Tumblr really is something else. I don't watch Succession (I hope to, one day), but I've been so exposed to it because of Tumblr, that when one of my neighbors announced today that her baby had been born and she had named her Kendall, my immediate first thought was: "ohhhhh, like Kendall Roy!" when, in reality it was because of the Jenner girl.

And let me tell you, I don’t care about Kim Kardashian and her clan but for Taylor to revive an 8 years old beef about her when that woman has already divorced Kanye and mentioning her kids (who are CHILDREN!) is so immature. And the line of “my mom is a saint but she wishes you were death” might you this is a mother that hasn’t spoken your name in YEARS. Swifties be celebrating this then at the same breath paint her as a female activist. This isn’t Taylor coming on top, she’s pathetic and the only reason she’s bringing this drama again is because she’s planning on releasing her reputation recordings next and she’s getting her fans all ready and bothered to do the bullying for her. She’s an opportunist, uses her fan base for her battles and she loves the parasocial attachment her fans have for her and her private life.
Oh you're spot on there. Taylor brings up old beef like a high school mean girl who won't let go of your elementary/middle school awkward phase or screw up. And going after CHILDREN to serve as fodder for her petty squabble is just completely out of line. Most people in entertainment at least respect that rule - no matter how much beef you have with someone, their kids are off limits. Taylor has no such class.
She's absolutely an opportunist, though. That's why she never tells her fans off, even when they're sending literal death threats and spamming random people with racist and homophobic harassment. Because so long as she condones their shifty behavior, her loyal little clone drones will bully whoever Taylor even vaguely dislikes. All she has to do is vague tweet about someone, and her minors descend on them like vultures.
And honestly? She's created such a negative name for herself that unless she's fueding with someone or breaking up with someone, she has nothing to write about. Because nobody who actually does anything with their life/fame wants to hang out with her. So she's dredging up old fights because she's out of ideas, and can't let go of a grudge. She has to be the victim all the time, and because she's always the victim, any time she claps back if "obviously" justified. In her mind, anyway.
She's out of ideas, so she's going to bully another woman (real feminist of her, huh?) over a years-old feud just to get her kicks. It's honestly just embarrassing.

