ABOUT TEUCER – kid’s got adventurer’s blood in him ; courage like ajax and father , he snuck on board a ship and made it all the way to liyue harbor without issue . he’s going to go far one day .

ABOUT BEIDOU – a fearless leader that i aspire to be ; she’s got an amazing crew and strength i have never seen before . those rumors about her defeating a leviathan at sea ?? 100% true .

MORE ABOUT ALEKSEY : I – you can call me a family man … i treasure my family above everything else . for them , i’d do anything ; they can call me and i’ll drop everything for them . they’re my entire life !!

MORE ABOUT ALEKSEY : II – ahh … you’re eyeing maxim ?? no worries , maxim is a gentle soul … the rest of his pack is gentle too , you may have seen them wandering the outskirts of the village . they’re the pack that saved me when i went missing in the woods , they’re precious to me , they’re family .

MORE ABOUT ALEKSEY : III – my cooking ?? it was a learning process , i couldn’t cook that well before , but those few weeks in the wild taught me that maybe i should know how . i enlisted the help from my mother and the cook at the tavern , and now , i can confidently say that i can make a pretty good meal .

ALEKSEY’S HOBBIES – hunting is a good past time of mine , whenever i have time , i pick up my bow and arrow and head into the woods . on a good day , i can bring home a boar or two and share it with the neighbors ; on bad days , i just think of it as target practice .

ALEKSEY’S TROUBLES – i wonder if ajax is getting enough to eat and taking care of himself … i’d send him things form home , but i wouldn’t know what . though i’ve been at his age , i have no idea what sort of things he wants or is going through . is it always this difficult to be separated from family ??

FAVORITE FOOD – hm ?? ajax’s cooking !! haha , joking , joking . i’m not a picky eater , i’d say perhaps one with cured ham or something warm and hearty to offset the cold climate here .

LEAST FAVORITE FOOD – i don’t really have one … mother used to say i hated carrots , but i eat plenty of that now !! i can’t believe how childish i was as a child …

BIRTHDAY – were you just going to pass your birthday without telling me ?? that makes me so sad !! come , we must celebrate !!

-> the count never thought he could fall for anyone ever again after the death of his lover, anna. he didn't even know how he would be able to live. he couldn't raise annie, their kid. despite barely having any distinguishing features yet, the thought that she would turn into someone that resembled anna was too much to bear. he felt awful that his daughter had to lose both her parents in such quick succession, but he could not force himself to raise her.

-> he had sworn off love entirely, convinced it would bring nothing but misfortune to him and any future lover of his.

-> but he changed his tune when he met you.

it was a cold september night in st. petersburg. it had been a couple years since the fateful day anna lost her life. the count had returned to the city from serbia - his time fighting against the ottoman empire was up.

he had expected the pain of his loss to have reduced itself after the years both away from anna and away from the city he became acquainted with her in. unfortunately for alexei, the pain came back as soon as he saw the skyline of st petersburg emerging from the horizon.

to escape this, vronsky visited a tavern as soon as he arrived in the all-too familiar city.

the warmth of the bustling building rushed to meet him as soon as the count opened the well worn door. the stench of cheap alcohol enveloped him as soon as he stepped inside and let the door swing shut behind him. his eyes landed on the bar that was situated a bit further back into the establishment and was occupied by two men who were clearly foreigners to this area and were speaking quickly in a tongue alexei could not understand. as was the unspoken rule, alexei sat two stools over and waited for the worker behind the bar to come over.

count vronsky had become impossibly quiet in the time away from anna. he only spoke when addressed. he avoided confrontation. it was as if the death of the mother of his child had left him mute.

an uncountable amount of minutes passed before a noise brought alexei out of his stupor. he had long since received his meal - a roasted meat he already forgot the name of. the pale ale in his mug had been nursed far too many times and was nearly gone.

his head snapped up when he heard that noise again. it was the trotting of a horse and the spinning wheels of the carriage it was pulling. there was something so recognizable about it. before alexei could be sucked back into his reminiscing tendencies, he turned around as the wooden door opened.

and there you were.

he wouldn't exactly call it "love at first sight", but he was certainly intrigued. count vronsky looked around the bar and noticed a couple other men that let their eyes flicker towards you periodically. aleksey stood slowly, stretching out the aches and pains that had grown in his joints in the many minutes he had been sitting. he would not let another man reach you before he could. and so, he began to walk over to you.

