Thoughts on 20min Vs 45min Vs 60min episodes?
lmaooo i love this question!!
to me the 20-24 minutes is the perfect episode time. so easily digestible. an entire little arc in a bite sized piece. you can watch an episode in the morning or before bed or during lunch and like barely any time has passed! anime has perfected this i feel.
whether the episode is 45 mins or an hour, there’s not much difference between those to me. if the show is good with good pacing and an engaging story, i hardly notice that the episodes are so long. tho it does make it a greater undertaking/commitment if i decide to watch an episode. and if the pacing is particularly slow or the story is boring, i can really feel it.
what i actually hate is when a show is like 35 minutes. like what is that. it’s not enough time to breathe but too much time to have a tight story. disney+ shows do this a lot. i’ve always suspected it was because they don’t want to pay for a full 45 min-1 hr episode. and the other annoying thing is how wildly inconsistent it is between episodes. some are 30 mins others are 50. please pick one. the other end of this is when episodes are like 1.5+ hrs. i’m sorry that’s not an episode that is a movie. why am i watching 8 movies in a row. netflix is especially guilty of this with stranger things. why was the new season SO LONG like it had no reason to be. it ended up resulting in so much unnecessary cruft and absolutely none of the story felt tight because it was allowed to be as long as it wanted with no one restricting them. not only that but nothing about it is actually episodic, it’s just one long movie that’s meant to be binged. it feels like streaming is ruining tv in this sense bc there are no restrictions when imo restrictions force you to decide what’s necessary, think outside the box, and breeds creativity. tv for years perfected the art of the 24 minute of 45 minute episode but now people are just doing whatever they want and it’s the wild west out here!

I wrote a oneshot for @adrinetteapril!
Day Six: Aspik and Marinette (several days late lol). Words: 2,528
Summary: A scheme to stop Adrien from figuring out Ladybug’s identity turns into Marinette offering to help Aspik impress Ladybug.
XX
This was a strategic move, not a social visit, Marinette reminded herself, taking a deep breath or two (or several) to calm the familiar swell of nerves in her chest. Now that she was the new Guardian, she had promised herself to stop pursuing Adrien to keep her focus on keeping Paris safe... but that didn’t stop her stomach from tying itself in lovesick knots at the thought of him.
In the weeks since Miracle Queen’s defeat, there had been a sharp uptick in akumas. It helped put people (and Marinette’s own frayed nerves) at ease to give some of the newer heroes regular patrol times. This way, the superheroes could get more familiar with their powers, and the rest of the Parisians could feel a bit safer. Normally, this would have been Viperion and Rena Rouge’s day to patrol, but the Couffaines were in the middle of a well-deserved family vacation. And as it happened, their timing suited Marinette just fine.
The other day, Adrien had run into Marinette walking out of an alleyway that Ladybug had jumped into moments earlier. He hadn’t directly asked her about it as she sputtered something about their latest physics assignment, trying to make him think about anything else, but she could see the gears turning in his head. She needed to throw him off.
So today, Ladybug had asked Adrien to take another turn with the snake miraculous while Viperion was indisposed. She had stationed him for patrol in the same neighborhood where Rena Rouge would just happen to be perfecting her Mirage by creating visions of Ladybug jumping around the nearby rooftops (at Ladybug’s friendly suggestion), and Marinette would just happen to pass by and offer him a macaron at just the right time for him to see that Marinette and Ladybug were in two different places in the same time and therefore, totally not the same person. It was the perfect plan, really.
And if it also just happened to have the effect of Adrien being impressed by her baking skills, well, that wouldn’t hurt anyone either.
She was surprised to find Aspik pacing back and forth on the bridge where she had left him, shifting his harp from hand to hand.
”Excuse me?” she said, approaching him. He started to wave when he caught sight of her, then promptly dropped his hand, apparently remembering that he wasn’t supposed to know who she was. Adorable!
”Hi,” he said. “Something I can help you with?”
”Oh, no,” she replied. “I just wanted to give back a bit to the heroes of Paris.” She held out the box of macarons she was carrying, inwardly thrilled that she had gotten this far without stammering. “Want one?”
”Thanks! I wish more people showed appreciation with sweets.” He went straight for the passionfruit macaron, as she’d known he would. She couldn’t help smiling fondly.
”I’m Marinette, by the way. I don’t think I’ve seen you before. Usually, Viperion patrols around here on Tuesdays.”
”He wasn’t able to come out today, so I’m covering for him. I’m Aspik.”
He was smiling, but there was something in the tightness of his face, the hunch of his shoulders that told her something wasn’t right. Not to mention, the way he’d been pacing before he saw her. He had been all confidence and charming jokes when she (as Ladybug) had been showing him where to patrol an hour or so ago. Had something happened since then?
“Um, is everything okay, Aspik?” she asked carefully.
His smile faltered. “Of course. Why wouldn’t it be?”
Marinette had spent enough time surreptitiously staring at Adrien to know when he wasn’t being truthful, but she couldn’t force him to open up if he didn’t want to. It was better not to pry, so instead, she pressed the pastry box into his hands. “Why don’t you take the rest of these? I already gave some to Ladybug and Rena Rouge, and I don’t feel like carrying them all the way home. Anyway, enjoy being super handsome -- I mean -- enjoy being a superhero!”
She turned to leave, letting her bangs fall over her face to hide her blush. She had been doing so well -- forming complete sentences and everything! And then, she had ruined it. She cringed at herself, hearing Tikki fail to stifle a giggle inside her handbag.
“Hey, Marinette?”
She turned to see Aspik staring after her, looking unsure. “I can’t possibly eat all of these by myself. Can you stay and have some with me?”
This is strategy, she reminded herself sternly, you’re not here to flirt. Even if knowing that Adrien wants to spend more time with you is the most amazing feeling in the world.
She all but skipped back across the bridge to him.
They leaned against the stone guard rail, placing the pastry box between them. “You seem to know a lot about superheros,” Aspik observed.
“My best friend runs the LadyBlog, so I learn a lot about them from her,” Marinette explained (maybe a little bit too quickly). “Plus, ya know, uh, sometimes I give sweets to them when they’re patrolling.”
“That’s really cool of you.” He offered a perfect smile, but didn’t look at her. She followed his gaze upward to where the Mirage-Ladybug was jumping around some nearby rooftops. Alya really was getting good with the fox miraculous, her Mirages getting more detailed by the day.
“What’s Ladybug’s favorite kind of macaron?” Aspik asked.
“Um… strawberry? Or chocolate. Or maybe marzipan. It depends on the day, really,” Marinette concluded, quickly grabbing several more from the box when she realized that the little stack she was already holding matched up exactly with Ladybug’s preferences. “Why do you ask?”
