How did you get into tmnt? From the 90's movies, my mom loved the 90's movie and we watched it often. I have early memories of my older sister and I play out along with Mikey and Donnie when they are dancing to the tequila song. It was often a movie we always would rent when getting movies from Blockbuster too along with Sailor Moon XD. We have some of the 87 series on VHS as well but I always wanted more then I wanna saw the two episodes recorded? so when 4kids started airing commercials for the 03 show? of course I wanted to watch it! And well thats when I got really hooked 03 always gonna be my favorite because of that.

Thinks hes mister tough guy but runs at the sight of a fly and becomes mush often for cute animals. He aint scary he just like a little dog that loves to bark and pick fights.

8. Oooh favorite villain/antagonist. This one has definitely changed over the year. I think at the beginning of last year i wouldve said casey sr, but as of now im gonna have to go with big mama.

22. I def have watched an iteration more than once. Ive seen the entirety of rise twice (second time was with a friend) and im currently going for a third time with my sister. Uhh i wont count me randomly rewatching episodes, bc id do that a lot to redraw screenshots or get background inspiration. But ive definitely seen that first episode like 5 times. Rise movie has been watched 4 times now and i saw mutant mayhem twice in theaters. Im prob gonna end up rewatching season 1 of 2003 bc my friend wants to watch it with me

6: how familiar am i with the artists the turtles were named after?

im really only familiar with leonardo da vinci and Michelangelo, im pretty site michelangelo painted the sisteenth chapel but idk any of leonardo da vinci's works off the top of my head, i didn't even know about donatello and raphael before i started watching tmnt and tbh i still don't know anything

8: fave villain or antagonist

hmmm, in the 2012 series, i really liked slash when he was a villain if that counts, but if it doesn't, probably bebop and rocksteady. in the 2003 tmnt i'd probably go with baxter or shredder because i like the shredder's armor and i find it cool and a bit funny that baxter (SPOILERS FOR 2003 TMNT) got reduced to an eyeball and a brain in a jar. in 1987: probably shredder, and also maybe the kraang, the old married couple ever. and then in rottmnt, i really like cassandra, i think she counts considering it wasn't until (SPOILERS FOR THE ROTTMNT SEASON TWO FINALE) the season two finale that she befriended the turtles, so i think she could count as a villain

10: how much tmnt merch do i own?

i have three of the tmnt x universal monster action figures: raph as frankenstein, mikey as the mummy, and my fave, casey as the phantom of the opera; i have a 1987 mikey build a bear plush, and that's about it for now, i made some felt pins of 2012 raph and leo but idk if those count

3. Iteration you haven't seen/read but want to start?

I think the only Iterations I havent in some way seen/read would be the IDW Comics. This is sort of right and not See I have the first vol of the IDW comic collection and I been following this youtube channel that was covering the Armageddon games. But I havent really fully dove into the IDW comics yet. I tend to only read one off runs or sections when it comes to comics blame this on how I go about my DC reading lol. Comics can be a bit of thing due to the fact you get a few writers and such coming in so ya know things happen and characters can have not so great moments. But been chatting with people who like them and it got me wanting to just get into it. Even with some things im aware of I do find the world to be interesting to wanna get into.

4. iteration you are purposely avoiding?

probs the bay movies XD and not cause of any really good version I just don't really like Micheal Bay. I've heard the second one was better than the first. I've heard he wasn't that involved. But i'm just not a fan of some things I know about the movies like Casey being a cop and such. It seems unfair for me to judge anything about it since I haven't watched them so at this point im just like ehhh staying away XDD

Number 1 and number 10

1. Its all thanks to skulltrot. It took that donnie video of theirs for me to get interested enough into watching the show and now the rest is history. I like went back a month later commenting a thank you on the video since this series really did change my life. Turtles inhabit my brain 24/7 and ive never drawn as much as i have now. Funnily enough, i almost applied to the character design position at nickelodeon for rise as i sat in the break room of my old retail job. I didnt know anything about ninja turtles, i just wanted out of my job loool. Def wouldnt have gotten it but its funny for me to think about

10. I don’t own nearly enough merch as id like tbh. I have a rise donnie keychain, mutant mayhem funkos (still missing leo), mm plushies, and an 87 mikey plushie and thats pretty much it. Id love to start hanging art up and maybe make my own merch. The lack of rise merch needs to be fixed