Alliance Ask Game

1) Who’s your Alliance Commander? What class are they? Alignment? Random other facts you wanna share?

I have a few different canons I could talk about, but let’s go with my main one. :D Alliance Commander is Telcontar Airen, mostly light side Trooper. He started as a Vanguard, then got Scoundrel added when 7.0 dropped bc the rest of his family are all smugglers(Well, were in his parents’ case. They retired), so he has that “dirty fighting” background. xD

Corellian by heritage, even if he never set foot on the planet until that part of the class story.

He was supposed to just be my “haven’t done the trooper story, let’s see how that goes” :D toon, hence the LotR reference name. /cough Then he wound up my canon Outlander, heh.

2) What’s a reason or two you like that this character is your Commander?

He’s a really good leader and excels at thinking up out of the box solutions when called for(and even sometimes when they’re not)

3) What’s a reason or two you don’t like about them being Commander

He still has something of a reckless streak, even it it’s wayyyyy dialed down from the guy who got himself blown up eight times inside six years, so Lana is constantly chasing after/yelling at him to be more careful

He’s really tired of having to save the galaxy and would love to retire somewhere with Elara and just be Boring(which would last all of two days before he had to find something to do or he’d go crazy, rip)

4) Why did this character of all your OCs become Commander?

WELL. My canon toon for the server was originally his sister Silver(Smuggler), then I went and headcanoned Tel helped her with the SoR stuff, so he was in the know about the whole mess with Vitiate(he wasn’t part of RotE, but she filled him in after the fact). When Marr commed Silver about the Wild Space Expedition, she’d been sleeping, so she made some mumbled snarky comment about her war hero brother being more help with this and gave him Tel’s comm info before rolling over and falling asleep on Corso’s chest. (GUILT GUILT EVERYWHERE)

It worked out better for some Silver/Corso headcanons to NOT have her be the Outlander, and Tel’s a born leader anyway, so I made it canon.

5) Who did they side with? Did they stay loyal or go saboteur? Or maybe you headcanon they defect properly?

Stayed loyal to the Republic. And he’s one that would be allied very closely with them even if there was a way to keep the Alliance properly independent. (I did have him rejoin the Republic at the end of Onslaught and feel like, in retrospect, he would have gone with independence there, but oh well, too late now)

6) Are there any NPC’s from the class stories you’d like to see/HC join the Alliance? Ex: Master Timmns, Ardun Kothe, Watcher One, etc

Oh, so many. Timmns and Kothe for sure. Fuckin’ FUSE. Aleksei(Elara’s brother). Ummmmm Numen Brock. I know there’s a lot more but I’m blanking hard.

7) How’s your OC feeling about the current Malgus situation?

Oh, he’s full-on “I’ve had enough of this dude” meme. Also wants to know how he survived when his base over Ilum EXPLODED IN OUTER SPACE

8) Are any of your other OC’s part of the Alliance? If yes what do they do for the Alliance? Do they get along with your Commander?

Yes. In Tel’s canon there’s Silver, of course, who mostly works with Hylo on the smuggling/supply end of things. Xander(Bounty Hunter) is there mostly as security/bodyguard for ships with Shae’s Mandalorians. I have a bunch of OCs I’m still juggling which canon they’ll wind up in, so there will probably be more eventually. It’s tricky bc I have two Lana-mancers and four Theron-mancers, so I gotta divvy them up right. I think Sha’reii’s (Inquisitor) also gonna wind up in his canon. I THINK.

