Is this about trouble getting back on the band wagon? lol no, but yeah I haven’t gotten back on. Unfortunately.
BUT BUT BUT… I’m moving back home from my uni apartment and my mom came down to help take back things ANNNDDD… I made the STUPID mistake of not wearing baggy clothes. I thought because this past week I’ve been eating so much, I was all bloated and some gained weight. (Which I prob have like 2-3lbs)
Well I was wrong. First thing she said to me was “you’ve lost weight… ?!?!?” And then her face was something I’ve never seen before. Anger, sadness, frustration, concern… she said “this is the worst I’ve seen you Anna.. you are looking extremely an0rezic!!?”
Ew. The A word. I mean valid. My bmi last time I weighed myself was like 16. BUT. Gross. I hate that word. She wouldn’t let it go, and a family friend came with her and she was like “yeah anna… I notice too” OOPS. fuck it was so embarrassing.
She also found my laxatives which was the icing on the cake.. because allegedly she said she was An0 when she was a kid so she knows the “tricks” She also tried forcing me on the scale. My oh my what a mess today.
So yeah. In summary my mom is REALLLLLLLY concerned as hell and hypothetically “getting me help” this summer. So if I go MIA. Yeah. Or t worded for this post. Either or, that’s why. I am truly scared for what’s bout to come tbh.
ALSO DONT MIND MY DIRTY HOUSE, as I said I’m moving out. So chaos.

Today was alright. I spent the whole day almost sleeping. I’ve been so tired lately. for dinner today I got subway :). Which may seem like an odd dinner choice considering the last two days (if you seen my last post) and it is an odd choice, but the way to get back into things is slowly and steadily. Definitely don’t try to jump back in the deep end after drowning. Build ur way back. I got a 6’ rotisserie chicken on flat bread, all the veg, no cheese, and hot sauce. 🙌🏼🥪Someone tell me WHY subway took away crispy chicken…I just wanna talk🔪That was my FAVOURITE. grrr.
Today could’ve been “better” sure. But like to me this is what works. No harsh punishments, just keep on keeping on. Ew, I hate I said that. This isn’t 2015💀💀💀💀💀

Hey guyssss. So I’ve been gone for a few days! If anyone noticed. Prob not.
So yeah I haven’t been posting for a couple days because tbh I’ve completely fallen off the band wagon. Which has put me down in the dumpssssss. I’m haven’t dealt with binging in like genuinely 2 months. Not that I thought the habit was kicked, but I’ve definitely lost the most amount of weight I ever have by NOT binging within this lil while. Buuttttt then she came for a visit.
Yes, I actually recognize why it happened. Anyone who’s asked me how I do it my #1 RULE OF THUMB is I do NOT fast. It just makes you hungrier and it’s not a good time. Well I broke my #1 rule when I went out to my anniversary dinner with my bf. I fasted for way longer than I should’ve before. (I will not talk numbers due to the competitive nature of issues) ANYWAY, that night i was SO hungry and I guess lost control for these past 2 days. I won’t get into specifics. An old habit I had was always to fast before a restaurant, so I didn’t even really think about it. But yeah not smart.
I am human, I am just like all of you. I fall and when I fall it’s shit but the important bit is to get back up and continue on like normal. I’m not going to beat myself up for it because mistakes happen. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to fast to make up for it, but that’s what got me into this mess. So I will not be doing that even tho I feel as I should, and I will NOT be cutting out any food groups either. All that is just one big recipe for disaster.
Anyway, I always try to be as transparent as possible and show my falls. It’s not all glamorous with me in zkinnyville 💀. As I get back on the band wagon take this pic of my arm. LOL.
ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE, i finished my 3rd year of uni. WOOOO

Hello🥗
Today was my bf and I’s two year anniversary !we went out to this really fancy Italian restaurant. I got my usual, a Diet Coke and a salad without the croutons and sauce on the siiide, It’s best to get the sauce on the side as sometimes it can make the salad really soggy. Bleh. The portion was so tiny I’m crying LOLOL. but like whatever obviously I’m not complaining. Tho was it worth 17$ ? Idkkkkk… they brought a basket of homemade bread to the table and I had a few bites of the white one. Oml it was SO tasty.
To end the dinner I paid for my bf to get dessert, he got a slice of cheesecake. I had a small bite, was really delectable.
Ik I’ve been asked to show what I eat so this was an instance of just dinner.

