⛸️❄️FIGURE SKATER NICO HELL YEAH BITCHES❄️⛸️

He started at the age of four. So Maria had once taken Nico and Bianca on a trip to this place and near the hotel where they where staying there was frozen pond and people were allowed to skate on it. So teeny tiny Nico with his teeny tiny boots was having the time of his life on that pond. He was having so much fun and he caught the gist of it so quickly. He fell down, giggled, got up and fell down again. Maria was watching him and she smiled looking at her son and so when they went back, Maria signed him up for lessons, thinking that Nico would enjoy them.

He's got black skates, with like sorta pointy toes and literal gold blades (Victor and Johnny stans I see you). The blades are Imperial Gold and they were a gift from Reyna.

He does all of his jumps with his hands over his head,(the rippon variation, named after one of our favorite figure skating gays, Adam Rippon). So Rippons look like this:

Anyway that's Alina and she does Rippons on almost every jump she does. So that's what Nico does.They used to be really uncommon before the 2018 Olympics (after that everybody and their mamas were doing Rippons because-)

So Nico uses Rippons a lot.

He's got a signature combination and that's the quad lutz-triple loop.

His spins oh god he's one flexible boi, he's an amazing spinner and the speed of them is like mind-blowing, like so he does the hyperextened Biellman and that one that Kamila does:

He's so artistic, his PCS are always so high, it's as if he lays everything bare on the ice, his performances are enough to make people cry.

He's won a lot of competitions, so he won the Junior Worlds and the Junior Grand Prix Final, he was pretty much undefeated in his junior season. I'm still thinking about his senior career and I'm pretty sure it's gonna resemble Yuna Kim's except I won't let it end tragically like her's did (fuck u isu fuck u)

Okay so he's coached by a dead coach. Yep. During the Battle of the Labyrinth he'd got a zombie coach, who was really famous(like Tatiana Tarasova) when he was like, alive and so he was the one teaching Nico and jumps and spins.

His costumes are always amazing, he sometimes helps with the brainstorming process but like yes he's one well-dressed bish.

Taking inspiration from Yuna Kim and Aleksandra and Dmitrii, his most iconic program will be a James Bond themed free skate. Idk Nico and James Bond seems like an amazing combination.

There is a lake near camp and so Mr D freezes it during the summer so that he can train in camp, (because Mr D loves him and doesn't want him far away from camp)

Will accompanies him, almost always and Will's always like "How can you jump like that?" and Nico just smirks and does like a quad Lutz with five loop combos and Will's like quit showing off bish.

Nico loves to skate, he just feels free when he skates, he loves how fast and athletic it is while also being beautiful as fuck.

Nico does ballet because like literally every figure skater has trained in ballet at some point in there life and guess what, he's really good at that too.

Hades loves watching Nico while he competes, he literally watches every competition Nico competes in. Persephone too.

He's pretty famous, basically imagine the Winnie showers when Yuzu finishes, just change the Poohs with stuffed Koala bears.

Will wasn't that good at skating but after he started accompanying Nico, Nico taught him to skate too, so find them vibin and laughing on the ice, trying out like pairs lifts and stuff.

Will travels with him to competitions and stuff and sometimes it's Reyna.

Will has read so many articles about figure skaters coming down with anorexia and other eating disorders and thus being forced to retire and it absolutely terrifies him that something like that could happen to Nico. So he's always seeing whether or not Nico's having his meals on time or not and if he's healthy or not(and not starving like a certain coach forces her skaters to-)

I guess that's it! I'm a huge figure skating fan, I follow this sport....obsessively so like this was so much fun for me, I hope y'all liked this.

Charlotte Russe || Vincent + Charles || September, 2021

Vincent: "I can make my own food, but it has no nutritional value."

Charles: "Not sure there's a point to eating food that has no real sustenance."

Vincent: He conjures a strawberry charlotte russe. "FLAVOR."

Charles: "So you can create flavor out of nothing but not calories? You could make a fortune in the diet industry."

Vincent: "I'm recreating a memory."

Charles: "I've never been very good with taste. When it comes to mental recreation, I mean."

Vincent: "All citrus tastes the same to me."

Charles: "Really? Oranges, lemons, grapefruit... world of a difference."

Vincent: The charlotte russe disappeared. Vincent danced his fingers in front of them, the general shape as though holding a plate. A lemon meringue pie appeared before them.

"Try it." A muddled blend of yuzu, grapefruit, blood orange, and lime.

Charles: "Fork?"

