I LOVE the Addams family and Twisted Wonderland, so mashing them together just feels right to me.

For @sandbees and @rottenlimepudding for their Yuu Addams headcannons.

(This is more of my own headcannons then an actual story. More below the cut 👇)

Wednesday wakes up to find herself in a coffin, much to her delight. Perhaps Pugsley has finally bested her and buried her alive. What fun! She is proud of her brother. Unfortunately, the noise outside the coffin is making it difficult for her to enjoy it.

Grim opens the coffin to find her awake and Wednesday politely asks that he close the lid and let her enjoy her time in the coffin. Grim is shocked for a moment, but recovers and demands her robes.

Wednesday is a bit taken aback by his request for her to decloth herself and she looks down at her attire. Sure enough, her simple black dress has been changed into a robe with ornate details and an under outfit consisting of a black dress shirt and black slacks. Wednesday finds this a bit odd as she doesn't remember changing her clothes.

Grim opens another coffin nearby and her brother, Pugsley, pops out. Wednesday is surprised by this and so is Pugsley. The two converse for a bit about their new found predicament, questioning who could have done this to them. Grim shouts at them for ignoring him and runs away when he hears voices nearby.

Wednesday decides to follow the cat monster since he seems to know something. She follows him for a bit before they run into Headmaster Crowley, who questions why she is out of her Gate so quickly. Wednesday is perplexed by his statement and questions him, only to be ignored and led back to the Mirror Chamber where she left Pugsley.

The dorm heads are surprised by her appearance, but Crowley proceeds with the sorting ceremony. When the Mirror can't sort either of them or send them home, Crowley is left with no choice but to let the siblings stay in the Ramshackle dorm.

The siblings are immediately taken with their new accommodations, praising everything, from the broken floorboards to the cobwebs and even the Happy Haunts. Crowley is a bit perplexed by their behavior, but lets it go. He makes a deal with the siblings that they can be the groundkeepers while he finds a way to send them home.

And thus begins the Addams Siblings Adventures in Twisted Wonderland.

Wednesday Addams

The eldest Addams sibling, she is smart, cunning, and apathetic, with a penchant for doing very odd scientific experiments. She is fascinated by death and has a large variety of pets back home, including a lion named Kitty Kat, an octopus named Socrates, and a spider named Homer. She is an expert marksman, martial artist, and even experiences psychic visions from time to time. She enjoys experimenting on her brother, Pugsley, who will gladly partakes as her test subject.

Her relationship with many of her classmates is just as strange as she is. Many of the students have a respect for her, since she can easily kick their buts in any category.

🕸️Ramshackle

Grim - she finds him annoying and will more often than not leave him Pugsley's care, since they get along better. She does find his caring side endearing, especially after dealing with the more troubling situations she finds herself in.

The Happy Haunts - she finds their company joyful and likes to listen to their stories of when they were alive, and especially the stories of their deaths.

❣️Heartslabyul

Riddle - they have respect for one another as students and often have deep and meaningful conversations about the books they like to read. Riddle also likes her because she helps him hide from Floyd when he's being annoying.

Ace - they do not get along. They fight a lot and have a lot of different opinions on things.

Deuce - she gets along better with Deuce than Ace. She does, however, dislike his apparent like of a brain.

Trey - he treats her like a little sister, often giving her sweets to taste test when she visits Heartslabyul to talk with Riddle.

Cater - she dislikes him taking pictures of her without her express permission, and has even threatened to break his phone on more than one occasion.

🦁Savanclaw

Leona - the first time a Savanaclaw student tried to mess with her and her brother, she easily beat them up and since then, the whole dorm have kept a clear distance of them. Leona respects her for her strength, but finds her friendship with a certain hunter strange.

Jack - they don't spend a lot of time together due to their different interests, but they like to study together. He reminds her a bit of her friend from her old school.