“No reason,” he replied. Was his face turning red, all of a sudden? Oh God, were her macarons giving him some sort of allergic reaction? Marinette was rapidly beginning to panic when Aspik changed the subject: “So, in your expert opinion as the Lady Blogger’s best friend, do you think Ladybug and Chat Noir will ever get together?”
“Oh, um…” she fumbled, surprised by the question.
“I mean, I know that they have to keep it professional and focus on fighting Hawk Moth, but do you think she’d give him a chance after Hawk Moth is defeated?”
His voice was light and casual, but he had started to fidget with his harp again. Why did he care about her and Chat Noir? “I don’t know, maybe. They seem good together when they fight,” she replied, hoping she sounded like she wasn’t close to the situation.
“Yeah, but is he too goofy for her? I mean, obviously his jokes are fire, but do you think Ladybug wants someone more serious?”
“No way,” she snorted, forgetting herself for a moment. “Chat Noir is a goofball, but that’s part of his charm. It doesn’t mean he’s not an awesome superhero and friend. And yeah, occasionally he makes a joke that’s actually funny.”
She stopped short. His face was definitely turning red. For a second, she wondered if he was choking on a piece of macaron and felt a heady thrill at the thought of putting her arms around him to attempt the heimlich.
“Oh yeah,” he said, grinning down at the sidewalk, “Chat mentioned you two have hung out once or twice. He thinks you’re awesome too.”
What? When had Chat and Adrien talked about her? And more importantly, how was Ladybug going to casually ask Chat what Adrien had said about Marinette? She anxiously chomped into another macaron, nearly knocking the whole box off the ledge with her elbow. Aspik managed to catch the box before the macarons met a watery end and handed it back to her, chuckling. For the first time since she had arrived, he seemed at ease.
“I’m glad you came by today, Marinette,” he said. “You made me feel a lot better.”
Her face burned from his compliment. She stayed quiet, knowing whatever she managed to say at this moment wouldn’t be coherent.
“Can I tell you about something in confidence?” said Aspik.
She nodded, still slightly reeling.
He continued, “I was really nervous about doing this patrol today. I used the snake miraculous once before, and… it didn’t go great. There’s a reason Viperion usually has it. But I didn’t want to say ‘no’ to Ladybug.”
“Why not?” asked Marinette, snapping back to reality. “I wouldn’t -- I mean, I’m sure she wouldn’t have been mad.”
“I know. It’s just that, I really respect her. A lot. I didn’t want to disappoint her.”
“So… you don’t like being Aspik?”
He sank down to sit on the concrete, back still leaning against the stone guardrail, still watching Mirage-Bug traverse the rooftops. It answered her question.
Marinette sat down beside him, guilt gnawing at her. “I’m sure Ladybug wouldn’t ask you to, if she knew you felt that way.”
He shrugged. “I pretended it didn’t bother me when I was with her earlier. I want her to feel like she can rely on me.” He glanced briefly at Marinette, seeming to weigh how much he should tell her, then he added, “I sort of have a crush on her.”
It was a moment before Marinette could think in words again, a moment more before she remembered how to speak. “Oh. Um. Uh, how much of a crush?”
“A little one. Just, like, a normal celebrity crush.”
Marinette stared at the bricks of the building opposite them, still processing this new information. Aspik apparently took her silence for disbelief. He drew his knees up to his chest, resting his chin on top of them. “I’ve thought about what we would name our kids,” he admitted. “Is that pathetic?”
“How many kids?”
“What?”
“What?” Marinette forcibly dragged herself back into the current moment. “Nevermind, forget I asked that! Anyway, that’s not so bad... Listen, there’s this boy I know, and I don’t think he feels this way about me, but… I’ve designed outfits for our entire wedding party. So, at least we’re in the same boat. Right?”
She had no idea how many of those had come out as real words. Had they just both confessed to each other? Did it count if she was the only one who was aware of it?
Beside her, Aspik cracked a smile. “Maybe we are in the same boat. It’s nice to have some company there.”
No wonder he was so curious about her relationship with Chat. He was trying to feel out the situation. Jeez, it was so insensitive and dumb of her to ask him to patroll like this. She was never asking him to use the snake miraculous again, that was for sure. But she couldn’t tell him that right now, and suddenly, all she wanted in the world was to cheer him up.
“Maybe I could help you impress her,” she offered.
He lit up. “Really? How would we do that?”
She hadn’t thought that far ahead. So much for strategy. “Well, Alya told me Ladybug is really impressed by, umm…” --it needed to be something that wouldn’t put too much pressure on him, since he was already stressed-- “uh, dancing.”
“Really? I’ve never heard that before.”
“It’s, um, from an unpublished interview.”
Marinette really hoped that sounded believable. It wasn’t exactly a lie about the dancing -- their class had just finished up a ballroom dancing unit in their P.E. class. Even Marinette, with her legendary clumsiness, had loved it… and she would be lying if she said she hadn’t stolen a glance or two at Adrien during those classes, amazed at how he seemed to be a natural at everything he did. She continued, “Yeah, so maybe next time you see her, you could tell her you’re really good at--”
“Can I borrow that for a second?” he interrupted, pointing at her phone, which was resting on her knee. She nodded and nudged it toward him, thanking her lucky stars she had changed her background picture to one of her and Alya the week before. He tapped on the phone screen for a moment, before a tinny melody started floating from the speaker. Marinette recognized one of the sweeping classical songs they had danced to in class. Aspik set her phone down gently on the sidewalk and stood up, holding a hand out to Marinette.
“Let’s do it,” he said.
Marinette didn’t trust herself to speak as she let him help her up and placed her hands on his shoulders. He led her in a simple waltz step -- good enough to impress Mirage-Bug on a nearby rooftop but simple enough that Marinette wouldn’t recognize that they had learned in the same class. If she didn’t already know, that was. He was a good hero. And so cute, so sweet and considerate. So good at video games… Marinette let her mind trail off into a happy daze, hoping the song never ended.
When the music eventually did end, he swept her into a dramatic dip, making her giggle with a mixture of terror and joy. He laughed too, pulling her back to her feet. They both turned at the sound of clapping nearby. Rena had joined Mirage-Bug on the rooftop and was beaming down at them. She had burst into applause and (bless her) had made Mirage-Bug do the same.
Aspik waved up at them, beaming too. “Do you think she liked it?” he asked, softly enough that only Marinette could hear.
“Yeah,” Marinette murmured dizzily, “I’d say Ladybug liked that a lot.”
One of his hands was still resting casually on her waist, and to her shocked delight, he gave her a gentle squeeze. For a moment or two (or several), she allowed herself to lean into him, and to not think about how she could never tell him that she was the girl he loved, or how much Alya would tease her about this in the morning at school, or that she had stepped on her phone by accident. She loved him so much.
