Soulmate- a close friend or romantic partner with whom one has a unique deep connection based on mutual understanding and acceptance. Well it is how meeriam webster's dictionary describes it. But it it so much more it can not simply be described by words. The Greek philosopher Plato wrote that humans once had four arms, four legs and two faces. He explained that Zeus split us in half as a punishment for our pride, and we were destined to walk the Earth searching for our other half. Some people spend their entire lives searching for their soulmate. Some people have the pleasure of finding their other half, some don't. Some of them are so skeptical they give up on the whole idea of it.

You were always curios about who would capture your heart and who would be the one who made you feel so complete and full of love that you could call them your soulmate. You have always wondered how you would find out that they, they are the one, that's my soulmate. That's who I want to bond my life if.

Never in your wildest dreams would you imagine that you would realize you've found your soulmate, in the middle of the night, with your room dimly lit and music softly playing in the backround, laid across your bed trying to hold in your giggles as your boyfriend, the chaos incarnate, aka Han Jisung is trying to to put makeup on your face. This whole situation is ridiculous but you've never felt more at peace. You're sure now. This is the one you want to spend your life with. This boy who managed to capture your heart with his boba eyes and gummy smile is your soulmate. To think that you would realize this in such a ridiculous moment like this.

You don't need a mirror to know what you look ridiculous. You knew both of you would end up looking like circus clowns before you even took your makeup brushes out. That's why you went all out on his face and my god did he look ridiculous. But hey, you were also ridiculous, because looking at him, all dishelmed and with caked on makeup, messy hair and mischevious glint in his sparkly eyes, prettiest smile on his face as he proudly gazes at his own art, you have never been more in love.

"We need to even out the lipstick now." He looks away for a second and that's when you seize your chance. With one swift movement you switch your place with him. Han lookes up to you with wide eyes, clearly not expecting you to overpower him. "Wow this was really hot not going to lie!" He breaths out after a second, you can't help but roll your eyes.

"What a dork." You lean in and seal your lips together. You feel like you're overflown with love and all you want is to show him just how much you love him. You place gentle but firm kisses against lips, absolutely loving how he immediately responds to each and every one of them makeup long forgotten. You love how tightly he's holding onto your lips and how he chases after your lips when you lean back to let both of you breathe.

Sometimes you really can't believe that he's actually yours. You always get so owerwhelmed with love all you want to do is to shower him all the affection. And that's what you're set on to do. Feeling satisfied on the amount of kisses you left on his lips you decide to migrate them a little. Softly cradling his chubby cheeks you migrate your lips to his chin, his jaw, his cheeks, his nose, his forehead, everywhere you can reach. You want him to know just how precious he is to you. God you feel like you're under some type of love spell. You just can't stop kissing him.

And how can you when he looks so delicious? You could eat him up if you could. His hair is even more messy, his whole face is covered in your makeup and you can swear that red has never looked more better on anyone. His breathing is a little bit rugged, his skin is all flushed, which is apparent even under all that makeup, he has this lovesick smile while his eyes look a bit dazed while still shining like the brightest star for you. Does he even realize what he does to you?

"What brought this on?" He asks after he finally catches his breath. He leans up a bit so now you're in his lap, his arms tight around your waist.

A smile creeps up on your face, you gently move the hair out of his forehead and leave a little kiss there, smiling even more at the imprint of your lipstick on the center of his forehead. Just how much lipstick did he actually put on your lips?

"You make me believe in soulmates." Han looks surprised at fist, then unsure how to react before the brightest smile creeps up on his face. Suddenly your positions are switched yet again and you're on the bed while Han is the one covering your face with millions of kisses while muttering between each and every one of them just how much he loves you.

Unbeknownst to you, while you're all lovely dovely Chan had opened the door to Han's bedroom wanting to ask him something, let's just say there's this video going around in your friend group now where you look like two idiots in love. You wanted to die of shame when you saw it the first time, but upon closer inspecting it, the way you two looked at each other... You really found your soulmate.