I’m watching kardashians new season (i guess i dont have enough drama in my life💀) and i was thinking…
What about yandere family x reader BUT they have same kind of reality tv show?
I just think it would be interesting to see how they would act/how fans would like y/n and the family🤷🏻‍♀️
And the family can be as big/small you want.
Ps.i really love your stories. Keep up the good work🫶🏻
You. You don’t know how much I’ve been having a brainrot over Yandere rich family / Yandere platonic kardashians (mostly as a young teen). How dare you send an ask like this when I’ve moved on? How dare you-
But yeah this is a great idea OMFG WHAT IF YANBOYLOSER (AND BY EXTENSION AMIR) (YANTSUN FOR NEW READERS) IS FROM THE FAMILY-
TW/CW: Yandere and Toxic Family themes. Abuse/Neglect. My capitalisation Is EverywheRe. Horny Siblings. Stepcest(?) Adoptedcest(?) Pseudocest(?) transphobia (not from characters but from society)
The Qasem Clan was notorious to say the least. They used to be known for churning out talents, changers of society and the industries they so choose to venture into. Now they were just a bunch of hopeless, talentless folks with too much money in their hands.
All of them except you.
Granted, you’re an adopted child. The matriarch of the family thought you to be ‘too cute to be in an orphanage’ and stole you away during one of her various charity events she’d attend for the sake of face and bragging rights.
The paternal grandparents didn’t like you too much at the beginning. After realizing that they spoiled their children and grandchildren too much too late, they have grown to be tired and soulless creatures. Often throwing you to lessons because they were much to apathetic to bother with a child that wasn’t of their own blood. It was only when you excelled in literally every single class that they suddenly started pouring love and attention all over you. However the Yandere (and I mean the unhealthy part of it), comes when you realize that all this newfound attention will crumble the moment you fail — not to mention how creepy it is when they started to erase whatever made you look different from the family. The only people stopping them being the yan! matriarch who didn’t want them messing with the reason she adopted you in the first place.
but yeah because of them you’re known as the “qasem’s saving grace” and many people worship the group you walk on. it’s great and all. expectations of being completely perfect aside.
yan! siblings range from being horny to being absolute degenerates towards you. the eldest loves to grope you all over and absolutely despises it when your attention is not on them. but whenever it is, they’ll be off fucking some random stranger in front of you just to make you jealous. they’re completely in it for the chase, and get turned off when you show even the slightest hint of reciprocation. they’d be rich from the amount of sex tapes they have alone. though platonically speaking they’re pretty great actually. a lot of fans made compilations titled “[y/n] and [eldest name] being normal siblings for once” or [eldest name] being [y/n] biggest fan” for when you they show genuine love and interest in what you do.
middle child aka boyloser supreme here is the current heir to the qasem riches. why? because he’s a masochist- okay not really because of just that- he’s a hardworker despite his title and often gets high grades but because that wasn’t really extraordinary in the clan he never got attention for it. what he did get attention for was being depressed and being ‘not presentable’ or ‘filthy’. even then he’s still pretty smart and hasn’t impregnated half the town like the eldest so he’s been entrusted with the riches (also he can’t exactly impregnate since his cock is non existent… yes he has a bussy)
reality tv show wise he was kind of forgotten and/or only known for being somewhat smart until he transitioned and society being society made that a controversy and his only personality trait. until people realized that he’s just so much hotter all of a sudden as a boy? gender euphoria does things to people. a lot of edits between you and him feature the man staring at you from afar. or hiding his arousal that he gets from your existence.
there are many more siblings and other fam members in mind (particularly screeching over the maternal grandparents, I’ll add them if I get more asks to this) but i need to go sleep soon so we’re skipping to youngest child.
you know him, you love him.
it’s yan! tsun!. yeah the boy is spoiled to the max. he somehow spends a million bucks per week (probably on Taylor Swift merch). he swears he doesn’t want to fuck you but he already has a million sex toys modeled after your pp or pps if you’re intersex, whatever it is. the only reason he hasn’t commissioned an accurate wax doll of you is cause he’s afraid it’ll suddenly fall out of the corner of his walk in closet through all those designer clothes and into the eyes of the camera men (he doesn’t care much about his fans/the viewers cause they’re faceless as far as he knows). like eldest he has his wholesome moments when tells you not to worry too much about the show or how you present. though it’s mostly off camera, a lot of fans see how close you are. he also shows his support subtlely when it comes to scandals, like boyloser’s for example wherein he started wearing “feminine” clothes and slaying in them just to slam on those people with paper thin, fragile as glass masculinity.
…but yeah there’s a clip that went viral of him sniffing your clothes.
(will definitely add the women of the family one day….) (most likely if I get another request for this or if this goes big yuh)

