I finally worked up the courage to rewatch the S2 finale and I’m just wondering like- how long does it take for the avatar to be reborn? Because if Azula and the rest of the fire nation really thought the avatar was dead shouldn’t they be looking for his reincarnation not celebrating?

Side note: I know that if the avatar is killed in the avatar state the avatar cycle stops and the avatar ceases to exist and stuff but HOW WOULD THE FIRE NATION KNOW THAT WHEN AANG DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT??? Like I thought that was special Roku information.

What I think each member of the gaang’s favorite Taylor Swift album is (I’m right bc I’m literally Taylor Swift)

Aang: lover and 1989 if you’ve read the comics you know he’s grossly romantic. He skips over the sad songs usually but sometimes he’ll sit and listen and start crying. He loves the upbeat and poppy vibes of 1989. Biggest swiftie.

Sokka: “doesn’t like Taylor Swift” but listens with suki and finds he actually likes most of her songs.

Suki: speak now. It’s a perfect combination of badass and girlhood. Because she’s a warrior but she’s a girl too, duhhhh.

Katara: speak now and fearless. Fearless is like amazing but also kind of preachy which gives me her speeches about hope. And speak now because she’s also a badass.

Toph: Reputation, but she denies that it’s a love album. She mainly listens to songs like “this is why we can’t have nice things” and “look what you made me do”. Not a huge Taylor fan, but can get down to this album.

Zuko: Evermore. He is right where you left him, but also loves folklore especially seven. He just wants to bask in the sadness.

Unfortunately this is red, debut, and midnights erasure. It was unintentional.