Vincent: The look in his eyes said it all. Spoiled human. Vincent snapped his fingers, then snapped again with the same frustration as one would with a lighter. There! A gold fork.

Charles: He wasn't going to eat with his hands, Vincent. With an amused smile, he plucked the utensil from the familiar's hand. "Thank you." One small bite of the strange citrusy blend later, he nodded. "Interesting."

Vincent: "OH! I should have made you one of these for your birthday!"

Charles: "Well, I ate plenty that day. Too much. Next time."

Vincent: "Gotta wait a whole year?!"

Charles: "There's always Christmas?"

Vincent: "You promise?"

Charles: "Of course. You're always invited to the holiday party."

Vincent: Meringue disappeared, replaced by sudden party streamers of ruby and emerald.

Charles: Charles laughed, reaching out a finger to tap one of the streamers. "Festive. A bit early, but I appreciate your enthusiasm. We've still got to get through Halloween and Thanksgiving."

Vincent: "Candy and turkey. Got it." Vincent waved his hand at the paper-like material, shooing it into oblivion.

Charles: "Do you want to join us for trick or treating?"

Vincent: "If my mistress doesn't want me, I'll gladly steal candy from little children."

Charles: "We're not stealing candy from babies, Vincent. We're begging for it from gainfully employed adults."

Vincent: "But if I'm on your shoulder - me, little magpie - with a little bucket in my beak, I'm stealing hearts and candy."

Charles: "I stand corrected. We're bound to get twice as much."

Vincent: Vincent was all smiles at the idea of extra sugar. "What'll you be this year?"

Charles: "Haven't the foggiest. My last good idea was at least three years ago."

Vincent: His brows knit. "What were you last year?"

Charles: "A witch. Pointy hat and all."

Vincent: "That wasn't your idea?"

Charles: "No. I believe Leslie made the suggestion after seeing a particular hat."

Vincent: "What was your last good idea?"

Charles: "I was a prince. A friend was a dragon I had no intention of slaying. It was... fun."

Vincent: Vincent tilted his head, curious of the tone of that last word.

Charles: "Not something the friend and I are accustomed to," he explained.

Vincent: "Oh! Okay. Thought something - Thought something else!"

Hands clapped together, pointed at Charles. "Favorite fruit, go."

Charles: Charles gave an amused little snort. "Thought what? Strawberries."

Vincent: "Strawberries... strawberries... thought the dragon was slain by someone else, or actually not fun and you're just polite because you're Charles Xavier... strawberries."

Vincent opened his clamped hands, revealing the tiniest strawberries he could conjure. Something suitable for a miniature dollhouse. The taste more akin to artificial.

Charles: "No," he said, with a proper laugh. "No one died at our Halloween party. It was genuinely enjoyable." He smiled, eyes crinkling at Vincent's creation. "They're adorable."

Vincent: "Are they? Devlin loves them, but Devlin's a baby."

Charles: "Truly. And Devlin's getting quite big, now, isn't he? They're all growing much too quickly."

Vincent: "You're all babies." He's said this before, hadn't he? To someone. He couldn't put a face with the phrase.

Charles: "I'm the furthest thing from a baby."

Vincent: Vincent clapped his hands together again, butterflying them out with the words NO in golden chocolate resting in his palms.

Charles: "You come talk to me when you've raised children, mate." And he wasn't only referring to his own.

Vincent: "I have."

Charles: "Whose?"

Vincent: "Mine. I've raised many chicks in Middle Earth."

Charles: He wasn't sure that was the same thing, but it felt rude to say. "Yeah, all right."

Vincent: "No one believes that I'm a papa." A chocolate O was stuffed in his mouth.

Charles: "I believe you."

Vincent: "I don't think Adrik does."

Charles: "I don't know him well enough to guess."

Vincent: "I still want him to talk to you. My mistress - My first mistress - wasn't adept with mind magick. I can't help him the way I want to."

Charles: "I'd be happy to."

Vincent: "I'm gonna give you a peck."

Charles: "You're welcome to." He offered his cheek for this purpose.

Vincent: "Oh, thank you!" And he went for it. All but buried his face in that cheek. "Muwah!"

Charles: He snorted a laugh, at that. "You're very welcome?"