9) How does your OC feel about Odessen? (Bonus: how do you feel about it)

It’s a planet, it’s pretty, he guesses. Good a place as any to live, makes a good base. He is slightly more wary of... vegetation than a lot of my kids bc he had an assignment to Felucia shortly before the game starts(what got him the spot in Havoc), so he’s had foliage try to eat him before. xD (Felucian plants are one of the only things that scare him, lmao)

10) How does your Commander feel about being the Commander?

While he does wish the galaxy could stay out of peril for FIVE MINUTES so he could have some time with his wife + kids, Tel does enjoy being Commander. He’s a natural leader, both in terms of being good at it and liking it(most of the time), as long as he can still get in on the action. So he’s a very hands-on leader who still engages with his people and wants to go on missions and overall enjoys it.

11) Favorite place in the Alliance base?

Out on that front observation deck where you can see out over the forest for what seems like forever.

12) Favorite mission in KotFE? Why?

Oh, Disavowed, hands down. I just love Aric Jorgan so much it’s ridiculous, so getting him(back) is always my favorite part of KotFE. But I do love his reunion with the Trooper(romanced or no) extra even beyond that.

13) Favorite mission in KotET? Why?

Crashing Vaylin’s party. It’s just fun. And you can get animal friends if you do that side questy thing to help the sick pit beast, so score. :D

14) Least favorite mission in either? Why?

Least favorite in KotFE is Anarchy in Paradise bc I hate Kaliyo about as much as I love Jorgan and being forced to recruit her when most of my kids in-character would have said HELL NO and not even let her set foot on Odessen is annoying. Least fave in KotET is ch 8 bc that choice between Torian and Vette is stupid and forced and I Don’t Like It.

15) Is your Commander successful because they’re skilled? Or are they perhaps just really lucky?

Oh, Tel is very skilled. He’s also a lucky bastard, considering that’s he’s survived all the crap he’s been through(he will, without hesitation, credit Elara for the VAST majority of that surviving).

16) From our OC’s point of view, SoR -> KotET wasn’t a fun experience, did they develop any fears as a result?

Nope, nothing new. All his phobias or fears are ones he had before all that started.

17) AU time! If your Commander wasn’t Commander, which of your other OCs would have likely taken their place?

Probably Silver, as was my original intention.

But I do have other canons for Vica(Consular), Tragen(Warrior), Keme(Trooper), and Endrali(Consular) as well.

18) Who’s someone your Commander hopes they never have to deal with again?

Malgus, Valkorion, Garza can all stay the hell awayyyyyyyy

19) Does your Commander hold on to/still use any titles they earned before KotET? (Darth Nox/Jedi Battlemaster/Cipher 9/Wrath/etc) Or have they completely replaced them with the Commander title?

Since he officially rejoined the Republic and got reinstated, he will use Colonel sometimes. He fucking earned that promotion several times over, he’s not giving it up. (yes, he did negotiate for backpay. And recorded it so he could show Elara and Jorgan :3)

20) Share something, anything at all, you want about your Commander that you’ve not really gotten the chance to share before but really want to!

I have mentioned this before, but it’s been a really long time, and I’ve picked up more SWtOR followers(hello! o/), so I’m gonna share it again, Tel’s mom is a descendant of one Carth Onasi(through Dustil, so it works even with BioWare insisting Revan’s a dude xD). Having a “Republic war hero” ancestor was part of what drew Tel to a career in the military, rather than stick with the family business, and I even gave him Carth’s jacket as part of his off-duty outfit.

