For real tho, SNW LEGIT was made for me. Like, I've wanted an upgraded image of TOS since I was a teen, but AOS didn't do it for me.

I wanted more characters set in that time period (but ideally TOS characters), learn more of that time period (the legendary golden age! Made all the more legendary because the filming was just astonishingly different from the other treks), and how the characters would interact with upgraded graphics, and socialization, and general upgrades in film and acting.

As a person who's watched tons of 60s shows, there is an audible difference in how actors spoke their lines, how much value their facial expressions were given. And DONT get me started on kid actors in older films. They were insufferable (not their fault - I do not know what they were doing with those mics - but they freaking hurt to listen to) and behaviors were obnoxious all across the industry. Too direct, too simple, less allowances for deep character introspection.

And NOW, they gave me a time travel episode where people in TNG+ era get to meet their heroes??? AND I get a musical episode??? I LOVE MUSICAL EPISODES. This show is also just hilarious? I've laughed out loud so many times.
