I cannot believe (actually I can) that after all this time I can still get so upset over this stupid show.

Bonnie fans and bamily, look at this crap 👀

I know damn well they could have chosen any collection of pictures for this article headline but they just had to put our girl beside these two huh? And it's like they're looking at her even though these aren't from the same season let alone same scene. But the clickbait worked and here I am so 🤷🏾‍♀️

The meat of the article made some points but the overall idea that only new fans of the show or those rewatching it several years later have only just now realised the issues with TVD is absolutely ridiculous. We spent so much time complaining back then it's a wonder we kept watching.

Only one group failed to see this. Hell, if we're being honest here, none of the main ships of the show were healthy at all in the context of the show. And I say that as a bamon shipper. But some had better growth and progression than others or better potential depending on the season.

This was the bit that really got me annoyed though

She was too young? So Caroline was what? Her elder?? Or did we all hallucinate Caroline being abused and used by Damon??? And then they throw some nasty shade at Caroline in the next paragraph while ignoring what happened to her and all the other young girls of the show.

Just so wrong. And then the audacity to say Elena had no support. ELENA? Did we watch the same show?? Y'all I can't. I lost it at that line.

We're so sorry Jenna. You didn't deserve that. You and everybody else who lost life and limb sacrificing yourselves (in some cases multiple times like Bonnie) over this girl. May you all rest in pieces.

However many years later and that girl steady getting her actions excused. It needs to be studied.
