#if your regular sleep med of choice is Benadryl I’m afraid of you #Idek what my answer is though??? probably melatonin. it helps a lot when I need to fix my sleep schedule #sleep soundly <3333 #I also sometimes take ashwaganda if it’s not too expensive or is mixed w other stuff. and drink sleepy teas but not necessarily JUST tosleep #I was on olanzapine and that helped my sleep a lot (at the cost of eventually making me feel so so tired during the day) #anyways you must tell me