Hi! So, it really depends on which works you're referring to.

I tried to do a general video recording (flashing tw, feel free to slow it down if you can. Idk how)

When you break it down to the basics, you can see that certain areas have a slightly different line weight. For example:

The big misconception I had during the peak of art advice era floating around is that for an art piece to be interesting, it has to have line weight everywhere. I would end up adding thickness to areas that didn't need it without understanding why we use line weight.

It has to make sense. (Unless you don't care which is also okay!)

Normally, I think how they teach you in foundational art is that it follows this logic:

add thicker lines on the opposing side you think the light would come from:

Unconsciously, I work the same way but since 80% of my art has been self-taught through trial and error, so I don't know how to explain it as good. You can see I apply this concept here if we were to apply a light source.

Suddenly, it doesn't seem like I made areas thicker for no reason.

A lot of the times in my art where there is sudden line thickness that might not follow this logic above, it's usually because I want to emphasize dimension more than it technically needs. Once you understand foundations, you can break it however you want to. Note: If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't have to have line weight if you don't care for it or it doesn't fit within your style. As people who do art, sometimes we like parts of other people's art but it doesn't work for our own workflows at all. The tough pill to swallow is that we may like how other people do art, but it's not comfortable for us.

Hello friends. Okay, I spent some time offline, and did speak in length to a dear friend in England today. I think I understand a few things more. Firstly... there are no rules. And this is my timeline, and I get to change it as I see fit. When I first came to Tumblr it was for one purpose, I kid you not. I knew that Meghan Markle was in her supposed first pregnancy... and I knew it was a lie. I have carried a baby, I know how it works, and she was in my opinion lying. This timeframe coincided with my recent awakening of world events and falling down other rabbit holes.

I was gung-ho on both. And I must say, the world events thing did not serve me well on social media. I have never found it beneficial to argue with others about things we do not agree with. And so a few months into my profile building here on Tumblr and connecting I set my own rules on what it is I am here for. And trust me... the people I have connected with mean so much to me. Now then... I do follow some who I only give out likes to and more private conversations. You know who you are. So for the record I am going to be clear of who I am.

I served under Ronald Reagan while in the Navy. I was always more on the conservative side, although I used to joke that as a Californian, I was sitting on the wall in between and fell over to the right. I used to think a lot of liberal policies sounded good on paper, but that in reality they did not work very well. That has been proven to be true in my estimation. But let me be clear. I do not think the Republican view as it stands today is working out either in a bulk of cases, especially in Washington D.C. Our government is seriously compromised within both parties, and I am also speaking of all branches. Neither party is what it once was, and if you are not aware of what the Global agenda is for the common person I cannot help you. And it is not my place in life to even attempt it. We all journey as we do.

I then found my feet here. My goals were to talk of things I am interested in, loved all my life, and to find some fun in my days. When I stick to that... I thrive. But I am finding that as many more are awakening to the fact that our world is slipping away... we are all talking more. And the planned divisiveness is impacting all of us.

It is going to get worse. No matter what your stand is. And I completely believe this summer is going to get rough in the US. Very rough.

So what did I decide? Well... I want to be here. If I drift off, which was surprisingly easy this week, I do not get to enjoy dishing on all things royal, art, history, travel, spiritual life, pets, and the love I have for friends I have made here.

I may veer off to world events. I am no longer affiliated with any political party. I do not believe there are many in places of power who have our best interests at heart. When the WEF says that population control is a main agenda, I believe them. I have done my studying and digging... and I understand. History is repeating itself, but there is no one who will be landing on a shore in Normandy to save our world any longer.

I am not going to try to influence a single soul here. Nope. I just want to vent a bit on how dumb and ridiculous Harry is, how narcissistic I find Meghan, how much I admire Anne, and my hopes for Catherine's full recovery. I also want to read your posts on cute furry creatures, other lands and travels, inward journeys, art, and whatever else it is in life the day brings. But I admit that I may slip, and I go off on a world event. I apologize for it now. Just scroll on by if you would.

