So far in writing this fic the third most evil and reprehensible thing Bill has done is attempt to murder the Pines, the second most evil thing he's done is sincerely thank somebody for doing something kind for him, and the number one most evil thing he's done is give somebody a thoughtful and considerate gift that lines up with their interests

i have now written a ~1500 word Jancy breakup that i actually need to write, like, a plot or something afterwards for now because I like it enough that i dont want to leave it rotting in the docs.

#i also have ~2300 words of a 5+1 concept written #and ~1600 words of leadup for an eventual phone sex smut thing #and i still have ~5000 words of that lost in the wilderness thing waiting for me to figure out what to do next with it #so dont worry! eventually i am bound to finish something!#but i def feel like i might be in a “start new things every day until something sticks” mode for a while #so #as always #feel free to send prompts

Writing Commissions - my friend will write you (almost) anything

A very close friend on mine Mx. Parsnips (disabled, transmasc, they/he, lesbian) has recently starting accepting writing commissions on fiverr (both sfw and ns/fw). They lost their job fairly recently due to their disability so right now he's accepting pretty much any and all writing requests you might have.

Having read his writing for many years I'll say that Parsnips is exceptionally talented. For me personally, I've always found thier characters to feel extremely life-like and the dialogue to just flow in a way I've not really seen anywhere else. It wouldn't shock me if they ended up getting published one day.

If you'd like to get an idea of how they write I would recommend checking out his completed Steddie fic Like a Rainbow in the Dark. It is exceptional work.

It'd be amazing if any of you could check them out or offer them a commission or even just reblog this post to get it shared more widely.

Me on Saturday: "Will I be able to actually do any Smutmas fics? Am I burning out?"

Me literally forty-five minutes ago: "OK, well that's the Z'rell Smutmas fic done. I think I can get the picturesque, sweetly romantic feel for this first Shadowheart/Asheera one in as well. OH! And I have a few paragraphs for a Shadowheart/Karlach one in mind as well..."

If I'm not smutted-out by the time I'm done writing at least a few of these, well then I'm even more desperate for these fics than I thought.

Writer Problems (+ A new fic)

When you write a scene thats 3k words (but was meant to be no more then 2k) and its ready to expect except for the fact that you have a scene you need to write before u can post it but now that scene (which u thought would be like 2k at the most) is now nowhere near through what needs to happen and is nearly at 2k itself and so you shift the already written scene to the next chapter but then you have an amazing idea for a great scene between two characters so now you want to write that but to post what you have already written you have to finish the other scene but now you really want to write the great idea but also you want to post a chapter.

Essentially I wrote out of order because *someone* wanted to read this scene I ranted about to them and now these chapters just keep getting longer.

I'm blaming @raybyanothername. They are responsible for this. They sparked the idea for this fic and then enabled it and now this has happened.

Oh yeah! I also wrote a new fic!

The King is dead. Queen Rhaenyra sits the throne and Prince Aegon will remain just that - a prince. Too bad some people haven't quite got that message.

Its got two chapters up already and I'm pretty sure I'll have the next one up in a day or two and the next one pretty soon after that.
