#✩ ╱ hc. — ❛ through adversary to the stars.
OMG, yay! Ever since the Kenobi series came out, my inner geek as been flourishing. Combine that with my love for Darksiders and you get my brain child: Darksiders in Star Wars AU.
Also, forewarning, this is possible going to be a shot-after-shot thing, curse hyperfixation.
So if you are willing, could you do a HC for the Horsemen going into space for the first time? Im sure they’d freak if they went into hyperspace or be stunned if they passed by novas or nebulas or other planets and moons.
Ooof ..... Quite an interesting prospect. Personally I don't think they would be that shocked at seeing space or hyperspace considering the nephilim were traveling the cosmos looking for planets to inhabit. But I am willing to bet other sci fi factors would surprise them. And so I'm gonna headcanons a wide spectrum of their reaction to the star wars universe.
Death
. This guy being the oldest claims nothing surprises him anymore. He has done many things considered impossible in his long life, so his sense of wonderment has been dulled.
. But at the prospect of smaller, weaker beings capable of space travel through means of technology and not magic....consider him impressed. He won't admit it though.
. Knowing him he would probably want to explore the outer rim and whats known as the unknown regions. Civilization and politics never interested him, he is much more invested in exploring worlds with natural life.
. Meeting a Droid would make him uncomfortable. Not in the sense that it scares him, as much as he is used to talking to things that are imbued with magic or a literal soul/undead. Not a A.I. with a circuit board for a brain that is made to convenience living beings.
. He is a necromancer, so a metal being that simulates life without magic or a soul being a part of that puzzles him
. Would he want to take it apart? Not really as he doesn't want to exert effort or show he is interested, but if he were to find the blueprints, or someone teaches him, he would not object to learn how it's done.
. Don't even get him started on the living force.
. I think he out of the four would have a better understanding of the force and it's role in life and death.
. Him being the literal embodiment of Death and Rebirth, would have a distaste for both the Jedi and the Sith.
. Not only do they bear and eerie resemblance to heaven and hell with the dichotomy of good and evil, but that their teachings and beliefs are too extreme.
. He is a strong believer that anything that claims to be of one faction without any sort of balance spells chaos for him. He is a horsemen, so that sense that these two factions act in opposites without compromise is unsettling.
. At the same time he doesn't try to actively seeking them out because he thinks they need to figure that out themselves or better yet waste their time bickering until they destroy each other due to the imbalance.
. I don't think the diversity of Aliens would be surprising to him, I mean he has seen Uglier.
. In all, is intrigued that there is a bigger universe beyond his sense of creation, but really doesn't let that spark his wanderlust too much because he is under the impression that something out there would disappoint him even more.
P.S. let's just say he were part of the Star wars universe, I think he would be similar to the Kage Race
War
. You had him at Aliens.
. I mean technically speaking he would be considered an alien too, seeing as how he is an otherworldly being that is not human.
. But the prospect of worthy opponents and adversaries amongst the stars is his main focus.
. Also he wants to slay a Krayt Dragon, and nothing can sway him from this.
. Space travel may not be new to him, and while the sight of the stars is amazing, I think he would not be a fan of traveling space in a ship of any kind.
. Call it pride, but he would not trust his well-being in a case of metal traveling at light speed. His size plays a big part in this distrust, as he feels he could break something important.
. Besides he much prefers traveling by phantom steed or portal.
. He is slightly impressed that technology is their scientific attempt at achieving flight through the stars, laser guns, medical innovation, prosthetics, and weapons of galactic warfare. But most of all, he would want to see a lightsaber.
. Mind you, he is content with his gigantic flesh cleaver Chaoseater, but hearing about a sword that harnesses a kyber crystal with a laser as it's blade is something he wants to see.
. If not for his desire to see how it would do against his own blade, his interest lies in a test of metal to truly see if it can cut through anything
. Speaking of Technology, don't put him near a Droid. For the Droid's sake, just don't. His gauntlet and sword does not discriminate between automatons that he views as an abomination, no matter the size or function.
. Hell if he didn't have murderous intent towards anything with a mother board, he'd probably just end up breaking it on accident.
. The concept of the force is intriguing to him tho. The idea that depending on the person, they could harness this unseen element and use it like telekinesis. He would find it fascinating.... And thus want to fight them just for the challenge.