Ruggie - she finds him interesting and thinks he would be better off without Leona. He respects her strength but likes to keep a clear distance from her like the rest of the dorm.

🐙Octavinelle

Azul - she likes him because he reminds her of her pet octopus, Socrates. She'll offer him the same treats that Socrates likes and even refer to him as Socrates from time to time without realizing it.

Jade - they have a shared interest in mushrooms. They especially like to talk about the more poisonous ones.

Floyd - she greatly dislikes him due to his loud and frankly boorish nature. His nickname for her is Frilled Shark.

🪔Scarabia

Kalim - she finds his need to drag her to one of his parties annoying but does have a bit of a soft side for his naivete. She thinks he needs to experience the hardships in life so that he can grow properly.

Jamil - they have a great respect for each other academically, but she thinks he would be better off without Kalim holding him back all the time.

🍎Pomefiore

Vil - while she does understand the need to take of oneself is great, she dislikes his, frankly, extreme views on beauty.

Epel - she thinks his country accent is somewhat cute and lets him speak naturally around her, since she thinks one should not hide themselves behind a mask.

Rook - their relationship is perhaps the strangest of all. When she found out he was following her around campus, she took her crossbow and shot at him in front of everyone! She warned him that there would be consequences if he kept doing it. Rook was delighted by her marksmanship and thus they started a friendly competition to see who can shoot the closest without killing the other. He refers to her as Mademoiselle Noir.

💀Ignihyde

Idia - a dorm based around death? You have instantly won her friendship. Idia could be less than pleased to see her wandering around the dorm, but she says that she likes it so who is he to argue? Plus, he's more than a little scared of her.

Ortho - he's so happy that his brother has found a friend! Kind of? She likes to ask Ortho questions about his gears and he likes to hear her stories about her family.

🛞Diasomnia

Malleus - he thinks her fascination with the dark side of the world is adorable and is more than happy to answer her questions about the different types of fey in Twisted Wonderland.

Lilia - he sees her as an daughter and will pop by the Ramshackle dorm every so often to make sure the siblings are okay.

Sebek - AN INSOLENT HUMAN ACTING CLOSE TO LORD MALLEUS? THIS CANNOT STAND! She thinks he is loud and annoying.

Silver - he sees her in a sisterly light, though he does find her darker tendences more than a littler concerning. She finds it strange that he falls asleep all the time.

📚NRC Staff

The staff have all tried to confiscate her crossbow before, but she keeps getting it back somehow, so they've given up after a while.

They all look after the siblings and check on them to make sure they are okay. Well, Crewel, Trein, Vargas, and Sam do. Crowley is always off doing his "headmaster duties" as he puts it.

Crewel things her interest with poisons is fascinating and lets her experiment in the lab after classes are over. Supervised of course.

Trein finds her company pleasant and they often talk about history and books together.

Vargas tries to get her to do more outdoor activities, but she always tries to find a way to get out of it.

The siblings think Sam may be a long lost member of their family. They love to visit his store and he has even showed them his family's collection of cursed items.

⚔️RSA

The siblings don't really care for the school's rivalry. They go to the events to cheer on their friends. In their own special way of course ;)

Ambrose the 63rd - they haven't really interacted very much, but she does hold respect for him as an educator and as a headmaster.

Neige - unlike Kalim, she finds his apparent naivete a tad bit annoying and wonders if he just putting on an act.

Chenya - she isn't really bothered by the cat beastman's antics, but dislikes when he decides to make her his target.

The Dwarves - she finds them cute, to a certain degree.

Pugsley Addams

The younger of the two Addams siblings, he is a bit on the dim side, but does have an interest in engineering . He and sister are close and he is a willing participant in her experiments.

Most of the student body is shocked by their relationship. With all their talks of sword fighting, electric chairs, and eating poisonous mushrooms, one would think they are trying to kill each other! They have reassured everyone that it is simply a family tradition.

Floyd calls him Pelican Eel and Rook calls him Monsieur Conoissuer.

