yourusername 3/4 done with filming for First Gear 🤍 So much work has been done for this movie and it's been the good kind of overwhelming so far. I've learned so much and experienced so many new things.

Included the one and only charles_leclerc here because majority of the things I learned came from him. He's pretty nice except he was beyond nervous when I drove the car for the first time.

yourusername Feeling so emotional that filming for a movie that holds a special place in my heart has come to an end 🤍 I am so ecstatic for all of you to see First Gear because everyone involved put everything they had for this film. I hope you guys love this as much as I do, possibly more.

So many people to thank — the directors, producers, scriptwriters, my co-stars, everyone who's worked so hard to make this into reality, I owe you all so much.

But I also never thought I'd meet someone so special. Charles, this past year for us have been so crazy and I'm glad I got to spend it with you. If it helps, the moment they told me you would be giving me a tour of the paddock, I fell instantly 😝

Ellie Williams x Reader

Ellie Williams has never, ever had trouble with the women she had an interest in. She always knew the perfect words to woo a women until they were buckling in the knees and falling to her feet. But you, oh god. You were her biggest weakness. You were so sweet and kind, and so fucking pretty.

So pretty that she usually had to pinch herself to get her stop staring at you.

So kind with the way you spoke to her, always asking if she’s okay and how her day was.

So sweet that you always put your friends first and were always doing nice things for them.

Like right now for example, you had invited her and Dina out to lunch, which you so kindly offered to pay for too. Dina, a sucker for free food, and Ellie, jumping at the chance to spend time with you.

The sun was warm on her skin, but when you had started laughing at one of Ellie’s stupid jokes, she felt like her whole body had lit on fire. God, you were so pretty. Ellie comes back down to Earth when she feels Dina playfully kick her under the table and give her a knowing look. Causing her face to slowly redden at the fact she had been caught being mesmerized by you.. again.

And what Dina does next would cause Ellie to practically combust with nervousness.

“So y/n..” Dina’s voice was cocky and made the hair on the back of Ellie’s neck stand up. You give Dina your full, undivided attention, smiling at her sweetly to let her know you’re listening. “Me, Ellie, and Jesse are hanging out at my place tonight, you wanna go?” Dina glances at Ellie, and her smug smile on grows at the slightly horrified look plastered on her face.

You’re lack of hesitation has Ellie melting in her seat. The way your eyes light up and your smile brightens as you vigorously nod your head yes.

“Yes! I would love too.” You look over at Ellie with that big smile on your face and Ellie can’t help the smile taking over on her own face. Your phone pings and when you check it, a pout of disappointment settles on your pretty lips. You look up at the two girls and your voice is laced with sadness. “I have to go guys, my boss asked me to come in early. But this was so much fun. I’ll see you guys later.” As you’re grabbing your things Dina is telling you when to be at her place and thanking you for lunch. You, of course, say it’s ‘no problem at all’. Dina gives Ellie a glance and motions her head at you, giving her the signal that it’s her turn to thank you.

Ellie quickly rushes to her feet as you’re coming around the table towards her. You reach out to her with open arms and Ellie gladly welcomes your embrace. You squeeze her tight as you usually do, and the way your perfume takes over Ellie’s senses has her knees buckling. “Thank you, y/n.” You giggle and she feels her heart melt at the pretty sound. You whisper back a ‘anytime, Els.’

Once you’re gone Ellie plops back down into her seat and Dina is looking at her with a smug smile and a snark comment already on the tip of her tongue. “Dude.” Ellie can tell by her tone that she’s gonna be relentless. “When, are you guys going to get together?” Ellie’s gaze finally tears away from the seat you had been sitting and glares daggers over at Dina.

“Well let’s see. Probably never. Because she doesn’t like me.” Ellie leans over and places her forehead on the table in defeat. A sad sigh escaping her lips, causing Dina to gently pat her on the back.

“I guess we’ll just have to see.” Ellie can practically hear the evil grin in Dina’s voice and Ellie can only pray that things go perfect tonight.

