This isn’t really a recipe but I’m having fruit for breakfast at 2pm in a cosmo glass so I took pics of it
70 CALS FOR THIS FRUIT BOWL!!!
1/3 cup blackberries — 20 cal
1/3 cup pineapple — 33 cal
5 strawberries — 20 cal
(Also I put it in a small glass so it looks like a larger amount of food because the glass is really full, one of my favorite tricks!)

ABC DIET DAY 2
so today didn’t go as well cause I went out with my friends and we got fast food. Not sure about the cals but I was at 100 before we went out then I had some chicken nuggets, a couple fries, black coffee, and some sweets. The cookies definitely had sooo many calories and so much sugar. I definitely went over the cal limit so I’m considering starting again but I’ll probably just keep going.

I’ve hit a point where I know that I can do this. I know I can starve and restrict and that even if progress isn’t quick the weight will drop off. I just have to be patient and stick with it. I can’t not lose weight with how much I eat and exercise. I am in control. My stomach is shrinking and I can’t even finish a bowl of food in one sitting I have to eat half very slowly then in an hour or two eat the other half. I know my body will adapt to this. I just have to stick with it. I’m not going back to my old binge habits. They made me feel good for 10 minutes and depressed for years. I don’t need to eat anywhere near that much food ever again. It’s disgusting. Smaller positions are 100% filling and big portions are just overindulgence and not necessary at all for my body. I was just slowly killing myself. I will no longer fill my body up with endless amounts of food. I will look skinny and healthy. Watch me.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE DESSERT!!! 33 CAL!

Whisk 1 egg white (17 cal) with a pinch of cinnamon and 0 cal sweetener to taste (use an electric mixer to get it really fluffy)
thennnn cut up 4 strawberries (16 cal) and put them in a bowl with the whipped cream on top and lightly fold the strawberries in if you like :)
I lovvveeee this whipped egg white frosting as a low cal whipped cream topping on everythingggg. Tastes so good worth strawberries.

Sweeten to taste with Equal or whatever sweetener
