Im vergangenen Jahr wurden gleich zwei Incentives für unsere herausragenden Mitarbeiter:innen veranstaltet. Im Dezember führte uns die Reise nach Hurghada/Ägypten, wo wir nicht nur Entspannung, Spaß und Feierlichkeiten erlebten, sondern auch die Gelegenheit hatten, Mahida Raza vom IRC (International Rescue Committee) in einem bewegenden Vortrag zu erleben. Sie widmete sich mit Herzblut den Fragen unserer engagierten Fundraiser:innen.

The decision to withhold food, initially left unexplained by their primary guard, was later confirmed by one of the Organization’s Co-directors. 📸 Despite an initial agreement on October 06th, 2023, to provide bi-weekly food aid on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 'One Happy Family' at the Victoria Community Center unreasonably terminated the arrangement on October 31st, 2023.

The imprudent decision was initially conveyed to me in a very rude manner right upon my arrival at their location when their primary guard proclaimed, “We don’t have food for you anymore.” The Co-directors were absent when I sought an explanation.

Nevertheless, Arkis, one of the Co-directors, eventually arrived with his minivan. Upon questioning the decision and the manner of its conveyance, he unapologetically confirmed it, taking full responsibility without providing any reasonable cause. Additionally, he stated it should have been conveyed the week before and harshly dismissed me without providing any food.
