Places to donate to help Palestine
PCRF.net - They did over a 100 medical missions in 2022 (Palestine Children’s Relief Fund)
Middle East Children's Alliance - A Non-profit organization fighting for the well-being and rights of Middle Eastern Children. They also have a link to a 'tool kit' to help spread information about the Gaza Genocide. I'm linking to it directly HERE
Anera: Where Hope Finds a Way - They provide everything from food, medicine and hygiene kits. $30 equals 16 blood bags - an essential thing for helping doctors help people survive horrible physical trauma.
UNICEF.org - Link to where you can donate to help UNICEF get aid to those suffering in Palestine.
And because I know damn well that lots of people don't have the extra funds to donate money - you can help by simply clicking here once a day. It donates ad revenue. Click to help Palestine
[I wanted so much to find other places people could donate that weren't in the US or Canada, but I was having problems figuring out how to ensure that they were reputable. If anyone knows of any, please reblog and add the links!]
And some basic informational sources for those who want to understand what's really going on other than the misleading information from the media.
BDS - The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement works to end international support for Israel's oppression of Palestinians. Offers actual news about what's happening.
Decolonize Palestine - In depth information about the history and origins of Palestine. Also has a great 'debunked myths' section that lists almost all of all the lies the Media has been peddling.
Mondoweiss - An independent website devoted to informing readers about developments in Israel/Palestine and related US foreign policy. (Be aware: Some articles show disturbing images of the horrors happening in Gaza.)
Petitions I found with reputable track records (there are a LOT of fakes out there)
Canada:
Independant Jewish Voices Canada - Gaza on the Brink Ceasefire Now! - Prewritten letter to Justin Trudeau and Mélanie Joly calling for an immediate ceasefire, and for an end to the collective punishment of Palestinians. Just sign your name and it sends a letter!
There are several other ways (Including email addresses to various people/companies, as well as physical addresses you can mail letters to) listed here.
DON'T send threats/hate mail. That does nothing but make them double down on their current stances. Be polite. You don't have to take a happy tone, but be polite.
United States:
USA - Tell Congress: Stop Fueling the Gaza Genocide - Demanding an immediate ceasefire and for Humanitarian Aid to be allowed into Gaza.
Jewish Voice for Peace - You can use their form for send a letter to Congress to demand that they should focus on de-escalation instead of sending money and weapons to Israel so they can continue their genocidal war against Palestinians.
Jewish Voice for Peace (part 2) - Fill out this form and inform President Biden that he should call for a ceasefire and stop supplying money and weapons to Israel.

The deadliest Earthquake to have happened in over 500 years has just hit Turkey and Syria, in just one day over 5000+ people have been killed and 20,000+ have been injured with casualties increasing as I’m typing this.
Turkey has called for international assistance and multiple countries have already sent aid to them and the internet is filled with links for reliable charities for you to donate, all you need to do is type “Turkey” + "donate” in the same sentence and click search.
Syria, as you can see here on the map, hasn’t received any international aid due to the corrupt Assad’s regime and all the sanctions the country has, not only that, but Turkey has closed the border with Syria, meaning whatever aid/volunteers arrive in Turkey will not be able to cross to Syria.
Not to mention that there have been some sick people online, mostly Zionists, who will deliberately post reliable charities and claim that they’re a scam/have connections to terrorism to discourage people from donating to them.
So here are some links to charities that are currently helping Syria through this Earthquake, please donate or at least share if you can:
Molham: molhamteam.com/en/campaigns/439
The White Helmets: https://www.whitehelmets.org/en/
Red Cross Syria Appeal: https://donate.redcross.org.uk/appeal/syria-crisis-appeal

"Fun" fact: A lot of charities that are advertised as helping Gazan civilians actually go to Hamas's pockets.
That being said, I found a list someone made of credible Israeli and Palestinian charities that actually help civilians.
Here you go:

so, when I first got news last night that Turkey and Syria had been hit by an earthquake, I posted that we didn't know how bad it was yet but that I'd post some charities to donate to once there was more news out. well, it's bad. it's really fucking bad. it's 2,000 dead and counting bad.
AKUT: !!! Turkish-based search and rescue NGO
Doctors without borders, as always they're some of the best NGOs out there
Syrian American Medical Society for Syria-specific help
Union of Medical Relief and Care Organizations (UOSSM)
Save the Children
Turkish Red Crescent
The White Helmets: Syria grassroots charity
globalgiving
One of the best things you can do right now is donate blood. Turkey was already running critically low on their reserves and Syria has been getting fucked by Russia (surprise!) since 2015. if you're able to donate, please donate blood!

