Namjoon

gryffindor student

in quidditch he would be a chaser

he would study all the freaking time, like it’s nonstop

he is the prefect of gryffindor

in class he is the first to raise his hand and he always says the right answers

he is such a brainiac and all

often gives advice to the younger housemates, maybe even studetns who aren’t in his house

when he isn’t in class, studying, or playing quidditch, he’s breaking stuff around hogwarts

its not like he wants to, it just happens

he loves muggles and their culture

he is a pureblood

his pet would be a horned owl

Seokjin

gryffindor student

in quidditch he would be a keeper

the friendliest guy at hogwarts

strikes up a conversation with anyoen and everyone can come to him for some advice or just to chat

but he will be brutally honest and speak his mind

he protects his friends to the ends of the earth

he specializes in protective charms

if he isn’t in class, 9 times out of 10 you will find him in the kitchen eating something

he is a half blood

his pet would be a brown tabby cat

Hoseok

hufflepuff student

in quidditch he would be a beater

he works harder than any pureblood

he is prefect of his house

liek seokjin, he is friends with anyone instantly

hoseok would go out of is way to brighten anyone’s day

if someone messed up in potions or a spell backfired, you know hoseok would be there to cheer them up

he is always writing to his parents and his sister

while he is the friendliest guy you will ever meet, he will not take crap from anyone

once you fire him up he will not back down

he is a muggleborn

his pet would be a white barn owl

Yoongi

slytherin student

in quidditch he would be a seeker

very cool and precise

he can cut through any lecture and get to the point of the problem

his questions are very direct

most teachers are slightly afraid of him

can list of spells so quickly, sometimes his wand can’t keep up

near unbeatable in duels, but doesn’t like dueling all that much

typically just lazes around and studies only when he has to

makes friends with people who take the first step and interact with him, he isn’t one to go out and try to make friends.

in quidditch he would be a beater

has a deep aversion to the dark arts

wouldn’t touch it with a 49 and a half foot pole

he loves quidditch more than anything

he wants to play it professionally

he mainly does it because he loves the feeling of flying on hid broom

so flying professionally sounds like a pretty good deal

he is very shy about talking to his housemates, but loves their pets

that’s mainly how he makes friends at hogwarts, by talking to their pets first then them

he loves receiving praise and encouragement

it’s what makes him strive to be one of the top students

his pet would be a white cat

Taehyung

hufflepuff student

in quidditch he would be a chaser

this boy is loyal to a fault

like he gets in so much trouble because he takes the fall for his friends

but he also gets into plenty of trouble on his own

he genuinely cares about people and is always making sure that his friends are ok

always giving some quirky advice

sleeps often during class, but really tries hard

always decorating his robes with some new accessory

he is a halfblood

his pet would be a spectacled owl

in quidditch he would be a chaser

he is very driven about learning

he wants to be the top student more than anything

but he is pretty wuiet unless spoken to or if you’re one of his friends

always in awe of other people and especially his older schoolmates

always trying to learn from his elders

he specializes in Defense Against the Dark Arts

wants to return to hogwarts as a teacher one day

no matter what, he always has a snappy comeback

his burns hurt more than his spells in dueling class

prince!woozi

woozi is probably the hardest working prince out of the entire Seventeen Confederacy (see this is like some MCU shit)

he is constantly drawing up plans to improve his kingdom and just uber loves his country and wants to show that love by improving it greatly

however, since he has so many plans for the kingdom, he happens to tick off the council often

its not that they don’t like jihoon, they do

but gosh darn it, jihoon, please calm down!

we can’t do everything

we just renovated all the orphanages

give us a break

anyway hes always looking fine and clean and crisp

its nice to look at him

ladies and peasant girls all swoon over him

well, all eccept for one

enter you

see you’re the queen’s lady-in-wating’s daughter

your father is a noble duke and is on the council

everyday you would hear stories about prince jihoon and how annoying he could be

so when you’re old enough to take your father’s place on the council,

you vow to yourself to make sure that jihoon never sways you and that you put him in his place

very very quickly, the council meetings fall into a pattern

you two argue, nothing gets done, and its all fine and dandy

oh wait

it isn’t fine and dandy

everything is horrible

and jihoon is tired of work not being done

so he decides to confront you after a meeting

“so… why do you feel the need to argue with me?” he asks

“because you can’t be right all the time. you can’t be in charge all the time,” you snap back

in all honesty, you really care about jihoon

like really care about him

you practically grew up with him and his best friend seungcheol

and you saw how passionate he was about the kingdom

he stayed up night after night producing ideas for the good of the kingdom

he ran himself ragged

it was bad

it still is bad

and you truly just want this prince to take a break and relax for a week, maybe a month

but anyway

the argument basically goes downhill from there

it only gets more maddening and he keeps taking steps to get closer and closer to you

and then you realize how cute jihoon is up close

like dang

hello

but you can’t react with anything snappy, not anymore, not with jihoon being so close

so you just kind of stomp off

like ha take that im walking away

and jihoon is just left there fuming

both from getting in an argument with you

and also finding you oddly enchanting when you are passionate about something

it just so happened that that something was him taking a break

so for a while he just sulks in his wing of the palace, not doing anything

and you’re just sewing and doing councilwoman things angrily

seungcheol is the unnoffical bridge between you two

and one day he is just finished with the whole feud

so he just walks into jihoon’s room

and gives him a talking to

“listen, this girl likes you, a lot.”

