new year new me :) have lost over 30lbs since june of 2021 and feeling so much better for it. now that the new variant is spreading and we’re going back into lockdown for a few weeks, im excited to lose a bunch more weight and then go back to school looking entirely different.

fasting is so difficult because on day 3 i always get nauseous and have to eat, but if i eat too little the nausea doesn't go away but if i eat too much i just gain back the weight i lost so should i just jump or what bc im getting tired of this

what i personally do to prevent from binging!! <3
disclaimer: i am in no way promoting ana. i am pro-recovery. these are just some things that i have learned and wish to share with those who may be struggling with cravings
TW // ED 
1. drink water. lots of water. 
2. suck on ice cubes 
3. nap. yes i know i shouldn’t but i do anyway. oops?
4. watch a series or a bunch of movies. i recommend julia roberts romcoms from the early 90′s because she’s great thinspo + tvd because nina dobrev has amazing collarbones
5. play the sims 4. that game consumes my brain like no other. 
6. pathetically enough, watch one direction complications on youtube. 
7. listen to my thinspo playlist on spotify 
8. drink a glass of almond breeze almond milk. the original kind is only 60 cals per cup and really helps when im craving something sweet. 
9. make myself some green tea. 
10. go through  tumblr + twt for meanspo and bonespo
11. look on shein at all of the wonderful, trendy clothes i’ll be able to wear once i reach my ugw
12. look at all of the pretty girls on pinterest and remember what i’m doing this all for.

im back
hello everyone :) 
if you haven’t noticed (which is completely fine), i’ve been ia for the past 2 weeks. my parents got very concerned for my health and decided the most ethical option was to send me to my aunt’s house, who would monitor how much i was eating, counting my cals for me and telling me at the end of each day exactly how much i’d consumed. when i wouldn’t eat, i was force-fed. she made me eat over 1,500cals a day for 2 weeks and i gained 4lbs. i feel horrible, i look horrible, and the scale is making me angry. im glad to be back home and finally able to starve again. as uncomfortable as hunger is, it is also serene.

dont fuck with pro*na tips
from ur (not so) friendly PRO RECOVERY wine mom:
- too much green tea can be dangerous. theres a fuck ton of caffeine in there, u can’t drink it at night and expect to fall asleep in a heartbeat. if ur not sleeping, cut back those 5 cups a day to maybe 2 cups. even if u do sleep but drink a crapton of green tea, cut back. ur heart may be in danger. 
- i don’t know where the fuck y'all got that apple cider vinegar “helps weight loss” cuz it doesn’t. it has metabolic benefits but jesus christ DONT shot it like its vodka on ur 21st bday. if u wanna take ACV, put no more than a spoonful in a BIG glass of water, and make sure u eat afterwards. and only take it ONCE a day preferably in the morning. u don’t want a big acid burn in ur stomach. 
- carbs are good. carbs are friends. carbs are energy that ur body needs. it doesn’t matter where u get ur carbs from, just eat some. complex carbs (from veggies and fruits) are better than simple carbs (pasta, pizza), but only cuz they take longer to be digested, therefore keeping u full for longer. simple carbs are better than no carbs at all.
- u know whats not energy? SUGAR. avoid processed sugary stuff. ALSO avoid artificial sweeteners cuz jesus christ those are cancerogenic. if u want sugar in ur coffee, put brown sugar. avoid processed as much as possible.  
- don’t take meds on an empty stomach unless EXPLICITLY told to. eat something, anything, before gulping down ur pills. and take them with water, no soda, no alcohol (for fucks sake). water. u don’t want stomach ulcers, they’re fucking nasty. 
imagine an angry mom trying to keep you as safe as possible. thats me.

hey
some real non-toxic weight loss tips for ya!
negative calorie foods aren’t real
if you only do cardio you’re gonna be really flabby cause you lost ur muscles first
you wont get bulky from lifting low (10-15lb) weights you will just lose fat faster
you can drink too much water 
fats are not your enemy oh my god! if you eat fatty foods you stay full all day
you can lose up to 2 pounds a week if you eat a whopping 1,200 cals a day. seriously.
not eating enough slows metabolism = slower weight loss
the more carbs you eat the hungrier you are gonna get during the day
take ur damn multivitamin
you will be fine if you cheat on your diet once or twice. you wont gain anything from eating a single piece of cake. you could die tomorrow enjoy your life
lose it slow for minimum skin sagging
fruits have a lot of sugar, cut them out if you are taking the proper vitamins
spot training isn’t real you cant just lose it in one place
stress can make you retain weight. so, ironically, if you’re worried about losing all the time you will just lose it slower
track your weight loss with weekly measurements. The scale is addicting and usually inaccurate and you will feel a lot more accomplished this way.
Your ideal thin self with a wonderful life doesn’t exist. Its still going to be you but just a little smaller. Learn to love the you right now cause you are all you got.

48 hr fast!
just finished my last “meal” of the day and have gotten a total of 54 cals today. starting a 48 hr liquid fast now :) earlier this week i got up to 40 hrs before i was forced to eat, but now that my mom thinks im doing an intermittent fasting diet and is allowing me to eat what i feel i need each meal, i will definitely be able to get through this period. green tea and water here i come !! i will most likely be keeping close to my laptop and updating about my progress every few hours. wish me luck <333
