FISCHL HCS bc she’s so lee but I can’t think of a fic for her rn 💜

A LOT of people tickle her when her tyrannical yapping becomes too much. Mona especially, bc she’s sick and tired of Fischl’s chuunibyou tomfoolery and thinks it’s funny how she screams and gets all indignant with one pinch

Traveler (Lumine in my case) just likes being a nuisance and will tickle her while she’s loquaciously orating, and they'll keep playing along with her act just to be a tease ;)

Like "Oh? Seems the element of laughter is super effective against the Prinzessin der Verurteilung!"

Or the Traveler remains mostly terse while Fischl is babbling and screeching her head off so it becomes silent ler vs. chatty lee tehe

When she's tickled Fischl absolutely loses all ability to form words, even German and fantastical ones, like it’s BAD and the contrast is HILARIOUS

She'll go from "Retreat, perverted miscreant! Mine eyes of darkness behold thy villainous intentions and exhort thee to stay away! S-Stay away..." to "STAahfahfhsahaHAf NAOOOOO!!"

Also her laugh is squeaky, girlish, whiny, and snorty and not at all dignified or macabre.

Bennett prob doesn’t tickle her as much, mostly cuz he never thinks to, but when she unleashes the onslaught of a thousand fingers once again one day he FINALLY thinks to tickle her back.

Ofc, with his luck, he gets all the wrong spots and gets wrecked as a result. It’s probably Razor accidentally sweeping his hair across her neck that reveals it to him.

She's on the ace spectrum. That's not tk-related but it's still an hc!!

Occasionally Fischl will ask to be tickled but because of her verbose language no one can understand what she's saying TT

Lisa I bet tickles her whenever she comes to the library, especially when she would come alone and shrunken in on herself and in such strange attire. She also quotes lines from Fischl’s favorite storybooks and theatre scripts while wrecking her lmaooo

(SUMMER FANTASIA WAS EPIC anyway) Xinyan would sporadically poke her or “strum” her sides whenever she seemed down or distant, leading to a lot of tk fights. Kazuha too, except his attacks would be more deliberate and malevolently soft.

Fischl also def babysits Klee sometimes and tickles her when reading or telling her stories cuz Klee is adorable ♡

Fischl and Xingqiu would be such good friends ANYWAY I'm sure it came up once when they were reading together. Fishxing are both so competitive and prideful so their attacks often end in fights often end in begrudging draws.

Oz definitely rats her out to anyone who seems affectionately exhausted with her antics. Whatever happened to loyalty??

There seems to be a common hc that Genshin characters with skin exposed in their outfits are more ticklish on those spots, and who am I to change that? Anyway, she’s most ticklish under her arms, in the crooks of her elbows and knees, and on her legs, sides, and back/shoulder blades (also where her vision is!) like she has so much fishnet and nylon in her ensemble she’s got to be so tickly (haha get it fischnet??)

On the ler side of things, she’s got long nails, archers’ hands, and an electro bird, so… >:)

(writing a blurb about other fischl despite not knowing that much about the background of the ein immernachtstraum skin lore. forgive me if its off🗿)

other fischl (who im naming night or something similar(maybe nyx?)) who maintains her identity as the true prinzessin but would throw it all away for the sake of the creator. night who can see danger coming from miles away thanks to oz and his ability to be her eyes in the sky.

her electro might not be as volatile as red's pyro but she can still protect the creator just as well as he can! (maybe even better than red!) seeing that she uses a bow and has oz, she can better fight the knights of favonius in long ranged combat.

when red comes back bloodied and bruised, which she knows is on purpose to get creator's attention, she gets a little jealous. why can't she get that attention and love? obviously she should be getting more attention, she's the prinzessin der verurteilung! the two of them are on rocky ground but for the sake of the creator, they're willing to (mostly) put aside their differences. (and she hates to admit it but red does make for a good teammate)

night and fischl don't have as much drama as red and diluc do but that doesn't stop her from acting superior to fischl. after all, who protected the true creator during the hunt? not fischl. thats who.

all things aside, she'd lay down her life and her title as the prinzessin for the creator.

lotsa talk and fischl lore spoilers below!