But this was a strategic interaction after all and she couldn’t indulge herself forever, so after one final squeeze, she stepped away from him and told him she had to get going.
“Thanks for the dance,” he said, “and for cheering me up.”
“Any time. I’ll, um, put in a good word for you with Ladybug next time I’m handing out cookies.”
“Oh, thanks.” Another blush crept under his mask. “I’ll put in a good word for you with Chat Noir.”
“What?!”
Had she heard him right? How had she managed to give him the idea that her crush was on Chat? Before she could correct him, a series of leaps had carried him to the top of a nearby building where he was now talking animatedly to Rena Rouge (although not before she noticed that his face had turned an impressively bright shade of pink).
“That was nice of you Marinette,” Tikki said, peaking out of Marinette’s handbag. “I’m proud of you for staying calm.”
Marinette stole one last glance at Aspik and Rena and started back toward home. “Thanks, Tikki. I really wish I could tell him.”
“Maybe one day, you can.”
“Yeah, maybe one day.”
Marinette felt a heartsick pang at the thought of how long she would have to wait until then. Nevertheless, with the waltz still echoing in her head and her own blush warming her cheeks, she couldn’t seem to wipe the smile from her face as she walked home.

A review Why you do that? Making Sokka mention 28 in his vows now everyone think he slept around after the best time of his life? They both dont deserve this June slaves Hina Tylee now this Please don't make more girls fall for him involve with him feels like the whole fic turned around this Haru deserves better Tylee is flirting around
Don't get me wrong This is your fic and you can do anything you feel fit I'm merely giving an opinion ''cause Gladiator has things which you handled the best There is a Reason for this success I just hope this plus 1 girl thing in Sokkla relationship Stops But I always respect you with your great work(:
You do realize how utterly laughable it is to tell me “DON’T MAKE MORE GIRLS FALL FOR HIM IT FEELS LIKE THE WHOLE FIC IS TURNING AROUND” and then say “you can do anything you feel fit, I respect your work (:”, right?
This is not respect. This is not “constructive criticism”. This is not an opinion so important and valuable that it warrants being repeated about a million times across A YEAR. Most people? They give out their opinions, negative or positive, ONE TIME, and leave it be, because what matters to them is CONVEYING how they feel, not forcing a writer to constantly explain themselves or write whatever they would be comfortable with. Actually? Most people who have given me negative opinions so far have been like that, except one guy who was outright flaming my story because he wanted to wank to it, and he couldn’t believe he had to read 97 chapters to finally reach the smut. That I’m comparing you to this reader and reviewer is PROBABLY a bad sign, don’t you think?
Sokka didn’t MENTION 28: Sokka acknowledged his past mistakes because he’s a grown man who knows to feel remorse when he hurts people he loves. That he brings up having hurt her, to this day, isn’t in the purpose of going “HEY HEY AZULA REMEMBER WHEN I BROKE YOUR HEART LOL”, it’s in the purpose of saying: “I’ve learned from my mistakes and, as it has been for YEARS, I will devote myself to NEVER hurting you again”. That, anon, is a PERFECTLY VALID SENTIMENT for a wedding vow, and one that requires far more character growth and complexity than “Lol I’m so happy we were both virgins because that is the only kind of pure love that has ever been valid in the universe, anything else doesn’t count”.
Hell, you’ve literally made me go right back to the chapter to look at what he says, exactly: “I messed things up between us over my damn stupidity”, he... is literally beating himself up about this. To this day. He’s not talking about it proudly. And yet you’re here complaining as though he were?
SPOILER: More people will have feelings for Sokka in future chapters. In fact, I want to make it even MORE people than I’d originally planned after receiving all these asks. I’d rather derail my story into something you can’t stomach reading than cater to you. Azula will outright JOKE about being “jealous” in a future chapter, and Sokka will know it’s a joke! :D And I’m NOT lying about this to mess with you, it IS going to happen and your persistent asks absolutely WON’T make me alter my content. And why is it going to happen, you’ll ask? Why, because nice, charming, charismatic guys like Sokka attract people whether they want to or not. It’s what they DO about attracting others what matters to me! :’) And that Sokka rejects other people who attempt to be with him should be, I think, a much more important message about loyalty to someone you love than “I ONLY EVER ATTRACTED ONE PERSON IN MY LIFE AND MARRIED THEM”. Because I know that’s virtually the only thing you appear willing to accept, going by the first ask.
And holy crap, Ty Lee is... flirting around? Flirting around... with Haru. The guy she’s in a committed relationship with, whom she’s going to marry. The whole situation is meant to be insanely ironic considering Ty Lee is with the guy she SHOULD be with but it looks like it’s something else? (Hell, nobody even KNOWS it was Ty Lee, Mei Xun didn’t stick around long enough to discover the woman’s identity, so her reputation’s actually safe?) But you’re just so emotionally compromised by anything regarding Sokka being with anyone else, even if it’s 1. not true because he’s MILES away, with Azula 2. a joke 3. a plot device for a FUTURE EVENT, that you just can’t grasp this irony at all?
Ty Lee, by design in this story, has ALWAYS been pretty damn liberal about flirting and relationships. Despite we’ve mainly just heard such relationships mentioned on the side, rather than witnessing them directly, she is objectively the cast member who’s had the most relationships, whether serious or casual or just occasional, with other people. And even then, she’s getting married. Even when she’s had so many people in her past, she’s settling down with Haru for good. And Haru? Haru is THRILLED. Because he loves her. Because she loves him. Because HER past does NOT have a single thing to do with THEIR future. And yet you seriously read these chapters, where Ty Lee is having a lot of fun with her fiancé, and your brain just translated this as “OMG TY LEE IS A SLUT HARU DESERVES BETTER!”? Seriously?
I feel like I’m getting asks from a childish version of Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy. Everything that isn’t straightforward needs to be explained point by point, apparently, and even then, you don’t get it. I literally went to literature school and was told to write intelligent fiction so readers would feel compelled to unravel its complexities themselves... apparently that was a big fat lie? :’) Your persistence actually has convinced me that it is.
Oh and, for future reference (because I KNOW you’ll come back, that’s all you ever do): not because you throw compliments at me later to “cushion” your complaint does it mean you’re respecting me and my story. You can’t slap someone in the face and then go “Oh your cheeks are so plump that I bet it doesn’t hurt”. You can’t just disregard my request that you keep these sorts of questions to my PERSONAL blog rather than the fic’s blog, and pretend you respect me. You can’t come to me time after time with the same complaints and attitude, watch how I’ve basically gone from initially responding with discomfort (because, in my personal blog, there are MANY asks that predate yours, where I’d already explained my reasoning to someone else who apparently didn’t get it, which means the subject wears me out, A LOT), then seeing that I started ignoring your asks, then seeing I closed the inbox so I could regain some sense of normalcy in my life that you refused to let me reclaim, and then seeing that I’m answering with outright hostility, and pretend that it’s ME who has a problem.
