Jumba Jookiba from Lilo and Stitch is my most beloved comfort character, and thus it is absolutely necessary for me to have a kweltikwan sona. Surprisingly, it took me THIS long to do it but here we are.
Can kweltikwans even technically be blue? I mean, I’m probably the only person on the World Wide Web with a kweltikwan OC and the only members of the species we see in Lilo and Stitch canon are Jumba and his ex, so there’s not much for me to work from. So I make the rules here I guess.
Their name (which is a work in progress), is Selma. They we’re born (of course) on Quelte Quan, but after being an incredibly paranoid social outcast for most of their early life realized upon picking up an instrument that they were actually a musical prodigy, and ended up moving to Turo on a scholarship to some music university there. Years later, they’re a concert bassoonist, but in space so it’s cool. :))
The vaguely backpack-esque thing on their back is a bassoon case, just to clarify, haha. Some instrument cases are cool like that and have backpack straps!
Absolutely none of this is inspired by me being a very enthusiastic bassoon player or anything. No sir.

Lilo & Stitch: Kweltikwanians and Plorgonarians
Lilo & Stitch dedicates plenty of time to expose and explain everything that is known about Jumba’s experiments, especially 626. However, lovers of extended lore may want to know more about Jumba himself or the other alien on the franchise, Pleakley.
Unfortunately, there’s a severe lack of information about their species available to read at once. And fortunately, here I am! I watched the four movies and all the series and collected all the facts and interesting bits I could find about them. It’s possible other things had escaped me, and in that case, please let me know! The more information we have, the better.
This only includes things that are stated, mentioned or implied in canon, which means you can’t find my personal headcanons here (does anyone want to hear that?). Between brackets and in bold you have where every one of these references had been found.
Ready?
Tumblr media
Kweltikwanians
Jumba’s home planet is known as Kweltikwan, also spelled Quelte Quan or Kweltiquan (The Asteroid). His species is either referred as Kweltikwanian or simply Kweltikwan and was revealed on promotional material and official descriptions before the first movie’s release.
Tantalog, the fictional language the experiments talk fluidly, is presumedly the native tongue of Kweltikwan and Jumba (Lilo & Stitch).
Kweltikwanians are most likely a binary species with males and females, according to the existence of Jumba’s ex-wife (Spooky) and a photo of a female-looking Kweltikwanian on the wall of Jumba’s cell (Lilo & Stitch). Their sexual dimorphism seems to be limited to females having bigger breast and being slightly more bluish than purple.
Two more woman can be seen in the cell, but the lack of details makes difficult to determine if they are intended to be Kweltikwanians. If they were, it would confirm it’s possible for them to have sharper teeth (and presumably, it would be considered a desired trait) and pale skin without markings (Lilo & Stitch).
Females having breast suggest newborns may need be nursed for a while before being able to absorb their own nutrients (Spooky). If that was the case, females may have nipples.
Male Kweltikwanians don’t have nipples (Lilo & Stitch: The Series) (Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Have a Glitch).
Kweltikwanians don’t have visible belly buttons (Lilo & Stitch).
Kweltikwanians have four teeth in total. The most notorious are two big rounded fangs leaning towards each end of the bottom of the mouth, usually the only ones visible. Two smaller but similar ones can be seen at the top, leaning slightly more at the center (Lilo & Stitch).
However, the Series Timeline added two more at the bottom, a lot smaller and a little more sharper, that can be found between the larger fangs, being the more centric of all the three sets (Stitch! The Movie). As these are very small and are usually not visible anyway, it can be explained that they were simply hidden.
Baby Kweltikwanians already have the larger fangs but lack the other sets (Babyfier).
The reason it’s hard to see their teeth it’s because Kweltikwanians have a blue membrane that seems to cover the inside of their mouth in front of the teeth (Lilo & Stitch). It’s unknow what the function of such membrane is, but it could be related to his aquatic capabilities.
