What tickles me is thinking about Taylor working with the Eras Tour set designers, engineers, and crew while in the early stages of creating the Tortured Poets Department set. Because they most likely hadn’t heard the music before they started creating the set.

I like to think of Taylor in her meeting being like “I want there to be an alien space ship for this part.” And someone would be like “Oh okay cool, so this era is space themed?”

Taylor: “No. Next I need a typewriter, a framed bed, marching drums, and lots of feathers!”