Okay this was pre room cleaning I swear. I didn’t dirty it within like two days, although I would do something like that. AHA.
It’s currently 9:30 and I have an exam at 12:00… no I’m not up early. I PULLED AN ALL NIGHTER CRAMMING. loooolll help. I’m laying in bed rn trying to decide if I should try and sleep for an hour at least or just say fuck it and go. I’m not sleepy at all only because yesterday I finished an exam at 12 and came home and slept till 6pm. Idk what to do yet. Bleh. After this exam, I’ll have one essay to do then I’ll be free from academic stress for the summer. Oh how wonderful that will be.

Lil lunch today.
It’s funny because yesterday was quite rough I must say, I had so many mini eggs and chippies. But hey that’s life. I wouldn’t say it was a binge bc like, idk to me a binge is like a full send which I didn’t do, but calorie wise it was definitely what many of you could consider a binge, so it was discouraging. Oh well again. BUT we don’t fast because that happens. Binge and restrict cycle = no bueno
Just finished my criminology exam, oh baby I FAILED THAT SHIT. and I 100000% failed that class. This semester has been so tough for me. I have been dealing with a loss for the first time, which I think is contributing to my mental illness. IYKYK. ANYWAY
I stopped for this lil salad and drinky poo, THIS SALAD WAS 11$ HELP. that is so expensive and lowkey smells funny, but it’s kind bussin.., had a protein bar in a tortilla wrap for breakfast before my exam (odd combo but tbh it’s so good hahahah) so I’m currently eating rn.
This post was a lil deeper and more transparent than usual. But I’m a real person! Ya know? I deal with shit and have moments where I fall. But I love you all and by the way

Ofc we b flexing with the energy drankss. My literal water. I finally cleaned up my room. Not very well 💀 but like ya know, I do feel productive. Tell me why I forgot grilled cheeses existed. I made one for lunch yesterday and it was 🤌🏼 I think I might go make a protein coffee with matcha today. Hmm.
Lil rant:
My bf keeps telling me I need to put on weight, and that I’ve lost a lot which like, is valid. He’s definitely brought it up a few times and had to ask our roommate what I’ve been eating. (While he was away for a week) He also he took a photo of me literally just standing the other day. 🤳🏼🕴🏻He’s like never done that??? So I wonder if he took it to keep tabs on me, idk seemed veryyy peculiar…
though my fitness regime isn’t over yet, 🥦👟🤸🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️I’d like to start going to Pilates. I heard my roommate talking to her friend bout going.🦧🦧🦧🦧today I woke up at 103🫶🏻

Back in my lovely leopard shorts. Yesterday my bf came back home after being away for work for a week. He commented on my bod and said I lost weight since he was home last, which was cool ig. We hung out with my roommates and ordered Pizza Hut!😋 Yeah, I got chicken fingers, and my roommate and I made homemade fries. My only regret? not ordering the cookie pizza thing. it looked BOMB.
Am I going to do some sort of crazy fast? No. You can eat all the foods you enjoy and not have to “make up for it.” I’ll probably just up my protein intake today. I try to live sustainably.
Thank you everyone for the overwhelming amount of love I’ve gotten recently. On my posts and in my messages. Some of you are the sweetest beans ever.

Today I had to walk to the store in a literal rainstorm 🫠 but it was worth it for a few goodies. This isn’t my regular amount of groceries, just a few things I needed!
I’m a protein girly, I used to be worrisome about protein because it’s higher cals, but honestly it’s my new “safe food” protein is great for ur metabolic rate, it boosts it because it’s harder to digest and also it keeps u full longer! So eat up 🤭🫶🏻 and stay healthy.