I had a tough time since last summer. I did. But that is what life can bring. And hopefully we grow. And in the end it will be what we take with us. Many changes do come on life's paths.

We Are Episodes 1-5: Just guys being dudes I guess

Well I didn't think this was the show that would bring me back to writing anything, but low stakes and baby steps I guess. As with most of the BL I've enjoyed lately, I originally had absolutely zero intention of watching this. A 4-couple 16-ep hangout BL from New Siwaj? Nothing in there I need. Then this photo emerged from the set stills...

...and suddenly I was listening. Not terribly attentively mind you, but my curiosity was piqued enough to give her a try. So I did, and 5 weeks in I've decided she can stay for now.

I wanna be clear: there is nothing happening in this show. This isn't a good or interesting show. This is all about guys being dudes, hanging out with their friends, making new friends, and liking each other. Occasionally some of them talk about Art. But the vibes are...intriguing is far too strong a word. It's fun. It's cute. The characters are cutouts but clearly drawn (that is definitely one of New's strengths, I always know who his characters are and they rarely surprise or confuse me). The situations they put them in are pure undiluted tropery, but it works somehow? The cast has a lot of charm, that helps. Aou is playing probably my favourite character of his ever. Satang is making aegyo work for him shockingly well. Winny is giving something inexplicably fun as a surly art student. Poom is a goofy delight. Godji is here being hilarious. Every character is somehow pitched perfectly for the vibe. I am endeared. Each of our 4 couples is playing in their own genre of romantic comedy, but it all pulls together and not apart for me because of the breezy vibe of the whole. It ain't much, but it feels like everybody was having fun making this, and I'm really responding to that right now.

Our trope troupe, in no particular order.

Chain and Pun

Let's start with the friends to lovers couple, because there isn't much happening here yet (methinks the reshoots have pushed their story back near the end). There are all indications that both are somewhat aware of how they might feel. Pun is kinda chaotic and dumb like a fox methinks. Chain is endeared. 1.5/4 hearts

Tan and Fang

Next up we have the loud and quiet pair. Fang mostly keeps himself to himself and Tan is LITERALLY incapable of doing that. Motormouthing a mile a minute, telling all his business, calling friend gatherings together to announce that he likes somebody (not that they're dating, just that he likes them). He's annoying. And Fang is endeared by that. Him agreeing to date Tan seems a little out of nowhere but there isn't any pretence or secrecy to Tan. What you see is exactly what you get, and Fang seems to like what he sees. 2.5/4 hearts.

Toey and Q

Our third couple are our grumpy/sunshine couple. Normally this level of cutesy would drive me straight up a wall, but I think what's saving it for me is that nobody's really denying their feelings here. Q grumbles, but Toey has him completely wrapped around his little finger, and they both kinda know it. I'm pretty sure these two would actually burn down the world for each other if it was required. 3.5/4 hearts.

Phum and Peem

Our enemies to lovers couple. Up until this week I did not understand what they hell they were doing with these two, but it's clicked into place now: you think Phum is taking advantage, but Peem wouldn't be doing a single solitary fuck of this if he didn't want to. He started this out by kicking that man in the nuts, he ain't scared. Once Peem's curiosity overrode his pisstivity, it was only a matter of time. Watching him wait this entire episode for Phum to kiss him, then slowly realize he was gonna have to be the one to do it himself was...*snort* 2.5/4 hearts.

The Diaper Diaries

This post is dedicated to @destinedfordiapers, one of the greatest authors of our genre. Follow him and spend your next 10 nights exploring his huge archive of captions and stories!

I wasn't exactly wearing diapers 24/7 before. I wore pull-ups to work, or even underwear if I felt like it. @destinedfordiapers helped me understand that this isn't how diapers work. He pushed me to understand what incontinence really is: not just the fun parts we get excited about in this community, but the challenges of actually needing to use and change diapers at inconvenient times. He helped me swear off toilets, and I am now wearing diapers everywhere, every hour, every day.