Ein Immernachtstraum translates roughly to ‘an ever night dream’ (and i’d anybody who actually speaks german thinks that’s wrong, take it up with google translate <3) so i think ‘night’ works well!

also, i went back to the event (shout out to the genshin wiki. genshin wiki my dearly beloved. if nobody got me i know the genshin wiki got me) and reviewed the dialogue from the other-fischl—who’s referred to as ‘immernacht fischl’ or ‘evernight fischl’ which is a useless fact but here—and have essentially gathered this:

‘fischl’ is a persona. we’re aware of this—or i assume everyone is? or was that info revealed in the event??—and know that her real name is amy. the event (summertime odyssey, part 3 for the dialogue i saw by the way if you wanna read it yourself) takes this a step further, but first i’ll quickly recap some fischl lore. i’ll put a ‘recap over’ if you know and don’t wanna read it.

so! as i said, ‘fischl’ as we know her is actually amy. fischl is a character from an obscure book series titled “Flowers for Princess Fischl.” now, this princess fischl is the one that rules over the immernachtreich, this princess fischl is the one with a soulbond with a raven familiar and an entire kingdom.

amy, as a child, read these books and was, expectedly, a massive fan. her parents played along, calling her ‘fischl’ and playing into the essentially very advanced roleplay. as she grew up, she kept with this persona, even as she—i assume, her lore was a bit vague—was bullied for this persona. but her parents didn’t really say anything, and were assumedly supportive.

however, on her 14th birthday, when she went to her parents for comfort after another round of bullying, they said that she needed to drop the act. she was incredibly upset by this, naturally, and went to the library to console herself with her favorite books. that night, she received both her vision and oz.

(and then they had dinner with her parents and oz complimented her parents’ beans which is hilarious as a sentence)

now, the ‘immernacht fischl’ is essentially the actual fischl, not amy. she’s a manifestation of all of amy’s insecurities, in essence, and in the event oz actually switches sides because, to paraphrase, “isn’t she my master too?”

all of this to say that night, the personification of ein immernachtstraum, which is the outfit that the immernacht fischl wore, is essentially the real fischl that amy has based her entire identity off of.

to finally get to your point: you are 100% correct on everything. night is better for long range, and fischl in canon can see through oz’s eyes so i assume the same for night, so she’s better for reconnaissance and looking out for threats. her and red make for a powerful overload team, but she’s 1000% jealous of the attention you pay to him. she never gets such injuries because she’s significantly less tanky, has less combat experience most likely, and is long-range, but she feels like it might be worth it to have you dote on her.

her and fischl have significantly less animosity than red and diluc, but there’s a fairly large caveat. whereas red hates diluc for his choice of priorities (and for the hunt) and diluc hates red because 1) he fuckin growled at him when they first met what the fuck 2) red just isn’t a good guy to anybody but you, night and fischl have a more one sided sort of hate.

fischl hates night. she views herself as the real fischl, and oz doesn’t even recognize night as the (a?) princess! there’s something severely wrong here, and she hates it.

but night could not give less of a fuck about fischl. she does not care. she views her as a cheap copy, one not worth paying any mind to. why would she? she has everything, and fischl had to make up what she has. she has the real ozvaldo hrafnavins, she rules over the real immernachtreich, and she had all of them since the moment she was brought to life by you. she doesn’t need a vision to give her copies- psh, its an insult to imply she’d ever be jealous.

oh, and to clarify the point i made about her being an illusionist: in the event, fischl’s domain—it’s hard to explain, but each of the characters involved had their personal domain like based off of them—involved a lot of perspective tricks! so i figured night would be able to make illusions with electro, or be able to manipulate her surroundings in impossible ways via said perspective tricks. i’m thinking of her like holding a pebble up to her eye and with a flash of magic, suddenly it’s a boulder blocking off the hunters’ path! her and morax make for a team when trying to cut off the hunters, and her and barbatos can be clever together to get you out of sticky situations.

oh, but of course, since she is a princess, she has an incredibly strong sense of loyalty. her and oz are more than willing to lay down their lives for you—but then again, so are the others.

Water: How did you start writing?

I started right after I discovered fanfiction in sixth grade. I was so enamored that I immediately started on a Bleach fanfiction with a Mary Sue OC. SO EMBARRASSING. Even more embarrassing is that a few weeks ago, someone actually FAVORITED that story on FF.net. LIKE???? It wasn't even a good story. How did someone find it from more than a decade ago!!!

Earth: What do you think is the foundation of your WIP?