misc. ⸻AKSEL HÉROUX is in search for a EX WIFE + MOTHER OF HIS SON: ALCOHOLISM + REHAB + ABANDONMENT TW / fresh out of college, aksel meets your muse at a party set up by mutual friends. their relationship was a bit of a whirlwind -— easily falling in love as aksel moves up the family company. during this time, aksel was keeping his alcoholism a secret. going out after work and staying late, leaving them at home waiting up for him. despite the flashy wedding ring, they aren’t exactly happy: aksel thought that a marriage could help them, but his own demons were always the reasons their smiles never met their eyes when they were together. things come to a head when the promotion he’d been working for his entire life, at the family company, is taken from him — soon after that, they get married and it’s revealed she’s pregnant. at this point, it’s either get sober or get out. he choses the former. aleksei, their son, is only a few months old when she leaves, aksel is 2 months sober. the divorce is finalized a year after he and aleksei move to chile, and they haven’t been in either aksel or aleksei’s life in the approx 12 years since !! they could be in chile for whatever reason, for however long. personality, occupation, etc is utp. there’s a bit more in the bio, but i’m always down to talk and discuss / hc things and they look like ROSEMUND PIKE, CHARLIZE THERON, DREW BERRYMORE, KRISTEN BELL, and are 40+. you HAVE TO contact the mun @skidemark before taking the connection.

ALEKSEY talent info

shaken not stirred -- normal attack :

all bartenders have drinks they prefer , drinks they dislike mixing , and drinks that are their specialties . aleksey likes shaking things up than the usual stirring of beverages , and some can cause quite the boom .

normal --- throws up to three pyro attacks

charged --- deals AoE damage upon impact and creates a flame ring on the ground which deals pyro damage and lights surroundings on fire ( think : molotov cocktails )

plunge --- gathers pyro energy upon descent and causes brief AoE pyro damage to nearby enemies

breath of fire -- elemental skill :

party tricks , aleksey loves the attention and loves wowing the children of the village . fire-breathing is one of the numerous things he’s learned and the children of the village of started to call him a dragon .

press --- initiates a burst of spectacular flames , almost reminiscent of fire-breathing .

hold --- like a magic show , the flames take shape of three wolves ( think : andrius small phantom wolves . . . but fire ) ; a reminder of aleksey’s alias , the lord of wolves . will leave trails of fire and deal minor AoE damage , setting surroundings on fire

ringleader -- elemental burst :

leader of snezhnaya’s largest information network , lord of wolves . . . the ringleader of many operations , there’s nearly nothing he doesn’t know . a bubbly bartender / waiter on the surface and a scheming informant beneath . . . if one doesn’t look , they’d never know that aleksey is the one pulling the strings .

upon activation of his elemental burst , aleksey will send forth a large wolf encompassed in fire , dealing damage to whoever happens to be on it’s path ; for 15 seconds , the wolf will intermittently howl and deal pulses of pyro AoE to anyone within it’s vicinity .

light it up -- 1st ascension passive :

on first ascension , aleksey’s skill will have a prolonged effect when holding his elemental skill . there’s an increase of wolves from 3 to 6 wolves ( almost as if to represent his beloved siblings ) .

dominion of wolves -- 4th ascension passive :

on activation of his burst , AoE damage of the pyro wolf increases by 5% and the manifestation of the canine lasts for 25 seconds ; wolf may also launch fireballs intermittently to deal pyro damage .

stay warm -- utility passive :

decreases SHEER COLD effect for members of the party by 10%

HOT TAKE : aleksei is the??? worst?? he will Not bother sugarcoating anything, ever. and he doesn’t even do it to be mean? it’s just. he has no desire to spare your feelings, no matter what. if your muse is a conventionally attractive person / someone most people find attractive, and he isn’t attracted to them, and they even offhandedly mention just a, “wow i think this is the longest i’ve ever talked to someone without them hitting on me” / they start hinting at sexual themes, a desire to be with him or something? he Will Not hesitate to just, “why would i do that, you’re not attractive.” and he doesn’t do it to be MEAN, he just isn’t interested in lying to be nice to someone. and he 100% doesn’t mean it to be rude or to hurt someone’s feelings, he means it as “i don’t find you attractive” not “you’re not attractive at all” so there’s a little TIDBIT OF INFORMATION FOR YA