Enid Sinclair

Wednesday's friend and roommate from her old school. Enid is the exact opposite of Wednesday; she adores bright colors and is kind and caring. She is very friendly towards Wednesday's new classmates, despite their school's rivalry. She is protective of Wednesday, even though she knows that Wednesday can protect herself. Everyone was shocked to learn about her werewolf form.

Floyd refers to her as Wolf Fish and Rook calls her Mademoiselle Loup.

HIHI AJJJJ!!! Thanks for the ask! I would love too omg I was actually working on an art piece of paw!! (And also a few fanfics). Prepare, you are in for a ride

SO BASICALLY, Bo was an anthropomorphic kitty cat who was born to a family of humans sometime in the 50s maybe. He grew up as a female cat, but when he was about 13 he realized he was happier using masculine terms to describe himself, but for a while only his family knew.

Their dream was to be a cartoonist for the Itchy and Scratchy show, but he knew he would be denied because of his identity, so he resorted to working at the Springfield Power Plant as a janitor.

That’s where he met Homer. He and Homer bonded over their shared hate for their jobs and Mr. Burns, and found that they had a few things in common personality wise.

Bo started coming over Homer’s house and he got along very well with the kids, and Marge too.

Over the months, Bo, Homer, and Marge grew closer. Sometimes Marge and Homer even let Bo third wheel their dates. Bo began to catch feelings for them, and he hated himself for it because he knew that relationships like that were greatly frowned upon at the time and they would never like him back. :[

Finally, one fateful night, about a year into their friendship, Bo decided to confess his feelings anyway so he could finally get them off his chest.

The three were sitting and looking at the stars at the park together when Bo confessed, and, much to his surprise, Homer and Marge gleefully reciprocated his feelings, and they got together. ^^

Seven and a half years later, Bo now lives with Homer and Marge, and they all love each other very much. Marge and Homer have Maggie, and they let Bo be the secret third parent for her.

Personality wise, I would say Bo is a cheerful fellow, who is also very spunky. He’s kinda like Homer in the fact that he loves to eat a lot, but he’s also kinda a softie, he cares so deeply about those around him, especially his partners and (step) children and he cries easily. He’s autistic, and he loves to do art and watch theatre! Sometimes he’ll do cat-like things, since he is a cat, like growl, purr, hiss, swat at things, and even walk on all fours if absolutely necessary.

Anyway that’s about it for now, Obviously, there’s WAYYY more depth to the whole thing than just that, but that is the baseline! I’m definitely going to write and draw about him a lot :D I also have some angst ideas for him, that I have not shared in this post but I will in fact write about in the future, as well as ideas for how he might play into certain episodes >:]

Puppies/Kittens

Enid estaba profundamente dormida, sin embargo, sintió que una lengua húmeda lamía su mejilla izquierda, intentó darse la vuelta para evitarlo, no lo consiguió, porque unos dientes mordían la mano que ocultaba su cara, por último un ladrido hizo que finalmente se despertara.

—Ya, ya… estoy despierta — Acarició la cabeza del Golden Retriever de casi dos años. El regalo del quinto aniversario de matrimonio por parte de Wednesday. Enid se sorprendió cuando regresaron de su viaje y Wednesday le dijo que tenía que ir un momento a la casa de sus padres, lo que era una total mentira. Había adoptado hace días al cachorro y solo fue a buscarlo al refugio. Wednesday le dijo que ya era de tener una mascota, ambas tenían cuando eran niñas. Enid le contó de su fascinación por los perros y le contó algunas anécdotas de ellos, por su parte Wednesday le contó de su Kitty Kat, un león, del pulpo de su hermano, Aristotle, Homer una araña y finalmente de su escorpión Nero y cómo fue que lo entrenó, porque su triste final ya lo sabía.

Su mascota le ladró para llamar su atención.

— Contento Polux, ya me levanté — El perro volvió a ladrar y mover la cola.