. While he does find similarity of belief with the jedi pertaining to justice and order, I think he would understand the passion of a sith. But other than that, he doesn't see any side as true bringers of balance considering the clone wars.
P.S. Side note, if he were from this universe, his race would be Arkanian.
Fury
. New Worlds to explore teeming with otherworldly beasts and new stars. She is interested
. Just don't put her anywhere near or like Coruscant, she would despise the corrupt politics and crowded spaces.
. While she would hate to admit it, is impressed with the technology that can do some things that even magic can't. Especially weaponry. Though her tastes don't lie with lightsabers or blasters, more with the other variety of weapons.
. Also would take this to the grave, but secretly loves some of the droids. Not the ones that walk, usually the smaller droids. Ngl, would probably take one for herself.
. Doesn't care for the jedi or sith, seeing their squabble similar to the war between heaven and hell, just taking place on multiple worlds. She thinks it is a waste of time.
. Her wanderlust is much more potent than Death's and would love to travel the Galaxy.
. Would actually appreciate the prospect of Bounty hunting in a galactic scale, that people specifically train to hunt and or kill targets for sport. She would like the thrill more than the financial reward or fame.
. Also like War, wouldn't hesitate to throw hands with big dangerous Aliens to test her strength. Gundark and Rancor are especially a delight.
. In all, could be a galactic terror on those her cross her
P.S. I headcanons her Alien Race to be either Dathomiran Nightsister or Mikkian.
Strife
. So while he is not unfamiliar with space travel, would actually love spaceships. He thinks it is mind-blowing just how much other beings are capable of.
. True to his nature would love to travel, and also collect souvenirs from wherever he visits. From rocks, plants, artifacts, and trinkets from different cultures. You name it, he probably has it or is on the lookout for it. He could probably start a rare items shop with the things he has.
. Hell if he had his way would probably try to adopt all manner of seemingly cute creatures he finds despite his siblings behest.
. As soon as he finds out about blaster and lightsabers, he wants one
. When it comes to droids he finds them hilarious and entertaining. A lil creepy sure, but I think he would be fascinated with how they work. Even to the point of seeing how they tick so he could learn to replicate it.
. He would even talk to them like real people, considering same have an adaptive A.I., and love to test just how advanced they are in processing power.
. Would actively seek out crime to shoot just for fun. Until he finds out about the galactic criminal under world and it's slave+illegal animal business...well now would be on a mission
. If left to his own devices, could wreck havoc on the criminal heiarchy, and cause so much damage/death of leaders and henchmen, he would be akin to a boogeyman of sorts without even knowing it. His reasons would be either he is bored, or the business doesn't sit well with him.
. Bounty hunting is something he definitely has experience in, and so would have no trouble blending in and knowing how it works.
. You know he is the type to go around with a chart. Comparing other aliens ugliness to Demons to see if there really is something uglier than a demon.
. Actually has a harder time understanding what the force is. While eager to learn, can't understand why two opposing factions would take such extremist stands on what is good or bad. While he does agree with some of the Jedi beliefs, would have personal beef with the attachment rule.
. Just like Fury is disgusted by the galactic politics, and is even more verbal about it.
. In all, it's like taking a hyper, Trigger-Happy Cowboy Kid to a candy store with laser guns. Having the time of his life while causing misery to those who never expect a Nephilim sharpshooter in their Galaxy.
P.S. You bet your ass he is a Mandalorian. Dual wielding sharpshooter where the whole get up is helmet and armor with a cool jetpack. There is no question.
Thanx for the ask! And let's not get too crazy with sending a big series of asks, don't wanna burn myself out.🤣😂

✩  yukino aguria lore.   ╱  accepting ✩
Tumblr media
1.   yukino keeps her hair short because her sister did so when they were children. she wanted to emanate her strength in some way. she wanted to look in the mirror & see a part of her, as she believed she never would again. 2.   however, yukino never wore ribbons like sorano. she never quite figured out how to keep them in her hair without falling off. so she used ribbons to accentuate the flowers she wears instead. 3.   as a child, yukino would pray to the gods every night. as an adult, she does not. 4.   yukino keeps her nails short simply because she hates the feeling of them extending past her fingertips. 5.   yukino summons each of her spirits at least once a month, even if they’re not needed. she does this to simply check up on them, express gratitude, connect with them, & ask if they’re still content with their contract.