“We are assholes,” you said very bluntly as you entered his at-home studio. His head popped up from the stacked pages that held the possible lyrics for his next album. His eyebrows were knit together and his lips slightly parted. He wore big, framed glasses that made him irresistible. The optometrist had ordered them for him after you had shared that he held his phone too close to his face when reading texts.
“Christ, wha’ did we do?” He asked, clueless as to why you were making a big fuss. You had been going through so many changes not only physically, but emotionally too. You just prayed and thanked God that Harry was known for his never-ending patience.
“We haven’t told anyone” You through your body on the same couch that he was sitting just a few inches away from him. “At least not anyone close to us” You added, blocking, and throwing your phone on the cushion beside you. It was cold in the basement, so you threw on the first blanket you saw.
“S’not true. We told our parents” He scratched the beard that he had been growing since the tour had ended. “It’s too early anyway” He dropped the pencil and sat back. He was now clearly invested and entertained by the conversation.
“It’s been four months” You giggled at his awful sense of time. “We are almost halfway there”
“I think we should pull a whole Kardashian situation” He shrugged, as he shifted his body towards you and grabbed your ankle from under the blankets. Harry referred to how all the members of the Kardashian clan always hid their pregnancies until the child had been born.
“All of their friends always know that they're pregnant” You laughed as he ticked your foot after taking off the dinosaur-themed sock. You grabbed a pillow and chucked it at him but missed.
“I am trying to be a nice husband and give you a foot massage and not only you are insulting me but throwing pillows at me!” He gasped with a big smile threatening to give him away.
“Sorry. I love you” You smiled, nudging him gently with your foot, so he would continue.
“You are lucky that you are cute and that you are pregnant with my baby” he mumbled kissing the inside of your ankle before starting to massage the bottom of your foot. “I want to keep you both save and once it’s out there; I can't do much”.
You had been pregnant before. It had been before Love on Tour began. Unfortunately, you had lost the baby. The emotional pain had been unmeasurable. You cried every day and Harry isolated himself from the world. None of you spoke a word about it those first few weeks. That all ended when both of your mothers turned up at the front door. They dug both of you out of depression and pushed you to keep going.
“Just think how Jeff, James, Mitch, and Sarah are going to feel when they find out that we kept them in the dark because we didn’t trust them enough” You argued, “our friends deserve to know”.
“I guess you are right,” Harry said after a few minutes of silence, “But that’s it. We are still not telling the rest of the world until you give birth” it was a compromise and if you had learned something about being in a relationship for so long was to always find the middle ground.
“You got yourself a deal” You winked as he moved to the other foot. “We also must choose names” Harry groaned and threw his head back. “Just for a few minutes”. You had decided not to find out the sex of the baby until the birth which meant you needed at least two names. It always ended with both of you being over saturated and hating every single name in the books. It drove Harry nuts, but he also didn’t want to produce a weird name that made him stand out more. Neither of you wanted to give him an incredibly unique name. He or she was already going to have enough of being Harry Styles and Y/N Y/L/N daughter or son… CONTINUED ON PATREON