Me about jatp: so Aleksei went to law school and he's technically a lawyer except he never took the bar exam so he knows all the stuff he's just not legally allowed to call himself a lawyer but that's okay because he's not really into that he's more of a creative person, probably hand stitched his husband's purple getup, is definitely down to be Dirty Candy's costume designer because the girls let him use insane amounts of glitter, buys all jatp records and merch because he thinks his son's boyfriend's band is Amazing and even if he didn't, he'd buy the stuff so his son can support his boyfriend's band. also Conrad doesn't like the nickname he got from Flynn, Connie, because he thinks it's soft and gentle and sweet but he's y'know tough and emo and Connie is for people who like to be nice and Conrad tOTaLlY hATeS bEinG NicE and lots of people think Conrad is a tough guy with a heart of gold but he's. he's just really THAT much of an idiot asshole. He tried to be nice once and he Zuko-passed-out afterwards. It's like his body is so used to being in asshole mode that when he genuinely gave Julie an innocent compliment once, his soul momentarily left his body. I personally headcanon that the Drakes’ names were originally Kir and Aleksey, and they changed them upon leaving DS.

I additionally hc that Mali’s name is actually Alistair, and the Mal- part is only due to a propensity for punnitude on the part of the Spiral’s inhabitants.

alright, I am a weak-willed man, so here are some ian/aleksei ideas because I’ve been thinking about them far more than I should be

- they are both massive nerds. ian specifically takes a lot of interest in engineering and has a bunch of experience taking things apart and putting them back together to figure out how they work, but not much working with the actual precise tech kind of stuff, so when he sees all of aleksei’s fancy computer and tech stuff, he’s absolutely over the moon.

- aleksei really enjoys teaching him about some of the finer ins and outs of everything and watching him get the hang of it. i think it’s definitely one of the biggest things they bond over at first.

- I think aleksei would very slowly and gradually fall for Ian. he’s intrigued by him at first but it takes a while for it to develop into romantic feelings, and even longer for him to realize that that’s what it is. Ian on the other hand, while slow at first, doesn’t take much time getting a massive crush on aleksei. He gets a angry with himself about it and every time he thinks about it, will get really flustered and frustrated over it

- ian heard about all the tricks Lovushka pulled during the world tournament and is so excited to potentially have found another partner in crime, only to be immensely disappointed when he finds out that aleksei isn’t really all that into it. although he does get along surprisingly well with lera on that note. I think they would make fun of each other and banter a lot but they don’t actually dislike each other, and only tell aleksei that when the other isn’t around

- I honestly don’t know how the other garcias would feel about aleksei. I like to think they would have an overprotective sibling thing with anyone that anyone of them takes interest in but besides that, I dunno. I think it would be funny if they didn’t like him solely on vibes alone but ended up being kinda ok with him after seeing that Ian genuinely liked him.

- Ian likes to steal aleksei’s glasses to tease him but only upon putting them on does he realize that he actually needs glasses himself. he does not get glasses for a very long time however. instead, if he needs to read something while he’s with aleksei, he’ll just grab them straight off of aleksei’s face for a bit and then give them back without saying anything. aleksei has given up trying to stop this

- Ian likes messing with aleksei’s hair a lot. this will sometimes startle aleksei though because Ian will just straight up grab his entire head without warning

- ian could pick aleksei up like a sack of potatoes if he really wanted to and I find that fun. I think he would enjoy just picking him up and tossing him around at random times.

- lera makes fun of aleksei’s taste in partners and only doubles down on this for ian. she’s absolutely astounded how he managed to fall for someone who’s simultaneously a nerd while still being incredibly dumb.