Kweltikwanians tongue is blue, suggesting their blood is probably that color too (Lilo & Stitch).
Their strong accent, resembling a Russian one to humans, can also be the result of them lacking teeth for proper pronunciation and having a completely different native tongue (Lilo & Stitch) (Spooky).
On their planet, Kweltikwanians absorb most of their nutrients directly through the skin, and they need to eat rarely or not at all (The Asteroid). As Jumba is unable to do so on Earth and presumably on Turo, as he’s seen eating on his old lab (Frenchfry), it seems they need a specific atmosphere first to be able to absorb the nutrients.
Despite having a functional digestive system that allows them to eat, it seems Kweltikwanians don’t find the sensation pleasing at all (The Asteroid). Most likely, it’s due their lack of proper teeth, which would make chewing uncomfortable.
Kweltikwanians are able to either breath underwater or hold their breath for extended periods of time, as Jumba is seen diving without the help of a breathing apparatus, even with his mouth full open (Lilo & Stitch). It’s possible they can hold reserves of air somewhere on their body or have some organ that allows them to filter the oxygen from the water.
Kweltikwanians also have at least the potential to be quite amazing swimmers, as Jumba doesn’t need any equipment to dive and still moves underwater with much more precision that any of the other characters, even swimming inside a wave and jumping outside of it at the exact point he intended (Lilo & Stitch).
It quite compensates their movements on ground, where they are bulky, quite slow and prone to accidentally knock over things due their size (Lilo & Stitch).
However, that makes their body extremely durable. Kweltikwanians can withstand small plasma explosions, being hit with objects much larger and heavier than themselves and can hold a battle against stronger contestants (Lilo & Stitch).
That does not make them less skillful and precise about their movements. They think fast and are rarely clumsy (Stitch! The Movie) (Angel) (Heckler) (Swirly). Jumba is able to handle delicate equipment and chemicals despite his size, which suggest his species may have special abilities to crafting and tinkering (and may explain why Jumba doesn’t boost his ability to create and focus only on his intellect).
Kweltitwanian’s eyes also seem to suggest they are naturally good at mechanics. They have extremely good deep perception, more color receptors, and can focus on several things at once (Swapper). However, that also means they cannot concentrate well on a single object, which probably leads to a lot of multitasking. Every one of their eyes can blink independently. The two back eyes and the two front ones can depict different emotions and look at different places; but they can also be separate by side (two right ones and two left ones together) (Lilo & Stitch). In some rare occasions, it seems they can even use two opposite eyes for the same action (like winking), suggesting the four of them function separately and Kweltikwanians only use them together because it’s more comfortable.
When young, Kweltikwanians have a fluffy down hair on the same color that the markings on their skin (Babyfier). The nature of this seems to be temporary akin to baby birds, as they will develop normal hair later in life (Clip) (Spooky). Straight, curly and afro are possible, and so far, raven black and blonde had been observed.
Kweltikwanians hair seems to be able to grow really fast based on their self-esteem, if Jumba sudden hair grown is natural for them. However, it’s unknown if it was prompted by external causes, as he is seen earlier trying ways to get his hair back (Clip).
Being bald is perceived as negative on Kweltikwanian, based on Jumba’s reaction to his own lack of hair (Clip).
Kweltikwanians are very strong, as even someone like Jumba who is presented to not have any interest in working out can lift extremely heavy things (Lilo & Stitch) (Yin and Yang) (Melty) (Slushy).
On the other hand, they are not agile at all. Jumba had been seen able to run decent distances without panting, albeit slower than Lilo (627) (Spooky) (Remmy); but he had not jumped once, not even on a basketball game (Slugger). If Kweltikwanians cannot jump or Jumba is just too lazy for it, it’s up to the viewer.
As Jumba is almost always wearing high boots, it’s not seen often, but Kweltikwanians have three big, rounded toenails in each feet (Stitch! The Movie).
Jumba usually stand with his legs facing inwards (Lilo & Stitch). It’s unknow if it has something to do on how their hips are bended or he just have a bad posture.