If someone I respected responded in any similar manner to ANYTHING I said to them, I’d basically feel like shit and never talk to them again because I don’t want to be a burden or a problem for someone whom I value in any way. You, apparently, would rather be a problem, and to no avail, because all you’re achieving so far is convincing me to continue writing things that will make you riot until you stop reading my story. If you CAN’T stop reading regardless of the horrifying, amoral, dreadful decisions I’ve made? Congratulations: you still don’t have the right to tell me what to do with my story. And until you GENUINELY understand that, your compliments don’t mean anything to me. I have readers I value who have conveyed complaints, MANY TIMES, in an actual respectful manner. Readers who are even bothered by the same thing you are. And yet I’m even FRIENDS with them. Imagine that :’) It’s almost like the problem isn’t having whatever opinion you do... but rather, the intent of IMPOSING your opinion constantly and persistently until you’ve driven me to lash out as bluntly and cruelly as I may! To the point I’m outright saying I’m going to rewrite my story into becoming EVERYTHING you don’t want it to be so you leave me alone!
And if you’re not the one who’s been here for a year, and this is not really an echo chamber (despite all of these messages have the same complaints, wording, tone, format, style, punctuation and grammar mistakes), yet you SAW that other people have been doing this for a long time, and thought it was PERFECTLY FINE to join the party? You’re no less of an asshole than the rest of them. No matter if it’s your first time voicing your “opinion”. Because it’s NOT about what you’re saying: it’s about HOW you’re saying it. It’s about trying to guilt trip me into writing whatever you want and claiming the story is going off the rails because something makes you personally uncomfortable. This is NOT objective criticism. This is SUBJECTIVE, ENTIRELY. This isn’t a real problem in storytelling, it’s a personal problem for you because it clashes with your moral values. And NO ONE is forcing you to continue consuming content that goes against your moral values, you’re choosing to do that yourself.
If you’re to live by any of the words you said in these two asks, make it “This is your fic and you can do anything you feel fit”. Because that’s literally what I’m going to do. It’s what I’ve done over EVERY complaint in poor faith I’ve gotten, ranging from “quit writing so much happiness it’s boring” to “where’s the sex you prude”. And it’s what I intend to continue doing. What kind of criticism do I value? “This particular scene features a factually contradictory line with a previous event”, such as Zuko claiming he never went to Sokka’s house when he in fact did, and I plain and simple FORGOT about it. What more kinds of criticism do I value? “You need to work out the Gladiator League’s system better because it’s not a solid business venture”, and this one was right? And yet it was too late to fix it, despite it’s 100% spot-on and I should’ve worked it out way better than I did. Another? “Sokka may have gotten over the fact that Azula captured him and tossed him in a slave market too easily”, because? It’s a perfectly valid sentiment? I disagree because Sokka is canonically shown to get over grudges relatively quickly, and yet I CAN see why it seems too fast for some people. What else do I value? Maybe suggestions on wording problems! I’ve made a lot of stupid wording mistakes, in virtue of being a non-native speaker. I’ve done my best to amend those, but it’s a work in progress even now.
Point and case being: in literature, and thus, in fanfiction? Constructive criticism isn’t “WRITE WHAT I WANT TO READ BECAUSE I WANT TO BE PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE WITH ALL I CONSUME”. Constructive criticism is given by people who KNOW storytelling. So I’d only consider it constructive criticism if it’s given by people who can read those chapters and see that the ENTIRE purpose of that conflict is to trigger growth and development as both Sokka and Azula realize their own mistakes and shortcomings with each other. So, someone who’s giving actual constructive criticism wouldn’t come to my inbox a million times with the same complaint... someone who’s giving constructive criticism would come to my inbox, ONE TIME, and say “Hey, maybe this alternative to conveying Azula is instinctively jealous over her canonical insecurities about being a monster and earning people’s love and loyalties COULD have been preferable, despite I know you can’t change that anymore as it’s fundamental for your story”, or “Hey, I thought of another way for Sokka to convey that he realized their interest in each other could result in something TERRIBLE if they ever acted on their feelings, a way for him to not act on that specific impulse to flirt with Suki to push away Azula, but to act on ANOTHER, believable, IC Sokka-compliant impulse that might still convey exactly what you needed to”. But again, even if it were complaints like THESE? I can’t change anything anymore. It’s TOO LATE. If I think it’s too late to fix Zuko saying “lol I never went to Sokka’s house” when it’s not true? It’s WAY TOO LATE to rewrite chapters that are over SEVEN years old, and I don’t even want to do it to begin with. But I WOULD concede these criticisms. I would accept them. I wouldn’t consider them offensive to me, or my work, or disrespectful in any way.
Constructive criticism is NOT about forcing an author to agree with you, or to do whatever you ask them to. Constructive criticism is about helping an author convey what they were conveying in a better, smoother way. If you CAN’T understand what the author was conveying? You don’t qualify for offering constructive criticism. If you need explanations as to why the author did anything they did? You’re, again, not qualified to offer constructive criticism. Your criticism, in any such cases, is NOT constructive, no matter what you’re telling yourself. This is a VERY important distinction, and one you can’t pretend isn’t valid just by throwing a bunch of compliments at me after telling me I’m ruining my story.
Until the day you DO understand the difference between constructive criticism, and subjective complaints? Your opinions will not be considered valuable enough to affect my story in a positive way. And the more disrespectful you show yourself, by continuing to disregard my DIRECT request for you to stop coming back with these complaints, as well as the direct request to stop sending these questions to this blog? The less your opinions will count for me. I don’t bend over backwards for anyone. And I’m definitely not going to do it for you.

Okay, that was all! Ty for helping me!
Hello! You’re now the Leopard Anon in case you send more asks.
A. What kinds of things do you remember easily and what do you forget?
I remember easily a lot of useless information on any subject I find fascinating. Sometimes, I tend to share this useless information with my friends, to their annoyance, as they often reply with a ‘Pls shut up’ or ’ I dont care ’ or ‘Why do you know something on this subject’ haha! Can’t judge them tho. We don’t have similar interests. I’m not good with names. Since I always forget where I’ve placed my phone, money and well, my stuff in general, I’ve assigned each one of them a certain place, where I can find them most of the time. I also tend to forget stuff like turning the oven off, etc.
B. What kind of people do you feel most comfortable around? What kind of people make you feel awkward or uncomfortable? What kind of people annoy you the most?
