I am so sorry about spamming you with all these asks that aren't exactly asks 😭 that bit about saburo and kuko bonding via him info dumping on kuko is so cute! 😭 love the idea of kuko fitting right in w/ the yamada bros as if he belonged there?? like them playing games together, kuko making delicious food for them + packing jiro his bento in the morning when ichiro has some urgent request to attend to?? ft. ichiro being very much endeared but also confused w/ how domestic this all feels lmao
DOMESTIC ICHIKUU IS MY JAM
kuukou randomly dropping by to hang out with the yamadas????? assisting with their odd jobs???? and then dragging them all out for a break after more laborious jobs???? he habitually rises really early, like at around 3 in the morning, so when kuukou sleeps over, he always gets up to cook the yamadas breakfast??????
ichiro probably hc he has a cute boyfriend puttering around his home lol

Villain Izuku
Reading through the “Villain Izuku”-tag is so weird.
Like, you have a bunch of different approaches:
“The League were the good guys actually” (UwU they’re just misunderstood)
“Society was mean to me, so that means it’s fine if I murder thousands of innocents”
“Izuku is a Super Mastermind and all the crazies among the Villains are totally fine with following his orders, since he gives them Results and would never betray them because he’s so smart and cool”
The useless quirkless kid with no value was kidnapped by the Villains and forced to do Villain-things (instead of them just... you know, recruiting an obviously-useful Villain), but he secretly wants to be a Hero“
“Morally grey means that I can tell everyone that they suck, and they still have to be nice to me, because I’m so cool”
And having a bunch of different types is great, but like... I’m sorry, what?
Izuku is a molotov-cocktail of suppressed rage, and I can easily see him getting in trouble with the law simply because he used lethal force against someone he shouldn’t have (because he considered them a threat, and other people disagreed).
I could see him growing heavily disillusioned with the Hero Industry, and the way that they’re “enforcing the status-quo”, up until he finally snaps and tries to force a revolution.
I can even see him becoming a Vigilante pre-UA, and using enough violence that he falls into the category of “Villain who attacks Villains” rather than being referred to as a “Vigilante”.
Or have him try to reach out to help people through internet-forums until he accidentally creates an organization that’s technically-illegal, and he defends it to the death on behalf of how it lets him help people.
But like... those two sets of “Villain Izuku” don’t have a lot of overlap, do they?
The League is an organization led by an egocentric man-child, and funded by a sadistic monster who thinks that human experimentation is actually totally okay (since he’s the one doing it).
Izuku buckling to the pressure of society and deciding to murder innocents (for the lolz), rather than drag society kicking and screaming through a revolution (with some unfortunate innocent casualties)? Lame.
Setting up Izuku to be BBC’s Moriarty? That kind of character-story was doomed from the start (because it doesn’t make any fucking sense), and trying to follow in BBC’s deranged footsteps isn’t really a good look.
Kidnapping a quirkless kid because they won’t be missed? Sure. Forcing them to do “Villainy”? Nah. Quirkless kids are worthless (everyone knows that) just recruit someone with a properly Villainous-quirk instead. If you just want to write whump, have them rescue him from some kind of sadistic cage-match set-up instead, at least that would give the Villains a good motive to traumatize him (nobody would bet on the quirkless kid, but holy shit look at the violent little bastard go).
And “morally grey means that I’m just better than you people”? Ugh. I get that trying to write an “and our hero swoops in and saves the day”-fic is difficult to do when the problem is a societal one instead of someone trying to punch people in the face, but geez.
It’s just... I really don’t understand this fandom sometimes.

Hi again! thanks for answering! I didn't mean that Harry wasn't damaged, they all were. but I feel like (and I could be wrong) while they were all in the same conditions, they got damaged in varying degrees. and it's not just about mental damage, I don't know how much they got fucked in the head for certain, but they all sure did. I think career damage and image damage are what we can assess as fans, you know? for me Harry benefited the most/suffered the least when it comes to his career and image. Zayn had a promising career, too, and the GP was extremely interested. but then it all went to waste and he decided to stay lowkey which is fine, to each their own. Next is Niall who put on the work after the band to get to where he is today. E.g. got a good team, is promoting himself very strongly, trying his best to be established as a solo artist. And Liam... well. He needs to figure out who he is first. Lastly Louis, and we all know how the band affected him/where he is today. He walked away with a tarnished image as this aggressive party boy who knocked up a one night stand and is always smoking or drinking. His career wasn't handed to him like Harry or Zayn, he didn't suck the dicks of all the powerful men to get his songs out there like Niall, he wasn't easy to mold or manipulate like Liam. He's actually fighting against a system that actively fights against him that's why I think he walked away with the most damage/least benefits.
Hello!
Forgive me for being a little sensitive since I’m the official “That Rad Bitch Sea,” but I’ve written about this a lot on my blog and none of the professional damage to Louis exists in a vacuum.
Remember that Louis’ “party boy, got-a-rando-pregnant, dumb, low-class, smoking drinking internalized homophobia chav” image started when Louis was still in 1D, from 1D publicists like Simon Jones (and Ben Winston) who is still doing the worst publicity for him. From a financial standpoint, isn’t this very strange? Why would 1D want to create a negative image of one of the guys before their last album was released? Wouldn’t it impact their sales?
Isn’t the damage to Louis awfully coincident when 1D’s parent corporation— Sony— had already chosen Harry as their breakout star, but they shared huge group of fans (Larries) believing him to be linked to Louis?
What’s one way to separate “Larry” without hurting Harry? By turning Larries against Louis.
And they did. And Larries gladly helped.
I’d love for you guys to read the links, because it’s all there.
More here.
Still more here.
It’s all ancient history. It’s incredibly sad that fans don’t know the details because Larries and OT5 fans have done a terrific job of washing Harry’s hands clean.

once midam figures out how to work their new tech, they are absolutely playing imessage games.
adams playing on their phone and michael’s playing him back on their ipad.
michael sends battle ships and the word games over and over, as well as checkers, chess and mancala.
adam on the other hand, sends cup pong, basketball, 8 ball, and filler.
they have spirited matches and absolutely slaughter each other in their respective games.
especially michael in battle ships, he wins every game relatively quickly and adam loses bad. adam is convinced he’s cheating but michael is adamant that he isn’t and it’s just basic strategy. (which is true he would never cheat.)
but on the other hand if adam wins for too long michael definitely gets pouty and annoyed at him.
and to add on, they definitely have a group chat with sam where the incessantly send crazy 8’s and take turns winning.
scoreboard is:
sam: 4
adam: 52
michael: 126
and sam hates playing with them because he knows he’ll lose every time, but if he says no adam is like: “come on sam, don’t you want to bond? with me? your brother? that just got out of hell?” and sam cant say no, so he plays like thirty exhausting rounds a day with them.