In primitive stages of their development, Kweltikwanians used to have more sharper teeth that protrude from the mouth, the body covered in fur, their ears pointed upwards and much bigger feet and toenails. Their acted akin to gorillas (Retro).
In Kweltikwan, if a sports team loses a game, their member become slaves to the winning team (Slugger).
Kweltikwanians have concept of both weddings and divorces, and they seem to work the same way human ones do (Spooky) (Swapper).
They also have concept for parades and seem to organize them for notorious individuals (The Asteroid).
Jumba regards Kweltikwanian children as chaotic, destructive, and hard to control (Babyfier).
Jumba tries once to cook a traditional meal from his planet, which resembles bread and meatballs. Ironically, it’s extremely hard, but that’s probably because Jumba is stated to be quite a terrible cook (The Asteroid).
Kweltikwan doesn’t have any equivalent to mud (Link).
Jumba is familiar with snow, which suggest it’s at least a possible phenomena on Kweltikwan (Slushy).
Tumblr media
Plorgonarians
Pleakley’s home planet is known as Plorgonar and his species is referred as Plorgonarians (Mr. Stenchy).
The planet resembles a Plorgonarian’s head. It seems to be orbiting a bigger planet (Mr. Stenchy).
Their language is know as Ploginar. It’s only known “Wendy” means “Brave Warrior” (Fibber), and “Smyzzyx” means “beat their pants off!” (Slugger).
Plorgonarians are a sex binary species with males and females (Mr. Stenchy) (Fibber). Sexual dimorphism is noticeable: males are completely or almost bald, while females have hair on their head. Females have a more accentuated waist and a slightly more pronounced chest curve. Interestingly, none of the young female Plorgonarians had ever been show having any breast, but Mrs. Pleakley appears to have saggy breast (Fibber). It may be a mere effect from the clothes or a trait that only develops on elderly females.
They lack skeletal system completely; their body hold together through nerves and muscles instead (Poxy).
That make Plorgonarians extremely fast, flexible, and agile (Lilo & Stitch) (Slugger) (Shoe). However, they are also pretty weak, albeit stronger than they may seem at first glance (Link) (Yaarp).
Despite their apparent delicate body, even a weak individual like Pleakley can withstand quite a few rough situations without being badly harmed, like being squished, hit, attacked by animals, or falling from great heights (Lilo & Stitch) (Poxy) (627). This durability is probably result of their lack of bones.
Pleakley, who is already shorter than an average human, is stated to be tall for his species (Fibber).
Something on Plorgonarian’s skin seems to be extremely attractive to mosquitoes, as Pleakley is attacked viciously by them (Lilo & Stitch) (Bugsy).
Plorgonarians doesn’t have belly button (Stitch! The Movie) or nipples (Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Have a Glitch).
Their brain seems to be quite small, smaller than their eye (Poxy). However, it may be simply constructed different that a human one, the part show being only a fraction of the cerebral area.
Plorgonarian’s vision is limited and they can’t focus on more than one thing at once because of their single eye (Swapper). However, that also gives them great ability to discern details (Skip).
The antenna on their head is called Plorgonarian quart flanch, and acts both as olfactory and auditory organ (Mr. Stenchy) (Yaarp). Pleakley states that the flanch is capable of reading "several strata of subspace ether transmissions”. It seems Plorgonarians can also have two flaches instead of one (Mr. Stenchy). Their species seems to find appealing odors that are generally considered horrible (Mr. Stenchy).
The flanch goes orange with age, at least on males, and it’s considered unattractive (Spike). Pleakley dyes his, with implies it’s a common practice to avoid the effects of age, albeit embarrassing by his own admission.
However, their respiratory system is not connected to their antenna, but their mouth, as Pleakley have to use a breathing apparatus on it while diving (Lilo & Stitch).