Enid agarró su teléfono para ver la hora, eran las 7:04 a.m. — Es muy temprano para despertarme en mi día libre. — Le habló a Polux. El perro estaba sentado mirándola.

—Solo me pongo mi bata y salimos al patio — El perro nunca se acostumbró a dormir en el patio, tenía una casa, pero Enid al sentir que rasguñaba la puerta cuando era un cachorro, le pidió a Wednesday si lo dejaba dormir dentro solo por esa noche. Wednesday le advirtió que si lo hacía, no dormiría nunca en el patio. La única condición fue que se quedara fuera del dormitorio. A partir de esa noche, Polux dormiría en el sofá.

Enid reconoce que fue bastante fácil enseñarle algunos trucos y generalmente era obediente, pero sufrió algunos daños en sus calcetines cuando todavía era un cachorro. Ahora le lanzaba la pelota de tenis y Polux la traía siempre y la dejaba en el suelo, primero se cansaba ella que su mascota.

—Mucho ejercicio a esta hora— Enid le hizo una seña para que entraran y le dio una galleta, ella solo se preparó un café, pretendía volver a acostarse, su esposa llegaría hasta la media noche, tenía turno doble.

Enid volvió a acostarse y Polux la acompañó.

—Recuerda que es un secreto entre nosotros — Enid le hizo una señal para que subiera a la cama. Minutos después ambos se durmieron.

Enid se despertó por segunda vez, por el sonido de su teléfono, una llamada spam.

—Vamos Polux ahora sí es hora de levantarse — El perro también se despertó por el sonido, se sacudió y se bajó de la cama. Enid le abrió la puerta para que estuviera en el patio, ella se iría a bañar y todavía no se decidía si pasar su día libre viendo las series que tenía pendientes o pasear en el centro comercial. Lo único que estaba segura era de que su mañana estaba destinada para Polux, paseando en el parque.

Enid después de desayunar, agarró su teléfono y las llaves de su casa. El parque estaba cerca, se irían caminando. Cuando llegaron hasta la entrada, Enid le quitó la correa a Polux para que corriera, estaba acostumbrado y si Enid silbaba él venía de inmediato, hasta el momento no han tenido ningún incidente.

Enid se sentó en una de las bancas, cerca de un árbol. Viendo que jugaba con otros perros, sacó el teléfono del bolsillo de su chaqueta, le enviaría un mensaje a su esposa, con suerte le contestaría 3 horas después.

Enid perdió tiempo actualizando sus redes sociales, de vez en cuando miraba donde estaba Polux, el perro pareciera estar feliz corriendo, así que se quedaría un rato más, no le gustaba estar tanto tiempo sola en casa.

Enid tuvo que moverse hacia la derecha para dejarle espacio a la mujer que se sentó junto a ella y que llevaba un coche con un bebé. Fingió que estaba ocupada con su teléfono cuando la madre sacó a su bebé del coche para tomarlo entre sus brazos, el bebé estaba llorando y la madre lo calmaba meciéndolo y hablándole dulcemente. Sin embargo, el bebé solo tenía hambre. Enid miró hacia adelante, no quería entrometerse en un momento tan íntimo entre una madre y un hijo.

Enid si tenía que ser sincera consigo misma, hace años se hubiera convertido en madre, sin embargo, siempre tuvo sus dudas al respecto, si sería una buena madre, no tenía el mejor ejemplo a seguir, además que era un tema que hace años no lo conversaba con su esposa.

Recuerda que en esa ocasión Wednesday solo le pidió algo de tiempo para pensarlo. Mientras Enid le había dado ese tiempo, ella investigó todo acerca de los procedimientos actuales para que dos mujeres pudieran concebir. Wednesday nunca le respondió. Enid tomó eso como una respuesta desfavorable, así que ese deseo quedó enterrado en algún lugar de su alma.