Uz's Charity Master List
As promised, a comprehensive list of places to donate to if you wanna help the people involved in the Israeli Palestinian conflict!
This is how it is gonna work. For the sake of safety, the main list include ONLY registered organization, i.e. ones that are registered in a governmental list. Due to the mass amount of organizations I decided to split it into categories: Solidarity & General, Israel, Gaza, West Bank, Bedouin, Miscellaneous.
Next to those lists, I added two more lists- Projects and Shit List. Projects will include project and fund raising that are not through an official organizations, so the risk factor is higher, and I will do my best to verify them before publishing. The Shit list for organizations you should avoid for various reasons.
For the sake of future edits, the reblog on the lists themselves will be turned off so I could edit and update the lists without having to deal with several versions going around. This post will serve as the Table of Contents and will be rebloggable.

Action against KOSA!
There is a push to bullrush KOSA through the Senate by January while everyone is busy with the holidays, in hopes of getting it passed by 2024. KOSA is a dangerous bill seeking to end internet encryption and spy on users. It will be used to target the Queer community and other minorities. This is all under the guise of "Protect the children!".
Fight for the Future is an organization seeking to fight back against dangerous bills like these but, unfortunately, their budget is small. If y'all can, chip in to help. If not, signal boost this post, please.

Charities
Below are some recommended charities for donations for our fundraiser @dreamlingforukraine. These organizations are personally vouched for as being legitimate by @wintersmitth (Ukrainian Dreamling friend and resident of Kyiv) and verified by @quillingwords (someone who does due diligence for a living). All take direct bank transfers and three take PayPal.
Helping to Leave: charity with a focus on evacuations - their mission is to keep Ukrainians safe and meet their immediate needs. They operate under all circumstances and are currently focused on helping the flood-affected areas.
United24: established by President Zelenskyy and the official fundraising platform for Ukraine. Their work covers various areas, from defense to rebuilding to arts and sciences.
Hospitallers Medical Battalion: combat-zone medical service comprised of paramedic volunteers. They continue to operate in areas where ceasefire agreements are not honored (where other humanitarian groups had pulled out) and currently need funds for vehicles and equipment.
UAnimals: animal rights organization that help animals in Ukraine - anything from displaced pets to farm animals to animals in zoos. Their work is critically important now given the damage done by flooding.
These organizations are all confirmed to be doing excellent work on the ground. However, if you would prefer to donate to a different organization that is of course very welcome! In that case, please provide some information on them when confirming the commission just so we can confirm they’re appropriate for the cause.

Charis: "Did it hurt when you fell from heaven~"
Hephaestus: "yea actually it hurt a lot!"
Charis: (Abort! Abort! This was not part of the plan!)

I feel like ppl forget that Aglaia and Hephaestus are (heavily implied) to have grown up together, both being raised by Eurynome. She wasn’t some random hot girl Hephaestus decided to date after his failed marriage and Aphrodite definitely did not introduce them.

The genocide in Palestine has led to many of us finding out about atrocities being committed in other countries, too. I think most of us want to learn more so we can help.
However, personally, I just can't bear to do the research right now. It's not that I don't care. It's just that the images coming out of Palestine are enough to make me feel like I'm going insane.
If you're like me, but still want to help places you may not know much about, Doctors Without Borders is a great place to donate.
They are involved in over 72 countries and territories, Gaza included.
I believe the minimum amount you can donate is $5. If you can afford to give to them, please consider doing so.

TL;DR Support A Physically Disabled Person Today
Website to Donate + apply for a mobility aid (if you're over 18 and in the US) (https://disabled-identities-and-support.square.site/)
Explanation Below:
Some of you may know, but this account is run by a non-profit called Disabled Identities and Support. This non-profit has a total of one volunteer, and that is me (I am also the founder of this non-profit.) I fundraise, I apply for grants, I take on advertising, I answer emails, I run the website, I make the purchases, I do it all.
Why? Because low-income physically disabled people deserve personalized mobility aids. I don't think this, I know this.
Here's the issue I am currently facing: my non-profit is low on funds.
I was the one that had to deliver the bad news to some of the people that had applied, and one particular person responded asking if my non-profit could afford to purchase their mobility aid if they downgraded to one that cost just $15.
This broke my heart. I can only imagine how distressed these people are having just found my non-profit only to have to be put on a waitlist while I fundraise.
So this is me begging: please, if you have even $5, please donate.
On our waitlist are queer disabled people, disabled people of color, people who are both physically and mentally disabled/neurodivergent (particularly physically disabled systems), disabled parents, disabled muslims, disabled Jewish people, disabled people who have faced homelessness, and people who fit more than one of the groups above.
If you can, please visit our website and donate: https://disabled-identities-and-support.square.site/
I will make a post thanking you, I will write a fanfiction of your choice, hell, I'll try and draw art if you'd like. Just please, help me help physically disabled people.