Ellie’s leg is bouncing as she sits in the middle of Dina’s couch next to Jesse. He nudges her leg with his knee and she breaks eye contact with the wall to look over at him. “You need to chill.” Ellie scoffs at this and rolls her eyes, now focusing on Dina who walks towards her with three beers balanced in her hands. Ellie gladly snatches the alcohol from her hands and not even a moment later is taking a swig.

You would be here any minute now. Ellie can feel her body start to warm up from the drink and it relaxes her a bit. A soft knock at the door has her whipping her head towards it and climbing over the back of the couch to rush over. Jesse scoff as Ellie’s alcohol is accidentally spilled on him, but chooses not to say anything other than a mumbled, ‘chill out.’

Ellie swings the door open and you’re standing there looking slightly up at her with your pretty eyes and a sweet smile gracing your lips.

“Hi.” It’s the only words Ellie can think of. She internally kicks herself for being awkward again. But the way your smile grows and your eyes slightly crinkle makes her stomach flip.

“Hi.” Your voice is sickly sweet and so soft on Ellie’s ears. Ellie finally takes a step back so that you can come in. As you walk past her to greet Dina and Jesse, your perfume washes over Ellie and she has to bite the inside of her lip to keep from audibly moaning and embarrassing herself.

Two hours and beers later has you and Ellie laughing your asses off at anything and everything. Ellie is relaxed so much that she’s able to talk to you with crumbling and placing little touches on your arm and leg without combusting. Of course Jesse and Dina are all too aware of what’s happening, which is what causes the slightly tipsy Dina to start a game of truth or dare.

After silly truths like ‘describe your first kiss,’ or ‘what’s the worst date you’ve ever been on,’ and stupid dares like ‘prank call your ex,’ or ‘swap clothes with the person next to you,’ it’s finally Dina’s turn again. The look in her eyes has Ellie practically shaking with nerves.

You’re all too unaware of it, not tipsy but bordering on the edge. You’re giggling at the way Jesse has been tugging on your shorts he was dared to wear. The way his clothes hang off your body has Ellie screaming internally, wishing that it was her clothes instead.

“Ellie.. truth or dare?.” Dina’s voice is laced with a smugness and Ellie knows no matter what she picks, it won’t be good. You perk up and point at her accusingly, excitedly announcing to the room that, ‘Ellie hasn’t done a dare yet.’ Dina grins wickedly and leans back into the couch, crossing her arms over her chest. “I dare you to kiss y/n.” The rooms falls silent as Dina’s words settle over. A tension slowly rising between everyone.

When Ellie glances over at you, she surprised to find your face completely flushed red and your wide eyes staring back at her. You glance down at her lips and it has Ellie practically foaming at the mouth. Before anyone can say anything the silence is broken by a phone ringing. Jesses curses under his breath and grabs the phone hopping up. How convenient.

“Shit. It’s my work, I gotta answer this.” He bails out of the room and after a few more moments of tense and awkward silence Dina stands up.

“I’m gonna go get another drink.” She leaves the room just as quickly as Jesse did and now it’s just Ellie and you. You and Ellie. Alone. When Ellie looks back over at you you’re not looking anymore and her heart sinks a bit. Not being able to stand the pressure anymore, Ellie stands up next and she feel your eyes on her again.

“I’m gonna.. get some fresh air.” Her voice is mumbled as she rushes out the side door that leads to Dina’s private patio. It’s small but it’s decorated in lights and plants that has a really warm and homey feeling to it. Ellie takes a seat in one of the chairs and places her head in her hands, elbows resting on her knees. Her heart hurts, she had her chance and she blew it. And for a moment, just a moment, Ellie thought you actually wanted to kiss her and it felt so euphoric.

The sound of the side door opening again has Ellie’s head popping up. She’s surprised to find you sitting down quietly next to her. You don’t look at her, not at first. No, at first you fiddle with your fingers, a nervous habit Ellie noticed you had. You thought you looked so silly right now, hell you felt ridiculous still drowning in Jesse’s clothes.