6.   her favorite alcoholic drink is merlot, but she doesn't drink much. 7.   yukino wears skirts more often than pants, when not in uniform. they're usually longer than depicted in canon & more conservative. she simply finds them more comfortable. 8.   despite often dressing very ‘lady-like’, it doesn't stop her from exhibiting her martial art skills. she always wears biker shorts or spanx under her dresses or skirts for obvious reasons. 9.   yukino's favorite color is pale violet. 10.   yukino weight trains. just another practice to break the ‘celestial spirit mages are physically weak’ stigmas. 11.   in regards to muscle, she has most strength in her legs & thighs. her arm strength is above average, but a working progress. 12.   yukino collects tea. especially ones from outside of fiore. she hopes to have tea from each country on the continent someday. 13.   yukino wears very lite make-up. usually only concealer, mascara, & tinted lip balm. when she's feeling extra, she pops on some light pink blush. 14.   yukino is a pretty good cook. minerva often teaches her to prepare dishes. 15.   but she's an even better baker. 16.   speaking of baked goods, her favorite pastry would be lemon bars or lemon cakes. 17.   yukino prefers rose-gold or gold jewelry over silver. the silver tends to blend or clash with her hair color. 18.   yukino got her naval pierced with she was feeling rebellious at age 15, but it didn't last long. she stop wearing it after a few years. 19.   aside from her earlobes, yukino also has a tragus piecing. 20.   yukino is obsessed with hygiene. more specifically with her teeth. she's always brushing her teeth or carrying dental care items where ever she goes. 21.   a watch is her go to accessory. mostly because she's very neurotic & obsessed with keeping time. 22.   yukino seems like a morning person & she is, mind you. she wakes up early with little effort, but she actually prefers night time. 23.   yukino hates wearing gloves. she finds them restricting & they tend to get in the way if she's needing to pull out her spirit keys. 24.   continuing from the previous bullet, she likes to keep her hands bare because she relies a lot on physical touch during jobs. if she needs a certain spirit key quickly, without looking — she deciphers them based on the feel of them. 25.   yukino's favorite gems are pearls & for crystals, it’s celestite. 26.   yukino is very good at drawing. her tools of choice are graphite pencils & ink pens. she enjoys drawing intricate, detail oriented abstract designs. 27.   when it comes to her lifestyle, she's very minimalistic. for example: she could fit all her outfits in two suitcases. 28.   the only exception to the former bullet is that she loves shoes. she has too many shoes. it's her guilty pleasure. 29.   yukino’s shoe size is 6 in american sizes. tiny feet. 30.   horror movies are her favorite type of movies. 31.   yukino love macrame. she finds it calming & enjoys keeping her hands busy. she especially loves weaving dream catchers. 32.   yukino's favorite herb is cinnamon. 33.   yukino's favorite types of plants are philodendron. 34.   yukino's favorite flower is the white tiger lily. 35.   yukino love candles. she's a strong believer in aroma therapy. 36.   yukino loves collecting antiques & other unique items. things like china sets, refurbished clocks, old books, & other vintage decor. it's probably the only other thing she isn't so minimalist about. she's a grandma at heart & has no shame. 37.   yukino always reads before bed. she prefers nonfiction usually. 38.   when she does read fiction, she prefers horror novels & poetry. 39.   speaking of reading, yukino has immense interest in history & 'science'. she loves learning things for pleasure. 40.   yukino is also prone to migraines under stress. 41.   yukino's favorite animals are snakes and lizards. she will definitely have one or the other as a pet in the future. 42.   yukino suffers from low blood pressure. often feeling faint & unusually cold to the touch as a result. 43.   yukino is a very attentive friend. she’s the kind of person that would text back immediately and remember the smallest details someone mentions. 44.   her favorite season is winter. 45.   yukino is weird about strangers touching her. even on the shoulder or her hand, she tends to withdraw & politely ask them to stop. 46.   yukino knows the name of every known constellation in the galaxy. as a child, she used to make up names for certain star arrangements she loved. 47.   yukino very strict about herself getting 8-9 hours of sleep. 48.   assuming some popular modern day holidays exist in fairy tail, her favorite would be halloween, while new years is her second favorite. 49.   yukino's favorite coffee beverage is café con leche. 50.   yukino loves thunderstorms. loves them.

