I just remembered a moment from online classes in high school
We had an English class. One of my classmates types something in chat with a typo, and corrected it with a *, as is customary in internet culture. And our teacher was confused, she didn't know what it meant. We explained that it was just a way we indicate fixing mistakes in text form.

Recently I met a nice lady in a local market or Zurich. Thankfully, she showed me around the city center as a lovely ambassador of Zürich. Since I arrived from Costa Rica, feeling weak, I said that I was wondering what it would be like to live in Zurich. I didn’t expect to meet people who are both relaxed and kind in a big metropolitan area. However, She made time for this stranger friend and wanted to show me a nice Asian grocery store. (To be honest, I am good without Asian ingredients for living but it was a surprisingly good grocery shop.) Then, she offered that she would like to buy me a drink to welcome me as a citizen of the country. Eventually I could treat this beautiful lady who showed me the relaxed mindset and a beautiful restaurant.
The most impressive restaurant in Zurich was Krone Halle so far while I am writing this blog. But I can’t wait to go back to Hitl and try other dishes in the menu. Thinking of their passion and a long journey in creating the interesting menu, I would like to be able to have some interview with the manager some time. Given all the vegetarian restaurants that I’ve been to for the last years (Korea, Mexico, Italy, Protugal, Spain, Costa Rica, and Croatia, Andorra), Hiltl has an excellent and various dishes.
There are several locations but I was lead to Hiltl Dachterrasse. There are two terraces and I consider the smoking zone has a better view than the non-smoking zone. The staffs are very kind and good at English. After talking with a staff, I got a nice chai latte and we shared a dish. I loved everything we picked and I can't wait to visit Hiltl again. 😊

4대째 채식에 대한 일편단심으로, 한국의 할머니 곰탕도 울고 갈만한 기네스북에 가장 오래된 채식 레스토랑으로 등록되어 있다고 한다.
오래된 역사답게 맛이 매우 훌륭하다. 오전에 조식을 먹고 간 참이라 모든 메뉴를 먹어보지는 못했지만 다양성과 디저트를 제외한 모든 메뉴가 무게로만 가격이 책정된다는 점에서 굉장히 매력적이다.
스위스는 슈퍼마켓에서 사먹는 샐러드의 가격도 만만치 않은 것을 생각해본다면, 채식주의자라가 아니라도 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 선택지로 다양하게 구성되어 있으므로 시내 구경 중에 테라스에서 맛있는 음식을 먹으며 쉬어가는 것도 좋을 듯 하다. 뷰가 더 좋은 테라스는 흡연 구역인데 상황에 따라 담배를 피는 사람도 있고 그렇지 않은 경우도 있다.
차이티를 시키고 싶었는데 단 시럽을 먹고 싶지는 않아서 달지 않은 차이 메뉴를 물어봤더니 친절히 가능한 메뉴를 소개해줬다.
키쉬, 인도 음식과 샐러드를 먹었는데 모두 전문 매장에서 먹는것처럼 맛있었다. 또 가고 싶다 🤤