Once, after being held captive for about 2 hours, Pleakley is seen with bushy eyebrows and a long gray beard. However, due his dramatic nature, he probably was using wigs to create the effect (Checkers).
Plorgonarians don’t have a proper jaw lock, so they can unhinge it completely (Bugsy).
Not only have Plorgonarians two tongues, but also two uvulas (Mrs. Hasagawa’s Cats). The purple color suggests their blood is probably also purplish.
Pleakley have upper teeth (Phantasmo) (Mr. Hasagawa’s Cats) and other Plorgonarians had been observed with teeth too (Fibber). However, it’s difficult to determine how many teeth does they have, as they almost always hidden under the lips. As they have no problems chewing, it’s very possible they have a complete denture that it’s simple too short to be visible above the lips.
They use clothes that enhance their shoulders, implying it’s a desirable trait on Plorgonar (Fibber) (Heckler) (Houdini).
Plorgonarians have two hearts, one next to the other (Poxy).
When Lilo touches her chest and says “love come from here”, Pleakley states that, on his case, it would be around one of his tighs (Snafu). The dialog references the heart, but as Pleakley had mention several times before his hearts are located on his chest (and it had been seen on Poxy); he probably got it confused with another organ.
In primitive stages of development, Plorgonarians were more akin to big amphibians with more wilder appearance, including bigger teeth and a larger antenna. Is revealed that their third foot was once a tail that heavily resembles a fish fin, suggesting that Plorgonarians might had been aquatic (Retro).
Plorgonarians also seem to be rather homophobic, as Jumba was forced to pretend to be a woman to pose as Pleakley’s fiancée to meet his family expectations. However, they seem to be completely fine with other species altogether (Fibber).
They value appearances and good reputation, as Pleakley states that when your family choose a partner for you, you must accept to preserve their good name. Not that only means that arranged weddings are extremely common in Plorgonar (if not the only type at all), but that parents are perceived as an authority figure you shall not disobey (Fibber).
Plorgonarians live on houses that resemble their heads. Their neighbors seem to be very symmetrical and organized in similar fashion that 50s style houses (Mr. Stenchy).
Instead, their fashion has a distinct 80s feeling with pads, extravagant attires and colorful palettes (Fibber) (Mr. Stenchy).
Plorgonar have a sport called Priznolaprack that it’s nearly identical to basketball (Slugger).
Plorgonarians have gender roles similar to western humans, and they expect certain clothes, behavior and positions depending on their gender (Fibber).
Pleakley doesn’t understand the concept of physical money, which suggest currency in Plorgonar, if they use any, uses some kind of intangible form (Stitch! The Movie). However, Pixley being more successful based on her career and material possession also suggest they do, in fact, have some kind of transaction system (Fibber).
Pleakley is completely oblivious to the concept of credit cards, debt and owing money, which means these are things not used in Plorgonar (Yapper).
Based on Pleakley’s being strict on rules, yet having no problems taking things from others and even stealing, it can be deduced Plorgonar have a very loose sense of property (Lilo & Stitch) (Stitch! The Movie) (Leroy & Stitch).
Plorgonar doesn’t have an equivalent to mud (Link).
Pleakley doesn’t recognizes snow, meaning it doesn’t snow in Plorgonar (Slushy).

Karp had a lot to say to Jacinta. He’d been thinking a lot about making one of his own creations someday (some of his classmates had taken it the wrong way and thought he meant to have his own children, which is far from the truth). But, not only did he need assistance in doing so, he wanted a creation to be directly involved. He wanted Jacinta to be there every step of the way. He thought strategically about how to approach the question and finally decided on the best way.
“Hey, Jacinta? Can you pull out my holo-comp and open the file that says Archives? It has some Kweltikwan beside it, I don’t know if you can read it,” Karp asked as he rested on the couch in the student lounge. He didn’t bother with a code and the Kweltikwan read ‘Jumba Jookiba’. It was all the archive videos his father had sent him.