Had to wait until I could use the desktop to send this since my tablet screen is busted and i can only see half the keyboard rn, lols. I took a stab in the dark with Shadowrun, it was really popular in the 80s/90s, but has waned for some sad reason. Your AU isn't too far off feel wise! Shadowrun takes place on Earth where, after 10,000 years, magic comes back all of a sudden. Complete with people transforming into various fantasy races to boot. Tech takes a magic boosted leap forward. (1/6)

My personal favorite bit is that North America gets DRASTICALLY restructured (12 year old me grinned for DAYS when I read up on that). There is an excellent animated time lapse map of how all that happens on the wiki on the North_America page, if your interested! Highlights include Hawaii becoming independent and a huge chunk of the US getting reclaimed by the Native Americans! (2/6) Racism both gets better AND worse bc skin color has nothing on whether you’ve got pointy ears, or tusks, now. Mega corporations swiftly gain more power than governments (talk about fiction predicting reality there, right?), to the point where they have private armies. There are a ton of novels of varying quality set in the shadowrun universe, if you’re interested? (3/6)

You managed to capture the same sense of Elite vs Poor that was a theme throughout many of the Shadowrun novels! I really love your alternative to the Zanpakuto, and the picture you pain of all the cybernetics. Yoruichi’s backstory in this verse is FANTASTIC. And I like that we don’t actually get to see much of Kisuke’s past? You get the sense he HAS one though. (4/6) Now, Ichigo? Hoo boy does he EVER have a reason to be pissed. I love it. And I get the feeling he A, did not consent to that augmentation (probably started as a baby) or that invasive mind wipe, and B, his memories aren’t like, backed up anywhere, are they? They’re gone for good bc keeping back ups was too ‘dangerous’. (5/6) Getting told, 'oh, btw, your our ace in the hole, we stuck you in the Slums for your own protection!’ doesn’t fly when he can recall every dangerous and/or unsavory thing he’s had to do to make sure he and his sisters survived. How many times did he starve so they could eat? How many times did he nearly die with absolutely no hint that anyone would give a damn before he came to trust Kisuke and Yoruichi? Hah, the Ishidas and the Kurosakis dun effed up and there’s gonna be hell to pay. (6/6)

Ooh Shadowrun sounds pretty interesting! I’ll keep it in mind the next time i go to the library, it seems like something I’d enjoy :)

And awesome, at least the AU was vaguely similar to Shadowrun lolol. Honestly Idk much about writing the cyberpunk genre so mostly I was just slipping in words like circuits and upgrades and hoping it sounded legit XD I also wanted to keep Kisuke as this mysterious figure in the Slums, pretty much the only real stable power there even if the upper class doesn’t know it, so I didn’t delve too much into his past, just kept the focus on his present career/life and forward. As for Ichigo, I had a lot of fun with his backstory even if I only outlined a general idea of it. The augmentations would’ve started right from birth, and he was the lucky one who survived all the biological enhancements. The whole not-quite-human & memory wipe angle was a neat solution to why he was on his own in the Slums too, and I hc that he was left there at nine (to vaguely parallel Bleach canon XD) with his two baby sisters and the commands to take care of them and survive in his head. He has the skills to do it but little memory of anything else, and yes his life would’ve been even more difficult before he stumbled on Kisuke’s shop six years later. Being super strong doesn’t mean he can magic up enough food for three anytime he wants, and even if he hadn’t wanted to put Karin and Yuzu first, his directive would’ve forced him to anyway, so he definitely went hungry more than a few times to make sure they got more to eat growing up. And once the Shibas realize that Ichigo’s developed opinions, they’ll def want to wipe him again.

(Kisuke may or may not have found a bio-chip after Ichigo finally let him do regular checkups on him, and you can bet he removed it once he realized what it was. He hadn’t said anything because he had no idea why it would be there in the first place, and he didn’t want to worry Ichigo needlessly, but once the truth comes out, a quiet word to Ichigo only fuels his fury, but at least now there’s no way left for the Shibas to bring their weapon-child to heel.)

Not entirely human, but he seems to have an affinity for human people so... But, Kurosaki stabbed @ikkakusuggestions quite a lot, near killing him.... mmmmm, not sure that’s forgivable. He’s a tough one because, clearly has a strong jaw and all... but that hair is a hot mess... 8.2.