Neither of you say anything for a while, just allowing the silence to embrace both of you. You shift and Ellie glances at you again, and finds you finally looking at her. You break the silence first, clearing your throat quietly. Before you can say anything Ellie groans and rubs her hands over her face, “Fucking Dina.. always causing trouble.” This makes you giggle.

“She has good intentions.. just awful ways to show them.” At this Ellie gives you a sad chuckle. It makes your heart clench and your brows furrow.

“Kissing me would be awful, huh?” Your eyes widen at the realization and you shake your head frantically.

Ellie watches as your face reddens, a look of fear on your face, so scared that you had offended her. “Oh. No, no, no. It wouldn’t be awful it would be amazing- I mean.. oh gosh.” You cover your face and laugh awkwardly at yourself. Ellie is silent, still hanging onto a thread of hope.

“Ellie.. You’re one of my best friends. I really don’t wanna mess up what we have, but..” You uncover your face and chew on your bottom lip.

“But?” Ellie’s voice is so small, so full of hope that it makes you smile shyly.

“But.. I really really like you Els. And know you don’t like me back and i’m sorry if i’ve ever made you uncomfortable with my flirting, but today with the Dina and the dare to kiss me..” Ellie is stunned at your confession. She honestly feels like she’s dreaming. You like her? And you’ve flirted with her? How could she have not noticed?

“Can I kiss you? Not for the dare.. just to kiss you.” You peer up at her through your eyelashes, face full of nerves. You hesitate but you nod. Ellie leans in slowly, so close to your lips but not quite touching.

“Ellie Williams if this is a joke.. it’s the worst one you’ve ever had.” At your whispered words Ellie chuckles softly. Her lips are on yours not a moment later. The kiss isn’t sweet or soft like Ellie expected it to be. Instead your hands are tangled in her hair tugging her closer. Ellie’s hands find your waist to pull you onto her lap. Her fingers rubbing up your hips and thighs. She feels your breath tremble into the kiss and she pulls away.

“Too much?” You breathily laugh at her question and shake your head, placing sweet kisses along her jaw. Ellie is melting into your touch with the way your hands are sliding around down her neck and chest. You mumble a soft, ‘not enough,’ that has Ellie going feral.

Before Ellie can ravish your lips once again the sound of the side door slamming open has both of you looking over, frozen in place with widen eyes. Dina is standing in the doorway, jaw dropped and stunned.

“Oh.. my.. god..” You’re scrambling out of Ellie’s lap, standing up and shyly looking down. A grin is plastered on Ellie’s face and she can’t tear her gaze away from your shy one. “You guys we’re gonna fuck on my patio.” Ellie watches as you tense up at Dina’s accusation and shake your head waving your hands around you frantically.

You stumble over to Dina and grab her hands in yours. “Dinaaaa.” Your voice is whiney and it causes something deep to stir within Ellie. She can only watch as Dina teases you playfully and you protest with more whines of embarrassment.

“Y/n.” You’re whipping your head back at Ellie when she calls for you. Dina takes the hint and bails once again, shutting the door behind her.

“Yeah?” Ellie reaches out, grabbing your hand and pulling you down onto her lap once again. No other words are spoken as she pulls your lips back onto yours. This time the kiss being much softer than before, a vulnerableness laced into it. “Els.. i love you.”

“Fuck.. you have no idea how much i’m in love with you.”

he grunts, mimicking being annoyed at you, and you let a peck to his lips.

jeonghan burries his face on your neck again, giving kisses on it "just a hint, please... im going there later... promise"

"are you that exhausted?" he shakes his head in response, he was just so curious "all i have to say is that you gonna have to ajust that from now on. im going to need you..."

in one motion, he goes up, caring the weight of his upper body with his arms, you in between. he looks at you, quite not grasping in what you're trying to say.

"...daddy"

he just smirks in response, his brows going up. he looks like he could be flirting.

"babe... i didn't know you were into that" he says, getting his face closer to yours.