I feel comfortable around people who get my sense of humour, who laugh at my jokes, people who are open, people with whom you can have a deep conversation. I’m really fond of philosophy. I like open people too, or people who want to hear my opinion! I feel REAAAAAAAALLY awkward around people who try to get me to talk about my true feelings. That will NEVER EVER happen. Also, I feel awkward in general when I talk about myself and my feelings. To avoid this, I usually make up a story or something, or avoid the subject altogether. It came to the point where people assume I don’t have feelings, lol. Narrow-minded people really annoy me. People who seem not to think. People who dramatise their situations are annoying too. Usually because I can see straight through their bullshit. People who FAIL at putting on a mask, or at manipulating people, because again, it’s really easy for me to see through their bullshit. If you lie, at least do it well.
C. How do you usually handle conflict and the idea of conflict?
When I was little, I used to enjoy pissing other people off and having arguments with them. Now, for me, the word ‘conflict’ doesn’t really exist, or at least, this is what I think. I find it natural for people to have different perspectives on different subjects. If you believe something, fine, just don’t impose it on me. I’ll just show u why I think that you are wrong and in the end, you will make your choice. However, if I find your beliefs utterly childish and irrational, and if you still believe in them after I’ve obliterated your reasons for doing so, never bring them up around me ever again. I don’t like repeating myself. I never hold grudges or anything. I enjoy having good arguments and I usually fight the opposite part just for the hell of it. I find it sad when people take my eagerness to debate for fighting, nitpicking or anything similar.
D. What kinds of things do you tend to notice in your surroundings/in others? What do you more often seem to miss?
I tend to miss many things in my surroundings haha! Unless I want to observe the world around me, it feels as if it’s not even there. I don’t know how I’m supposed to explain this. That’s why I’m usually startled by sudden loud noises, sudden movement, etc. My friends ALWAYS laugh at how jumpy I am.
E. How often are you bored? What do you do, if anything, to keep yourself from getting bored?
I have a wide range of interests and many plans to do certain things. In this context, I don’t know if I can be bored. There’s always something to do! I’m usually bored when I’m out with a group of people and they’re talking about uninteresting stuff. I just surf the internet on my phone, since I don’t live near a sea and I cannot surf the waves.
F. What things energize you? What things could you do all day? What do you do to relax? What stresses you out? What do you consider a waste of time?
Obsessing over my interests energizes me. I love making applications for literally anything. One day I made an app for me and my friends which is similar to “MBTI types as” but it’s “friends as type of bread/crystals/food” etc. I love solving different problems, puzzles, anything that engages my mind. Should I add that I LOVE puzzle games? I am brought to tears when my friends ask me to plan something for them, or to make a comprehensive plan to achieve something. It’s really fun to see if I can actually manage to do successfully those things. I really like it too when I can freely come up with ideas to do something! I’ve always had good grades in group projects because of my ideas. I’m relaxed almost everytime. If I’m not, there’s a little voice in my head that goes ’ Dude ur cool relax’. I tend to react negatively if I’m thinking about something and I’m interrupted. I dislike it with my whole heart. I could say that the thought of not being independent in the future, doing what I love and what I’m fond of stresses me out. I despise leaning on others for help or sharing my problems with them. Otherwise, nothing in particular. I’m fine with anything. What I find absolutely useless: living in the past, worrying instead of coming up with solutions, doing boring stuff is a TOTAL waste of time. In fact, I don’t even understand worrying. How can you change the situation if u worry ..? IDK…
Conclusion
You sound like an ESTJ to me. If you don’t agree, also try ENTP or ISTJ. Tests, while usually inaccurate, do sometimes help as well.
Dominant Te: You like to get things done and be productive. You like moving forward and don’t like wasting time. You are driven and self-motivated. Incompetence frustrates you.
Auxiliary Si: You are straightforward and mentally organized. You remember past events fairly easily. You are sure of yourself and your morals. You like knowing what to expect so that you can plan for it.
Tertiary Ne: You like exploring new ideas. You often have sudden bursts of inspiration to do things, which you carry out using Te. You are realistically optimistic.
Inferior Fi: You deal with feelings internally and don’t like to share them. Sometimes you will act quickly and regret it morally later. You can handle criticism well.
I also always like this site to look at individual types. Hope this helped!

Hey Jen, you trully are a rare gem for any fandom worthy to have you! Beyond happy you're part of the Olicity fandom! Only one thing I would like you to address, esp given your knowledge of TV and how the business works. So, what is your view on ratings for Arrow Season 5? The decline in ratings goes ofc accross shows and channels as a general trend nowadays. But specifically how do you feel about Arrow ratings this year? TY!
What a sweet thing to say. I am but one among many, but you are so incredibly kind. Thank you. Hope you don’t mind that I’m publishing this ask because I always like ratings questions. I think they are fun. Yes. I am weird. I don’t know if it’s knowledge. It’s more a weird obsession combined with some (hopefully) educated guesses. (Some of this will be a repeat for those who’ve read my thoughts on ratings before).
Stumbled on this article today. Vulture always takes a look at returning/aging dramas and writes an article on rating trends every year. It’s a good read. The take away is it’s been a rough year for everyone. Most returning/aging dramas saw a significant drop in their live ratings. This was The CW:
Tumblr media
31% drop is… well… ouch.
Tumblr media
I agree with Vulture. I don’t know a network executive that would be happy with any of these drops because they like money. Loss of revenue is not good. Networks ain’t never gonna be a fan of that. A live ratings decrease = a loss of ad based revenue.
But am I worried about Arrow? NOPE. The single most important question any fan of a television show that airs on The CW should ask is…
How in sweet holy heaven does The CW make money?
Tumblr media
This article just published ratings losses, so everything looks equal across the board. However, if you compare ratings for The CW versus the Big Four (NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox) they aren’t even in the same ballpark. This is David versus Goliath. So, if television is all about live ratings - how does The CW even freaking exist? They are trounced on a nightly basis by all the other networks. I mean look at these numbers of the Top 10. My kingdom for a CW show to get these kind of numbers. lol
Tumblr media
The answer is simple - The CW has a differentbusiness model than the Big Four. IT ALWAYS HAS. Otherwise it couldn’t compete. The CW business structure is not based on live ratings. That is not how thesetelevision shows make the majority of their money. Coke and McDonalds willalways want to air commercials on Greys Anatomy versus Arrow because it hastriple the freaking audience. They might have to pay more for Greys than Arrow, but ya know, it’s Coke so they can afford it.
I’m not saying The CW doesn’t have a target market that appeals to advertisers. They do. Live ratings do matter to some degree, but that degree is 5% of Arrow’s actual value. Or at least that’s the number Stephen Amell offered at HVFF Chicago. Stephen confirmed what I’ve always believed about Arrow and The CW and what I’ve been writing about for years.
A 30% drop in the 5% overall value of a product is nothing to get overly worked up about. I’m sorry folks. It’s just not. A network is always going to want more money. They want Arrow to have a 0.9 and 2.5 million viewers every year until it goes off air. They aren’t running a charity here.