I go through a LOT of diapers. 3 or 4 full-strength MegaMaxes at work alone, to say nothing of my nighttime Trest(s). I truly pee a lot, and am constantly vying for the handicap stall so I can change more comfortably. I can't always get it, which sometimes means changing loudly between two other occupied stalls. That's what incontinence means, though. You can't just hold it and decide to change later when it's convenient.

Let's just say I haven't had to launder underwear in quite a while. I was squeamish about wearing around my family, but I agreed to at least wear pull-ups when I went to a ballgame with my dad. I'll be in pull-ups again this weekend when I visit for Mother's Day in the U.S., and I'm sure I'll be brave enough to be fully diapered around them soon.

You might not be able to tell from my stories, but I'm more DL than AB. The exception is my pacifier. It's a perfect complement to diapers; such a soothing way to remind me to shut up every once in a while and listen to others.

I honestly don't understand people who don't wear diapers. The soft padding; the warm, doughy hug; the sense of safety and security. Wouldn't the world be a better place if we were all diapered?

I stare at myself in the mirror most mornings, if only for a minute or two. I admire the sagging poof of padding taped around my loins. I might even smile and give it a shake. I can't believe this is really happening. I can't believe I'm actually diapered 24/7. This is what I've dreamed of for so long...

I'm so lucky. Incontinent people don't get to ease into this life. They don't have the benefit of wanting this to happen, and they don't get to switch back to undies if they "just don't feel like it today." I try to remember that diapers aren't just a toy anymore. They're here to protect me. To keep me healthy and clean. To preserve my dignity. To make possible the life I've wanted with the people I care about.

Diapers are everything ❤️ And now they always will be.

- “It’s not me. It’s not my size. It’s them!” GOOD FOR YOU ALEXANDER!

- “I’m gonna cut them.” Oh okay uhm no I don’t think that’ll go down well for you

- That’s the first time I’ve ever seen the screen of one of these things

- That good for Alexander, he knows he needs to get away from them, I support his decision

- UHURA AND CHAPEL TO THE RESCUE

Hi, I know it's been a while but it's allo (autistic? unsure what tag to use) anon here again. I just wanted to say congratulations on the project! I showed it to my girlfriend and she was really happy, when it comes out we will definitely read it together. I am proud to see you doing new and exciting things, and I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors! You're doing amazing already and I look forward to seeing you continue on whatever path you want to take with your creative work :)

Sorry I didn't message again sooner, things in real life have been... a lot. I still try to check this blog when I can. Your art is still adorable, and I also wanted to say thank you for your comics about fandom and the stuff that people say to aro/ace people. As someone who is very invested in media analysis(TM) and fandoms, I have noticed some behaviour that is really weird and uncomfortable, and it's good to see other people speaking out about it.

Also, not to decenter your experience, but the comic about labels really hit home for me. When I first got diagnosed it explained so much about my struggles and why I felt the way I did. It was groundbreaking to understand that I wasn't just a broken person or full of character flaws, but that things like sensory issues were just part of being who I am. I don't know if you meant it this way, but I really love the yellow colour of the thought bubbles and the little flowers. I know some people say it's pathologizing or too restrictive to cling to labels so much, but it really is a relief to be given something that helps you understand yourself and feel so much less alone. I am glad you were able to find your identity and community. It's so cool that now you get to make those posts, and probably reach others!

I just wanted to pop in again and say I love your stuff, and it's so cool to see other people loving and engaging with it too. I hope you have a wonderful day/night, passe une bonne journée/nuit <3

Do you think wundersmiths can talk with their past lifes like in avatar the last airbender?

Hmmm….. I think other people may have their own ideas and theories on this, but I am of the camp that the lines are not reincarnations, at least not in the traditional “past lives” / ATLA sense.

I don’t think there’s 9 souls getting reborn over and over. I think it’s just there’s 9 vessels that the Wunder / Wundersmithness gets transferred to. It’s unclear exactly how the lines are connected. We know from that Wundersmiths are referred to as like “First-Line Wundersmiths, Second-Line Wundersmiths, etc.” but I don’t think that being in any particular Line has any benefit, such as a tendency towards a particular Art.