"jeonghan!" you exclaim, hitting his arms with a light smack.

he looks surprised, his eyes getting big looking at you "what?"

"my god..." you say laughing "im not into that. you're going to be a dad"

"WHAT?" its his time to exclaims, going up to sit on the couch instead "are you serious?"

you nod, and the biggest smile forms in his face, crashing his body onto yours in a big hug. he breaks off to kiss you, his hand on your neck "oh my god, yn! since when do you know?"

"like a week ago. i waited until fathers day to tell you... daddy..." you both smile again, he going back to kiss you, leaving pecks on your lips, one after another.

"i love you. i love you so much. im so happy" he states kissing all over your face. your heart filling with so much love that you feel like you could combust, what did you do to deserve all of that? all of him, he's everything to you and now you are going to have a family together.

"i love you too, hannie" you say with tears threatening to come out. he looks at you and his eyes are wet too. his hand going to your lower belly, caressing the flesh, him or her is the best thing to ever happen in your lifes, and they are going to be the most loved baby ever.

i personally tend to be more partial to card stories that isnt All Just One Emotion (i.e. it’s All angst, or it’s All shenanigans, or it’s All fluff), and this one just had such a lovely balanced mix of different things. immense emotions over luke’s dissappearance? check. intense hilarity over the series of unfortunate events that led to luke not being able to confess as a high schooler? CHECK (FUNNIEST FUCKIN THING TO ME, WAYLAID BY MESSING UP UR CRUSH’S BANGS, HELP). absolutely touching domestic fluff? CHECK CHECK CHECK. and to top it all off, PEANUT BACKSTORY!!! luke and mc have been co-parenting all this TIME im gonna run up the WALLS

vampire werewolf moment

okay so here im gonna explain specifically vampires/werewolves and how this impacts the characters bc it does different things to them based on my (tentative) explanation as to why any of this happened in the first place

so vampires! i decide which parts of typical vampire canon to adhere to bc some of it is lame, like turning pale?? no way. silver weakness?? HELL YEAH angst. okay so basics: these vampires have enhances strength/speed/senses, can tell when people are lying to them, and are basically supernaturally convincing (kinda charmspeak kinda not). they have retractable fangs that come out either by will or on instinct (when frightened/hungry), they run much colder than humans, their blood is like a freakishly bright red, and their eyes are like... idk how to explain this but brighter?? they’re hard to ignore is what im saying. vampire skin is not impenetrable but it’s hard to get through without excessive force or silver (or werewolf teeth..........). weaknesses wise there’s silver, being hungry/malnourished is like way worse for vampires (tis a curse after all), and the sun, which doesn’t make them combust immediately it just fucking burns and makes them super dizzy and weak and uncomfortable. umbrellas help but they’re not perfect. also weird fact if u show a vmpire their reflection (which they have) they’ll be transfixed and distracted, using their own strength (being supernaturally sexy) against them :(

elaborating on the malnourishment/diet part- vampires absolutely still drink blood. human blood, no going around it, animal blood makes them sick. this is a huge curse. luckily, you don’t have to kill someone when u drink their blood, but its easy to lose focus and accidentally take too much (fun fact both nancy and eddie have done this in this au). there’s a level of self control to resisting feeding during every day interactions with people, but it’s almost impossible to ignore spilled blood. when malnourished, it’s difficult to do much of anything, just moving around/keeping up conversation is a chore, let alone being a vampire. if a vampire is wounded while hungry, it will not heal until they feed, which will then cause it to heal at an accelerated rate. if unfed long enough a vampire could be so out of it that they can’t bring themselves to drink more and they become sort of a husk, but this takes a LONG time, since vampires don’t need to feed as much as humans (probably once a week??). vampires can eat human food but it doesn’t do much for them other than exist kinda

also idk if they can turn into bats like i want them to so bad bc aw but like it doesn’t make crazy sense? but also realism doesn’t matter these r fake gay people... we shall see...

