Aaaaah my @hachisales haul is here!!!!! Hachi is SO sweet and kept me informed every step of the way. It's not the full spread since I got some friends a couple of gifts but they are duplicates of some of the volleyball boys shown here (the oikawas packaged are unique ones!)

Can you tell I have a bit of a bias? 😂 But I love them so much! 💞💞💞

Shanghai Back in Business

The items stuck in Shanghai have been dispatched! Should reach my friend in a week. 

I’m considering doing a mini Group Order to pick up more goods at the same time. Gotta make the EMS shipping to UK worthwhile! 🥴💸

Packages Arriving in the US

First of the Group Order packages started arriving in the US on Thursday 26 May! Both tracked and standard airmail, to all different states, east & west coast! 🤩

Thank you to those who got in touch to notify me. It is reassuring to know the goods reached you safely, and it’s just interesting to learn how quickly packages get to different locations!

Spring Group Order Packages Shipped!

After several days of wrapping & prepping, the Spring Group Order packages were shipped out yesterday (Friday 20 May)! 🤗📦📮🛫

Notified everyone by email but not gotten around to posting here until now. 🤪 By the time I type this, most UK peeps already received their goods lol

International postal speed seems decent right now, so I hope the rest of you don't have to wait too long. Please let me know when you receive your package, so I'll know it's safe!

Laid them out to have a good look at everything today! 😚 Twisted Wonderland is clearly the main star this time lol. FYI the mini stands do have matching bases. They look white here because they are facing the other way.

Oh btw things you picked from Buy Now are not pictured here (had them put aside beforehand 👌), nor are the items sadly stuck in Shanghai. These are the new arrivals only!

This week I’ll be packing your orders, with the aim to post next week. This will give us time to look at leftover items, check if anyone’s address needs changing, and to fill in custom forms (aka the most time consuming task of all ugh).

(2022.04.22) March Group Order Update

The TWST towels have arrived! 🤗 

My friend gave me a fright yelling about one of the towels being badly smudged. 😨 Then I looked at the pic and, PHEW! That's how Kalim's design is supposed to look! Don't scare me like that omg. 😂

We now have EVERYTHING except for the items stuck in Shanghai. 

In contrary to what we believed at the start of the week, they have announced a TIGHTENING of the covid restrictions instead of easing (coz deaths have been rising). 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 5 weeks and no end in sight yet...

Next Steps:

98% of the goods are ready, so they will be shipped to the UK first. That way, I can dispatch the majority of your orders asap.

The stuck items will be shipped over at a later date, when Shanghai reopens.

Several of you are affected by this split, and I'll be in touch by email soon to check your preference. 

I'll ask my friend to prep for EMS shipping by the end of April.

(2022.04.20) March Group Order Update

After the Easter holidays, my friend has picked up a delivery - the TWST exhibition stands plus other extra bits we ordered at the end of March. 😊 Please visit  hachisales.com > Group Order Status to see the pics. 

The TWST towels are in a separate package, so they might pick that up later this week.

We are on track to have everything ready, EXCEPT the items stuck in Shanghai lockdown. 😢 That batch only contains a dozen items out of the 350+ in this Group Order, but it include goods which are no longer available anywhere else.

It appears the city is eager to reopen soon, as this week some factories are permitted to restart production. Since we are still waiting for the towels to arrive, I'm prepared to watch this space for another week. 

If the situation remains unchanged by the end of April, I'll EMS what we have to the UK first, so I could dispatch the majority of your packages. The remaining bits I'll ship over later when ready.

(2020.04.15) March Group Order Update

Happy Easter, everyone! 🐣 Hope you are enjoying the holidays (if it is celebrated in your country). 

Another small batch of goods arrived earlier this week, so I've shared some pics on hachisales.com > Group Order Status. It includes some of the TWST/JJK goods we added at the end of March (the Exhibition Stands are coming separately) and some late/replacement bits.

Looking at the tracking, the TWST towels should be ready for pick up next week? 👀 Hopefully the Exhibition stands + towels could be collected at the same time, then 95% of our goods would be ready.

(Normally I can accurately estimate the pick up time, but the current covid restrictions in Hong Kong makes things getting into the city a lot slower sighhh)

(2020.04.12) March Group Order Update

Hello everyone! Not much happened last week so I just kept quiet, but I can report that the Twisted Wonderland towels have now dispatched! 🚛 

This leaves just the Shanghai package still awaiting dispatch. 😖 The city is sadly still under tight covid lockdown, but this week there are talks that restrictions could be eased for specific areas with no new cases. Will have to wait and see. 

Our next step is to wait for everything (minus the Shanghai package) to reach my friend. If when all the goods have arrived, there is still no change on the Shanghai front, I’ll consider shipping the available goods first. ✈ Don’t want to keep you guys waiting for too long! 🥺

(But fingers-crossed I don’t have to EMS 2 separate lots, coz that gets EXPENSIVE)

(2022.04.06) March Group Order Update

A lot of goods arrived at my friend's over the weekend! 🤩 Visit hachisales.com > Group Order Status page to see pics of what's been delivered so far. 

Before the goods can make their way to me, we have to wait for a few more bits.

The additional TWST goods we reserved at the end of March were dispatched today & should reach my friend soon. 👌

Main sticking points now are the TWST towels & items coming from Shanghai. Both locations are under covid lockdown right now. Packages can't be dispatched until rules change there. 😔 Waiting & monitoring the situation atm~

As a result, our schedule has been pushed back. Originally the estimated dispatch time to you was end of April. Now we are looking at May, depending on what happens this month!
