" Blondie believes that she will never fit in. she's no social outcast or anything- but when she compares herself to her friends and classmates she begins to feel like a puzzle piece trying to fit into a jenga tower. so she squeezes and bends and rips herself to fit into any tiny crack she can, she desperately curates a perfect persona hiding everything that doesn't fit the mold she has created for herself.

after a drop in her mental health she starts wandering the forests behind her home at night, she knows its risky to go out so late and especially to a place so dangerous- but that's the point. she would never admit this morbid intention, admitting that's what she's doing is something she never wants to do. shes not that kind of person, she doesn't have those kinds of issues- instead she pretends she just wants to feel the cold breeze on her skin, or admire the peaceful quiet the night brings.

on one of these dark nights she finds a girl, she lay bare and unconscious on the ground, her shallow breathing being the only indication she's even alive. blondie quickly wakes the girl, she's heard the dark news stories of young women who get taken to private locations, assaulted and left for dead by their attackers. when the girl comes to, she looks at blondie with confusion. "can you hear me? are you alright? do you need medical attention?" blondie asks, the girl squints "i can hear you, im fine"

"are you sure? you're laying in the forest naked." the girl looks down at herself and around before letting out a hum " do you know how to get to-" her brows furrow "i need to go back to-" a look of distress washes over her. Blondie raises a brow at the weird behavior "i don't think you're fine, did you bash your head or something?" the girl looks to her with tears in her eyes "i cant remember my home, i don't remember who i am or how i got here" "

During a bout of severe depression, Blondie discovers a strange girl in the forest who claims to have lost her memory. the two team up to try to recover the lost memories and help the lost girl get home, but as they search for any clues, the two grow close. blondie learns to see both life and herself in a different way.

meanwhile as they delve deeper into the mystery things only become more strange, with nonexistent answers and constant dead ends, the lost girl starts to worry she may never know the truth or return home.

When a group of inexperienced, and unemployed outcasts take charge and create a secret organization to form a group of young rangers/super soldiers to stop him.

For the founder believes they haven’t “lived up to their promise” and so this project will fulfill their purpose of protecting the Isles. CARESS method for self-harm

i don’t know how to phrase this well, but Lisa Ferentz’s CARESS/CARES model for handling urges to self-harm is the only thing that has legitimately helped me after eight years of struggling with self-harm, so i wanted to share it for anyone who feels misunderstood or misrepresented by the tips that are commonly shared online. 

C.A. - Communicate Alternatively 

sometimes the urge to self-harm comes from a desire to communicate a pain that is extremely difficult to communicate. art is also really good at expressing the inexpressible. you can draw, paint, write, sing, whatever works. i like to show what i’ve made to someone so that they can see in an abstract way what i’m dealing with and the pain doesn’t feel invisible anymore. 

R.E. - Release Endorphins 

the act of self-harm does actually release endorphins and that’s why we find ourselves doing it over and over as a way to escape intense and overwhelming emotions. there are other ways to get those brain chemicals though and to help you find relief from that build up of pressure that sometimes precedes self-harm. you can do sit-ups, jumping jacks, etc. but if that kind of motion isn’t available to you, you can also watch a video that makes you laugh, call a friend, eat your favorite food, whatever. 

S.S. - Self-Soothe 

this is pretty much standard, instagram infographic self-care. massage your neck, listen to music that relaxes you, take a bath, wrap yourself in a heavy blanket and rock back and forth. sometimes when i want to self-harm it comes from a desire to be unkind to myself, so it helps me get out of that spiral to do the opposite of what i want to do. i make myself a cup of tea and listen to my happy music instead of my sad “i wanna make myself feel worse” music. i start off doing it grudgingly but i usually come around eventually.

People these days have found their second source of income or main source of income by converting their residential property into commercial use. This conversion process has some twist and turn.

Things to Consider Before You Convert It:

Before we think of converting land for commercial use, we need to check if the state and local authorities of that area allow us to convert the land. According to the Shop and Establishment Act of the State Government, you will be asked to get a license before you start your business. However, the activities which are exempted from this act are medical or legal practices.

Business activities that are charged at domestic rates only include hostels, food areas, hospitals, educational institutions, libraries, and charitable homes. Rest in other activities will be charged at higher rates.

The point we need to take into consideration when we convert our residential property into commercial property, taxes levied will be of higher rates. Also, you need to check how much area you will be requiring for commercial use as some states have set a limit of up to 30% area of residential land that can be used for commercial purposes. Only if your state and housing society permits you, you can begin your business.

Once you have submitted a letter of permission to municipal cooperation, your area will be considered a commercial area, and taxes will start applying based on commercial property.

Final words:

The process to convert residential land into commercial one is not that easy. There are laws and regulations on every step. However, some activities have limited laws and are not restricted by housing societies or states like dancing, yoga, medical, charitable homes, and so on. So, first, we need to decide what type of business or commercial activity we are planning to begin. Once decided, check for zoning laws and charges applied to it and take permission from authorities for smooth processing.
