Sebastian Stan be surprising me by being in many films I've seen throughout the years—Black Swan, I,Tonya, Logan Lucky, and this, Rachel Getting Married—and going completely unnoticed. Gossip Girl also?? I was obsessed with that show. Well, for a season or two, anyway.
Now he seems hell-bent in becoming unforgettable with roles like Elephant Man and Donald Trump. Not bound to erase Tommy Lee and his talking dick from my memory anytime soon, as well, if at all.

The Cloverfield Paradox (2018)
Daniel Brühl as Ernst Schmidt
Watching this movie, I remember having a visceral reaction when Ernst first appeared. Daniel's attractiveness ranges from cute to hot, depending on his role: Andrea Marowski is cute; Thomas Lang is hot; Baron Zemo is both. Sometimes, it takes a while to reveal itself, like Niki Lauda. But this character, without even saying a word, was on fire.

15 Questions for 15 or maybe 5 or 6 Friends
Tagged by @hiddenxplaces-blog
Are you named after anyone? Accidentally. Apparently, my mom picked my first name and my aunt suggested the second. They didn’t realize the combination only sounded right to their ears because it’s what the neighbors also named their baby.
When was the last time you cried? It can’t be late last year, but that’s the last time I remember having a good, ugly cry. This was while watching Past Lives for the second time.
Do you have kids? Does my dog count? He’s my pandemic baby.
What sports do you play/have you played? None. I did participate in competitive Scrabble once.
Do you use sarcasm? Do I breathe?
What’s the first thing you notice about people? How they carry themselves or what they’re wearing (because I love fashion).
What’s your eye color? Dark brown.
Scary movies or happy endings? Happy endings in scary movies.
Any talents? A handful of art-related things (e.g. photography, styling, DIY, decorating); reading people; and being a chameleon in social situations.
Where were you born? A country with 7000+ islands.
What are your hobbies? Watching films and TV shows, GIF-making, curating lists, exploring local coffee shops, thrift shopping, organizing, and traveling.
Do you have any pets? A grumpy dog and a clingy stray cat.
How tall are you? If I lived in the Shire, I’d be an unusually tall Hobbit—the one they would call to get things on high shelves.
Favorite subject in school? English.
Dream job? I’m a photographer already but the niche Greg Williams carved out for himself looks particularly fun.
Would be fun to see your answers @jomarch-wannabe, @leatherandsoil, @decemberafternoon, @deepdwellingsteamboat, and @thorne-kreizler—but no pressure, only if you want to or have the time.

@nbraraeaves hey, thanks! 💜 I know there are a gazillion Zemo gifs at this point and there's probably a gifset just like this one already but I missed this smooth criminal.
As for the gun, it was technically Nagel's, no? Given its shady operations (and Madripoor being Madripoor), he correctly deduced there had to be one somewhere in that lab. And look at all the work he got done with that one firearm 😂 He's using the same one in clips 1, 2, and 4 (and maybe even 3 if Sam and Bucky admitted to themselves his efficiency outweighed the risk).
Also, if Fake Cap hadn't interrupted him in the third clip, he'd have crushed all the serum vials and killed Karli, dismantling her leadership and, possibly, the dark path she was taking the Flag Smashers.
Thus, one episode 😊

Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo
I'm convinced the whole show could have been one episode if they just gave Zemo a gun.

@narvacat Niki isn't in this post as well 😂 but anyone's welcome to air their grievances anywhere, especially in defense of my original Blorbo, Daniel as Niki, who was actually the hot one in Rush.
p.s. Zemo's always welcome to join the party—any party!

@fablesrose Daniel is left-handed IRL so it's actually in the third GIF that he shifted to his right. Never noticed until you pointed out the difference and I, too, am impressed. A prop gun isn't likely to be as powerful as a real one, but it will still have a recoil if it follows the same mechanism. And keeping your hand in place when it does is difficult, not even with your dominant hand. That was my experience at a firing range anyway.
I bet they only asked him to do that because it looks better for the one camera shooting from his left:
But, yes, definitely okay with how the show turned out 😉