Eternal Empire After Effects
In addition to that post I made a while back about how your characters deal with either the boost in Force sensitivity or the brand new sensitivity for your smugglers/troopers/agents/bounty hunters. I want to talk about the general fucked up-ness that the Commander has to deal with post-KotET.
Like DAMN. Bare minimum, they’ve had to deal with carbonite poisoning, the general mind games of Valkorian, and then they had their mind literally broken in the last chapter. At worst, they get all that, plus taking a lightsaber to the gut. To say nothing of having to fight an impossible war for a little over a year straight with everyone’s hopes and dreams riding around on their shoulders.
A lot of the posts I’ve seen about other people’s ocs has some form of lingering effects from everything. And I just want to talk about it for a minute, cause I live for filling in the scenes we don’t see. [Take this with a grain of salt, as I’ve never played a dark side character, so my perspective will be skewed.]
Long term physical effects:
They were poisoned slowly over the course of 5 years, you can’t tell me that one little dart thing can fix that, at least not right away. This could take the form of lingering nausea, migraines, dizziness. The symptoms of heavy metal poisoning would fit well here. And I hc my consular as having some permanent nerve pain from it.
The stab on Asylum is absolute bullshit in the game. Valkorian or no, there’s no way they’d be walking out. I think I posted a pic I took before, but the stab is easily close enough for the heat transfer to damage the spine. Bone cracks and warps with heat, so you can see the problem there. The wound is almost dead on for where the stomach sits and the lungs, liver, kidney, and intestines are all in range to get badly burnt (yeah I know, alien anatomy might be different, but we’re assuming its mostly the same).
We’ve seen what a lightsaber can do to a blast door in The Phantom Menace, take that and apply it to a person, and Arcann held that blade there a loooong time.
Yes, Valkorian saves them, but I think of it more as he kept them from dying, and not, he completely stopped the blade from cooking them from the inside out. So the three days Lana mentioned are horseshit. The Gravestone’s tiny ass med-bay is absolutely not equipped to handle an injury like this.
I always figured a better way was Valkorian kept them alive long enough for Lana to threaten her way onto an appropriate station and made the doctors fix them. Even so, getting what amounts to several organ transplants, implants to bypass possible spinal chord damage, replacement ribs and vertebra, and a whole lot of skin and muscle grafts will leave your Commander pretty messed up, even with magical Star Wars tech and Force magic. And their allotted recovery time seems to be the length of the base’s construction on Odessen, so there’s no way in hell they’re really done healing by the time they have to go back out into battle.
Specific injuries aside, a year is a long time to fight more or less constantly. At least during the base game you sort of had rests between chapters. They’re gonna rack up an impressive list of injuries, alongside wear and tear like their knees and feet having trouble from the constant running and jumping. And their elbows and shoulders will break down from hours upon hours of absorbing the recoil of a gun or the constant flurry and clash of a lightsaber.
Long term mental effects:
As ugly as the physical stuff is, the mental effects are just as bad. Depending on what class they are, having the goddamn Sith Emperor riding shotgun in their head will fuck them up big time.
Classes who faced off with him more-or-less directly, like the Knight, Consular, and Warrior, are going to have the worst time of it because they KNOW what this sort of thing leads to. The warrior has seen the dead eyed puppet on Voss and knows that could be them soon. The consular had to deal with the emperors children and the First Son. They’ve seen a prominent and powerful Jedi master absolutely crumple under the power of the emperor and he wasn’t even IN there. And Knights have already experienced the emperor’s control first hand.
Not to say the others won’t have trouble with it, it’s just that the reasons will be a little less direct. The smuggler and bounty hunter are used to being their own people, not tied down to anything or accountable to anyone, and now there’s the threat that everything they have will be taken from them and there’s no amount of sneaking or shooting that will save them. Troopers built up their command from basically nothing and now they’re Republic heroes, but Valkorian now threatens the lives of everyone they’ve sworn to protect. The agent is easy, they’ve suffered mind control before, they’ve been slaves in their own body, and they’re terrified of it happening again. And inquisitors were literal slaves who clawed their way to the top, and they’d sooner die than be a slave again.
