#9: Thanksgiving & religious holidays

Sure, you’re not passing down family traditions to your children because you still don’t have any, but at least there’s more focus on family and less on romantic relationships.

#8: Various Monday holidays

Either you have a day off of work and you think about how you don’t have anyone to do weekend trips with, or you don’t have a day off work and you don’t have anyone to commiserate with when you get home.

#7: Fourth of July

There are explosions and nationalism and no one to complain to about the explosions and nationalism.

#6: Tax Day

Love to check an official box stating that I’m single AND pay more in taxes because of it!

#5: Mother’s Day/Father’s Day