Idk if I'm answering this question correctly, but whenever I start a story, it's always centered around a specific something I want to achieve. It could be a vibe, emotion, specific scene, specific message, goal, etc. Like with Sharing a Drink They Call Loneliness, my goal was introducing to Zhongli the thought that a life forgotten is not necessarily a life wasted. In What Destiny Has Brought, it takes place after the Summertime Odyssey event where she accepted who she was as Fischl. What I wanted was for her to also accept herself as Amy. Once I figure out what I want to achieve, I then plot the events that will get me to that point.

Fire: What’s a scene that you are dying to write?

I've been sitting on this idea for months, but in the bookkeeping!verse, I want the subject of Morax's Statue of Seven to be addressed between reader and Zhongli. I have it half-written, but I've hyped it up so much in my mind that I just can't accept what I've written so far! It's not funny enough! It's not punch-in-your-face enough!!!! I want to humiliate that man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sad thing is that it's shorter than an actual fic, but the execution is still killing meeee… Here's a snippet tho if u wanna read….. >//3//>

Air: What’s the easiest part of writing for you?

I want to say that there's no easy part of writing for me. When I'm in the mode to write, everything flows like water. It's so easy. Everything works out well. But the moment I hit a roadblock, suddenly my pipes get clogged and then nothing flows for a few months. Nothing sounds good. Nothing works. But… If I had to say one thing, it'd probably be dialogue. There are certain characters I absolutely cannot write for (e.g. Kaeya), but for most characters, it's easy for me to hear them saying lines in my head. I just have to tweak what they say for everything to sound in character.

Shadows: What’s the darkest theme you’ve ever written about?

I will be completely honest. While I love reading dark themes, I'm terrible at writing them. The closest I come to is my interest in writing toxic complex relationships. Contrary to what my rules imply, I love writing about mentally ill people. Not the "uwuwuwu i'm so depressed :'((((( i hate myself" sadboy mentally ill. But the mentally ill that makes you yell, makes you distrustful, makes you unheathily possessive, makes you emotionally abusive, etc. The mentally ill that makes you absolutely reject the idea that you're deserving of love. I enjoy writing people in that state and the effects it has on the people around them.

Of course, I don't enjoy writing those things because I find them amusing or condone such behaviors. It's easy to put toxic and abusive people in a certain category as unreedemable. Scum of the earth. Deserving of eternal hellfire. But when you're close to that toxic abusive person, you realize it's not as clean cut as outsiders make it out to be. You can't just villify them and be done with it. Maybe writing about those things helps me come to terms with my own childhood, idk. It's just a field I enjoy exploring.

Clouds: How clearly do you picture a scene before you start writing it down?

NOT VERY MUCH AT ALL HAHA. Like I mentioned before, I usually have a goal. Then I make a very fuzzy mental list on how to get there, then I'll just start writing. But that's the rub, isn't it? Because I don't fully picture and plan things out in advance, sometimes unforeseen things pop up which cause roadblocks. Like for a Yae story I'm writing, I had one goal in mind and somehow that multiplied into four goals? Which are far too many. So now I'm at a loss on how to continue aughhh…

series masterlist characters: scaramouche, fischl, mona genre: fluff summary: a game has been released entitled genshin impact, consisting of otherworldly abilities relying on the basic elements of nature. the game follows the story of an interdimensional traveling twin in search of their other half. along this journey, they meet different characters that live in this world. including you. notes: i'm sorry fischl and mona's aren't that good :(( this is actually my first time writing for them but i hope you enjoy <33

anyway at this point he's tasked with find fritz, which he doesn't really want to do.

"is the guy on the floor sleeping?"

"i believe so. i've tried everything, but he won't wake up."

he will pause to look at your outfit.

it's so complex but it's so cool!!!

his chat suspects something's up but... he'll just snap at them like he normally does.

but he'll silently admire you <3

and then paimon points out your clothes and the cameras pans up your body--

"heh... and by "this person over here," you mean me, right?"

he will choose the "those unique clothes are quite beautiful" option in a heartbeat.

he doesn't care that his chat is teasing him, he just wants you to know :))

the sudden cutscene catches him off guard because he's prepared to fight someone.

he won't say anything but he will physically relax at the sight of you.

fischl's playthrough -

fischl can and will do cosplay streams.

her fans like to watch her because of the "character" she puts up for the camera.

honestly she just does this because she genuinely enjoys cosplaying and bringing characters to life.