So just having that asshole there means constant stress for the whole of KotFE and KotET. Insomnia must be a given. How do you know you’ll wake up as YOU? That Valkorian won’t hollow you out in your sleep and walk around in your skin the next day? And for the Knight, Agent, and Inquisitor, I’d think panic attacks are probably a thing, even if they don’t let anyone see it.
The stab will definitely cause some trauma. Pretty sure any wound that gruesome would. And if they didn’t have nightmares before, they sure do now and I’m willing to bet that they might shy away from lightsabers for a while, which leaves an interesting dilemma considering they’re in a war with Force-users, and some of them are Force-users themselves.
Fighting a guerrilla war with an absurdly powerful adversary has to be incredibly taxing, especially for classes who’ve never had to command anything. Smugglers and Bounty Hunters are very screwed here, assuming they care about running the Alliance well. And the burden of saving the galaxy is a heavy one. I can definitely see classes who have saved the galaxy multiple times to be getting increasing bitter about always having to be the one to clean up the messes. Why are THEY the ones who always have to suffer? Why isn’t there ever a hero to save THEM when they need it?!
Agents get their own little special bit here with the bullshit that is Vaylin’s conditioning. They know exactly the kind of misery she’s going through, the powerlessness that one single phrase or word causes. I can understand that the writers couldn’t figure out or bother with a whole separate scene of the agent refusing to use the conditioning, cause then they’d have to figure out how to not have Vaylin murder them on the spot. But goddamn we could’ve at least seen them struggle with it! Maybe an extra few lines of them pleading with Vaylin because they desperately don’t want to use her control phrase. Ugh, at least behind the scenes an agent can have a break down about how they’ve become exactly like the intelligence officers who’d decided that they were too much of a liability to go without a leash they could pull. And now they’ve pulled an identical leash on Vaylin.
And then we have their mind being broken. That could be a post in and of itself. Valkorian came within a hair’s breadth of destroying them entirely, and they were so broken that they didn’t even know their own name. And in the space of 10 or so minutes, they scrape themselves together and fight a god. It’s very impressive (and I’ve got my own issues with that fight) but I don’t think you can pull yourself together that fast after being that messed up without some lingering issues.
Chronic insomnia and night terrors, full blown PTSD, panic disorders, severe anxiety; something THAT traumatic will absolutely leave marks.
And after that? They just keep going. Yeah, things calm down, but they’re still at the head of a very powerful faction now (if not ruling Zakuul), there’s no going back after this. And they’ve got a massive restoration project ahead of them as tensions continue to simmer between the Republic and Empire. The more dutiful characters must be near the end of their rope. There’s no rest, just the next fire to put out, and they continue to run themselves into the ground. And the more flighty characters are now forever shackled by the Alliance. There’s no flying off into the sunset for them. No more anonymity as a bounty hunter or smuggler. Their old life is over, whether the wanted it or not. And how can they really relax when there’s this many people looking at them for direction. They’ve become just like those asshole military leaders who they used to mock.
And for just about all of my characters, they hide it. No one can know that they’re falling apart at the seams. Either it’s about personal pride and acting unphased cause they’re just THAT good, or because they’re trying to be the leader the Alliance deserves and don’t want to disappoint or frighten them by showing just how badly they’re coping. Either way there will be a breaking point.
And even after it all comes out in the open, and they (hopefully) get the help they need. It’s never completely over. Chronic pain and fatigue, depression and anxiety, persistent insomnia; these things don’t just disappear, they’re an ongoing struggle that helps color their future actions.
I just… I really like considering things like this because it hits close to home. Seeing them struggle with some of the things I deal with makes them feel more like people. Cause god knows the writers aren’t gonna put this kind of stuff in there.

Some trans Jim HCs...
Some HCs for your consideration bc I’ve been,,, thinking bout Jim a lot lately and this is such an important HC for me:
Jim chose his name bc as a kid he majorly stanned Jim Hawkins from Treasure Planet. Jim Hawkins, who also had a deadbeat dad and grew up with his single mom, and ended up traveling into space on the adventure of a lifetime. It was his favorite movie growing up, and he watched it so much the VHS tape literally wore out. It was always a name that sounded right to him…
…but of course, there was the lingering hurt of his father’s departure to consider. His own deadbeat dad always went by James, not Jim, but still. Eventually however- after much reflection and discussion with his mom- he decided to chose this name regardless of his father. It wouldn’t be fair to either of them to let one name shadow their lives and sway their decisions forever. And anyways, perhaps he could leave his mom with good memories associated with the name.