“she cares about you and your health, and she is the only one out of the entire palace to tell you to take a break”

“you just need to listen to her, and you need to let her know that you truly are passionate about the kingdom”

“cause honestly, she thinks you’re doing this for the vanity polls”

jihoon, one, was a bit offended about the vanity polls thin

and two, realized how much that meant to him

that someone cares

so he decides to make up with you

in the meantime seungcheol goes to you to give you a talking to

“listen,” he starts, addressing you

“jihoon cares about his country, just like you care about him”

you blush at this

“and I think you two can work together to help the kingdom and keep jihoon sane”

he finishes, his job is done

seungcheol out

you decide to make up with him

so you send him a note to meet you before the next council meeting

you’re waiting outside the council hall

he shows up in a fine suit and he’s just looking around

maybe it’s a prank, maybe seungcheol set you two up, he doesn’t quite know

but you take a step forward

“listen, jihoon, I understand you love your kingdom, so much, I get it. I just know that you’re running yourself into the ground with all the work that you’re doing,”

you gently take his hand into yours, holding his with both of yours

“I want you to continue doing good work, but I also want you to take a break,”

jihoon looks at his hand, and then at you

he breaks his hand away from yours

and for a split second you thought you did something wrong

but then he draws you into a hug and he whispers into your ear:

“I will. if you take one with me. I need you, to nag me, to make sure I take a break, and, to really keep me in check,” he says in this soft, honest voice

and without even saying it, you feel in your heart that he loves you.

you hug him back, and then-

he tilts your chin up and kisses you, barely brushing your lips together

then he breaks away, holding your arms before sliding his hands down to hold yours

“now, lets do some good for the kingdom first,” he laughs

you shake your head, chuckling

“always have to do one last thing,”

but you two go into the council hall before your break

you go to some secluded villa and have the time of your life with jihoon

and when you come back, he starts officially courting you, and you two start working to together to making your kingdom the best in the Seventeen Confederacy

with the occasional break of course~

this boy is the sweetest thing ever when he likes you

you two would already be friends

and he’s always embarrasses himself when he is around you; it’s so cute!

he’s so awkwardly embarrassed too, like hnnnnNNNNNGGG

his funny laugh, that eye smile, like im dying rn, BYE

so you sit beside him in class, and he’s that handsome quiet guy that everyone likes

you thought that he was just super out of your league

but he would just always be glancing at you during class

and you would catch him like BOI STAHP

sometimes he would pretend to be asleep, but then he would turn his head and just watch you

when you catch him his ears turn bright red and he looks away >n<

he loves to talk to you between classes and stuff

like he’ll just turn to gae you and start a sweet conversation

so he walks up and asks, saying that his bus stop is past your house

spoiler: it’s really not, he just wants to spend time with you

but you accept his offer, and it goes swimmingly for seokjin

the two of you talk, and seokjin is as always being a perfect gentlemen

he’s making sure you walk on the inside of the road

he tries to make sure your clothes don’t get to dirty

he is an absolute prince hhhhhhhhhhhh

im crying over here

on the way home, the road narrows, and you two have to walk single file

seokjin goes ahead of you

as you walk, you can’t help but stare at seokjin’s back

its so broad… wooooooow

and that’s when the world intervenes

this romance just has to happen

all of a sudden, you trip

was it a root? a crack?

to this day you still have no idea

but you trip anyway

and you try and stop yourself by landing on seokjin

you just wrap your arms around his middle and hold on tight

surprisingly, you don’t fall

seokjin is just…. standing straight up, like

“omg she is hugging me… I can’t handle this, omy goooooooosh”

you quickly let go and apologize

but honestly, you liked hugging him

it felt….. nice

the rest of the way home you two make small talk, but it’s pretty awkward

you get home alright, and seokjin goes on home himself

you just kinda lay around in your room thinking about what happened

you don’t really know what happened

but you do know one thing:

strangely enough, you want to hug seokjin again

seokjin is at home flip flopping between two extremes:

the next day rolls around and he meets you out front

“so, um, I don’t know if you realized this… but I really like you, and I have for a while now. that’s all I wanted to say,” he says quickly and his cheeks and ears turn red.

you just rock back and forth on your heels, wondering what to reply with.

“i… I like you too!” you blurt out

it’s a surprise to you both

but it all makes sense to you now

suddenly, you’re swept up in a giant hug

“you have no idea how happy that makes me,” jin says

and you two just hug each other for a while

and jin is the happiest boy in the worllllllllllld :D