oz is the nickname for her pet bird :))

she definitely gets a lot of trolls in her chat that make fun of her for her cosplays and "dumb" way of speaking.

in which case she'll just yell at them using her "dumb" way of speaking.

she really does care about how people see her but her chat comforts her a lot after, so she feels better after a few minutes :))

the games she plays are very fantasy based and take place in worlds that don't exist.

once she gets into a game, she'd pick her favorite character and cosplay as them everytime she streams that game.

sometimes she does sewing streams where she actually makes her own cosplay with her fans.

they like to make it with her if they have the materials :D

genshin impact was a game her fans recommended because they actually want to see fischl cosplay the characters.

they will beg her to do the cosplay creation on stream.

(they defintitely know who she'll choose to cosplay but it's fine)

when she reaches the unreconciled stars event, she's really excited to learn about the fated meteorite granting sleep upon touch.

she's ready to go around teyvat in search of an answer when...

"katheryne! vassal of the immernachtreich, do mine ears deceive me, or didst thou cry out mine holy name in earnest supplication not one moment ago?"

some of her chat is obviously confused by your speech but her long time viewers can understand some of it.

oz, who fischl had brought with her to play, seems excited to see your familiar flying to you :)

fischl is just as excited as he is!!

please you speak just like her and you're voice is so nice and it actually sounds like the developers put thought into what the speech would mean in "proper speech."

"a pleasure to meet you again, katheryne."

YOU'RE FAMILIAR IS JUST AS COOL AS YOU ARE!!

some of her viewers will beg for her to skip through your dialogue.

when she sees those comments, she will purposefully let your dialogue play out, proceed to read out that same dialogue, and respond to you as if she was actually talking to you.

not just to spite them but because it's also a lot of fun for her <3

"it would seem the gods have blessed us with meeting such a well-respected being!"

translation: she's really excited to have met you.

as soon as you spoke she decided she would cosplay as you.

she's already planning out all of the materials she'll need and how much time it would take.

if your familiar is a bird, you best bet oz will be in her photo shoots for your cosplay.

most of the time you're on screen, she'll talk to her viewers about you in her classic chuunibyou style <333

she's really sad when it's time for you to leave :(((

"... goodbye, fischl. you are a good listener. i enjoy chatting with you. to be honest, most of the other adventurers in the guild only ever talk to me when they wanna hear (familiar)'s reconnaissance reports... this little journey we had... it was a great adventure. i'm just sorry that is has to end so abruptly..."

mona does a lot of nightly streams.

it's very rare for you to catch her streaming with daylight.

she likes to share things about astrology while sitting outside drinking something warm.

she'll do a lot of nightly gaming streams as well.

mainly calmer games that people can vibe to in the background.

she prefers to keep her streams lowkey and chill, much like the life she wants to lead.

if only she had the money to do so...

yes, mona is still struggling with money even as a streamer.

she greatly appreciates any donations her fans give to her because she practically relies on them to pay her rent and daily necessities.

of course, it's not like she's completely struggling, just enough to barely get her by.

anyway, her fans ask her about playing genshin impact, inticing her with their talk about the stars and night sky in the game.

she's the type of player to take her time in the environment and take a lot of pictures of her character at night.

she's actually really excited when she hears about this new event centering around the stars and sky :D

soon enough, she gets around to the part where she is need of an astrologist.

she's HYPED to hear there's an astrologist in the game.

"someone looking for me? who is it?"

she will squeal, please.

Genshin Character Analysis WIP I Found in My Old Docs

Fischl is obsessed with fantasy literature and the idea of grandeur. She would most definitely enjoy DnD if she ever appeared in the modern world. She speaks using way too many words to say very simple things which directly contrasts with Razor who often says very little and usually speaks in grammatically incorrect sentences. A lot of people often write Fischl speaking with Old or Shakespearean English, however, she more often uses uncommon words that one would need a thesaurus to understand and speaks referring to herself with the regal “one” as the Adepti have been shown to also use. That is until you unlock more of her dialogue and she begins to use the old “thy”, “thou”, and “thee”.

Ex. “Me? Hehehe. Remember thou this, that I, Fischl, am the Prinzessin der Verurteilung, Sovereign of Immernachtreich, omniscient and eminent judge of all the world's iniquity!“.