Looking back on his childhood, Jim initially began to go “hmmmm” about gender stuff around 11 or so. He finally found the words to describe it when he was 12.
His ‘a-hah moment’ came when some girl in his class was teasing him about how much he hung around Toby, and nagging him if he liked him or something, and Jim’s honest to god just… confused why that’s the first place people’s minds go to. Why should it matter, he’s about to respond, Toby’s just another guy- Another guy. When he realizes the implications of this completely casual thought, he sorta disconnects from reality for a moment, starring off into the distance, spinning the thought over and over in his head. Suddenly, every bit of dissonance he’s ever felt from the girls in his class makes sense.
Barbara is 100% supportive and just wants her son to feel loved and comfortable with who he is. She helps him find a binder when he begins to need one, and personally writes up the prescription to get him on T.
Before, Jim pretty much exclusively went by nicknames- half of which were of Toby’s endlessly creative invention. Later, when he told Toby he was going by Jim now, Toby was simply like “Oh, okay! Sweet,” and they just went right back to playin’ their video game and honestly, Jim didn’t know why he ever worried about telling his best friend.
Some dickwad at school hears about his cooking hobby and drones on about how cooking is “for women” and Jim’s all “no, it’s not, have you even SEEN any Gordan Ramsey shows?” He leans into his hobby even more after this, out of sheer spite. If he’s going to cook, he’ll be the best damn cook there is. (Shush let’s just pretend Gordan Ramsey is a multiversal constant and exists here)
When Jim becomes the trollhunter, the thing he most appreciates is that trolls have literally no concept of human gender stereotypes, (also no concept of a binary), so everyone just nods and accepts it without question when he says he’s a guy.
The number two thing he appreciates is that all the exercise he gets through his trollhunting duties actually helps him gain more muscle mass, which definitely helps lessen his dysphoria.
(It genuinely rubs him wrong when initially the trolls don’t think he’s capable of being trollhunter… don’t think he’s strong enough to battle Draal or Bular and survive, but at the very least it’s only because he’s human, and not for other reasons.)
For as crappy Steve is to Jim in literally every other way, he never once intentionally misgenders Jim. He knows how it stings to be told you’re “not a real man" and for all of his rough edges and lashing out, he’d die before he told someone the same thing his own dad told him.
In fact, no villain or adversary ever strikes him with misgendering. It just doesn’t happen. Not in my queer, one horse town.
Jim’s two weeks in the Darklands suck times 2 because he barely got any time to take off his binder. He could never find enough time where he felt safe enough to dismiss his eclipse armor.
His eventual half-troll transformation- while chock full of its obvious other issues and adjustments- does come with the advantage of giving him a lower voice.
Bonus kinda AU thought:
In an ideal world, Barb wouldn’t press Jim to celebrate his birthday- the day his dad left them- and instead they’d celebrate the anniversary of when he fully embraced going by the name Jim. When he’s 14, Barb jokes that he’s finally reached those ‘terrible twos.’

Nekoma - Hogwarts Hcs
This went waaaaay longer than I intended it to be...it started out as what house, favorite class and blood status....then it turned into ...well...this
Kuroo:  Slytherin to the core.  A born leader, he leads not through inspiring his house, but instead knowing each of them and their motivations, able to tailor his motivational speeches to each person he delivers it too.  His ability to read a person instantly is once more shown in how he’s a master of provocation.  He’s fiercely loyal to his house and friends and dares anyone to try and disrespect them around him.  They’ll wake up the next up the next morning with a nasty case of boils.  Both Slytherin Prefect and the captain of the Quidditch team, he technically always has something to be doing, but let any of his friends or housemates need help and he’ll drop everything to help them.
He’s a pureblood with a talent for potions due to the fact that he understands much of the principles behind it.
Beech wand – wizard will be wise beyond his years when young and rich in understanding and experience full-grown; capable of subtlety and artistry
Kenma:  Kenma is Pureblood Ravenclaw, he enjoys arithemacy but excels at transfiguration, things that are more straightforward.
