i feel like i'm losing her.

Ok so I’m running from the start point of ‘the Flower Maiden’s garden was the result of the purification process around her piece of Yin Iron’ but even IRL, the whole concept of compost is powered by decomposition: death is what supports life, when we return to the dirt, the dirt is revived. All the creepy crawlies like worms and centipedes and beetles are actually making gardens grow: even though they’re scary, they’re what make flowers bloom. The Three Sisters were traditionally planted with a buried fish. Bone meal and blood meal are both fertilizers that are ACTUAL BONE (ground up) and BLOOD (dried and ground up) ok and that’s still just grounding it in real life processes, now let’s pick up the magic battery that concentrates ambient resentful energy, refines it, makes it more bio available. I think about it as a compost machine 🤗

How to politely ask my group’s cleric to stop trying to play dps with her spells slots and to save them for healing because everyone else in our party is dps and I, the paladin, am currently having to play tank, healer (for myself mostly, shock and awe), and try to get some melee dps in on the side and it would be a lot less stressful if I knew I could count on her to get me back up after getting downed but I cannot
