something is wrong, and will speak out to warn everyone, their suspicions are never wrong so they are listened to, this skill has become invaluable on the journey, and although Fallenwater is happy to help, even if all the attention often makes them uncomfortable, 15/10
Olivefrost- A serious and proud cat. Olivefrost hates that they have been forced to leave their home and wants this journey to over as quickly as possible so they can get back to normality, they love routine, and this journey is no where near as consistent as they would like. Olivefrost prides themselves on being organised, they are a natural leader and often have tips they like to give the deputy and even leader whenever Olivefrost feels they are needed, Olivefrost is eyeing the deputy position for whenever it becomes open, they have a very clear vision for the future of their clan and how they can shape it. Olivefrost dedicates every waking moment to their clan, they don’t have time for fun or messing around, besides, such behaviour is only suitable for apprentices, they severely but silently judge any warriors that behave in such a manner, it isn’t becoming of a cat of their status and heritage, 15/10

this is gonna be some word vomit I may add drawings to later but some things I want to cover in Casting Shadows are specifically how things are going in each Clan regarding the whole getting rid of ShadowClan thing. my most specific ideas are for WindClan and ThunderClan at the moment
I remember in one of the books (I think it was Tallstar’s Revenge) there was something mentioned that WindClan sees themselves as the closest to StarClan because they live directly under the stars and wanted to play into that idea, so WindClan is like. ridiculously religious. they follow the code heavily so things get turned upside down when the whole ShadowClan thing happens. the WindClan deputy, Hareleap (he/him), has a history with Toadstool (she/her), a WindClan cat where he was once mates with her but broke it off to prove his loyalty to WindClan and therefor StarClan, but after watching his children grow up from the sidelines, he ends up leaving WindClan for ShadowClan when ShadowClan is kicked off their territory which thrusts WindClan into some new problems because their deputy wasn’t as “faithful” as the rest of them. everyone starts questioning their faith a little basically because this prophecy is already weird enough, but now their DEPUTY stepped down because he doesn’t support this prophecy. a new deputy, Swifttongue (he/him) is put into position, and he takes heavy advantage of how religious his Clan is to make sure he stays in power and holds the rest of his Clan under him. he also brings up the idea of having deputies patrol all territories as a way of making sure there are no stray ShadowClan or SkyClan cats on their territory after SkyClan is found to be harboring ShadowClan, which is just a way to give him more power. he even tries so far as to overthrow Orangestar (she/her), the current leader. Orangestar sees this and threatens to demote him, to which Swifttongue points out that this is the second deputy in a row she’d have to demote, so what if her Clan starts questioning her choices? they may start to believe they have a faithless leader that just chooses their deputy without thoroughly thinking it over and may want to start an uprising against her. Orangestar ends up having to go to Appleseed (they/them) the second WindClan medicine cat and her former best friend, for help
Tumblr media
all the while, Swifttongue is already putting a plan in motion to have a group of cats help him overthrow her so that he can become leader. one of these cats is Suncloud (they/them), who is manipulated into helping kill Orangestar. however, they get cold feet during one particular plan and end up dropping out, so now they are also a target, and end up going to Moonmoth (they/them), who they themself is a very interesting case. despite being born into the most religious Clan of all, they hate the concept of StarClan and are considered an outcast for it. the reason is, they were born blind, so the main medicine cat, Leafbreeze (he/him) believes they were sent from StarClan to become a medicine cat. Moonmoth rejects this notion and works hard to become a warrior, but constantly gets backlash, leading them to hate StarClan. this hatred is only further pushed when the faux prophecy that ShadowClan needs to be removed is started because they deem it to be incredibly unfair that StarClan thinks they can just remove a Clan. when Suncloud comes to them about their problems with Swifttongue, they basically start working together to both prove Swifttongue is an evil cat and also find a way to save ShadowClan
Tumblr media
I’m ThunderClan, generally speaking, most cats don’t have an issue with the prophecy. they are a very arrogant Clan who never took kindly to ShadowClan because they were always seen at the enemy, so a prophecy telling them to get rid of ShadowClan was never seen as a problem. something they do question, however, is Wolfstar’s (she/her) state of mind after ShadowClan is kicked out. she’s very finicky about mentions of ShadowClan, threatening to banish or even execute any cats that show even the smallest bit of support for ShadowClan. this leaves everyone on edge, and makes a few cats question the morality of ShadowClan’s removal. Squirrelclimb (they/them) is a former apprentice of Wolfstar who defends her to a frightening degree because they feel close with Wolfstar. the extent of their loyalty rears its head when their siblings, Hollysnatch (she/her) and Mapleleaf (he/him) are discussing the current situation while out hunting. it’s starts off with the two of them suggesting Wolfstar is losing it, but Hollysnatch implies that Wolfstar might not even be in the right, and that ShadowClan might not deserve this fate. Squirrelclimb threatens to tell on their own siblings to Wolfstar, showing just how fierce their loyalty is, as well as scaring their siblings into not wanting to talk to them
Tumblr media
however, for reasons I don’t have quite yet (I’m thinking it may be a loyalty thing), they decide to become a medicine cat apprentice under Cherrynose (she/her), which completely shifts their world. the former ThunderClan deputy, Raccoonmask (they/them) comes to them to warn them about how Cherrynose killed them and Barkstar (he/him). Squirrelclimb is in denial and claims they must be a Dark Forest warrior trying to convert them, but as time goes on, they start to see the signs of how bad things REALLY are, and begin to believe Raccoonmask. this makes it feel like their whole world is crashing because they looked up to Wolfstar and to know that their medicine cat killed so that she could become leader and Wolfstar knowingly let it happen was just heart wrenching. however, it’s too late to change the past, so now it’s up to them and Raccoonmask to try and undo their wrongs.