Growing up, he lived close to Kuroo and his family and when he ended up going to Hogwarts he knew that Kuroo was hoping he’d end up in Slytherin. However, he knew that Slytherins tend to be exposed to more scrutiny from the rest of the houses and begged the house not to put him there.  Due to his keen intellect and analytical nature, the hat immediately plopped him in Ravenclaw.  Of course, he still gets the scrutiny due to his close friendship with Kuroo.  After making some offhand remarks he becomes the Ravenclaw Quidditch team’s strategist.  (However, he’s often ended up helping both the Slytherin and Gryffindor teams with some plays especially suited to their best players such as Kuroo and Hinata)
Cedar wand– perspicacity and perception; potential to be a frightening adversary
Yaku:  A halfblood hot-headed Hufflepuff.  Hardwork, dedication, loyalty and fair play – patience isn’t always his strongest suit.
His father was actually good friends with Kuroo’s father and as a result they were supposed to be best friends.  And they are…if you get past the disagreements and angry glares that made up most of their childhood.  However, once they went to Hogwarts, they decided it was much better to be friends in this new place.  Now, that’s not say that they don’t still have their disagreements, but they tend to work it out.  And it’s always a source of amusement to everyone else to see the Hufflepuff losing his temper with the slightly taunting Slytherin.
He enjoys the creativity granted to him in charms.
Fir wand – staying power and strength of purpose; suited to transfiguration and favor owners of focused, strong-minded and intimidating demeanour
Kai:  Is a muggleborn Ravenclaw who ended up in the same train compartment as Yaku and Kuroo and so was adopted to form a neat little trio “in case we don’t make any other friends” Kuroo had said as he looked significantly at Yaku who then proceeded to threaten to toss the pureblood out the train’s window.  He’s someone who excels in sense and technique and appreciates being able to learn new things.  A more laid-back Ravenclaw he does approach life with dignity and an accepting nature. He’s calmer than Yaku and not as antagonistic as Kuroo.  If a fight between the other two does go too far, he’s the one called on (by either a younger Hufflepuff or Slytherin, but most often approached by someone from both houses) to step in and get them to make up.
Like Yaku, he’s good at charms, but he’s a bit better at transfiguration due to his calmer nature.
Elm wand – owners with presence, magical dexterity and native dignity; produces the fewest accidents, least foolish errors, most elegant charms and spells
Yamamoto:  A halfblood Gryffindor he knows the traditions of the purebloods, but prefers the laxity of the muggles.
Yamamoto often clashes with the younger Gryffindor Lev as they both share their plans for becoming the star Qudditch players after the graduation of the team’s current star, Bokuto Koutaro.  A spot that’s also being argued for by Lev’s fellow yearmate, Hinata Shoyou. (It should be noted that Bokuto doesn’t help much, just laughs and encourages it.  It drives vice captain Kamisaki and Gryffindor prefect Iwaizumi crazy.)
A huge fan of defense against dark arts, he’s not always the best, but he does approach duels with a certain ingenuity (which is really just an unpredictability) that makes him a force to be reckoned with
Blackthorn wand– best suited to a warrior; wands need to pass through danger/hardship to become truly bonded – loyal and faithful
Fukunaga: A muggleborn Ravenclaw, on the quiet side he’s intelligent and witty.
Unlike some of the other muggleborns who are out there trying to make a name for themselves right away, Fukunaga prefers to be a little quieter about his magical education.  He fits right in with the rest of the Ravenclaws who enjoy his humor though they do wish he would speak up a little more.  He’s confident enough in his own abilities and enjoys the new life he’s getting to experience through his magical abilities.  Though, he does wish that Yamamoto – who he sat with on the train first year, and the loud Gryffindor decided that made them friends – would stop bugging him about “talking more.”
Having always done well in plain old ordinary math, he likes to try his luck with arithmancy.
Black Walnut wand – master of good instincts and powerful insight; sincere, self-aware owner it’s one of the most loyal and impressive wands of all, particular flair for charmwork
Inuoka:  Muggleborn Gryffindor, Inouka is always focused on improving and getting better. Friendly and outgoing he fits right in with the majority of the Gryffindor house.