33. Baby Fic + 50. Arranged Marriage

ok so i put some of my ships into a generator & got zarcray so here we are:

set in?? medieval times i guess ok

so humans & dragons are two races that have been fighting for a while. eventually they agree to have peace & that leads to an arranged marriage between ray (human princess) & zarc (dragon prince)

it’s a mess at first & they both fuckin hate each other but then time passes & they grow on each other & realize “oh hey this is nice and oh hey i think i actually like you haha nice” (zarc does fuckin finger guns)

so eventually this leads up to them having 8 fucking kids (the counterparts!). order of birth is:

yuri & rin (twins but yuri was born like 5 minutes earlier and He Never Shuts Up About It)

yugo

yuto

serena

yuzu

yuya & ruri (twins again, ruri’s older by a few minutes but neither of them care)

yuri, rin, yuya, & ruri are full dragons like zarc, & the other kids have some dragon features (pointy teeth or scales on their backs).

either way it results in a big mess because “oh fuck yuya set the curtains on fire” and “oh fuck rin ate a frog” and “oh fuck yuri’s biting yugo’s arm and there’s blood”

it’s fun tho & the two are good parents and they’re also worried that they’re doing literally everything wrong but it’s ok and the kids are happy!

ॐ नमः शिवाय oṃ namaḥ śivāya ♥ / reading a book about the background and effects of different asanas

Friday evening with Lena: Yuzu ramen at Takumi, watching Green Book at the City Kino near Sendlinger Tor. Getting my favourite mix of sweet and salty popcorn.

Still: Obsessively reading the Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovitch. It's like one of those nasty TV series you just can't stop watching.

Noticing more visible veins and sinews on my body. Getting stronger and leaner! Yes! I can even see a little shadow where my ribcage is supposed to begin and my tissue is getting softer which means I'm losing fat and I can feel more muscles than before. Very rewarding.

Saturday lunch with Lena and her family. I hadn't seen her brother in maybe 10 years. My highlight: warm banana bread with slightly salty, thick caramel and homemade vanilla ice-cream.

Dressing up for the Of Sailors and Whales concert at Gasteig. I felt incredibly stylish in my outfit: mustard yellow headscarf, a side braid, oblong hoop earrings in rose gold, a green dress and coat, mint-blue purse, a dark plum-coloured lipstick, black tights and satin heels.

The PhysioFlow yoga teacher (Ulf, what a comical name) complimenting me on my perfect Viravadrasana pose because apparently I did the advanced version with my arms held up high over my head. Unfortunately my poses only look so good because of my hypermobility but the other day we started talking after class. He is such a nice and calm person. And married to a lady from my hometown. I love how he touches our faces, heads and shoulders in Savasana.

Thai massage. The best treat after messing up my neck with futile headstand experiments.

The perfect batch of smoky veggies in tomato sauce. Add a hand full of couscous and tiger beans and you'll feel full for hours.

A week-long holiday. Not leaving the bed after waking up, reading for one or two hours. Enjoying the morning light, having warm breakfast. Lena sending me a picture of a bunch of purple flowers she saw on one of her walks on Monday, telling me to enjoy my vacation.

Gorgeous yoga mats - I just ordered one with a gemstone design from Mala. // EDIT: It just didn't have enough grip for me so I had to send it back. Got a simple purple one from Jade Yoga instead. They're supposed to be the best.

Fried Tom Yum seaweed strips.

A dinner and movie date with Lena, Barbara and Maike. We watched Vice (2019), the movie about Dick Cheney. Quite uncomfortable. But I loved the scene with Alfred Molina.

Spending an afternoon with Franzi at Trachtenvogl. Pear juice spritzer. Decidedly non-vegan spinach dumplings. Stopping at &otherstories as usual, getting two beautiful bowls at Motel a Miio. Finding a purple edition of H.P.Lovecraft's ghost stories on top of a trash bin.

My mum visiting for the first time since I moved in. She helped me get rid of my old clothes and other miscellaneous items from the basement. Then we got a trunk full of flowers for my balcony and had dinner at VorOrt - vegan pizza and celeriac schnitzel. I got so many presents that day. A dark purple orchid with pointy blossoms, some books and a bottle of Jo Malone perfume. She also paid for some of my plants... It kinda felt like my birthday. Maybe she had a guilty conscience because my brother still keeps raiding the fridge at home? Anyway. It's funny that I can actually talk to her now that I'm older, have my own thing going on... and we have so much in common, I notice that all the time. Or interests and taste, habits. Could be worse though, she's an amazing woman.

Swiss cat ladders.

My first time at Boulderwelt! Frank finally took me with him and we spent two hours there, climbing up the yellow (me) and white (him) routes. I even dreamed about climbing up a tree that night and I could hardly move the next day. Hardcore sore muscles, oh boy.

Hanging out with Frank. Playing Scrabble. Acting really weird around someone who just gets it or isn't put off at the very least. Making gross jokes about guacamole-producing guys over burritos in Werksviertel.

