Hi yall! Sorry for going MIA...I’ve been in Vegas Probably ate and drank around 3500 calories a day. Maybe more. When I get back, I’ll be eating 500-800 calories a day and heavily working out to work off the weight I’ve gained in the past four days. If you have any questions, message me!

So...I’m going to Las Vegas tomorrow. When I go to Vegas, I eat so so so much. Ive been so terrified for weeks about it and now that it’s actually happening tomorrow, UGH!!! I’ve been fasting for this past week to go down a lot so I shouldn’t gain too much. I’ll be going to the gym and fasting when I get home. It’s only three days. I can do this.

I for sure just binged. Wow. This is the first binge in a while and I don’t even know if it was a binge. A little rant....since having ana, anytime I eat even relatively normal, it’s a binge. Ugh. Send sweetspo PLEASE!!!! Might go for a run tomorrow to help. It’s probably the only thing that’ll make me feel better to be honest.

OMG!!!! Since March 11th, I’ve lost ten pounds and I seriously cannot believe it! I can give tips to anyone who wants them but here are my biggest takeaways,
• I eat around 500 calories a day and on Sundays I do metabolism boost days of 1,200 calories.
• I play competitive volleyball twice a week and then do weight lofting workouts twice a week, taking rest days on Friday Saturday and Sunday most of the time.
• Carbs are NOT the enemy.
• Protein shakes are life savers
• Th1nspo daily to prevent binges
• Its okay to give yourself small snacks everyday so you don’t binge.
I can help in any way possible for anyone who needs it!

I know I quite literally just posted, BUUUT... I decided I’m going to do a few fasts and if I don’t tell someone like you guys on my Tumblr, I will not stick to it and will have no reason to so PLEASE send encouragement if possible.
So, I will be fasting all night starting 9:35pm March 21st, then I will liquid fast until 5:00pm March 22nd, then from 5:00pm-8:00pm I will be eating a very small portion of food.
The plan is to have some iced coffee, protein shakes, and stuff like that. The only thing, my friends and I are staying the night and they’re talking about going for breakfast tomorrow morning so I might have to switch it up, you all will be the first to know!
