You are not good enough, you are not as good as your sibling, this thing is really tough for you, you cannot be that successful in your life as that person. Try to recognize and acknowledge the negative self-talk: The first step is to become aware of the negative thoughts and beliefs that your inner voice is telling you. Acknowledge them and try to observe them without judgement.

Reframe your negative self-talk: Reframe your negative self-talk into more positive and constructive statements. For example, instead of saying “i am so stupid to make this mistake,” say “Everyone makes mistakes, and I can learn from these mistakes.”

Practice self-love: Treat yourself with kindness, love, and understanding. You can image yourself as a friend who need help, who is going through a tough time and speak to yourself with the same love and understanding that you would offer to your friend.

Take help : You can take help of someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or mental health professional, and share your struggles with them. Human is a social animal we need someone to talk, to open our hearts in front of someone who we know is honest to us and is dear to us. They can offer you support, guidance, and help you to develop a more positive mindset.