Hanging out at bridal shops with Lena, making her put on gorgeous dresses.

The fresh spring green gradient you get on your cutting board when you're chopping up leek for a potato gratin.

Staring at a long-haired guy in a club for a pretty long while on a Friday evening because he was just that gorgeous. Then he suddenly showed up on the internet a few hours later an we have been talking ever since. Exciting! And yeah, I love good coindidences. I would have never mustered up the courage to talk to him that night.

The other day we saw a cat from our classroom window, casually walking down the stairs. And we had nothing better to do than running up there in middle of our English lesson to catch her. I guess I'm a quite easily distracted teacher.

Hand embroidery on linen. It's baby bonnets, okay. But still super pretty.

This idea I had while in downward facing dog pose during one of my yoga classes. I really want to go to a yoga retreat in the summer. Either in Bali or, even more exciting, an ashram in India. I'd also visit Nepal or Bhutan while I'm there.

Aidy Bryant. She's my gorgeous heroine. I loved watching the first season of Shrill.

Alpro cherry soy yoghurt.

New earrings from &otherstories and COS. And a new hair ribbon, too. Can't help it. Building my collections.

That whole Margo-banging-Josh-situation on The Magicians? I'm into that. And when she was tripping on lizard and saw Eliot in a python trenchcoat performing the Pretenders' "Don't Get Me Wrong"? The 80s choir they formed in the desert? So amusing. Seriously, this is one of the few shows which is absolutely not afraid of weird shit and doesn't take its writing too seriously. I don't entirely get it and it doesn't have anything to do with Lev Grossman's books anymore but I'm so grateful it exists. And I'm always down for a good musical episode (see: Once More with Feeling a.k.a. the single best Buffy episode ever made).

Finding the most incredible reed green silk dress at Hallhuber one afternoon after seeing a dermatologist in the city. Unfortunately even my ribcage is too wide for its narrow cut but perhaps I can convince Lena to buy it for the summer.

New idea: should I ever get a cat I want to name it Miso.

Seeing the first butterfly (European peacock) of the year enjoying the sunshine while sitting on my pink hyacinth.

After more than 20 years I accidentally found out that one of my favourite songs from the ZDF Christmas series Anna is in fact a Queen song! I'm also pretty sure that my taste in men, my "type", was significantly affected by João Ramos who played the role of the dancer Jacob. Swoon!

Using a sheep skin as a pillow. Oddly comforting. I was reading a book about the sense of touch when I noticed this connection. I also learned that most people prefer firm hugs and massages over soft strokes. Apparently gentle touching reminds some of insect's feet but it seems to be a matter of personal preference.

The crispy greasiness of butter croissants.

Finding out about banana twins (two fruits in one peel).

Enjoying a nice, sunny Sunday. Cycling over to Westpark and playing badminton with Frank in the middle of hundreds of families having picnics. Clumsy yoga poses on a towel. A little boy telling me that his penis was more important than my face when he hit me with a football. But to be fair, I made him choose. I even went to the gym afterwards, doing my strength routine and an hour-long spine workout. I was pretty exhausted that evening and made a delicious dinner with ratatouille, soy "meat", olives and capers, whole-wheat pasta and pine nuts.

Breaking news: my body contains over 66kg of muscle mass! Am I a superhero or what? (Well, also 36% body fat, gotta work on that...)

Giving the avocado seeds a new home. I've given them a large pot now so each time I eat an avocado a new member can join the gang.

Spending most of the week with my favourite colleague, espectially on Girls'/Boys' day duty: I liked meeting at the fire brigade in the morning, getting to know a firewoman, making one of my students climb up the pole at the station. Walking over Viktualienmarkt and Gärtnerplatz, getting some fresh juice, talking all the time. We visited an old folk's home, a garden center, a vet and an architect's studio. So much better than being stuck at school until 4pm.

Pancakes with mushroom filling. Strawberries with coconut cream. Delicious.

Finally performing a Nina Hagen Song on karaoke night. And Elle King's Ex's & Oh's which made Carlos, the Spanish guy, think of old ex-girlfriend trauma.

Uhm. I read 21 books this month. Wow? To be fair, I spent most of my weekends in bed with a stack of books next to me. I'm kinda hoping to read less in April - but since I'll be in Canada for two weeks this will probably not be an issue anyway.

My breakfasts keep me healthy, I really believe that. Extremely tasty and full of good nutrients. Latest addition: strawberries and pumpkin seeds.

