I'll keep this short and compact { but that doesn't mean i'm being mean. }

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIRSTS/SUGGESTIONS AND REQUESTS

thirsts are mostly [n]sfw or aligns with suggestive themes. they contain one or two characters.

requests are descriptive and more specific. you can be as descriptive as possible but don't ramble.

Read the writer's rules before sending thirsts/requests to them. It's mandatory. Sometimes we have to delete requests because it contains things we don't write about.

Keep the thirsts short and to the point. example —( insert your fave here ) is the kind of guy who gets jealous but doesn't show it in public but only in bed.

request are a bit tricky. Please start with hey I saw your requests are open, can I get ..... or omg! finally you're requests are open again.so I've a few in mind....

→ DON'Ts for THIRSTS/SUGGESTIONS AND REQUESTS

Don't send thirsts/requests when they're stated closed.

Don't send the same thirsts/requests to all the writing blogs you follow.

Don't send more than one thirsts/requests at a time. However, if you're going for the headcanons format of request you can state your characters. ( Tip — if a writer has fixed number of characters for headcanons, please leave one for their fav. It boosts our writing ability. )

Don't send same thirsts/requests again and again. It might end up with your thirsts/requests being rejected.

Don't mention of the word ‘request’ while sending a thirst, especially to a blog who doesn't take requests. You can be elaborative of the idea you have in mind yet not mention the word request. It's a total turn off. OR ASK THEM IF THEY ARE OKAY WITH SENDING SFW SUGGESTIONS.

Anyone can add more if I have missed any. Hope i was able to clarify your doubt.

Unless thirsts/requests sound rude or contains things that we don't write about, we rarely delete it.

Yes, I know I am willingly sharing my writing with kpopblr, but such phrases make me feel like this is just transactional rather than simply sharing my thoughts with fellow fans.

before reading this, please read MASTERLIST first to know what fandoms i can write for.

“why did you stop writing for [FANDOM]?” i simply lost interest and it doesn't appeal to me anymore, the same goes with the character; if i dont find them interesting or i find them bland, i don't have the motivation to write for them

i write for 1-3 characters in a submission (there are some characters i won't write for so it might decrease or ill change it with another one.)

i have the right to decline/delete asks or requests.

i might not get to your request on time since i have trouble writing sometimes.

with that in mind, i don't do 'first come first serve' requests since im almost completely out of ideas in writing for some certain requests (i get motivated if its a character i really like though !)

please do take in mind that if i get your submission/ask, i usually take about 2-3 days (or more when im busy/burnt out or experiencing writer's block.)

the reader will be gender neutral unless stated by the request.

there are some characters that i don't know well by their traits so expect them to be a bit ooc than you imagined.

take note that i am not a robot and cannot get to your ask in time, i have personal things off screen so please don't pressure me into writing it immediately.

i don't write nsfw or anything that's similar in my dni list. (i can write suggestive themes rarely.)

Dustin counts to three and waits for Eddie to begin his rant about you, it happened almost every day at lunch. Like clockwork he's soon gesturing widely as he rants about you and like magnets your eyes are drawn over to him.

You give Eddie a sarcastic little wave and he stiffens in his seat, barely taking his eyes off you as you chat to Ryan, one of Jason's douchebag friends who you have wrapped around your little finger.

"I still bet he's like half in love with her" Jeff mutters to Gareth who smirks but freezes as Eddie raises an eyebrow.

"Oh for the love of god, can't you two behave yourself for one minute. Detention for both of you all week" Miss O'Donnell shouts at you and Eddie and you gape and stand out to protest.

"I have cheer practice on Wednesday and Friday" you argue and Eddie rolls his eyes at you.

"Oh so you can't shake your pom poms for a few days, how awful sweetheart" you narrow your eyes at him and you're about to say something back when Miss O'Donnell orders you both to sit and be quiet.

"When he went out with Tammy Thompson that one time, you pouted for three days" you struggled to argue with that one. That intense jealousy you feel when Tammy flirted with Eddie, asked him out on a date that you found out was a disaster.

Not that the fact it went so wrong made you happy or anything. "She sounds like Kermit from the Muppets when she sings, I was thinking of Munson's hearing if he had to listen to her" you supply lamely and Chrissy doesn't buy it.
