What's your headcannon of how Negan & Annie got together?

My HC on how they got together? Hmmm...okay. Here is how I would do it.

After Negan left Maggie and the crew after helping them at Meridian, he got himself caught in a situation where Annie was in the right place at the right time to help save him from a situation.

Annie brought him back to Riverbend, fed him, gave him a place to sleep and was his biggest supporter at Riverbend. Intent on getting him to be part of the crew.

Negan proved himself to be worthy multiple times, saving the people at Riverbend in order to keep them alive.

Negan was on watch one night and Annie came to talk to him noticing that Negan was often quiet and didn't talk much about his past. They ended up talking about the things that Negan had done where he was completely honest with her. Annie tried to comfort him by sharing parts of her past as well which ended with Negan kissing her. The two of them slept together after getting emotional about their pasts.

At first they tried not to make anything of it, thinking maybe it was just a mistake, but occasionally they would share touches or kisses sneaking them in.

Negan confessed his feelings for her, but Annie was still trying to keep a level head about things.

Annie discovered that she was pregnant and told Negan about it. Negan was ecstatic because he had always wanted a child. Realizing that he thought it was a sign from the world, Negan asked Annie to marry him.

The two of them had a small, quiet wedding because they realized that they were both good for each other and brought out the best in each other.

The rest is history. There you go lol. That's my little HC for Negan/Annie. I hope you were just asking me to answer this and not make a story because oops. My bad if you were asking for a one shot. I apologize if that's what you were doing.