Spending the whole afternoon with Anika in my kitchen, making vegan macarons. I almost couldn't believe it but chickpea liquid works just as well as eggwhites! And we came up with pretty good fillings: lemon buttercream, chocolate-raspberry and banana-peanut butter. Nom. Now they're sitting in my fridge, tempting me to eat them. Sigh.

Going to the gym after a week-long hiatus. Breaking the spell, you know?

How to draw 3/4 view of a face!

or at least how i do it… ^^; this is for @dreamymilkshake but i hope others find it useful!

First thing first is choose who you want to draw, because not all characters have the same shaped face.

Example:

now that i think about, Characters like Ferb are almost always seen from a ¾ view. but for the sake of this Tutorial i will be choosing Yuri from Arc V. he has the typical anime egg/oval shape of head.

First, lightly draw an oval shape. you don’t want these lines to show up later, so if you draw them lightly, they will be less noticeable. If your on the computer then, on one layer, use a light/bright Blue (or any color not black) instead. Here, i am using a None-Photo blue pencil.

Next come the lines! The vertical line represents the middle of the face and what direction Yuri is facing, so curve it in the direction you want him to face.

Next is the horizontal line. this line will indicate where his eyes are and whether or not he’s facing up, down, or even straight ahead (Of himself). so curve that line in the direction (altitude?) you want him to face.

Next, i add “marks” where his face is. Little vertical lines for his eyes, the little slanted line for his nose, and a curve for his mouth.

Something to keep in mind is that vertical line. remember it’s the middle of his face. the middle of his noes and mouth should be on it. Admittedly i’m a little off but that’s okay! we can fix that later!

One more thing to keep in mind is that anime noses are a bit weird. Depending on the style they can be realistic or… not. this one is not. This little line represents the right side of his nose, so the middle of it is invisible. therefore this “Nose” should be just off the line. (although his mouth is off here.)

Next is to draw the outline of his face, neck, and ear. Don’t worry about being perfect, we can always fix this later. Also, draw a sideways/slanted oval on top of his head. This will help determine where the back of his head is and where the back of the neck starts. (look to above photo for reference please)

Now, my style is a bit cartoony, so the necks i draw are just a tiny, weeny, bit smaller then they should be, but that’s okay because it’s my style and i make it “Look” right.

If you have a very “Stylized” style, that’s okay. As long as you can make the anatomy proportional to itself and make it look right then your golden.

when you stop and look at these boys… there are so many actual anatomy mistakes, it’s not funny… but we don’t really notice that, right? That’s because this is a “Style” and the characters anatomy is proportional to itself.

(Okay, getting back on track)

Next, we start adding details! Now if your on the computer i say go ahead and make another layer for this step. Layers are your friends, use and abuse them! Also, at this point i should mention ALWAYS HAVE REFERENCE PHOTOS UP WHEN YOUR DRAWING A CHARACTER! ( i should have said this earlier, sorry v-v )

Yuri here has very unique eyebrows. (Pfft!) His eyes, while the same as the other Dragon Boys, are different then other characters such at Yuzu or Jack. So having a reference photo up will help make sure your drawing his unique features correctly.

Also, things that are further away are smaller then things that are closer. That right eye of his? it’s going to be a tad bit smaller then his left eye. once again don’t worry about mistakes, you’ll be able to fix them in the next step.

Lastly, we begin the lineart! if you’ve been using a normal pencil then here you would make the lines darker so they stand out more from the fainter lines.

If your using a None-Photo Blue pencil then switch to a normal pencil. I personally use mechanical ones. Also, if your brave enough you can use a pen, just be careful not to smudge or make mistakes. The good thing about pencils is that if you make a mistake you can fix it, just make sure you have a eraser that doesn’t smudge.

If you’re on the computer… MAKE ANOTHER LAYER!! :D and switch to black. Now, you can put all your lineart on one layer or you can put the face on one, the hair on another, and the neck and body on a third. I find the later option more beneficial because there are times when I’ll need to Shrink or enlarge the head or body.

This is a step where you will correct mistakes or make small changes. As you can see i fixed his mouth. Before, it wasn’t centered but now it is. I also added int some dimples and made it more “pointy” to exaggerate his… trollish side.

I also changed his shirt to more match Yuya’s since… well, i’m sure you guys have seen the last episode by now. That’s also why he has the pendent on.

and finally! Your signature and watermark!! I was lazy and didn’t put my watermark on this but i ALWAYS sign my work. And if you can always do both!