- yk I think it’d be funny if aleksei didn’t legitimately know how to flirt with people. he has enough natural charm to him that he can get by but besides just bonding by shared interest, he has no idea how romance works. Ian I don’t think would notice this at first but he starts to pick up on it over time and teases aleksei a little bit about it. he does find it kinda cute though

- thinking abt these two staying together through shogun steel is really funny to me. i like to think that when the garcias were first setting up dna and everything, Ian would call aleksei and talk about the progress they were making, but it never fully occurred to aleksei what they were doing. he kinda just thought they were setting up some cool tech stuff or smth

- my personal hc is that while obviously Argo and merci-doji did a lot of the main work, Ian also helped design a lot of the dna beys and I think it’d be fun if he sent ideas to aleksei to see if he had any input on it

- aleksei doesn’t realize what all actually happened until like, he talks with Madoka one time (because I think they’d still catch up from time to time in the future) and she mentions it and aleksei just has a “wait it THAT what Ian was doing with the designs he was talking about?” moment and Madoka is just absolutely dumbfounded

- “how did you not realize that you were helping them with their evil organization???”

“I dont know! I thought it was just a fun side project or something!”

CHAPTER FIVE - the final chapter book one.

for weeks, the witches have been laying low, working hard to grow their abilities and focus on their strength, their power. mason had seen their faces, and then disappeared into the night injured but very well alive. lixue, their resurrected leader, had yet to contact anyone, or even be seen. everything felt fragile, but then after a week (or more, time runs together when you are so on edge), there had been nothing new.

some of the witches splintered off, unsure of how much trust could be placed in lixue, in the others, or even in genevieve. other witches received a special set of instructions in the mail, from no other than ms. genevieve ceoi herself. of these witches, cleo, ofelia, zelenia, ariadne, maia, maeve, and marina begin to work in secret on this special task from their old mentor, who promises one day to return.

meanwhile.... lixue, on her own, stumbles across the body of belen out in the woods. it’s a sure act by the hunters, and she mistakenly places the blame on the only hunter known to the girls - mason bernal. on june 25th, lixue called all the girls together, and used a summoning spell to bring mason to their gathering. he was in a trance-like state, much like what jack had been placed under before his death. since mason was staying with the other hunters, he was followed in secret by aleksei and roman, who hung back to watch the drama in the clearing. lixue blames asks mason if he is a hunter; he replies yes, much to the horror of some. lixue next asks if he killed belen, and his head shakes a slow, drawn out... no.

but lixue doesn’t care. before his head can even stop moving, a shadow moves forth, and he falls to the ground into it. a shout from roman is heard, making the witches aware of the two lingering hunters, who spring into action. aleksei darts into the thick of the witches, knife in hand, aiming for any human target he can find in his loss of control. roman goes to mason’s side, and as he is consumed by the shadows, he makes roman promise to protect ofelia. in a matter of seconds, he’s gone, just a body left there on the grass. stunned, roman stands, trying to locate the redhead that had been pointed out-

just in time to see ofelia cause an explosion, of some sort, with the help of zelenia and maia. it spooks aleksei, who scampers away and towards a new target. aleksei looks for the next target, and he attacks cleo, catching her off-guard. marina and cleo were tending to a fallen aaliyah, injured and fading. in order to save the two healer witches, roman throws himself into the line of the attack, barely saving cleo before aleksei’s blade found her.

in a final act of desperation, it was maeve and cole who bring him down, their powers combined wrecking the life from him... but not without losing two of their own in the battle. aaliyah and ren were as lifeless as the three hunters, and as for lixue... she was nowhere to be found. luce, unable to handle the amount of death around her, chooses to part ways with the coven permanently, and leaves them to their mourning.

of the fifteen modern witches of salem, only nine remain.

this concludes the first book of the roleplay! thank to all of the members who have stuck with us so far, and have dedicated themselves to ensuring that we stay alive and thriving!

don’t go anywhere! just because book one has finished, that doesn’t mean there is nothing left! we have a full new story arch, with several new characters, and tons of exciting things coming.

this will conclude the story until july - feel free to write out your character handling the extreme events in their own way, or just hc it out!
