a/n: been having D-Day on repeat and the yoongi brainrot is so real rn. so here’s a little something in honor of yoongi’s birthday :D

Lights dim and speakers playing, you laid on your boyfriend’s black leather couch in his studio. bopping your head, the beat of the music filled your ears. music was always something that put you in a good mood and after the week you just had, a boost was much needed. things have been stressful lately. It was one thing after another.

But in Yoongi’s presence you could let go and relax. Whenever you were in his vicinity you felt like a burden was lifted off your shoulders. He offered a sense of security. He was a breath of fresh air. Even though he was currently occupied doing whatever, you still enjoyed that he was near you. giving you relief with his company alone.

Yoongi looked back at you feeling such warmth in his heart. “Are you doing okay, love?” he questioned in which you replied with a simple “yeah” and grinned. He gave you a thumbs up and flashed that gummy smile you love. Without another word he stood up and made his way over to you, pulling you into a warm embrace. “What's this?” you chuckled, your hands resting on his broad back. “you look like you needed it…” and you certainly did. “thank you, yoongs”.

Before breaking the embrace he pecked your forehead and went back to his chair to continue his work. diving back onto the sofa, you grabbed the throw blanket and wrapped yourself up. with the tempo of the current song slowing, your eyes started to become heavy with sleep. you were content as the atmosphere was peaceful. what a great way to spend a casual friday night.

It all started with classic red wine on date night. your dinner consisted of a good meal and tae with his foolish antics. The expensive crimson alcohol only made him all the more amusing to you and slightly heightened your senses. you remember your eyes scanning his beige vest, his white button up sleeves rolled to his elbows. your ogling brings a mischievous grin to his face. Tae knew that look on your face all too well. you couldn’t wait till you had him to yourself.

Taehyung's hands found themselves around your waist, pulling and grabbing at everything he could. moving through the front door of his apartment, with a struggle, your lips were attached to his. belongings dropped out of your grasps as you stumbled backwards. The kiss was passionate, consuming, and steady. it felt as if electricity sparked and traveled through your veins.

You clumsily made your way towards the living room and crashed onto the couch. He stood, hovering over you while you slumped into the cushions, the kiss never wavering. it only deepened as you pulled him down to sit beside you, tongues slipping into eachothers mouths with greed. Taehyung hoisted you up on his lap, his hands making their way to rest on your backside. your fingers tangled in his hair and rubbed his scalp delicately. His low husky voice hummed in appreciation. He then breaks the kiss which is followed with a loud “pop” sound, allowing both of you to catch your breaths.

Tae sighed and stared up at you. his eyes low with lust and desire. “you are so fucking beautiful…” he said. you could’ve swore you saw his eyes twinkle like glitter. you gave a soft smile and tucked his hair behind his ear fondly. he yanked at his tie to remove it around his neck and ran his thin fingers through his dark hair – a habit of his you found so attractive.

Swooping down, you peck at his jaw. the slight tickling sensation drawing soft giggles from him. creeping your way toward his neck you planted rough kisses which quickly turned into sucking. Taehyung let out soft pants and huffs in your ear like a beautiful harmony. it went on until purple and angry red circles littered his skin like polka dots. clear indication of your hunger.

Once again he attached his lips back to yours while your hands worked to unbutton his white shirt and skim over his now exposed collarbones. it felt as if time slowed. it was just you and him. everything around you disappeared, the only sound registering in your brain was the loud smacking of your lips. The kiss was wet and sloppy. Tonguing slipping across one anothers in a frenzy, yearning for something more. Barely taking breaks for air.

The lewd sensations made you shift in his lap, body hot and aching with arousal. you felt his palms slide higher up you back, interrupting the intimate embrace and guiding you to lay on your back amongst the couch pillows. He unfastened and shrugged off his vest before positioning himself between your legs, the intermission giving you time to catch your breaths before you continued to make out.

Your breath hitched feeling his cold hands graze your skin, slowly lifting your dress. Before it fully made it off of you, a loud, almost deafening bark rang through your ears. Prompting you and Taehyung to whip your heads in the direction it was coming from, bringing your motions to a halt.There stood yeontan… noisily yapping about at you both.

“Gosh you scared me.” you flinched. Apart from yeontan practically yelling, awkwardness swarmed the atmosphere as y’all sat and stared at the dog for a solid 15 seconds. Shame and embarrassment came in realization that he was probably there the entire time. “Oh, tannie...” Taehyung uncomfortably laughed, quickly sitting upright allowing you to adjust your clothes, and doing so himself.

Taehyung gave you the world's stupidest side glance before bursting out in laughter. you really couldn’t believe all that happened and you didn’t even notice poor yeontan in the slightest. “Sorry Tan, we got carried away” you uttered with a stiff grin. Like it wasn’t evident you two almost got too ‘passionate’, blocking out yeontan in the process. before you could even reach down to pet him as an apology he turned pranced away in a sassy manner. showing his obvious distaste for the situation.

All there was left to do was look at each other, sigh and scoff. for a dog he sure did have a ton of personality. you’ll have to make up for it in treats later.

a/n: very little dialogue and this is not very detailed in terms of plot cause this was super last minute and it got cut short bcs I just wasn’t in the mood anymore after I missed val day but HAPPY LATE VALENTINE’S DAY BABES

chocolate hearts, candles, red roses, and cliche fairy-tale like romance was never something that occurred on february 14th in your world. maybe in others. but just not in yours. The whole romance and love concept was foreign to you.

until now. you found yourself with a stomach full of butterflies and arm hairs growing straight and stiff with chills. Jimin was your first love that started a few months ago. You admit it was something to get used to but with every passing day you adjusted to this new found feeling more and more.