Tumblr media
The CW doesn’t want a 30% drop, but they aren’t canceling Arrow because of it. Especially if Arrow has remained profitable in other areas.
So, how does The CW make money? Well… some of this is research and some of this is guessing, but I think their business structure is primarily focused on two things 1) International sales 2) Streaming services
I have nothing on the international sales, other than to guess that CW shows are popular overseas and that’s one way the network makes some money on the front end. For me, this really comes down to streaming. The CW demographic watches TV differently. I think the network came to that realization sooner than the Big Four simply because they had to in order to make money. The Big Four are catching on though too.
So, streaming applications like the CW app or Netflix are extemely important. This is an informative article about the deal The CW made with Netflix and the collapse of their other agreement with Hulu.  Keep in mind that Netflix now gets CW shows eight days after the season is complete. So, given the target demographic (and the lack of commercials on Netflix) it would not surprise me if some of the 30% drop is attributed to viewers simply waiting until full seasons of The Flash or Arrow come out so they can binge it. The concern what this eight day deal would do to live ratings is highlighted in the article.
Five year shows typically do not see growth, especially on The CW. The more realistic goal I believe for returning series 5+ years is to remain flat or bleed off slowly as a series ages. Sure, out of the four DC shows Arrow had the lowest ratings this year. It is also the oldest out of the four. I do think audiences can wain over time.
However, if this is merely a transfer of audience, and not a loss of audience, then it could be a net wash overall. Here’s the kicker - Netflix does not publish any ratings information. They publish what their most popular shows are, but that is not the same thing. (Btw Arrow is always on their popular show lists).
Here’s the other thing - Arrow’s ratings are nowhere near the red zone for The CW even with a 30% drop. It’s important to note that there are plenty of shows on the CW who have ratings far lower than Arrow and were renewed. We need to be asking ourselves why? WHY does The CW renew most of their returning series?
First - low ratings for The CW versus low ratings for the Big Four are not the same thing. I don’t know the ratio for ratings & profitability for the CW, but there’s plenty of shows I thought were tanking that limped their way to second, third and even fourth seasons.
I think the answer again is streaming services. What Netflix is interested in is completed series. They want a show they can package from start to finish so the 18-34 demo can binge it. The networks want people to watch previous seasons and then shift to the currently airing season. This is why I believe shows like The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Reign and Beauty and the Beast all received renewals when their live ratings were not in tip top shape. The CW wants completed series they can package and ship off to Netflix. This is how they make their money on the back end.
This is actually one of the things I like best about The CW. If a series has a reasonably decent ratings the first season (and especially if there is a social media response) then we stand a good chance of getting another season. The CW allows series to find their footing and come to a conclusion because of their business model. The Big Four are still focused on live ratings numbers because, despite the shift in thinking, I believe most of their profitability is generated from those ad buys. I am always far more nervous for one of my low rated shows if it airs on CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox than I am if it airs on The CW.
That’s not to say a show is not in risk of cancellation on The CW. If you have low ratings in the first season, and by low I mean low for The CW, then no - you probably aren’t not coming back for a round 2. (Here’s looking at you Frequency). But every television show is different. So it all depends.
Yes, Arrow took a 30% hit. It is still the #4 show on the network. Not too shabby after five years and, just looking at the shows that come before it, I have to believe it’s cheaper to produce based on the CGI budget ALONE.
I know people want to point to the live ratings as evidence that the plotlines they are unhappy with were indeed terrible decisions. And sure… maybe it means that, but I don’t know how we quantify that. Ratings don’t tell us why people watch. Nor do I need ratings to support my opinions on storylines either way. If I don’t like something - I don’t like it. If I do… well… I do. Whether or not the Nielson company shows the rest of the viewing audience agreeing with me doesn’t really sway me either way. I have adored series that Nielson couldn’t find with two flashlights and a map and couldn’t stand series that were in the Top 10 every week. TV is subjective like any other art form.
And I cannot emphasize enough that the Nielson rating system is absolutely and unequivocally archaic. It needs to change, like yesterday. When that happens who knows?
Are the ratings evidence regarding poorly received or successful storylines? Maybe? Not sure on that piece. There’s a lot of factors that go into Nielson ratings too. I think what people are hoping for is the decrease in live ratings will mean Olicity won’t break up again or be distant or have storylines like Baby Mama. That the writers will use the numbers to make plotline decisions.
Ummm… yeah I don’t know guys. I really don’t. Arrow knew going into the second season Oliver would choose Felicity. They knew going into the third season Olicity would leave town together. Arrow knew going into the fourth season they were going to break Olicity up. Ratings didn’t break Olicity up (or save them from it) anymore than it will get them back together. Arrow knew going into the fifth season that Olicity will get back together. Ratings didn’t speed up that conclusion any sooner because it was the year long arc.
I’m not sure how much ratings effect actual storytelling decisions. To be honest, I don’t think they impact the current season all that much simply because Arrow is filming so far in advance. Once they pick a road my friends they have to go down it. This is like the rudder on the Titanic. It doesn’t corner worth a damn. For better or for worse.
How will this impact Season 6? Err… not sure. I don’t want to completely discount the live ratings because it’s numbers. It’s some math the network and EPs can use gauge some of the audience’s response. They are trying to sell a product here. Audience response does matter. It’s just… I don’t think the live ratings have the level of impact we think they do. There’s a whole bunch of numbers we don’t have access to. 5% is not going to determine storylines in their entirety. There’s many other factors at play and some of them are simply writing choices.
Arrow is going to do what Arrow is going to do. There will be storylines I love. There will be storylines I hate. That’s just Arrow for me. Olicity will always face drama because it’s a dramatic television show. Ratings aren’t going to guarantee some perfect season in which we get everything we want. Ratings aren’t going to stop mistakes from happening. That’s not how writing works. There is no perfect season of Arrow for me. Even when its numbers were sky high I can point to three or four things I didn’t enjoy. If Olicity stays together it’s because that’s where the writers determine they want the story to go and remain. Which, just so we’re clear, is where I think the story is headed.
If this was all about live ratings well then the DC shows should just do crossovers all the damn time because that’s when everyone gets a major bump. But then that would get old and they’d need to come up with something new. Balancing what people love about the show while infusing it with new aspects to keep it interesting is one of the more difficult things writers have to do. Every season it’s done to varying levels of success.
But I was never worried about Arrow’s ratings this year. I was always confident we’d get a Season 6. Not to count my chickens, but I’m confident we’ll get a Season 7 because that’s how long the network has Stephen Amell signed for. Mostly, I’m just kicking back and watching the show. Enjoying what I enjoy and disliking what I dislike. Like every other season. :) And very much looking forward to next season.