She very sparingly uses these however she does on occasion when she is especially energetic (and dramatic) and that should be taken into account.

Her full name and title are Fischl von Luftschloss Narfidort "Prinzessin der Verurteilung". However her given name is “Amy”.

It is possible with her eyepatch and raven familiar that Fischl is based on the Norse god Odin.

“My left eye? It is the all-seeing Auge der Verurteilung, which reveals all that is true to in the world. As to the question of why I conceal it... Well, would you willingly bear the agony of piercing to the heart of all truths? Furthermore... the world would lose much of its appeal if wholly stripped of delusion and falsehood.”

Though not entirely intentional on her part, Fischl may also be referring to the differences between her and those around her when claiming to be from a different world. She often refers to the books she reads as worlds she has traversed which also leans into this idea.

“I, Fischl, have roamed the galaxy and traversed countless worlds. I have learned the fate of ten thousand universes and have had revealed unto me the destiny of every living soul.”

Fischl also often assigns German names to things she deems to be important or, in her own words, “of the other world”. This can be seen in the title and name she bestowed upon herself and Oz as well as her eye (“Auge der Verurteilung” or “Eye of Judgment”), her favorite dish “Mitternachtsbrot des Sommernachtgartens” or “Midnight bread of the summer night garden”), and even the world of which she claims to hail from (“Immernachtreich” or “Kingdom of Eternal Night”). Oz himself even refers to Fischl as “Mein Fräulein” which means “my girl”.

Fischl has also been known to assign titles to those close to her such as Bennett whom she refers to as "Adventurer Who Bears the World's Curses” due to his notoriously bad luck. She also refers to the traveler and Paimon as "Visitor From Outer Worlds" and the "Strange Fae-shaped Emergency Sustenance".

A few things to note that Fischl also refers to with otherly titles are. . .

Her parents whom she calls the “Kaiser und Kaiserin der Verurteilung”.

Her vision which she calls the “Edelstein der Dunkelheit”.

The "Night-Severing Raven Oz", Ozvaldo von Hrafnavines.

(Note: Mondstadt translates to “Lunar City” and the world from which Fishcl claims to be from is called Immernachtreich which means “Kingdom of Eternal Night”. Perhaps this similarity is merely a coincidence, perhaps it is not.)

Razor (known as the “Wolf Boy” among the citizens of Mondstadt) lives among the wolves of Wolvendom, only recently integrating into the world of humans. After an encounter with a mysterious fellow who taught Razor how to wield a greatsword and defend himself as well as giving him his name, Razor had since been shunned by Andrius (or “Lupus Boreas, Dominator of Wolves”) for using his weapon as a human would and not his ‘claws’ as a wolf would. Razor had noticed the differences between him and his canine counterparts long beforehand, but this rejection had set the stage for Razor’s disappointment in no longer being considered another wolf. As previously mentioned, Razor speaks often using very few words. This may be due to him not knowing how to speak for the majority of his life and only recently learning how, leading to discomfort speaking and unfamiliarity with language.

Razor may sometimes refer to himself in the third person while other times using “I” and “me” or Third-person-person pronouns altogether.

Third person speech ex. “Oh, Varka is... a name. That man big. Big steelclaw, Razor's name - Varka gave him. Oh... want to see him.”

First-person speech ex. “I like the stars at night. So many stars. In the sky, in the lake. And in the city.”

Razor often also refers to himself as being a wolf despite everything.

“I have no human family. I am a wolf.”

It can also be noted that his speaking abilities progress over time, going from broken English to simple English.

Razor becomes very protective of those he cares about most likely due to the story of how he got his vision. In rather broad terms, that story was that he got his vision much too late and was unable to protect his ‘lupical’ when it truly mattered.

deku vs kacchan part 2 is my favorite ep of the entire series actually. i’ve watch that ep so many times as well it’s just perfect. i got into them when i watched that episode actually! the voice acting god..... literally shivers. now that i think about it it might even be my favorite anime ep of all time help. i just love how bakugou lets it all out and we get to see that side of him.. the insecure scared child he tries to hide. god i could ramble about it forever idk just love it. OH YOU WATCHED THE MOVE RIGHT AFTER? a scene with bakugou and todoroki is guaranteed a good time.. and they work so well together. haha that’s such a nice coincidence tho their dynamic is great in that movie even if it’s mostly kiribaku sjsksjk. what do you think about kiribaku btw?