Enid se levantó de la banca y fue a buscar a Polux, su estado de ánimo cambió solo quería ir hasta su casa y olvidar este sentimiento viendo algunas de sus series favoritas. Polux cuando se acercó a ella le movió la cola y le ladró. Enid le dio una media sonrisa.

Enid se preparó solo ensaladas para su almuerzo, Polux tuvo su ración de alimentos y acompañó a su dueña. Enid estaba terminando de almorzar cuando su teléfono sonó, era un mensaje de texto, de inmediato lo leyó.

Enid se alegró de recibir ese mensaje de su esposa, al menos en esta ocasión no le mandó ninguna fotografía de su lugar de trabajo, no después que vio aquel mensaje cuando estaba trabajando y el grito que dio sorprendió a sus compañeros y molestó a su jefe.

Enid escribió un breve texto siempre acompañados por emoticones. También aprovechó para revisar sus otros chats. Hace tiempo que no le escribía a su amiga Yoko, era hora de ponerse al día.

Enid finalmente se quedó en la casa, vio una película que le recomendó Yoko cuando le preguntó que haría en su día libre. Una vez más le haría caso, solo esperaba que no tuviera demasiadas escenas sangrientas.

Polux se subió al sofá para acompañar a Enid, pero esencialmente para dormir. Enid lo fotografió y la subió de inmediato a su aplicación favorita, de inmediato recibió “corazones” de sus amigos. Bloqueó la pantalla de su teléfono y le dio play al control de su televisor, la película comenzó de inmediato.

Enid casi al final de la película se quedó dormida y tuvo algunos sueños extraños, porque cuando despertó aun tenía un recuerdo de una escena en particular. Estiró sus brazos hacia arriba y vio que su televisor mostraba la página principal de su servicio de streaming, agarró el control y la apagó. Miró hacia su derecha y Polux seguía durmiendo, se levantó con cuidado y fue hasta la cocina, le dio hambre así que esta vez cocinaría algo que incluyera alguna proteína.

Terminó su cena acompañada por una de sus listas de reproducción de su teléfono, Polux solo se despertó para pedir comida. Enid volvió al sofá para revisar las fotografías del viaje a Jericó de su aniversario en su tablet.

— Nunca pensé que podríamos entrar a nuestra habitación — Enid le habló a Polux, él se había vuelto a subir al sofá.

Su ventana circular seguía manteniendo la mitad con colores del arcoíris, la otra mitad solo tenía algunos autoadhesivos. Enid le pidió a su esposa si podían tomarse una foto delante de esa ventana, Wednesday aceptó y una de las estudiantes que ahora residía en esa habitación fue la encargada de fotografiarlas.

Enid revisó casi por completó casi las 100 fotos que se tomaron en ese viaje, realmente fue inolvidable.

—Sería divertido que pudiéramos ir en 10 años más — Enid volvió a expresar sus pensamientos en voz alta. Ese hábito se acentúo con la llegada de Polux, al menos tenía una excusa para hablar sola.

Enid acarició la cabeza de Polux después que terminó de ver las fotos, vio la hora en su reloj de pulsera.

—Solo queda una hora más para que regrese Willa — Le habló directamente a Polux, el perro le contestó con un ladrido.

El sonido de una llave girando la cerradura, hizo que Enid mirara en dirección a la puerta principal, de inmediato corrió hacia ese lugar, acompañada por Polux.

—WILLA — Enid besó a su esposa.

—Mon amor — Wednesday la saludó después de ese beso de bienvenida.

—No te esperaba tan temprano— Ambas fueron caminando hasta la sala de estar. Wednesday saludó a Polux acariciando su cabeza, antes de sentarse en el sofá, fue al baño y se lavó las manos.

—Los estudiantes que están en sus prácticas, son más eficientes de lo que pensaba. — Le respondió cuando se sentó junto a su esposa.

—No sabía que alguien elegiría estar en una morgue un sábado.