5,000 Question Survey--Part twenty-seven
I have seriously neglected this survey series. The last time I did it was back in May. Oops. Let’s see if I can finish it soon....
2501. what image, scent, memory, etc. would you take with you into the dark/light, the land of dead, heaven, infinity.....? Any good memory of course with my family, my childhood, vacations, my friends, Ty, and other happy memory. Images of my family, my dog, giraffes, Alexander Skarsgård, the beach, snowy mountains, the trees in fall... to name a few. I’d want the scents of coffee, the ocean air, peppermint, doughnuts, and smells of fall and winter.
2502. Who is the most annoying musical artist EVER? Sorry, but I’m not a fan of Taylor Swift. 2503. If you HAD to go to one of the following concerts, which would it be: Snow Vanilla Ice NKOTB Milli Vanilli BSB NSYNC
2504. Do you believe in manifest destiney? It’s too late to get into all that. 2505. Have you ever fallen for an email forwarding hoax (send this to 13 people and old navy will send you a $200.00(100 pound) gift card)? Do you ever think 'well, maybe...' and actually forward those damn things? Actually, no. I didn’t fall for those types of forwarding emails. I was always just like, “yeah sure okay....” what always made me think twice were those ones that said if I didn’t forward it to X amount of people in X amount of time, someone will die or kill me or something. The logical part of me knew they were bogus, but there was that part that was like, “but what if...” I was scared to risk it lol.
2506. Let's say there are 2 schools. one for boys and one for girls. They are both supposed to offer the same facilities so that the girls and boys get equal education. Would you take this to mean that the same courses should be offered to both girls and boys or that the same amount of money should be spent on each school? I’d take it to mean they have access to the same things, have the same classes to choose from, same sports and other extra-curricular activities, same lunches, same quality of education, etc. So, to answer your question I’d take it to mean both. Imagine that in the boys school fifteen boys sign up for calculus. In the girls school only five girls sign up for calculus. Should the girls calculus class be dissolved and replaced with an easier one? No. I don’t take it to mean that girls are worse at calculus or something. Maybe it’s just that more boys wanted calculus for some reason. It also doesn’t mean that just cause more boys signed up for it that they’re necessarily better at it. Whatever the case may be, the five girls in the class should have the same quality of education in that class. They’re just as capable. Don’t make it easier just cause less people signed up. Those five girls want what they signed up for.  For both the girls and boys, they would be able to ask the teacher for help or have access to tutors. You don’t have to make the one with less students easier. 2507. Would it bother you if you found out that the fruits, vegetables, and meat that you eat is genetically altered (in lots of cases it is!)? I know that a lot of foods are. For example, I know bananas are but I like them still. I also know a lot of foods are processed and have preservatives, but I still eat some of that. Not saying it’s good, and thankfully not everything is GMO, but I’m aware that there are foods that are. That really shouldn’t be the case, but some of those foods taste really good. :X I’m definitely not the most healthy person. Like I said, thankfully not everything is genetically modified. I could certainly add more fresh, organic foods to my diet, though. 2508. What does this world need? “All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.” We could use more compassion and understanding. We’re never all going to agree on everything, but we need to be more open-minded, educated, and respectful. 2509. Is there anything you do just because you want to even though it has no redeeming social value? Surveys? Ha.
2510. If you drink what kind of drunk are you? I don’t drink anymore. When I did, I was just more chatty and annoying. 2511, Do you ever 'convieniently' forget something you don't want to remember? Yes. 2512. If you have any cousins are you close? I have well over thirty cousins, actually. Growing up, I was super close with my cousin, Melissa. We were more like sisters and were inseparable. That went on from the time we were babies, to about tenth grade. It started to change in ninth grade. During that time, she started to hang with a different crowd than I did and was interested in things that I wasn’t. Her attitude was changing, too. It felt like she thought she was too cool for me or something. I was the shy, awkward, goody-goody one. It was sad because we were so close for so long and then we weren’t. :/ It’s weird when we see each other now. You’d never know we were once so close. We’ll talk briefly when we see each other, and it’s always super casual and short. She’s also a mommy to four little girls now, which is just crazy.
Around that time I became close with one of my other cousins, Zadok. He and I had more in common and were a lot alike. We were the ones who just wanted to chill with our computers and gorge on junk food. We weren’t partiers. We remained close for years up until around a year ago. Though before that, we kind of drifted a bit because he was working and had been in a long-term relationship with his boyfriend who he was living with. We were growing up, doing our own thing. Life gets crazy, you know how it is. We still kept in touch; though, and still saw each other more often at least. Anyway, I’ve been dealing with a lot over the past couple years, and my depression made me hole up and isolate from myself from everyone this past year. I’ve withdrawn from everyone I was close with. It’s not that he didn’t try, but after so many times of trying to hang out or come over and be told that I wasn’t feeling up to it...he gave up. I think he was frustrated with me. He didn’t understand what I was going through. I have other chronic health issues apart from depression, too. Both physically and mentally I really wasn’t feeling well, and that’s been going on for over a year now. He was also battling his own issues as well, and he was dealing with that and moving on with his life. I haven’t seen him since last June. :/
I was also close with my cousin, Cynthia, who is Melissa’s sister. She and I are nine years apart, but it didn’t really feel that way. She was like my little sister. When she was younger, she looked up to me and wanted to tag along and hang out with me. Then she got to high school and that started to change. That’s a crazy time. She was growing up. I probably didn’t seem as “cool” anymore cause I was getting older, too. She was busy with her friends and doing the high school thing, and I was busy with college life. She still talks to me about things like boys and whatnot when I see her, which is more often in comparison to Zadok. She’ll ask me for advice now and then, but it just doesn’t feel like it once was. She knows that I’ll always be there for her, though.
Honestly, that’s how it always is between me and anyone I’ve ever been close with. They end up moving on, and it always feels like it’s so easy for them or that they don’t really care. I’m always the one still attached who still cares. I always care more. Then I wonder if we were as close as I thought, or if it was just one-sided on my end... 2513. Are you in love with yourself (your beautiful self)? No. 2514. What was the first movie you got on dvd? I have no idea. 2515. If you're sexy and you know it clap your hands. Did you clap? Nope. 2516. have you ever called a: psychic hotline? suicide crisis line? sex line? dating line? 2517. have you ever placed a personal ad anywhere? I have not. 2518. Do guys look good in make up? Some do, just like with anyone else. Some people look better without it, or don’t wear it well. 2519. What are 5 things you don't care about? At the moment, this question. 2520. wHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO UNTIL YOU DIE? Surveys. Ha. 2521. What 'issue' do you think your opinion is so right about that you end up trying to sway others to your point of view? I really try and avoid getting into debates with others and trying to push my opinions onto other people. I avoid controversial topics, especially. I have strong opinions about a lot of things, but I really just keep to myself for the most part. 2522. What age do you hope to live until? I don’t know. 2523. Do you like to tie others down during sex? Virgin here. I don’t think I’d be into that, though.