“It is like living through a soap opera where everyone else views you as entertainment,” the Duke of Sussex said about life in the royal family, during six hours of prime-time, “Kardashian-style” Netflix access into Harry and Meghan’s world of “truth”.
It is now clear that theirs is a soap opera the royal family want no part in.
Last year, in the aftermath of the couple’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, or “Soap Oprah” as the Palace dubbed it, Queen Elizabeth issued her masterstroke statement that “some recollections may vary” when the royal family stood accused of racism and callous disregard for the couple’s mental health. This time, the silence from Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace is deafening.
The royal family’s actions speak for themselves. The King danced the afternoon away on Friday at a Jewish community centre in north London. On Thursday, hours after the Sussexes’ second round of hand grenades, the Windsor clan was out in force at Westminster Abbey for the Princess of Wales’s carol service, dedicated to the values and legacy of the late Queen. Prince William read an extract from their grandmother’s 2012 Christmas message on “the spirit of togetherness”. Need he say more?
But Harry and Meghan do want more. It can be revealed today that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to “sit down with the royal family” for a meeting to address their “issues” after their damning six-hour Netflix series, which involved relentless criticism of the monarchy.
The couple feel the royal family has shown double standards by instigating a reconciliation meeting between Ngozi Fulani, the charity boss, and Lady Susan Hussey, a former lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth. The latter made “unacceptable and deeply regrettable” comments about Fulani’s heritage last month, and Hussey offered her “sincere apologies” at last week’s meetings.
A source close to the Sussexes said: “Nothing like that was ever done when Harry and Meghan raised various concerns — no meeting, formal apology or taking responsibility or accountability. That is hard to swallow — 100 per cent yes they’d like to have a meeting.”
Meanwhile:
• The Sunday Times also understands that Harry’s autobiography, Spare, which will be published on January 10, includes claims about the monarchy that are more incendiary than those made in the Netflix series.
• They are keen for a meeting and reconciliation with the royal family before King Charles’s Coronation next May, which they are expected to attend. A senior palace source said: “If they want to get in touch with the King, they know where he lives.”
• Friends of the Prince of Wales, who came under heavy fire in the Netflix series, said he had no plans to speak to his brother: “Things have been very strained for a while,” said a friend. “There is sadness at where things currently are with his brother . . . and there’s a memoir coming.” Another close friend of Prince William said: “The whole thing is mad.”
• It is understood the royal family and Buckingham Palace have no plans to respond to the Sussexes’ claims in the Netflix series or to arrange a meeting with the couple. A courtier said of Harry’s criticism of the monarchy in the series and his forthcoming book: “That is Harry’s decision – he’s taking one decision, we’re taking another.”
Asked why the royal family stayed silent last week, a courtier says: “We are deliberately keen to send a message by being voiceless. Our duty is to get on with the job. It isn’t to respond.”
The strategy of silence has been heard loud and clear around the world. Even the American TV news anchor, Gayle King, a close friend of the Sussexes, agrees with the approach: “That would seem the right tack to take from the Palace, just have no comment,” she said on her morning show last week.
A friend of the royal family adds: “They are right to rise above it and concentrate on demonstrating that service and duty matter. Let the trivialities, pettiness and contradictions speak for themselves.”
Harry’s childhood agony of growing up inside the royal goldfish bowl after his mother died, and Meghan’s suicidal thoughts and mental health issues as she struggled to cope with royal life are painful to watch. But during three more episodes of rage and revenge, Harry, still so raw, seems not to have come to terms with where he has ended up. Maybe he never will. Maybe that’s why the Netflix narrative needed massaging to support the Sussexes’ version of events.
Harry said it was “terrifying” to have William “scream and shout” during the Sandringham summit, a meeting called by the late Queen in January 2020 to determine the Sussexes’ future. The King said things “that simply weren’t true” and Her Majesty sat “quietly” taking it all in. “You have to understand,” Harry told us, “that from a family’s perspective, especially from hers, there are ways of doing things and her ultimate mission, goal, slash responsibility is the institution. People around her are telling her that proposal or these two doing x, y or z is going to be seen as an attack on the institution, then she’s going to go on the advice she’s been given.” Here, then, is Harry’s new version of the Queen — a pushover monarch, guided more by courtiers than her own razor-sharp instinct honed over a 70-year reign.
The problem is, his version doesn’t tally with anyone else’s experience of the Queen, who was “sharp as a tack” and calling the shots until the day she died. “It’s outrageous,” says a courtier. “Harry never wanted to admit to himself that it was the Queen who said, ‘no, you’re out’. He couldn’t fathom that he wasn’t the cheeky chappy who was going to sweet-talk grandma into getting what he wanted.”
Another seasoned courtier who watched the Sussex storm become a hurricane observes: “The narrative has shifted from Prince Harry on the Queen. It was always ‘my commander-in-chief, the Boss’. But when he was not getting the support from her he wanted, she is represented as a diminutive figure sat in the corner.
“That is another manipulation of the narrative to suit the outcome as felt by Harry. Advisers made recommendations to Her Majesty, but there was only one person making the decisions. To look the truth squarely in the eye, to realise your relationship has been damaged and to know it was his commander-in-chief who decided he couldn’t have the half-in, half-out role he wanted, is probably too painful for him to accept.”
Nor does Harry seem able to accept anyone else’s point of view. When he returned for Prince Philip’s funeral last April, a year after ditching royal life, he said “chats with my brother and my father” frustrated him, because they were “very much focused on the same misinterpretation of the whole situation”. But the late Queen, the King and the Prince of Wales were always clear — part-time royals don’t work, never have, never will. Harry can’t forgive them: “I have had to make peace with the fact we’re probably never going to get genuine accountability or a genuine apology.”
A friend of the royal family says: “Harry is convinced his view is correct. He’s a man on a mission to change things in a way he thinks they need to be changed. It’s a true quest he’s on. The rest of the family think what he’s doing is hugely damaging. It’s two ideologies clashing in the quadrangle where neither can cede ground.”
A friend of Harry’s agrees: “People ask ‘why air your dirty laundry?’ Everything Harry does and says is rooted in wanting to try and change things for the better, even if not everyone agrees with that. If the outcome of all of this is an institution and a family that operates in a more modern way, then so much the better . . . if there is a chance to improve things for the next generation, that’s a positive.”
Of course, there was more media-bashing and claims that the British press is the Palace’s “partner”, working hand in glove to thwart the Sussexes at every turn. Harry spoke of “institutional gaslighting”, which sent royal insiders’ eyebrows skywards: “Gaslighting? You are gaslighting the family via global television,” says a former courtier. A friend of the King says: “It’s a disgraceful betrayal of trust, an unwelcome distraction in the short term and very hurtful to the family. But it’s not as damaging to the monarchy as we feared. Most sensible people will see it for what it is — self-indulgent, one-sided and exploitative. With every passing month and year, it will be seen as the tawdry, shameful exercise it was. I’m sure Harry will come to regret it unless he’s lost to the world. William must be furious and the King will be devastated, but they will crack on, showing on a weekly basis what the job entails and the value it brings — Harry and Meghan’s can’t. Any chance of reconciliation is much harder now.”
Harry spoke last week of new chapters: “As sad as it is, in order for change to happen sometimes a lot of pain has to come to the surface — in order to move to the next chapter you’ve got to finish the first chapter.” Next month, he is primed to give us many more chapters — 416 pages’ worth — when his memoir Spare is published.
But royal sources believe that the couple have “overplayed their hand quite badly” with so much deeply personal content, much of it scathing of the monarchy and how it treated them. A source says: “They’ve fired all their ammunition and keep shooting the same bullets. Their business model must rely on them making money from something, what will it be if not to rely on this narrative of victimhood?”
A source close to the Sussexes says that after Harry’s book, the couple will “focus on their service work” rather than “anything personal — they’re looking forward to people being interested in what they’re doing beyond all the drama.”
An increasingly weary monarchy and public will hope Harry will be true to his word after he said in the final Netflix episode: “My wife and I, we are moving on. We are focused on what’s coming next.” It’s a funny way to describe six hours of looking back at years of family strife, which has alienated him from most of his family and some of his friends: “I miss my friends. I’ve lost a few friends in this process as well.” By her own admission, spilling the beans has not given Meghan “peace” after all: “I can’t have peace without truth. We got some truth out there but it hasn’t given us peace.”
A YouGov poll last week showed the Sussexes’ popularity has fallen to new depths with Britons. Only Prince Andrew is now less popular. The audience, it seems, has decided.