—Solo los que siguen esta especialidad — Enid subió su brazo derecho para abrazar a su esposa, Wednesday apoyó su cabeza en el pecho de Enid.

—Estoy feliz que tengas buenos estudiantes. — Enid casi siempre escuchaba los reclamos de Enid hacia sus estudiantes cuando llegaba a su casa.

—Yo también — Wednesday apenas terminaba sus turnos volvía a casa, sabía que su esposa odiaba estar sola. Aunque tenga como compañía a Polux.

Se quedaron un rato más así disfrutando de esa posición en el sofá, Wednesday fue la que rompió el silencio.

—Mañana ¿tienes algún plan?

—No, nada ¿por qué?

—Debo ir a casa de mis padres.

—¿Pasó algo? — Enid preguntó preocupada.

—No, solo debo recoger un encargo. — Contestó sin revelar la razón principal.

—Espero que no sea ningún animal disecado o peor aún, un animal muerto que quieras diseccionar.

—Nada de eso, prometí que en nuestra casa no habría animales muertos y he cumplido mi palabra.

—Bueno… sí…. — Enid agradecía que Wednesday siempre cumpliera sus promesas. — Supongo que no me dirás.

—No, deseo que sea sorpresa— Wednesday besó a su esposa y sujetó su mano, si seguía en ese cómodo abrazo se quedaría dormida y ella tenía otros planes para esta noche.

Ese domingo se levantaron temprano, el trayecto era de varias horas y Wednesday quería llegar a la mansión lo antes posible. Al mediodía, ya estaba estacionando su auto en la entrada de la casa, como siempre Polux fue el primero en bajarse del auto y corrió hacia el bosque, estaba acostumbrado al lugar, ya no se perdía.

Lurch fue quien las recibió en la entrada de la casa y les informó que sus padres estaban en el invernadero.

—Mis niñas — Gómez las saludo con alegría.

—Papá— Dijeron al unísono. Enid desde el día de su boda que llamaba así a Gómez.

Morticia las saludó con un abrazo — ¿Cómo estuvo su viaje? — Preguntó después de darle a cada una un beso en la frente.

—Bien, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente — Wednesday se sentó en una de las sillas que acompañaba a la mesa rectangular, Enid se sentó a su lado y Morticia terminó de alimentar a Cleopatra.

—¿La abuela? — Wednesday preguntó al no verla.

—Ya viene, estaba terminando unos últimos detalles.

—¿Está la abuela? — Preguntó Enid, rara vez tenía la ocasión de verla en la mansión.

—Sí llegó hace dos días — Morticia le respondió.

En ese momento vieron que entraba en el invernadero Eudora Addams.

Wednesday y Enid fueron a saludarla afectuosamente.

—Niñas— Eudora tenía en sus manos un frasco de vidrio con una etiqueta blanca.

— ¿Qué es eso? — Preguntó Enid cuando todos tomaron asiento. Eudora dejó el frasco en medio de la mesa.

—Un regalo especial de mi parte.

Enid miró a Wednesday — ¿Este es el encargo que venías a recoger?

—Sí, es para las dos — Wednesday estaba a punto de revelar lo que contenía el misterioso frasco.

—¿Para nosotras? — Preguntó con extrañeza.

—Veo que no seguiste mi consejo, querida Wednesday — Morticia le habló a su hija.

—No, no era el momento, no quería arruinar su ilusión.

—Esperen, creo que están hablando en código y no entiendo — Enid interrumpió esa enigmática conversación.

— Podrías decir que sí mon amour — Wednesday sujetó las manos de su esposa.

— Mi pequeña trampa mortal, no sigas torturando a tu esposa, creo que es tiempo que sepa, lo que has ocultado por años.

—¿AÑOS? — Enid gritó.

— Sí, serán casi 7 años que estaba preparando esta sorpresa. — Wednesday comenzó a revelar su secreto.