Desenho do Lilo e Stitch para Colorir
1. Lilo e Stitch:

3. Stitch:
A experiência 626, melhor chamada Stitch, é alienígena criada pelo Dr. Jumba Jookiba. Ele é o protagonista do filme.
Ele é o principal antagonista do filme “Lilo and the Stitch”.

5. Jumbo Jookiba:
O Dr. Juba Jookiba é o antagonista do filme.

jumba jookiba’s archives.
for christmas, karp had asked his father for his previous designs of experiemts and their development logs, in order to find a missing puzzle piece to solving a solution for jacinta’s adhd. instead, he found something he didn’t realize he was looking for.
( mentions of @narclla , @jacintasuhn , @neareasuhn )
when karp found himself on a block, where he couldn't quite figure out a formula and its effects, he'd often delve into his father's archives. watching jumba fumble through success the way he did gave karp motivation to keep on going. after all the tantrums and intense eating impulses and holing himself up in his labs, the alien's spirits were lifted because it was a clear example that even the greats of scientists went through blocks. karp especially liked watching jumba's logs on creating the experiments he'd now call his family.
the jumpstart of narella’s conception was ambiguous enough, and she was chronologically first of the experiments. the oldest of the new generation. jumba worked with her design easily enough. during the logs, he'd mention karp's mother, his wife, every now and again. they had taken a vacation together. she came to earth once. karp didn't know that. nonetheless, a baby narella was produced and taken into the custody of... well, everyone.
karp started the fifth log that jumba had made while creating nearea and jacinta simultaneously. of course, those weren't the names given to them just yet. however, the start of that... it was off even by jumba's standards. there was something different by the way the large alien carried himself. and as karp watched the screen, it almost felt as if jumba moved slower.
finally, after a good twenty minutes of the genius not acknowledging the screen, jumba turned around and reached for the camera. he took it off its pedestal and sat it down on his counter. jumba pulled up a chair and sat in front of it.
“i am... going to be father,” jumba started. karp gulped. he even paused the video. he watched jumba's frozen face-- it was sad and droopy. karp couldn't have ever fathomed such a gloomy expression on his father. he looked heartbroken. after taking a small breath, karp continued the video. jumba ran his hand over his head, a habit of his. “and my wife is leaving me.”
the teenage boy knew this. he knew about all of this. and yet, how could he have been so daft to not notice the timeline of things?? karp was nine months younger than nearea and jacinta. they were created when karp was conceived.
“thinking properly... rationally... it is difficult. i never would have that we could conceive. i am happy but... my heart is heavy. she not want anything of mine. she want no credit to the experiments, want no ownership of any of them, she told me ‘out of my life, jumba jookiba, that's all i want’.” jumba then cursed in kwelitkwan but even karp could tell that it was endearing. “she is taking our son with her.”
a heavy, drained sigh shifted his whole body. “i promise stitch that he shall have daughters. i promise stitch that he is going to be a father. after all he's done, he deserves it. i create them in his likeness, yes, all the same things that he can do shall be in his little girls. i make them stronger, even, more fluffy. i try to take away evil design, try to stop that malicious intent that i originally created stitch with. stitch, he ask that of me.”
jumba’s eyes began to cast down as he hesitated. “i fear that with all that is on my mind that when i try to adjust the design, i make irreversible mistake. development is lagging, one of the little girls is not responding as stitch did. as her sister is. i make many irreversible mistakes-- but this one, i am very sorry for. this is nothing but my fault. my wife, my son, stitch's little girl... it all my fault. jumba jookiba does nothing but fail. i am just-- dumb scientist.”
karp gulped again. he wanted to travel back in time and tell the younger version of his father that it'd all be okay. everything fell apart on the evil genius at once. that was enough to leave anyone disheartened and prone to mistakes. this mistake cost him success and not even on jumba's behalf. he was doing this for his own experiment, a son in his own, eccentric way. the teenage alien briefly wondered what would've happened if his mother didn't leave him during that time. karp would've met with the ohana a lot sooner. would karp be just as bubbly as the rest of the aliens?? jacinta wouldn't have failed. she'd be just like nearea-- strong, robust, and bright. would she feel like she wasn’t enough if karp was born maybe a little later??
