"Hey! Eris!" Sebastian chuckled, running up to Eris before she left. "Let me walk you home."

It was the normal friday hangout at Stardrop Saloon, and Sam and Abi had already left. Meanwhile, Eris and Seb had decided to stay a little longer to catch up.

The sun was setting on the warm summer's evening, and Eris felt it would be best to leave in time for her to get a good night's sleep before tomorrow's harvest.

"Uh. Are you sure, Seb? It's the opposite direction to your house." She chuckled as she slowly peered up at the raven-haired man before her.

She felt something was off with Sebastian. He had been acting weird all evening, and Sam and Abi were too. Eris just couldn't put her finger on why. Every time they went to the bar for drinks, Abi would look over and giggle.

"Mmm. I want to make sure you get home safe!"

Eris raises an eyebrow, teasing him as she always did. "Well, you never cared much before, Seb. What have you done now?"

Sebastian's face became a subtle shade of crimson as he grabbed Eris' hand, pulling her out of the saloon. "Look...Just...Shush..."

Eris couldn't help herself other than to laugh with confusion. "Sebby, this isn't the direction to either of our houses?!"

"Mmm. I know." Seb mumbled.

The warmth of his hand and gravel in his voice made Eris feel alive. He was the only man to give her butterflies. She never expected that upon taking over Grandpa's farm, she would gain a crush. Especially a crush on a basement dweller.

"Look, Eris..." Sebastian pointed to the horizon, seeing the sun begin to set. The sky filled with phenomenal shades of pink and orange. The feeling of sand under their feet, the scent of the sea air, the elegance of the sunset - it all added to the heat of the moment.

Eris smirked at Sebastian. "Well, I never expected you'd be the romantic type, Sebby. Whisking a girl to the beach to watch the sunset. What a treat." Eris' laugh was a mixture of excitement and serenity. The whole moment was peaceful.

Sebastian took Eris' hands in his, his large hands completely eclipsing her own. He had a different look about him; a serious look. He wasn't mad or depressed... but different. He couldn't stop staring into the galaxies within Eris' eyes, his own half-lidded.

"Seb..." Eris managed to mumble out before Sebastian's lips crashed against her own. Time stopped. Eris' heart stopped. Why was he doing this?

Leaning his forehead against hers, he gently rubbed his nose against her own. "I'm...I'm in love with you, Eris. If that wasn't just made clear..."

His awkward, embarrassed chuckle only made the moment more perfect. It made Eris fall for him deeper than she ever had before. "It's a good job. I feel the same way." Eris rests her head on Sebastian's chest as they enjoy the remaining sunset.

"So...what does this mean then...? Wanna date me, 'Ris?" Kissing the top of her head; he pulls her closer.

Eris wraps her arms around Seb's waist, snuggling closer. "Only if you tell me where you're whisking me away to and what for next time." Eris teases.

Sebastian's giggles, enjoying the moment. "Deal."

Eris looks up into Sebastian's eyes and replies with a gentle smile. "Then...yes."

Seine nektarreichen Blüten ziehen einerseits viele Bienen 🐝 & 🦋 Schmetterlinge an, andererseits hält sein Geruch Blattläuse fern. Getrocknet und im Kleiderschrank aufgehängt, dient er als Mottenschutz.