The same year as both Lev and Hinata, he’s good with spending most of his time with the two of them, despite the fact that he tends to be in their shadow most of the time.  However, they both make sure that when he feels welcomed with them – regardless of how anyone else views them.  He’s fascinated by this new world of magic all around him.
A huge fan of History of Magic because he does want to learn as much about this new world as possible.
Alder wand – not stubborn or obstinate, but often helpful, considerate and most likeable
Lev: A pureblood Gryffindor – however, still a bit out of his element, because he’s spent most of his life in his mother’s native country, Russia.  And being in Hogwarts is his first long exposure to his father’s country.
There was no doubt in his mind when he put that sorting hat on that he would end up in Gryffindor.  However he was still super excited when he did end up there.  Despite the fact that he can sometimes irritate the rest of Hogwarts, he fits right in with the Gryffindor house and has a firm circle of friends.  In addition to Kuroo, he does manage to be one of the people that Hufflepuff Yaku loses his temper with (the rest of Hogwarts loves it)
Flying was his favorite subject first year and he doesn’t think that any of the rest of his subjects ever compared. He hopes to be a player for a national Quidditch team one day.
Hornbeam wand – master is for life, and tends to have a single, pure passion; adapt quickly to master’s magic style and is extremely personalized; absorb owner’s code of honor and refuses ot perform acts that do not mesh with their master’s principles
Shibayama: Shibayama is a muggleborn Hufflepuff.
He’s one of the muggleborn that feels pretty completely out of his depth here and is thankful to every higher power that he ended up in Hufflepuff because he’s pretty sure any other house would have eaten him alive (maybe not on purpose…except Slytherin, he’s heard stories).  Of course there are still frightening people in Hufflepuff, such as Aone who Shibayama later learns is a big softie.  And then there’s people that he later learns are much more intimidating than they look and he doesn’t want to mess with, such as Quidditch team captain, Daichi Sawamura – who in addition to Yaku is not afraid to take on the Slytherin Kuroo Tetsurou. In Hufflepuff, Yaku is his idol because he noticed that the older boy, while living up to the Hufflepuff ideals still isn’t intimidated or pushed around by anyone.
He’s good at muggle studies, though he tries to do his best in charms as a way to emulate Yaku.
Larch wand – hidden talents and unexpected effects; owners never realize the full extent of their talents until paired with it

HEADCANON: PERSONALITY.
yukino had to learn to be smart at a young age. she immigrated from a country where her family house was famous. she came to the new country with nothing but her first name and one spirit key given to her by her father. she’s had to learn to put on a face for the sake of survival, as opposed to fading into the background. fiorian society is different from stella. people value vanity and showmanship more than actual grunge work and ambition. she evolves herself to fit in such uncomfortable circumstances when necessary. yukino doesn’t shy away from challenges, especially when it can allow her to be manipulative. yukino honestly doesn’t mind if people see her as the softhearted girl in fiore, because it’ll make it that much more satisfying when she proves them wrong. the women of her family are known to bare their hard hearts valiantly. growing up in fiore, yukino had to adjust — as woman are often held in high esteem for their physical looks and ability to act practically as socialites, and rather than be praised for their minds. ( mind you, that doesn’t mean that intelligent woman aren’t still appreciated in fiore. it’s just very different from the culture she was used to. )
yukino enjoys the game that fiore invokes. she can act polite, humble, and amicable — because she knows how to not just play the game, but win the game. she keeps a lot of her calculated and trained strength at bay, because she was taught to never give away your power limit to the enemy too quickly. she listens and learns behind a mask she wears for the populace. she doesn’t attempt to show off for the sake of being praised for a fleeting moment. ( if she did, she would just use her 13th key recklessly, just for a ‘surprising’ quick win ) it’s not to say she doesn’t enjoy glory every now and then. i mean — she’s of sorano’s blood, a mage of sabertooth, and you don’t join the grand magic games if you don’t like a little bit of attention.
i guess what i’m trying to get at is that yukino will always be difficult to read by others, and she prefers it that way. she understands control and when it’s appropriate to put on a front for the sake of keeping her own inner peace. as a child, she was criticized over small things and often reprimanded for any minor error. she has no room for feeble errors as an adult. she fears missteps more than anything, which is why everything she does and says isn’t without purpose.