maybe jumba would've stayed nicer. lilo and nani talked to karp about times where jumba would dress up and pretend to be ‘santa claus’, where he'd give him the grandest of presents during every holiday, where he'd sing and dance during luaus as if he was the only one there. jumba would do his elvis impressions until every single person of the family couldn't stop laughing. karp wanted to see that. but jumba had almost reverted to the days where he was in a lab working with hamsterveil, or even jailed by the galactic federation.
“my son.” karp's eyes snapped back to the screen when jumba addressed him. but, of course, jumba was speaking to the concept of him. he also spoke in kweltikwan, which was unusual, since he had spoken in english every log before. “i am not good at anything. creating life, an easy task with what i will give you. training them, i have not yet succeeded with any of them. they all go against their original design. you see, i am not evil genius. your mother-- she is. she is very good evil genius. i do not know what i can do to recover from this mistake. people are going to keep asking me to make experiments. i will give them experiments, i will give all that ask for children. because when i ask for you, i cannot have you. i do not know if i ever will see you. i do not know if she will let me meet you. but, i give you everything. i give you my love, my success, and, i am very sorry to, but my failure. i do not know what kind of scientist i will be in the next years-- i do not know if i will be anything of worth by the time you and i meet if we ever do. but, if i cannot say it in the future, i will say it now. i love you.”
in an old kweltikwan dialect, something that karp understands is only used by the elders of the planet, karp stands for 'to love with pride'. especially when it comes from a parent to their children. karp thought it ironic for a long time-- his mother was only interested in his intelligence and jumba had been standoffish since the two met. there was no way they loved him with pride.
of course, this log spoke of something very different. karp gulped for the third time. he shut off the log and put away his holographic computer. he slunk into bed. he had his opinion of his father previously set in stone. jumba had done nothing for karp that'd ever make up for how he treated the experiments.
yet, now all he wanted to do was hug his father. give him the affection he thought had left him seventeen years ago. was that selfish of karp?? did that dismiss all of jumba's previous misdeeds if karp felt bad for him for that instant?? he wasn't sure. karp slowly drifted off to sleep with a restless mind. he tossed and turned. because, the boy knew that he probably wouldn’t get a solid answer out of anyone.

karp no longer believes he can really be an evil genius or, at least, the one his mother always wanted him to be.
karp came from a family of long-lived evil geniuses. across kweltikwan, many people reveled in the notorious misdeeds that came from the jookibas. when success and madness was a trait among relatives and ancestors, it wasn't hard for karp to choose what career path he wanted to go down. the boy had the brains for it, too, his brilliance surpassing many of his fellow classmates.
his mother couldn't be happier. an evil genius herself, she had many ideologies that often clashed with her ex-husband. she definitely had more apathetic ambitions than jumba. that was saying something, as jumba himself treated his experiments questionably. when she saw that her son had an affinity for the sciences, she made way for it to shine. looking back on it, karp wouldn't call it nurturing his talent.
“remember son, you are an evil genius. you are made for greatness.”
“evil geniuses have no time for trifling things, such as cartoons and sports. have you finished your tests??”
“no evil genius will be made a fool of!! you are not some dumb scientist, you wield chaos in your hands!!”
needless to say, as time went on, karp became more and more apathetic himself. he was an estranged individual. he made no friends that were his age, retaliated against people who dared to say 'this isn't right for a bright kid like you', and became quite the little devil when it came to utilizing his blaster to terrorize those who tried to make a fool out of him. he soon began to believe he was the evil genius that his mother aspired him to be. he'd be one step better than his father: he wouldn't get caught.
he would've been dangerous. he would've been the one person that no one wanted to be on the bad side of.