With Valentine's day growing closer you began to become anxious. your head swirling with uncertainty around the day’s events. Of course you know Valentine's day is accompanied by chocolates, balloons, flowers, and all that other stuff. you’re not stupid. but those things usually happened to other people. you’d never expected them to happens to you. at least not anytime soon.

Your day was filled with sappy expressions, activities, and overflowing affection from your lover. you gave jimin a gift in which you put plenty of time and thought into and it showed. He loved everything about his gift from you, his reaction conveying his appreciation. Jimin's words still ring through your head like a symphony, telling you to get dolled up and he’ll pick you up tonight at eight. questions about tonight’s contents filled your brain, even though jimin didn’t specify what he had planned you had a strong feeling it was gonna be a dinner, ‘cause what else could it be?

After taking your time getting ready, listening to music to loosen up your nerves, the time ticked closer and closer to eight o’clock. you paced around your home, making sure you had everything for tonight, not wanting to accidentally look over anything important. standing in the mirror checking for imperfections on your clothes and hair, a ‘ding’ chimes, breaking the silence. a mixture of unease, excitement, and impatience takes over you as you make your way towards your phone, picking it up and reading the notification.

You take a deep breath before grabbing your belongings and walking out the door. ‘is this real right now?’ you thought to yourself. the realization hitting you that this was your very first valentine’s day date. who would’ve thought, suddenly you'd have yourself a valentine.

And there Jimin was, standing, leaning on the side of his car with a bouquet of flowers. your knees began to grow stiff as you neared him, eyes slightly gawking wider as you took in your boyfriend. “hey, y/n… wow you look amazing” he said with such charm in his voice handing you beautifully arranged florals. snaking his arms around your waist he pulled you in a warm embrace, cologne filling your senses. a shaky “hi, jimin y-you look amazing as well” left your mouth, causing him to let out a soft chuckle and pull you in again, sensing your nervousness, lightly leaving a peck on your cheek. “you okay? you seem tense. give me your hands.” and with that you put your hands in his, shutting your eyes and breathing deeply on his command. You admired how attentive and caring jimin was. If comfort was a person it would be him. He was your safe place.

Jimin opened the passenger door and stepped aside for you to enter and get comfortable before shutting your door. The ride to the restaurant was spent with the both of you reminiscing about your adventures during the day. He reiterated how much he loved his gift from you and how much he enjoyed his time with you, and you expressed your enjoyment as well.

Upon arrival at the destination, you clutched your purse in anticipation waiting for Jimin to make his way around the car to open your door. His gentlemen-like gestures bring a soft smile to your face. After shutting your door behind you, your hand brushed against his in an attempt to signal you wanted to hold hands. His hands engulfed yours comfortably with a tight squeeze, the warmth sending a slight chill down your spine in contrast with the cool night air. He brings your interlocked hands to his soft lips and kisses them while making eye-contact, watching you squirm and giggle.

It took no time for the two of you to be seated, as he had made a reservation. The dining table was pretty secluded but not too far from all the other couples there for a romantic dinner. The place was dimly lit with candles and fresh flowers adorning each table. Jimin couldn’t help but stare at your starry eyes as you looked at your surroundings.

“you’re so cute.” he said resting his chin on his hand, smiling fondly at you. “And you're cuter” you replied avoiding eye contact and picking up your menu, trying to hide behind it. there was no stopping the smile that crept on your face. flipping through the food options mindlessly you peeked over the booklet finding jimin staring straight at you, leading to the two of you erupting in giggles. Jimin loves seeing you flustered. He found it to be the most adorable thing ever.

The rest of the night was spent with giggles and cheesy romance. chatting about anything and everything, sharing each others food, feeding one another, you name it. your meals were delicious and to your liking not to mention service was top tier. jimin choose a wonderful restaurant, though not surprising considering his amazing taste in food and thoughtfulness. you felt content about your date and you’re sure the feeling was mutual.

Tonight was ethereal. walking out of the restaurant you felt like you were on cloud nine. you felt warm and fuzzy on the inside despite the cold breeze. with your arm linked with Jimin’s, you clung closely carefully making your way to Jimin's car. this night will always be something to remember — your first valentine.

You truly treasured nights like this. Getting to come home and have someone you can fall into both physically and emotionally. Having taehyung by your side was the best thing ever, you felt like putty whenever you were around him. and here you are sitting on his lap, facing him, head on his shoulder, on this starry night in your shared home.

He busied himself on his phone while the tv played a series that was long forgotten in the background. “Hey, Tae…” “Hm?” He replied looking at you softly. “Look at me.” with that he turned to face you staring into your eyes. Your eyes scanned across his face as you took in his features, his moles catching all your focus. “What’s wrong?” he asked with furrowed brows and a slight frown. “Nothing! was just lookin’ at how pretty you are, you’re moles are so cute.” Taehyung shyly asserted his eyes elsewhere while still having his head turned in you direction. You’ve always found his reaction to compliments adorable.

“I have six” he raised his index finger to his face and pointed them out. “But you have seven babe…” “huh?” He retorted a sound of question. “Yeah, you have seven, there’s one in your other eye too!” Taehyung pulled out the camera on his phone to assess the mole in question. “No wayyyyy” He giggled, finding himself amused by your current discovery. “How didn’t you know? it’s on your face tae.” “I don’t know, i’ve never really payed it any attention.” You began to count his moles aloud again, one by one starting with his forehead making your way down to his eyes, cheeks, nose, and lips and planting a kiss on the final one. “There’s seven!”