Onstald’s book uses the following language:

Chronicling the misdeeds of the First-Line Wundersmith, Brilliance Amadeo, her predecessor the Wundersmith Deng Li, his predecessor the Wundersmith Christobel Fallon-Dunham, her predecessor the …

And Mog wonders at one point,

… which Wundersmith she might have replaced, and who among the original nine was her predecessor …

My understanding of Wundersmiths is that there are always 9 of them, which is why when one dies Wunsoc would immediately search for “the child who’d been born to take their place.” As in, there are always 9 Wundersmiths in the world no matter what.

As for the Lines and the chambers, Mog and Sofia have this exchange:

“Will I have a room named after me here someday, do you think?” Morrigan asked. “My understanding is that it happens when a Wundersmith turns one hundred years old. Or… erm, when they die. Whichever comes first,” explained Sofia.”

Mog asks that after reaching Odbuoy Jemmity’s chamber, who was killed at Courage Square, so based on this, it is a likely chance that at least his was created when he died. Your ask actually led me to investigate how old he was in the Nevermoor discord , but I don’t have the energy to transfer that all here right now, lol. But TL;DR: I do not think he was even near 100 years old. I think if we knew who’s chamber led into Odbuoy’s, we’d have a better idea of how the Lines are connected and what’s needed for a chamber to be made. I personally think they’re made by magic and not actually built, and the “cursed children” don’t have rooms despite dying because they are not part of Wunsoc.

I’ve also been thinking about the whole Wundrous Arts apprenticeship thing lately, and wondering how common or uncommon it was.

The language of the apprenticeship contract is: This is a Wundrous Arts apprenticeship agreement between the Wundersmith Ezra Squall and the Wundersmith Morrigan Crow. Arrangement to end either by mutual accord, or when the apprentice has mastered nine Wundrous Arts—including pilgrimage to the appropriate Divinities and acquisition of their respective seals.

Maybe the chambers indicate apprenticeship lineages? Sort of like Star Wars padawan lineages, lol… Like perhaps once they master all the Arts, they can have a chamber. Only thing that throws me off is I guess the ages of Wundersmiths and that if this was how it worked they could only have one apprentice. So I don't know. The wording of Squall's contract just makes me wonder if Wundrous Arts apprenticeships may have been done before.

Currently, I think I lean towards the other option for the Lines, but who knows. The wording of "predecessor" in relation to the concept of "replacing" is why I lean more towards it simply being who died and who "took the place." There is also the wording of "next generation," which could maybe go either way but I lean more towards the "replacing" by death/birth thing.

I think that knowing who is in the chamber before Odbuoy would help narrow down the possible ways the Lines and chambers form and connect. For example, it would be interesting to know if the chamber is someone who was alive during The Ghostly Hour from Age of Endings, Spring of Nine (where Odbuoy was seemingly alive but not present), or if it's someone who isn't present, and then may have been the previous Wundersmith that died and Odbuoy replaced.

But also this is just my current theory based on what little information we have to go off of! Regardless of how it all works, I hope that Mog or Squall are Ninth-Line Wundersmiths, lol. Also I am so sorry but I realized I actually just swerved to the side of your question to ramble instead 😅 If any of this doesn't make any sense I can always try my best to reword or elaborate!

so i gotta move for the third time in that many years. unfortunately between health problems and the General State of The Economy, I have been unable to find work to be able to save any money. i have no choice but to leave the entire state. i thankfully have somewhere to go, however I need help getting there. i've been trying to do the math to get what I need to its lowest amount possible, but even that is still at least $2.5k.

after this move, i should be able to get things more stable and I might even have a couple job prospects lined up in that area, but right now I'm really scraping the bottom of the barrel funds wise and desperately need help.