“emotions make you a fool,” his mother said once. karp was conducting tests that'd determine whether his first life creation would prove better as a gelatinous mass or as a solid life form. he barely hesitated; there was a small instance where he froze before he finished the formula he was working on.
“do you know this to be true??” the 16-year-old karp asked. he didn't look towards her. their conversations often went like this: them speaking to each other monotonously, without even making eye contact.
“i do. i was a fool once. your father could very well still be a fool. last i checked, he was rotting away in some cell, apprehended by the galactic federation. he let his emotions get ahead of him. became too heated about fame.” her voice didn't waver. it was as strong and as smooth as ever. definitive, cocksure, and certain.
“are you implying if you and father didn't let your emotions rule your actions, you'd achieve your greatness sooner??” karp's voice was a little different than his mother's. still monotonous, still unwavering, still so cocksure. but it was laced with a condescending charisma. it could've had a small tease that could've been friendly if it wasn't full of itself.
“you are an evil genius, karp. and if there is one thing in this entire galaxy an evil genius cannot have, it is love. so many people have tried. your father and i tried. and we've all failed. i don't want the same fate for you. you want people to be afraid of your name, don't you??”
“of course.” the words didn't miss a beat. as soon as the question was asked, there was a definitive answer. karp was an evil genius. an aspiring master of the sciences.
he thought he understood what his mother meant. she and jumba were divorced soon after karp was conceived. he understood that if an evil genius tried to love, tried to go by what his emotions told him, that it'd surely crumble. only two things came out of his mother and jumba's marriage: a messy legal mess and karp. and both were clear examples that love didn't bear good fruit for evil geniuses ( if anything, it proved that a more ambitious, estranged evil genius would come to be ).
when karp came to earth in search of his father, to stop theorizing and conducting research and actually begin to build a life form of his very own, he didn't have much expectations. he came for information and information was what he was going to get. he'd tell his father of what he was aspiring to be. and jumba would help karp achieve his greatness.
a year later, everything changed. karp was losing sleep over a project for someone who he deemed the love of his life. karp never realized what passion could feel like. it was so much more intense than an aspiration. as he finally laid his head on a pillow after-- four?? or was it bordering on five??-- however many days without sleep, he finally understood what his mother meant. what she was trying to say to him seemingly eons ago.
love didn't make an evil genius a dumb scientist, like he believed for so long. love made an evil genius... not so evil. love made an evil genius work solely for the people they loved to a point where nothing else mattered all too much. he wasn't going to be feared across the galaxy. karp jookiba wasn't going to be known for causing destruction. there was no fame for him.
there was just going to be karp and a small alien girl that'd steal his shirts and beg for him to use his blasters. and because karp was in love, the fool would have it no other way.

Name: Sioux Roletka
Relationship/Connection: Sioux is a fellow alien from Kweltikwan. No evil genius or even really all that smart, Sioux was just coasting by. He thought the greatest legacy to leave the universe with are fond and happy memories. Appreciating the small things with as many people as he can. So, he became a galaxy hitchhiker. He had a holo-computer and a camera from Earth with him. The camera from Earth was something that was given to Sioux by Karp’s mother. She had no use for it, especially since it came from her ex-husband. She was certain that her own son had no interest in it ( though she didn’t give him the time of day to consider it ) so she gave it away. Sioux knew that Karp’s mother was a sour woman and thought of him as lesser than her and her son but he didn’t mind too much.
Sioux made it to Earth eventually, having kept so many video logs, written log books, as well as hundreds upon thousands of developed pictures, during his journey there. Little did he expect to see Karp on Earth, as well. A part of Sioux always thought that, by now, a planet would’ve imploded or a government would collapse by Karp’s doing. Instead, he found Karp attending a human school, paying close attention to another alien– Karp fell in love? Sioux was delighted. Thus, Sioux became Karp’s first friend he made from Kweltikwan… even if they didn’t become friends until they both left their home planet. Funny how that works.