okay this post is so long def gonna have to get into character specifications in a diff one omg

werewolves! okay werewolves r kinda crazy. part of these rules are inspired by @dxringred ‘s werewolf!robin au (which u should absolutely check out if u haven’t its one of the reasons i love this site so much) mainly bc i entirely agree that lycanthropy should be a curse!! but it’s not as heartbreaking bc even i can’t write that many ouch moments. basically, full moon changes werewolves into MASSIVE wolves and i mean massive like yeah twilight wolf type stuff like they r giant, strong, and very much wild animals. unlike their au though there’s not like an insane bloodlust/need to kill murder destroy, they just run entirely on instinct. in my mind these werewolves don’t think clearly, but they’re still themselves to some degree, like they still love the people they love, but they also superhate the people they hate. they don’t listen to any sort of commands, are reckless, fiercely protective and territorial, and do what they want, which is sometimes maiming people who make them angry <3 they’re also very likely to get themselves hurt as they don’t do things like look both ways before they cross the street. on the change, it hurts like a bitch and when they change back they get something of a wicked hangover, it’s a very uncomfortable and vulnerable state.

im kinda doing this entry in reverse but in normal every day lives werewolves have a few abilities, which shift in strength depending on the moon phases. during the day all of these abilities are weaker, but the closer to the full moon one is, the stronger they are. werewolves in their normal form have enhanced senses/strength/speed, which are very faint near the new moon but genuinely useful near the full moon. werewolves are very fast healers and can recover from a lot. werewolves are supernaturally intimidating, able to make themselves look bigger and meaner and scarier at will. they run hotter than normal people, and have supernatural resistance to all sorts of harsh climates and temperatures (yeah robin gives nancy her jacket in this au all the time so what). they can track people who’s scents they’re familiar with and can note changes in emotion in scents (like fear). and YEAH, they’re tall and strong, bc werewolves r awesome and r sex appeal incarnate. weakness wise there’s also silver, which burns the skin and makes it much harder for them to regenerate from wounds, they supernaturally lack impulse control (robin absolutely decks people in this au against her better judgement sometimes), and a lot of them deal with chronic pain from the shift every month, which the human (sorta) body is not meant to go through. (okay small character insert nancy absolutely uses her cold hands to help robin the day after the full moon, sometimes just placing her cool hands over robin’s eyes when she’s dealing with a migraine.) say it w me now, these r curses!!! most of the time they r not fun.

DMC OC WEEK: Day 5

mori (again) because azrael doesn’t technically have any weapons of his own. who knows, might make a part 2 with him

Weapon(s)

Mori has 2 main weapons he uses. One being his tantōs he made himself and his revolver.

his revolver (named Raijin) is like. it’s not particularly special? it’s like… yknow, your standard Able-To-Kill-A-Demon gun. he doesn’t need bullets for it either. charge shots maybe? who knows. he does do the thing where you just manifest bullets in there because ammo is for losers

next up would be the two tantōs he has— they’re made from his old Durandal— he made them while being away from RedGrave after the whole “almost disemboweled” thing happened; he did it mostly by himself, getting help with the actual crafting from one of the many people he met during his travels. the tantōs have something similar to the combustion engine of his old sword, albeit smaller and made to work properly in a much smaller blade. its kind of like the high frequency blades from MGR:R (mgs in general but shhh)— instead of just combusting, the blades move at very high vibrating frequencies. they also have a small clip on the bottom of both the handles, which ill explain further with the next weapon

polearm — the pole arm is created by mori clipping the tantōs together at the bases and revving the handles, which makes the handles extend into the polearm. this spring-like mechanism comes in handy when he jams them into something’s mouth and extends the handle. its also just cool. it does the same things as the tantōs separately, but also the handle is surprisingly sturdy. he can also break it in half for two little spear things. its less effective then the pole arm or the tantōs so he doesn’t do it much though.