#im posting this very late because i was sort of weary of how it came out and ended up messing w it until it was like 4am oops. #and i have plans tmrw so... oh well! i did my best and ill put it out while i can! #and i tried to make the scene match barnard's colors lol #finn's ocs #finn's art #i know i said id do more sillay stuff with the simpler screentone only style but i had a couple more of these in me #and this is the first piece im making thats like an actual part of the story too rather than just setting stuff for fun #i wanna write something to go with it too but for now ill just sort of briefly explain the context in the tags here: #barnard has a pretty bad case of OCD and his compulsions have made it difficult to make friends in the past #he was never outright bullied or anything but people just didnt really have the patience to deal with it #he has compulsions that include stuff like walking through doors until it feels right and needing things to be perfectly aligned #which in group settings has lead to people having to wait for him to finish his rituals and join them #they might find it tolerable at first but eventually they grow impatient and hes just... not invited to stuff anymore #but juno is a newer member of the guild who ends up frequenting the same library. hes also kinda a little weird #and they dont become fast friends or anything but just sort of naturally spend time in the same place #though they never plan meetups they eventually fall into a routine. around the same time theyd just both be at the library #and read next to each other. and maybe talk a bit. and eventually they end up walking back to the guildhall together #since theyre going to the same place after all. and juno always waits for barnard outside the door #eventually barnard asks if this bothers him. juno kinda just tells him 'of course it does' without any malice or anything. just a statement #barnard is surprised and apologizes and juno says not to. but the next day juno doesnt show up at the usual time. #barnard assumes hes committed somekinda more by bringing it up. he ends up staying there late reading to get his mind off it & not ruminate #but when he leaves juno is in fact still waiting for him down the hall (see pic) having collected a bunch of books literally abt ocd #he fell asleep bc barnard stayed later than expected. and hes an eepy guy generally. and also one very bad at expressing himself #but now barnard gets that juno's 'of course it [bothers me]' had the implication of 'but its worth it' which no friend has previously done. #and from the interaction juno was also able to understand that this isn't something barnard just does for the hell of it so. he studies. #and checks a bunch of stuff out because he thinks it could help his friend too (theres ocd workbooks and such- i remember working w them) #and thats the point where they became more ''friends'' than ''pleasant library acquaintances'' #from there on they also do get into juno's problems. whole other bag of worms. but this specific scene is more about bernard from his pov #sorry about when i said briefly explain. i lied </3 #but compared to the whole sequence im picturing its brief so shhh

I started volunteering in my friend’s kindergarten last month and like… I love these kids so much it’s unreal. They’re so sweet and weird! One of the kids drew me this killer Mario art and I’m gonna frame it and hang it on my wall.

As someone who knows nothing about Oberon but loves your art: where do I start if I want to understand your love for the man?

oh man. oh jeez ( wheezing ) haha okay. uhm. erhm. i didnt expect to get this far uhm ( shaking )

so here's the problem: oberon is from lostbelt 6, a chapter in hit gacha game fate/grand order. you can play f/go if you want and chug along to lb6 - which is unfortunately a chapter 6~ years into the game's main story. but i cannot with any sort of conscious recommend a gacha game to people.

so playing the game is one option. option two is checking out atlas academy database, a website that has all of fgo's stories and such conveniently catalogued! click 'main story' on the top of the page and it'll give you just, well, the main story.

if you want to watch the stories themselves - which at least for lostbelt 6 i highly recommend because the OST is amazing - there's also this commentary free LP on youtube that i've linked to people!

that being said that is still a lot of words to get to lostbelt 6, so- if you don't want to read everything pre-lostbelt 6, i recommend going to the typemoon wiki and reading the summary on each story pre lostbelt 6 ( so, up to lostbelt 5.5 ). just click on the link in each chart and you can find a detailed beat-by-beat summary of each chapter.

i've been told that, in all honesty, that lostbelt 6 is still enjoyable and easy to understand without full context for the outside story beats. it certainly reads like a fairly self-contained story outside a few things needed to understand why some characters are here in the first place, so i've been considering writing up a summary on just those key points / the premise to the lostbelts so that people can read that and then jump right into lostbelt 6 and love oberon...