— ¡TANTO TIEMPO! — Enid seguía asombrada por ser incapaz de averiguar el secreto que le mantuvo oculta su esposa.

—Sí, hay una explicación, espero que no te molestes, por mantenerte al margen — Wednesday hizo una breve pausa — Dime Enid, ¿cuál es tu mayor deseo? — Wednesday la llamó por su nombre, así que Enid supo de inmediato que era un asunto serio.

—Casarme contigo — Respondió de inmediato.

—Eso lo sabemos todos los que estamos aquí presente, sin embargo, tienes otro anhelo aún más profundo.

Enid lo pensó por algunos instantes — Ser madre — Respondió casi en un susurro.

—Es por eso que con mi madre y la abuela estuvimos averiguando alguna forma de que nos convirtamos en madre sin recurrir a la medicina moderna, porque nuestro hijo no sería 100% de nosotras, tendríamos que recurrir a algún donador. Ya sabes que la abuela es una bruja y sabe encantamientos y preparaciones de pócimas, solo había una que desconocía por completo.

—No puede ser… eso es imposible… — Enid sentía opresión en su pecho.

—Créeme Enid, esta vez estamos segura que será exitosa.

—Puedes decirme ¿por qué estás tan segura?

—Esta será la séptima pócima de prueba, y ya sabes lo que dicen del número 7, que es de buena suerte.

—Pero tú no crees en la suerte — Enid le reprochó.

—Lo sé, sin embargo, presiento que esta vez si funcionará. Porque estos años hemos podido perfeccionar la fórmula. Cuando mi madre encontró el libro, faltaba algunos ingredientes e instrucciones, así que probamos distintas fórmulas. Los ingredientes son escasos, por esa razón solo podíamos prepararla una vez al año.

—¿Cómo sabes que fueron fracasos? —Enid no comprendía muy bien como funcionaba aquella pócima.

—La poción la bebía yo…

—¿Tú? ¿Cuándo?

—Durante mis horas de trabajo, por si presentaba algún síntoma.

—Entiendo, pero ¿cuál era mi participación en esto?

—El efecto de la pócima dura 12 horas, dentro de ese tiempo deberíamos tener sexo y yo sería la encargada de llevar a nuestro hijo en mi vientre — Wednesday con esta explicación hizo sonrojar a Enid.

—¡Oh!, vaya… — Enid no sabía que decir.

—Realmente siento haber ocultado esto, pero no deseaba ver tu cara de desilusión al saber que habíamos fallado en nuestros intentos.

—Yo, solo puedo decir que me siento la mujer más afortunada y que te amo profundamente — Enid abrazo fuertemente a Wednesday.

—También te amo, haría todo lo que este a mi alcance para hacerte feliz. — Wednesday limpió las lágrimas de las mejillas de Enid.

—Admiro tu valentía al vivir sola estos momentos donde supiste que la poción no tuvo éxito.

—Eso no es nada, siempre habría una próxima vez.

—Supongo que los test de embarazo no lo hacías en casa.

—No, los hice en el trabajo— Wednesday esos días, se encerraba en su oficina e intentaba que su rostro no reflejara su decepción, para que su esposa no sospechara.

Enid no le importaba que estuvieran los padres y la abuela de Wednesday, ella besaría a su esposa.

—Supongo que esperaremos a llegar a casa — Enid seguía sonrojada.

—Sí — Respondió simplemente Wednesday.

Ese día las conversaciones giraron en torno al tema del posible embarazo y de las 7 preparaciones de las pócimas. Cuando anocheció, Wednesday y Enid se despidieron, mañana tendrían que levantarse temprano y bueno en la noche tendrían que iniciar el proceso de un posible embarazo.

Los siguientes días no hablaron del tema entre ellas, pero ese pensamiento de saber si se convertirían en madres estaba presente en la mayor parte del día. Esos días se convirtieron en semanas y esas semanas en el mes que tendrían que esperar para que Wednesday se hiciera el test, ese día al fin había llegado.