Have you ever been tied down? I really don’t think I’d be into this. 2524. Do you own any "toys"? No.
Do you ever use them? 2525. Have you ever been spanked in that sexy way? Nope.
Have you ever spanked anyone else? No.
2526. Do these questions make you uncomfortable? Nah.
Do you like that feeling? Being uncomfortable? No...
Does it turn you on? Uh no. 2527. You know those ___ for dummies books (COMPTERS FOR DUMMIES, SURFING FOR DUMMIES, GOLDF FOR DUMMIES, WICCA FOR DUMMIES)? Which one do you need to reaad? When I was in high school I had Psychology for Dummies because I was interested in learning about the subject on my own since I couldn’t take any classes at the time. I’ve had math ones, too. I don’t know which one I need to read now, but I’m sure there’s a few. There’s so many of those. 2528. What do your socks look like? They’re black with the Nike swoosh on them. 2529. Which of these really famous music artists started their career as a mime: I have no idea.
Alice Cooper David Bowie Bruce Springsteen Moby Jewel Frank Zappa
2530. Does love float away if you let go? I don’t know if I’d say that. 2531. Do you think that most people in today's society are: kind? calm? humble? peaceful? helpful? happy? spiritual? creative? friendly? independant? intelligent? having fun? comming up with new ideas? able to think for themselves? able to really connect with others? If you answered no to any of the above, why do you think that is? Right now I don’t feel like thinking about whether I think most people in today’s society are any of those things. Me not answering the question doesn’t mean I’m saying no to all of them.
2532. Do you believe that every action has a sexual motive (think Freud)? No. 2533. Speaking of Freud, did you know he was on drugs (think cocaine)? I’ve heard that. 2534. Do you trust psychology as a valid science? Yes? Many of the topics can be scientifically tested, and have been. 2535. ID: In Freudian theory, the division of the psyche that is totally unconscious and serves as the source of instinctual impulses and demands for immediate satisfaction of primitive needs(sex, food, agressive behavior, drugs, alcohol, yelling, anger, fighting). SUPEREGO: In Freudian theory, the division of the unconscious that is formed through the internalization of moral standards of parents and society, and that censors and restrains the ego. So, which one do you express more, your ID or your SUPEREGO? I’d say superego. 2536. Do you think that people who are alone and depressed are depressed because they are alone or alone because they are depressed? It can be both. For me, I’ve completely isolated myself and withdraw from my friends. I’m alone because of my depression, but I can feel depressed about being alone. I do feel that way. I can be around people and still feel alone. I feel alone, stuck in my own head and thoughts. I feel like no one understands. I feel like I’m experiencing and going through this life alone. In the romantic sense, I certainly feel alone because I have no one. 2537. Can you complete any of the following lyrics: I stop and I stare too much, afraid that I care too much... You're a new and better man, he helps youtounderstand,He does everything he can, he's.... Took the needles from my arms and put them to the sky... Top Gun shut down your Firm like Tom Cruise.... Don't you take it so hard now, And please don't take it so bad.... 2538. How about these? From around the way, born in '73, Harcore B-boy named... And this feeling shivers down your spine, Love comes in colors I can't deny.... Before he hung up the phone he took a deep breath, stopped, and replied.... When I want you in my arms, when I want you and all your charms, whenever I want you all I have to do is... “Dreeeeeeam, dream, dream dream...” Silly games that you were playing, empty words we both were saying... 2539. Have you ever been to see a ballet? I have not. 2540. What is the differance between Satan and Pan? I don’t know. 2541. What should a poem be or do if it is a sucessful poem? I don’t know? If people relate to it, and like what they read, then that’s enough. 2542. When you interpret a poem can each line mean anything you want it to? I think so. I often wonder how people know what the author actually meant sometimes. Cause I’m like... so because they described something as being blue it must mean that blah blah blah? Like how do you know it’s that deep? lol. I think unless stated by the author, a lot of it is up to our interpretation. 2543. Are you an orgasm addict? No. 2544. Are you a sugar junkie? Only as of late for some reason. I never used to be. I’d want something sweet now and then, have it, and be good for awhile. Now I have something sweet everyday. I’ve become obsessed with having a muffin or doughnuts with my coffee in the morning, and then something like cookies with my after dinner coffee. I’ve been having Golden Double Stuffed Oreos as of late, which is reallyyyyy good with coffee. Sadly, I had the last four cookies last night. 2545. WHAT are you DOING? I’M doing THIS.
WHY aren't you marching in line with the rest of them? Uhh. 2546. Do you only hear what you want to? “You say, I only hear what I want to...” 2547. Are you anal-retentive? No, I wouldn’t say so. 2548. In and Out Over and Under Around and ???
I have no idea. 2549. What was the last thing you returned to the store? I exchanged the Torani flavored syrup I bought with another flavor a few weeks ago. 2550. Why ask why? Why not?
2551. What is your favorite song or artist that is: jazz: metal: rock: new wave: psychadelic: 2552. What are your feelings about: Picasso? Van Gogh? Michaelangelo? D'Vincci? Einstein? Tesla? 2553. Who else can you think of that made a MAJOR contribution to art or science? Hmmm. 2554. Who can you think of that made a major contribution to modern thought? It’s getting later and I’m getting more tired sooo. 2555. Why is it called 'coca cola'? Beats me. 2556. Would you ever buy a Ford car? Maybe? 2557. Donald or Daffy duck? Donald. 2558. What is the most memorable thing about Pee-Wee Herman? His laugh and the tequila dance. 2559. Lease or buy a car? My mom has done the leasing thing a couple times now, and it sounds pretty good to me. She was able to trade in for a new car, so. 2560. Have you met Real Talkin' Bubba? No. I don’t even know who that is.
Do you love him to death? I don’t even know him. 2561. Have you ever been in a situation where you weren't sure if you were seducing or being seduced? I’m sure that I’ve never been the seduce-er, but I think someone has attempted to seduce me. 2562. Can you 'pinch an inch' on your belly? No. 2563. Have you ever been to: a temple? a bar? a massage parlor? 2564. Would you ever want to visit Thailand? Sure. 2565. What culture are you fascinated by? All cultures are pretty interesting and fascinating in some way. 2566. Have you ever worn a cape? Nope. 2567. What is the difference between 'nude' and 'naked'? Is there a difference?
Okay, so I was intrigued and looked it up. Turns out, there is a difference and it does make sense to me now. “Naked” refers to someone being unprotected or vulnerable. “Nude” just means unclothed. The more ya know.