not ALL of his weapons have names, mostly because i couldn’t think of one. he does have 1 other weapon but he doesn’t have it yet — and that weapon is a tachi

i forgot his tachi LMAOOO

the tachi, which is named Watatsumi (after the dragon in Japanese mythology), is basically the devil-arm Mori inherited from his demonic parent (fun fact about that fella, literally did not give them a gender so refer to them however ); the Watatsumi is a watered down version of the Kuzuryū. it holds similar abilities to the Kuzuryū, mostly in the electricity/lightning bit. im not ENTIRELY sure on what the Kuzuryū can do ngl? 😭 like somethin… somethin weather related probably.

also it has a dragon in it. might name it Rōnin

it does give him tattoos and there is a specific design but i have barely conceptualized it yet

Abilities

aside from the standard self-healing thing, mori can’t actually do much. probably because he’s barely interacted with the demonic half of himself like. at all.

he’s able to sense other demons, hybrids, and humans — though he can only do it when they’re decently close to him (obviously he looks at a riot he’s gonna know it’s a riot but i mean with demons like Trish)

the gun thing. infinite bullet.

Job/Work

Mori works as a devil hunter, though he has dabbled in working as a mechanic from time to time. Before rejoining Dante at Devil May Cry, he just went around on his bike helping people out. He never stayed in one place too long and was essentially homeless.

DT Transformation

I’m gonna be real— have not designed this yet. I do have a vague idea of it though. Mori gets considerably taller (probably 6’6 or 6’7) and gains more draconic looking attributes similar to Rōnin. Horn’s, scales, talons, teeth, tail, it’s a whole thing. he also gets his cool sword when he does it for the first time.

Unusual Outfit

Mori owns a lot of weird clothes. He thrifts a lot. An “unusual” outfit would be him wearing anything that wasn’t his copious amount of leather clothing. So like… 70s-80s era fashion. Or a Hawaiian shirt and cargo shorts no in between you cannot win with this man.

Hobbies/Activities

Aside from aforementioned mechanical work, Mori can play both guitar and drums. He enjoys reading (like a nerd) and doesn’t have many hobbies aside from that. He’s able to occupy himself pretty easily.

aside from the fact that our man has been on what seems a year long mission to completely ruin and wreck us from the inside out (yes please jk, but also hajifuckingma! let me breathe damnit) - with the added real life events this week, it’s safe to say this chapter of pg hit a little extra. and in a few more specific 👁🫦👁 places. the tension, the longing, the dual sided frustration. just a whole fucking chef’s kiss, through and through. i mean the whole “if i had a soul it would already be yours” ?! SHUT THE FRONT AND BACK DOOR THIS INSTANT! how darest his suave, sexy self say that shit and not expect us to just combust. who speaks like that? who says that??? bitch, i have a soul. here’s mine. fucking take it! 😮‍💨🥵

also, on a separate note, i must say that i very much love my yoomfie babie in this. idk why others are being so sus about him. the only slightly sus thing is that he clearly knows a great deal about vamps and hasn’t outright disclosed that to oc… but his actions only show how much he truly cares about oc and clearly has feelings for her. the sus person imo is ocs mom - something of which yoongi himself touches on with the whole paranoid comment regarding her thorn tea. i originally thought he himself was a vamp, but his comments this chap negated that. i think he is possibly an ally of sorts to the vamp world, certainly to his roomie bc based on chapter dialogue sope definitely be swapping them haemoglobin - 👀 i see you girl. i suspect he got into it bc of his previous job and it’s most likely the reason he switched to his current. i think there’s an interesting backstory there - possibly some malpractice regarding someone he cared for (human or vamp or both) and that drove his passion to veer paths. i think he knows of jk and his role in the community and that he’s one of the usually more dangerous ones. he prob knows about ocs blood, ain’t no way hobi hasn’t smelled it and said something about it. i think maybe he sees the person he cared for in oc and that sparks his interest and want/need to protect. i truly think he’s coming from a good place and who knows, might end up being an overall ally to not just oc. i don’t think he’s the big bad in this one. not in the slightest.

and that’s that for now bc i’ve already written you a short novel synopsis at this point 🥴