—Ahora debemos esperar unos minutos — Wednesday que ya era su séptima ocasión de esperar a que aparecieran las barras azules, le explicó calmadamente a su esposa.

Enid solo asintió con la cabeza, esta demasiado nerviosa para hablar.

Wednesday vio la hora en su teléfono, se había cumplido el tiempo de espera, sin evidenciar en su rostro el resultado, le entregó el test a Enid para que lo averiguara.

—¿Es cierto? — Enid preguntó nerviosamente.

—Sí — Wednesday sonrió tan genuina y felizmente que aparecieron los hoyuelos en sus mejillas. Enid abrazó y besó a su esposa.

Cuando se volvieron a mirar en los ojos Enid estaba llorando y Wednesday también, pero sabían que eran lágrimas de felicidad.

Los siguientes meses Wednesday presentó las típicas nauseas matutinas hasta el término del primer trimestre del embarazo. Ahora en su sexto mes, ya era notoria su figura de embarazada.

Un día cuando regresaban a su casa después de visitar a Yoko y Divina y planificar el baby shower, Wednesday le preguntó a su esposa que no tenía sentido, que estaba segura que sería una niña. Enid le preguntó si había tenido una visión, Wednesday le respondió que no, solo era un hecho científico que solo cromosomas X estaban involucrados en su embarazo. Enid le respondió que era una buena oportunidad de reunir a sus amigos.

Enid era la conductora oficial. Detuvo el auto y rápidamente le abrió la puerta y ayudó a bajar a su esposa. Cuando se acercaban a su puerta vieron una sombra acompañados de pequeños ruidos.

—Oh, por dios — Enid agarró al gatito en sus manos.

—No puedo creer que se deshagan de este pequeño. De seguro pensaron que les daría mala suerte. — Enid dijo aquello con molestia, porque piensa que todavía hay gente que asocia a los gatos negros con la mala suerte.

—No podemos dejarlo afuera…

—Claro que no, el pobre no sobreviviría. — Wednesday abrió la puerta de su casa y Polux las saludo meneando la cola alegremente.

—Buen chico— Wednesday acarició su cabeza.

Enid fue a buscar algunas mantas y buscando algo que sirviera como biberón, era tarde y no deseaba dejar sola a su esposa.

—Mon amour, solo te pido que no lo llames, con el típico nombre para gatos negros.

—¿Salem?, me parece tan apropiado. — Enid lo estaba alimentando mientras lo tenía en su regazo.

—Sí, sé que puedes ser más original — Wednesday ya tenía al menos 5 nombres para el gatito.

—A ver, déjame pensar… — Wednesday le dio todo el tiempo mientras el gatito bebía la leche. —Creo que lo tengo.

—¿Cómo se llamará? — Wednesday acariciaba a Polux que estaba interesado en el nuevo integrante de la familia.

—13, ¿qué te parece?

—No estoy del todo convencida — Wednesday encontraba original el nombre.

—Bueno cuando lo llevemos al veterinario, habré encontrado un mejor nombre — Enid buscaría esa noche por internet nombres de gatitos.

—Espero que para nuestra hija tengas mejores nombres— Wednesday bromeó

—Tengo toda una hoja con posibles nombres — Enid desde que supo que había sido un éxito la pócima, de inmediato escribió algunos nombres para niña y niño.

—Bien, porque no deseo escuchar que le digas “cachorro” a nuestra hija — Wednesday sonrió, haciéndole entender a Enid que estaba bromeando.

—¡Vamos Willa! Es un apodo divertido. — Enid también sonrió.

Wednesday Addams ni en sus mejores pesadillas o en sus terribles visiones pudo prever que su vida se convertiría en pura felicidad, no cuando su madre le advirtió que el camino del cuervo es solitario. Le faltó agregar que sería así, si es que no encontraba a un lobo llamado Enid que la alejara de la soledad.