I am so sick of these magazines still trying to make the Kardashian/Jenner clan the beauty standard. They r not. They have served one purpose that is to make little girls and wm believe that fake plastic surgery look is ok. It isn't.

My cousin knows Kim Kardashian’s rep, who works at WME - Meghan is DESPERATE to have Psalm and Archie be seen as best friends - Psalm was born 5/9/19 so three days after Archie… but none of the Kardashians, especially Kim and Kris want anything to do with her. For all their faults, there are two things incredibly important to the Kardashian-Jenner clan - family and religion. Kim in particular is quite religious.

Khloe Kardashian is an imminent celebrity death due to her excessive cosmetic procedures be it a perioperative stroke, severe blood clots, organ damage, granulomas, etc. and it will massively shift pop culture as a whole. Scrutiny of the cosmetic surgery industry will expand and become a prominent topic in media, the Karjenner dynamic drastically shifting with a sharp rebrand, and I could even see the entire clan both breaking away from the reality TV aspect of their lives.. or clinging to it tighter to ‘spark a conversation on how important it is to address body image concerns and honor Khloe’s memory’. A Khloe Kardashian biopic will be released, the general public’s negative consensus of her will drastically shift, etc. I could go on forever am I insane probably but I fully see this happening like I had a vision.

Kardashians will promote her account probably.
At least once, yes.
And that will get her numbers, but I feel it will exacerbate her authenticity problem. Maybe it doesn’t my matter if she embraces the fakeness the way the K clan does. However, I don’t think Meghan has the self-awareness or sense of humor you need to pull that off.

No one has profited more from the concept of glam than Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and the creator of a cosmetics empire that has been valued at over $1 billion.   This fall, she launches Khy, a fashion line in partnership with her mother, Kris Jenner, and Popular Culture’s Emma and Jens Grede, a married couple who are also involved in the multibillion-dollar juggernauts Skims and Good American. Khy—a play on a nickname of Jenner’s—will feature different guest designers and concepts throughout the year. The brand aims to produce investment pieces at an affordable price point. Nothing in Khy’s first release costs over $200. “The whole line is really inspired by my personal wardrobe, and the different moods that I’m in,” she said. Within a family dynasty that has built an enormous fortune based on influence, Jenner might be the most influential of them all. She is digitally native and naturally experimental—her roughly 400 million Instagram followers outnumber the population of the United States.
