Dammit, twins, stop making aliens cry! Anyway. I was thinking. Twinverse. Where Haxus is alive. Originally taken prisoner but he ends up reforming and abandoning the empire. Well, I decided to draw him with the kiddos chilling and watching a movie with them, but they’ve passed out. I was gonna have him bored, but you know what? Give him feels. And I didn’t know what he was gonna watch, but the amazing @rubymoon-snape suggested either The Iron Giant or Big Hero 6. And while the twins would have both, I gave them BH6.  At least they were merciful enough to not have him watch Watership Down.  And originally I was gonna have Rover tucked in beside Pidge, but then I realized. She should have Bae Bae there. Don’t worry, though, Rover’s alive, well, and probably chilling elsewhere.

Episode 3 of Baymax is SO important for all of the reasons that people a lot smarter and more articulate than me have been saying, but i also want to mention it’s absolutely hilarious and I want to consensually kiss on the mouth whoever came up with the concept of Baymax in the menstrual health aisle. The double meaning period joke was corny but did in fact have me laugh out loud. Hats off to all who worked on ‘Sofia’

It’s back. :O

In the ongoing saga of Obake and Tadashi get Isekai’ed…Obake is finally warming up to his Pokémon but now he’s gotta deal with the fact that yes they do get bigger good night I wasn’t expecting Golbat to be so massive in-game it looks like it could swallow my player whole. :O

In other news, after this batch you probably won’t be seeing more of this until the summer—didn’t realize the last time my computer went to the shop that the Ryujinx emulator stored save data in roaming apps, so when I told the guy yeah you can wipe it I lost my save data.  So now I get to replay the whole thing and get back to where I was…dangit this is why I save everything OFF my computer stupid emulator! :shakefist:

Honestly, thank god that Big Hero 6 came out almost a decade ago because can you imagine how insane the men's rights grifters would be if Disney in the year of our lord 2023 released an animated movie where the climax includes a cool biker tomboy landing a sick hit on the villain while yelling "Woman up!"

Is it only me or there is not enough stories where Tadashi survived the fire and he comes back after events of the movie. Or maybe during/after the series. I know it's barely possible, I just like to read about their reunion.

And, perhaps, I'd like to see Tadashi's reaction when he found out that Hiro had become a superhero. Because, seriously, he was worried about him when Hiro attended bot fighting. I would say that being a superhero isn't safer than that at all. I am not sure he would accept it quickly, especially when Hiro was 14 years old.

The way I am convinced Tadashi messaged Professor Callaghan when he got to the school asking him to come down and make a casual appearance to meet his brother, knowing the effect it would have on Hiro. It’s classic older sibling behavior. manipulation? Maybe. For his own good? Definitely.