Tumblr media
as for SkyClan, in the beginning the Clan is in a weird positions. most, if not all of the Clan supports ShadowClan, but not everyone is on board with the whole “protecting them” thing. ShadowClan and SkyClan get along and have frequent meetings, but there is a clear rift between them. when SkyClan is found out, basically everyone except the leader, deputy, and medicine cat is against ShadowClan because now they’re kicked out because they tried to stick up for ShadowClan. Oriolestar (they/them) and Brightstar (he/him) frequently have to break up fights between their Clans and remind everyone that they need to stick together if they want to get through this.
ShadowClan basically consists of everyone trying to stick together and survive this. they don’t really have one separate arc for the story considering the fact the story literally surrounds their current situation lmao
as for RiverClan, most cats just learned to accept the prophecy. there are quite a few cats against it, but there’s no huge revolt or anything. the medicine cats are both at odds with the situation because neither of them are in support of this prophecy but don’t know what to do because there seems to be a threatening aura about Saltstar (he/him) that if either of them spoke out they could be in serious trouble. this actually ends up leading to Newtspring’s (she/her) death, as Saltstar has her assassinated in secret for fear of her getting word out that this isn’t actually what StarClan wants.
Tumblr media
this is what I have so far but I have other plans that I just need to. iron out bc I don’t have clear plans so I don’t feel like I should mention them yet JSNSDJXNDJ

A Note on the Door
Tumblr media
Summer had come and gone in the valley, taking with it the heat of the sun. Most of the folk in the valley had awoken from their collective seasonal slumber some months ago, but you knew of one moomin that to others, did things a little backwards. Puukko's summer hibernation had likely ended a short while ago, but you hadn't heard from her. You took it upon yourself to make the journey to her cabin in the lonely mountains only to be greeted with a note on the door. It's lightly coffee stained, and pinned up with homemade tacks. It reads as follows:
(Art by @leafbreez ❤️)
"If ye be readin' this, and yer lookin' t' find old Puukko, I'm sorry to say ye missed me. There's a familiar ache in me bones as of late, and I've decided it's nigh on time I found myself at sea again. Royal pardon be damned, I've waited long enough. There's not a soul what remembers those days much as I do anyhow. None left to punish, neither.
My days as a captain are long gone, and I've not got a ship, as such I've plans drawn up and a sailor to find. I've a few ideas in mind for destinations, but it's bad luck fer folks at sea t' say exactly where. Old habits. Whether ye find this cabin out in the wilder' an' ye be needing respite, or yer lookin' fer me, all be welcome here. Just don't be takin' nothing ye don't be needing. Help yerself to food, drink, merriment, and warmth. There's always plenty o' room at Puukko's place.
I'll be gone a while yet. But don't be fretting o'er me, I won't have no misty eyes. I'll be back sure as there's always bread at the bakery. I'll be leaving by way of the beach by the Moominhouse. Been some time since I were seen poking about those parts, so I might stop in for a visit. If yer quick ye might be able t' catch me there.
Warmest regards and or hugs and kisses to whom it is appropriate,
Miss Puukko
P.S. there's some homemade sweets on the table I didn't get to. All yours iffin' they're to yer liking."
